Activision has released a new video for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, showcasing the game's mocap processes and art direction. Going behind the scenes, the trailer features Sledgehammer Games' Animation Director Christopher Stone and Art Director Joe Salud talking about taking CoD to an new level of immersion.
There's a look at performance capture, facial animations, and character skeletons, and how they're bringing detail and photorealism to Advanced Warfare, with Kevin Spacey donning the mocap suit with little balls stuck to his face to assume the role of PMC leader Jonathan Irons.
Check out the latest behind the scenes video below. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is out on November 4th for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, and you can get our hands-on preview here from last month's E3.
