Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 'Reverie' DLC Pushed Into March

This month was supposed to see the arrival of the first of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow's planned DLC chapters entitled 'Reverie', but Konami has since decided to delay it until March according to the Castlevania series' Facebook page.

Reverie sees Gabriel teaming up with little vampire girl, Laura, who you might remember attacking you with an army of stuffed marionettes in the main game. Apparently, you'll now assume control of Laura in a quest to contain a malevolent evil lurking within the Gothic castle she calls home.

"Reverie is swinging into March. Our apologies for the delay but it’s going to be worth it!" read the Facebook post on the Castlevania page. No specific reason is given for the delay, but hopefully, the wait won't be much longer.

A second DLC chapter called 'Resurrection', which picks up after the game's startling epilogue is also on the cards for next month too.

  • I wonder if the notorious enemy we'll be facing on the "Reverie" DLC is Frankenstein?
