Codemasters could currently be working on two racing games in tandem, and one of them could be a new TOCA Touring Cars title, if comments posted on Twitter by British Touring Car Champion Matt Neal are any kind of an indication as to what the racing studio has up its sleeve.
"Great day @Codemasters helping tuning tracks & cars watch out for their two new driving games when out as they're awesome! #LovelyPeople," Neal tweeted today. It's not the first time hints have emerged that the company could be working on two racing games, with Codies previously tweeting "Well we're not, not working on one ;)" when asked about a new rally title.
Touring Cars have previously featured in GRID 2 (pictured below), but Codies hasn't released a TOCA title since 2006. Along with teasing of a new rally game that's presumably going to be DiRT 4, could Codemasters be planning a return to TOCA? Or could the second game simply be the next instalment in the studio's F1 franchise or something else? We'll just have to wait and see.
