The only way they could make it a better deal on the EU store would be to give you money with the game, cause its free already.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:06 AM
Im surprised by this, did it do that badly in sales or did it do that well in sales? It must be one of the 2, its not christmas just yet...Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:10 AM
I played demo and found it to be a very poor game.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:39 AM
I tried the demo and saw potential in it but the countering was done in such a stupid way I couldn't be bothered with it.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:51 AM
To bad you can not get Grey Fox DLC....Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:51 AM
I'm renting it at the moment, Its fun but the combat system is too focused on Counters for me to really enjoy it all that much, its easy to be confused by whats going on as well. Still, decent rental.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 07:03 AM
Wait so if we got it for free on PS+, does this mean we also get the DLC free?Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 07:31 AM
@3 Me too, but after playing the full game I realized that it's a great game. @7 That's what I was thinking but I think it's a US only offer, but we can't get everything can we?Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 08:09 AM
They need to release the preorder dlc in the US store. Its crap that you can only get it through the ultimate edition digital download.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 08:10 AM
@3 I thought the demo sucked too but decided to get it anyway and I'm glad I did. It's an awesome game.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 08:31 AM
Keep trying the only way i play this scrap it's free there's no another wayTuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 10:29 AM
What would be really nice is some kind of discount on the dlc, for the people who already bought the game. Im yet to play jetstream sam, cause of the price. The wolf one was more reasonableTuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 10:31 AM
So if I downloaded it with PS+ do I have free DLC? This article doesn't explain it very wellTuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 10:36 AM
I never played the demo, but I though the game sucked. Not my cup of tea. I guess it is a love it or hate it type of game.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 11:21 AM
I had to force myself to finish this game, nothing like metal gear solid, it just felt unpolished and unfinished, the story, well it was writen on the corner of the table. Gameplay is where this game is strong, but they made it too japanese for me.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 02:42 PM
First thing I'm confused with is ther a different version of the game available now that includes the dlc codes? Or is there a drm recognition where you put it in and go to the store which allows you access to th dlc for free? Second is this a US only... not canada? Lastly when was MGS Rising free on PS + ? Cause I'vee got all of em and it definitely has never been free in the Canadian store.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 02:44 PM
Correction to my last post ... Lastly when was MG** Rising Revengeance free ... on a side note-what a stupid title!Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 03:14 PM
@17 It's free on EU PS+Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 03:57 PM
This game is great. A really steep learning curve for the combat system but once you master it, the battles are epic...Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 04:18 PM
Hold on! Other sites have reported these two DLC's are free, even if you don't buy the game!Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 05:19 PM
Any incentive for people who paid full price when the game first released?Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 05:31 PM
I can confirm that the two DLC's are totally free. I'm not a PS PLUS member and i bought the game on disc like 3 months ago.Tuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 05:34 PM
Awesome i may add. But i must say that this sucks if you paid for these DLC 's. Thats why i hate DLCTuesday, November 05, 2013 @ 06:42 PM
The DLC is currently FREE on the PSN US store right now! Get it before it gets changed.Wednesday, November 06, 2013 @ 01:24 AM
Wished they would cut the price of the dlc, especially jet stream sam one, only one ive left to getWednesday, November 06, 2013 @ 08:43 AM
Epic game is epic. Definitely worth it at full price, more so at half. And, the DLC is superb.Saturday, November 09, 2013 @ 03:26 PM
Pity the EU store still has them for full price.

Konami has announced that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is now available to purchase at the lower price of $29.99, offering up the slash-happy game at a discounted price, with free access to the Jetstream and Blade Wolf DLC packs.
Originally released back in February, we thought Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was a bit good. The Jetstream and Blade Wolf packs launched soon after, enabling players to assume the role of Samuel Rodriguez in the former and LQ-84i Blade Wolf in the latter.
You can pick up Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance now for the lower price point of $29.99, with access to the Jetstream and Blade Wolf DLC packs available for free with the reduced price package. What's not to like?
