Minecraft: PS3 Edition will be heading to retail next month as a boxed Blu-ray disc, which ought to help in building upon the 1.5 million who've already downloaded the game via the PlayStation Network.
Heading to both PAL and NTSC regions, Minecraft: PS3 Edition on Blu-ray will bundle the game and Title Update 14, complete with Ender's Chests, emeralds, potatoes and much more besides.
You'll be able to pick up the Minecraft: PS3 Edition Blu-ray in stores when it launches on May 14th, 2014 in Europe and May 16th in North America. Check out the trailer and box art below.
In other Minecraft news, 4J Studios is still working on bringing the game to PS4 and PS Vita. "Sorry for the delay but making Minecraft happen is serious business," says Mojang's Owen Hill on the EU PlayStation Blog.
