This latest Assassin's Creed: Unity video decides to get a bit technical, offering a behind the scenes look at the game's overhauled AnvilNext engine, redesigned to new-gen specs. The video talks about how the development team has meticulously built Paris at the height of the French Revolution down to the smallest detail.
For instance, Notre Dame has been fully-realised in-game as an almost 1:1 replica. This apparently took almost a year to achieve. Creative Director Alex Amancio offers up other such technological feats in the new trailer, which you can watch below.
Assassin's Creed: Unity also promises refined fighting skills and combat, as well as an immersive atmosphere, enveloping Arno as he stalks the cobbled Parisian streets. Assassin's Creed: Unity is out on October 28th, 2014. Check out our preview here.
