Welcome to Chicago and welcome to one of the best games to have come out on the PS4. This guide is designed to assist you in getting the platinum trophy with as little resistance as possible. The game is designed to be both a single player and a multiplayer experience at the same time.

You can turn off online invasions from the options menu but if you're trying for the Platinum, you want to keep this on. There is a trophy for being tailed 5 times and you want to try to get those while your playing and you never know when you're being tailed. Yes it will open you up to getting hacked from time to time, but most players will tell you that it's not as frequent as you'd think. If you do not engage in multiplayer yourself, you won't get hacked that often. Once you get the Traced trophy, feel free to turn off online invasions if you wish.

If you need to force the game to auto save, change a setting in the options menu e.g. the Subtitles.

Step 1 - Play through the story - Simply play through each of the 39 main stories and enjoy the game. You will automatically start the game on Normal difficulty, but if you choose to, you can change the difficulty at any time under gameplay in the options menu. You can choose to do as much or as little of the side missions, collectibles, mini games etc. Many side missions aren't available until you discover their locations through hacking of citizens so profile and hack as many as you can to unlock them, even if you plan on doing them later because this will save you time in the long run.

In addition to profiling and hacking as many citizens as possible, the two other things I would highly recommend you do throughout all your time playing the story is to check-in at any hotspot locations you run past as part of the Geolocated trophy and work on finding songs for Disc Space Full by profiling citizens or using the SongSneak app. See each of their trophies descriptions for more info.

You can and probably will, earn some the Miscellaneous trophies as outlined in Step 4. Other than that, just play and enjoy the game however you want to play it.

Note: There are some investigations and collectibles that will be unavailable until you have progressed far enough in the main story.

Step 2 - Complete Side Missions, Investigations and Collectibles - Open up your smartphone () and check out your progression, you will see all the available activities as well as your progress towards them. You will earn these trophies under each of the following categories:

Side Missions

  • Road Rage
  • Enforcer
  • End of Line
  • Basest Base

Investigations

  • Revoking Client Privileges
  • Sanity Check
  • Read-Only
  • Darkness Looms
  • Saturday Night Special

Collectibles

  • Disk Space Full
  • Peephole
  • Clear Signals
  • System Mangler
  • Geolocated
  • Audio logs not needed for trophies

Online Contracts

  • Piggyback (Also Stealth Cookie if you remain undetected for one)
  • Superhighway
  • Hackification
  • Online Decryption not needed for trophies

Mini Games

  • Social Lubricant (Most difficult trophy in the game)

You'll also need to play these specific games for the Power Cycle trophy.

  • Drinking Game
  • Chess
  • Shell Game
  • Poker
  • Slot Machine

You can go about these in any order you wish but the first thing you want to do is unlock all the ctOS towers. These will appear as large red icons on the map. See Clear Signals for their locations and how to unlock each. For each tower that you unlock, you will reveal nearby investigations, collectibles and other points of interests.

IMPORTANT - As I already mentioned, some investigations or collectibles won't appear on the map or be available at all until you have progressed far enough into the main story.

Step 3 - Online Contracts - This step will require you to participate in the online component of the game. The online trophies can't be boosted. You can select online contracts by hitting and selecting the online contracts app or by going to the map and hitting or to tab over to the online map. From there, just select which event you want to participate in. You do not need to do any Online Decryption, Free Roam or Mobile Challenges so do the following:

  • Complete 10 Online Tailing
  • Do 1 tailing without being seen
  • Complete 10 Public Online Races (just finish, no need to win)
  • Successfully complete 10 Online Hackings

The only other online trophy left is the hidden trophy called Traced. This requires another player to be placed in your game and follow you and it's quite buggy with the servers at the moment. See that trophy for more information.

During this Step you will earn:

  • Piggyback
  • Stealth Cookie
  • Superhighway
  • Hackification
  • Traced

Step 4 - Miscellaneous Stuff - At this point you should have most of the trophies through natural gameplay. In case you don't, you can get these anytime:

  • Hard Crash
  • Communication Fail
  • Bookmarked
  • Magic Smoke
  • Escape Loop
  • Free Radical
  • White Rabbit Object
  • Scanproof
  • Hardware Fail
  • Black Hat Trick

Introduction

Welcome again to Chicago! This time, playing as T-Bone, the crazy hacker that helped Aiden in the main game. The trophy list is really straightforward, just some side mission grinding, nothing really hard. The DLC also has Online co-op, a welcomed addition to this game.

Moose jokes, crazy Tobias and easy trophies.

Walkthrough

Step 1 - Finish the campaign

The DLC campaign is 10 missions long, all really easy. If you want to do some side missions during this step, better yet. Main campaign should be around 2-2.5 hours long.

Trophies unlocked during this step:

  • T-Bone: Friends in Need
  • T-Bone: No Easy Fix
  • T-Bone: Pest Control

Step 2 - Side mission grinding

You'll need to do 20 Fixer contracts, 20 Militia contracts, 20 Chicago South Club contracts, 29 driving missions and a few side investigations. Also, try to kill 4 enemies with the RC car while doing these side missions. You'll spend almost all your DLC play time in this step.

Trophies unlocked during this step:

  • T-Bone: Mob Ruled
  • T-Bone: Second Ammendment
  • T-Bone: Unfixable
  • T-Bone: Full Circuit
  • T-Bone: Looking for Trouble
  • T-Bone: Negative Eugenics

Step 3 - Online co-op

You'll only need to do 10 co-op missions for the trophy, also, the co-op missions do count for the Fixer/Milita/South Club trophies, so you can work on a few trophies at the same time while playing with a friend.

Trophies unlocked during this step:

  • T-Bone: Tag Team

50 trophies ( 19  28  9  )

  • This is the platinum trophy and is unlocked automatically when all the trophies have been unlocked.

  • Take down Maurice

Story related, can't be missed. This is earned at the beginning of the first mission.

  • Complete 40 Fixer Contracts

These missions will open up to you as you profile citizens and then hack the ones that offer Fixer Contracts. You can drive to the locations on the map with the icon above or you can open your smartphone, select a Fixer Contract from there and be given a waypoint to the location. Fixer Contracts all offer a cash reward upon completion.

There are four types of Fixer Contracts, each with their own method for completion. Complete 40 of the 46 contracts to get the trophy.

Decoy - This requires you to be a decoy and race through specific monitoring points to attract police attention. You just have to make it through each of the checkpoints before time runs out and not get caught.
Getaway - You have to steal a specific vehicle and deliver it to the drop zone undetected - This will require you to shake anyone off chasing you before reaching your destination.
Interception - Seek out and hack a targeted driver or two and take him out.
Transporter - You need to take a series of vehicles to drop off points while taking as little damage to the vehicles as possible. Worry less about damage and more about getting to the points quickly. Once you get a vehicle, set a waypoint.

  • Complete every Gang Hideout

Gang Hideouts will become available as you progress through the story and profile and hack citizens with information about them. You can't access these through the smartphone so you'll have to identify the icon listed above on the map and proceed to each of these points. There are 15 total. Each of these will offer 2 skill points as a reward.

The missions are all the same for gang hideout jobs. Find and Intimidate a target(s) by performing a non-lethal takedown. You can stealth your way through it to get to your target or you can fight to him but no matter what, you can't kill the target. You have to knock him down with .

If you can't get the final Hideout to appear on the map, keep working on other missions and collectibles and it should eventually appear on the map

  • Complete every Investigation

There are five different Investigations, each of which are there own trophy. Each of these investigations require you to collect certain objects and then complete a bonus mission at the end. See the following trophies for more information on each:

    • Revoking Client Privileges
    • Sanity Check
    • Read-Only
    • Darkness Looms
    • Saturday Night Special

Completing each of those trophies will earn you this one.

  • Complete every Privacy Invasion

There are 30 privacy invasion collectibles, you can find them on the map indicated by the eye icon shown above. These will not appear on your map until you unlock the nearby ctOS towers. See Clear Signals for information about how to unlock those.

As for completing them, you have to do one of two things. Either hack the security router which will put you in the little hacking mini game where you need to turn the wires the correct way to gain you access or you'll need to unlock nearby ctOS boxes which is just simply finding the nearby panels to unlock that will give you access to the intrusion panel. It'll be one of those two methods.

Once you have found your way in, you'll be peeping in on the events in a room. You do not need to do anything further and can immediately exit out, you will earn XP for each completing an invasion.

  • Complete every Criminal Convoy

To gain access to Criminal Convoy missions, you will need to profile and hack citizens. There are 18 total and you simply need to kill or knock down your targets. The convoy will start at one point and will be en route to another point. I found that using a grenade launcher works wonders on the convoy.

Many of the targets require you to knock down a target so you can't kill him, just wait for the Convoy to pass by before using using the grenade launcher and destroy all the vehicles the target is not in. Be careful to avoid blowing up the vehicle with the target in it. A few missions will have two targets as well. If the objective is to kill instead of knock down, then simply blowing up the targets vehicle will suffice but you'll need to either finish off the rest of the convoy or just escape.

  • Use the Crime Detection System to take down 20 confirmed criminals

These will pop up quite frequently. You can either profile and hack citizens with information about crimes or you'll get a notification as you're travelling around the city, you can then place a waypoint immediately to go to the location. These will look like this on the map.

Each of these criminal take downs are all the same. Travel to the area with the circle and use your profiler to identify the suspect or the victim. Get noticed by the suspect and you will fail and need to find another detected crime. Stay back and wait until the ctOS alert tells you to intervene at which point you'll need to chase him for a non-lethal takedown or shoot him.

  • Perform 10 vehicle take downs

This is nearly unmissable. All you need to do is to damage and take out 10 enemy vehicles while in your own vehicle. Since there are many missions (main and side missions) that require you to take out remaining enemies or escape, just use this time to ram the other vehicles until they are destroyed. You will get this naturally while playing through the game.

There is a skill in the Driving branch called "Offensive Driver" that will give you more collision damage to enemy vehicles, but you'll probably have this trophy well before you unlock that.

  • Using non-lethal takedown, stop 10 civilians from calling to report you

This is very simple. At many times throughout the game you will commit crimes and if a citizen witnesses you committing one, they will call the police. You will hear their conversation reporting you to the police and you'll see a red warning triangle above there heads. Before they finish the call with the police, you need to stop them. You can do this by running up to them and hitting to end their call or use a Jam Coms from a distance.

I found the easiest way is to use the Jam Coms, make sure you have acquired this skill first then you can craft them as long as you have the supplies. This is the most useful item to avoid being chased all the time by the cops. Whenever you car jack a vehicle, if you notice the driver starting to call the police, just hit with the Jam Coms is equipped to stop the call. Do this 10 times for the trophy. You can also do this on Blume Affiliate citizens. When you hack one, they'll call and report the hack and a bounty will be placed upon you. Use your Jam Coms during that call. They'll have a purple icon.

  • Tag 100 enemies

This should be earned easily during your main story run. All you need to do is profile 100 enemies by hitting and looking at them.

  • Participate in 5 different City Games

There are many games that you can participate in. This trophy only requires you to play the games and not complete or win them. If you play each of the 5 games below, you will get the trophy.

    • Drinking Game
    • Chess
    • Shell Game
    • Poker
    • Slot Machine

Slot machines are not listed under mini games if you look at the progression wheel, but it is required for this trophy. You can find a slot machine in the bar inside the baseball stadium, just look for the icon on your map. There is also one in the south end of both the Mad Mile and the Brandon Docks

Again, for this trophy, you do not have to win the game. You only need to play it, win or lose. To save time when playing poker, you can go all in on every hand until you lose. The only ones that you'll need to play until completion is Chess and the Drinking Game and that's because they are needed for other trophies. See Freeware and Social Lubricant for info on those.

  • Kill 4 enemies within a single instance of Focus

Focus is a skill you need to unlock from the combat skill tree. This allows you to slow down time. There are also upgrades to this which will allow you increase it's duration and to slow time further. To start and stop focus, you hit . while under the effects of a single Focus you will need to kill 4 enemies. You will need to have 4 enemies relatively close together to pull this off. An enemy can be either a gang member or a cop in pursuit. If you want to get this on a main story mission, it's possible (credit to ReverendSID for the tip):

There's a story point that makes the Magic Smoke trophy incredibly easy. At the end of Act 4 there's a sequence that puts you into Focus automatically and refills it very quickly, plus there are 8 or 9 enemies all nicely lined up.

There are two ways to get this easily at any time while you're playing if you don't get it during the story:

    - Get the cops after you and when at least two cop cars (2 in each car) arrive to your location, use focus and shoot them. You can shoot them through the windows.

    - The other way, in similar fashion, is to place down IED's in a location where you know two or more cop cars will pull up to. When the police arrive, activate focus and immediately set off the bomb. You'll see this method in the video below as I lure the cops just outside Navy Pier in the Mad Mile. This will also unlock Black Hat Trick as well.

  • Escape 15 police chases

To initiate a police chase, you will need to commit a crime. If you look under the mini map you will see 5 squares. Each one represents your wanted level. The wanted level is represented in three colors.

    • White - You're safe
    • Yellow - Police are using the ctOS to scan for you
    • Red - Police are after you

The easiest way to escape a police chase is to have the police after you with the lowest possible wanted level. Once they are after you, you will need to escape them. To farm this just jack cars until someone calls the police, they will initiate a scan and then you will have just a level one police chase. This will not include helicopters and escaping is simple.

You can either use a fast car to drive as far away from the police as possible or use your hacking to trigger traps to take out any pursing squad cars. If you have it, the steam pipe hacking upgrade works well. You will then need to exit the search radius which is the large white circle on your mini map and once you do, you'll be clear.

  • Escape a level 5 police chase

The level 5 police chases are not for the faint of heart. You will have helicopters tracking you from above and they will be sniping at you. You'll also have armored policeman and a relentless number of squad cars coming after you.

You will need to build up to level 5 first. The best way to do this is by getting at least a level 4 wanted level before the police start coming after you. A good place to do this is outside Navy Pier. There are many civilians walking around (especially during the day time). Start shooting as many of them as you can and try to take out any that are calling the police. Your wanted level will rise quickly before the cops are even after you. If you're worried about reputation, just allow yourself to die and you'll respawn with your reputation back to where it was since the game at no point auto saved.

If you do this outside Navy Pier, you can enter the coffee shop nearby and pick off police with your guns and toss grenades or IED's outside the window to build up your wanted level to level 5. They won't enter the shop. You will need to make your escape after you get to level 5. You have two options. If you have a fast car nearby, you can try to outrun them. The method I found very easy if you did this in the coffee shop is to exit the back door. All the cops are out front and if you exit the back door and run left to the lake, there will be a boat waiting for you. Hop in that and the only thing that can track you is the helicopter, you can take care of that by using disabling the helicopter (if you have purchased that skill) or shooting the sniper. Once you have control of the boat, just drive out to sea. Alternatively, if you manage to get to a train, disable the helicopter and board the train. Instant getaway.

Neosnake mentions a fairly easy way if you tie it to a specific Fixer Contract.

There is a Fixer Contract called Armored Pursuit, which is a Getaway Contract in The Loop. You are left with a level 5 heat when you complete it, so it could be a better option instead of killing cops and lower your reputation. You can simply initiate a police scan near the train by shooting the ground and escape when chase starts. Just disable the helicopter before boarding and police on the ground won't be able to see or find you.

To see the coffee shop boat plan executed, watch the following video:

  • Escape 15 police scans

Police scans are initiated when a citizen witnesses a crime and calls the police. Before they send the cops after you they will scan the area to locate you. You will see yellow circles on your mini map and all you need to do is exit the circles. Yellow circles will keep popping up and you'll need to keep moving. Next to your wanted level is a percent and if that reaches 100%, the cops will be on you. If you stay out of the circles long enough, you will successfully escape the scan.

There is one item that will help you out greatly i.e the Jam Coms. You can craft these at will if you have the materials and have purchased that from the crafting skill tree. Make sure to have it selected by holding and selecting it from the weapon wheel. To use it, hit If you use it while in range of the police scanner, it will temporarily turn the circles white and give you a few precious moments to get out of range. You may need to use more than one to escape the scan.

A really simple way to farm this is to jump on the highway with a fast performance car. Cause a little mischief that will result in the cops being called. Once someone starts dialling the police, hop in your car and just keep driving down the highway at high speed. If you start on the highway at the north end of Mad Mile, and head East as the road will turn South past past Navy Pier, you should escape the scan just as you cross the bridge going into Brandon Docks. No Jam Coms will be needed, provided you avoid accidents. Now cause the police to be called once again and head the opposite way, rinse and repeat until you have the trophy.

  • Escape a level 5 police scan

See White Rabbit Object for basic information about police scans. For this trophy you will need to build up a level 5 police scan, this is probably more tricky than evading a level 5 police chase. You need to build up your wanted level to level 5 before the police scan even starts. This means that you need to prevent anyone from successfully calling the cops.

The easiest way to do this is to go to a well populated open area with a bunch of civilians with the maximum number of Jam Coms with enough materials to craft more. I use the area outside Navy Pier in the Mad Mile for this as there is a large open area and tons of people. Start killing as many as you can and very quickly. Try to locate and target large groups of people. Pay attention to anyone who is calling the police and take them out quickly. This is why the large open area is important; you need to be able to see the caller from a distance.

If someone manages to call the police before you reach level 5, you can still take out people during the scan process. You have two options once you reach level 5. Either jump into a very fast car and drive away or hop into a boat. Either method works well, one has less traffic. In either case, you'll want to make good use of your Jam Coms to disable the scanners. Keep using them until you get far enough away and craft more while on the run if you need to. Here's a video of me shooting up at Navy Pier and then jumping into a nearby boat.

  • Shoot out a tire on 15 different vehicles

This is really easy, just find 15 cars and shoot out one of the tires. It can be a parked car or an enemy vehicle, it doesn't matter. Just make sure you shoot out the tires to 15 different vehicles.

  • Kill 3 enemies with a single IED

This is a pretty simple trophy. Either find, or craft an IED (requires you to purchase the skill to craft) and blow up 3 enemies with a single IED. You can use this on any enemy including police who are chasing you.

There is also a mission during the story called Uninvited during the main story in Act 2 where you need to defend an area. On each end of the area will be a car with four people each. You have about a minute of setup time so just place an IED in each of these locations and when the cars arrive, blow up the bomb.

If you don't get it during the main story, you can get this easily against cops. Cops tend to arrive in bunches and park their cars near one another. Tossing out and blowing up an IED near the police cars will easily get you this trophy. You can view the video in Magic Smoke to see this against the police or the video below to see it done in two points during the story:

  • Complete the final mission in the Human Traffic Investigation

These are a set of side missions where you need to find suspicious buyers and then invade their apartments and scan their briefcase. You will need to first go to the icon shown as on the map and use your profiling to find the buyer. Once you have identified the buyer, you will will need to go to their apartment which will be indicated as on the map. You can immediately add the waypoint once you find the buyer. Now all you need to do is go to the apartment and scan the briefcase. You will need to find and locate 10 of these events in the city. Once you have found all 10, you will be given a new 11th bonus mission that will require you to hack someone and eliminate him. All the locations and the final mission walkthrough can be found in the following video:

  • Complete the final mission in the Weapons Trade Investigation

There are 9 weapon crates that you need to locate. Each of these locations will require you to find a panel to unlock in order to open the garage door where the weapon crate is located. You will need to scan each of the crates. Once you have found and scanned all of them, you will get a final mission. The final mission is only available after reaching a certain part of the story which is:

After completing mission 6/15 (Jury Rigged) in Act 2.

The final mission requires you to survive 3 waves of enemies and can be a little difficult. The final wave will include many armored enemies and enforcers. I highly recommend bringing IED's, grenades or any explosive weapons for that final wave. It will also help if you have the Enforcer Combat Take Down skill so you can sneak up behind the enforcers and stealth melee them but that's optional. For all the locations as well as a walkthrough of the final mission, watch the following video:

  • Collect all 8 Burner Phones

The burner phones are Maurice's Audio Logs. The first one is given to you as part of the first mission but the other 7 can be located on the map once you've progressed far enough into the story and unlock each of the 13 ctOS towers. You can get them prior to having them appear on the map if you know their locations. For a location of each of them, watch the video below:

  • Complete the final mission in the QR Code Investigation

QR codes are digital codes that can be read by smart phones, or in the case of this game, security cameras. There are 16 total and then you will need to complete a full 17th mission. Once in the area, you will need to find the pieces of the QR code. The codes are not whole and you will need to find the different fragmented pieces of the code and then find the security camera that is the proper distance and height away from the codes so that the pieces will all line up when looking through the camera.

As a side note, the QR codes are real and provide some humor if you're inclined to scan them with your own QR reader or you can read them on my blog. Once you have found all of the codes, you will be given a final mission where you need to hack your way into an apartment. In the following video I provide the puzzle solutions to each of the codes as well as the final mission walkthrough:

  • Complete the final mission of the Missing Persons Investigation

There are 6 total missing persons locations then a final 7th mission once you found all the missing people. At each location you need to scan a body, once you have completed that then travel to Pawnee for the final mission. This mission simply requires you to do the same thing as for Enforcer, wait for the crime to be committed then intervene. Here's a video of each location as well as a walkthrough of the final mission:

  • Check in at every Hotspot

There are 100 hotspots scattered throughout Chicago area. Identify and locate the check mark icon on the map, just travel to each of these locations and you will be prompted to press to check-in. That's all you need to do at each of these locations.

An easy way to do this if you can't find them on the map is open up your phone and go to the City Hotspots app and and you can tab over to Not Visited with and it will list all the nearest hotspots, sorted by distance. You can then select one and even set a waypoint to the location. It'll only show you ones within a certain range, just fast travel to each of the hideouts and check the app to find any that you can't locate.

If you're missing one, you might be missing the library in Parker Square which has the Made Men Criminal Convoy icon that obscures the check mark or possibly the lighthouse to the East.

  • Unlock every song with the SongSneak app

There are 23 songs that you need to acquire. To acquire a song, you can profile and then hack citizens that have one or you can acquire it through the use of the SongSneak App. Profiling citizens is easy enough but you will need to profile hundreds of them before you find one that has a song, especially once you've collected most of them. The other way is to use the SongSneak app.

The SongSneak app works just like the Shazham app we use in real life. You open up the app whenever there is a song playing nearby and it'll scan for the title and artist. If you do not have the song already, you will permanently acquire it. You can visit a number of places which have a song playing for you to scan.

    • Bars
    • Gun Stores
    • Clothing Stores
    • Coffee Shops
    • Pawn Shops
    • restaurants
    • Newstands

Some songs are acquired through the main story so make sure you've completed that if you're still missing some. For more information about what songs play at what locations, please visit this very detailed thread by Sisren: LINK

  • Complete level 10 against all 3 Drinking Game opponents

This is the most difficult trophy in the game. There are a few bars that you can enter and participate in a Drinking mini game. Go to each of these three locations, but make sure to leave Pawnee for last.

You will need to successfully complete level 10 against all 3 opponents. The opponent in The Wards will require you to complete a QTE type event. You will need to use your as a cursor and move over the button and press the matching button. Sometimes the button prompts will move, change button or even require you to hit a series of buttons while your cursor remains hovered over it. The final one will appear difficult in the video below, but the first 9 levels will sufficiently prepare you for it.

The Loop opponent requires you to use both analog sticks and move the cursors into the squares for a moment of time and then hit either the or buttons. Just like the first opponent, you'll get this down.

The Pawnee opponent is the Extreme Drinking Game Challenge. Save this for last. It's frustrating. This will alternate between both methods provided by the first two opponents and amp up the difficulty considerably. You will need to be much quicker. This, more than anything, will require some practice. You will fail and when you fail you will humorously wake up drunk elsewhere in the neighborhood. There's nothing new about the QTE button game other than being more difficult, but there is a new twist on the blue and yellow analog stick game. If you see an orange circle which means the R or L stick is reversed so up is down, left is right, etc. Also, when both sticks are involved, sometimes it's a mystery as to which one is which.

    Some tips for you:

    For the button push games

    1. Pay attention to the countdown timers. Some count down slower than others, like the ones that require multiple inputs on the same one (the ones with the dots above them)
    2. If you hit one with a chain, it will create one or more additional buttons prompts. The countdown timer on the additional ones starts right away so if you hit another chained one the ones that appeared first should be done first.
    3. Finding a pattern that works is much better than just randomly flying around.
    4. Anticipate the locations of moving ones. If they are moving in a circle, approach it from the opposite direction.
    5. If your circle is covering two of them, you can hit both buttons at the same time.
    6. For the ones that change buttons every couple seconds, try to memorize which ones they switch between.
    7. The detection radius is a little forgiving and you don't need to completely cover them with your circle.

    For the Yellow/Blue circle games

    1. When you have a moving target that bounces off a wall, you don't have to move the stick but just a hair to keep it centered. The game will automatically turn direction for you on your stick circle.
    2. When you have both a yellow and blue on opposite sides of the screen, focus on just the one and slowly move the other one around blindly until you get it.
    3. When you need both in the same circle, attempt to get both of them in the same spot and then move them together into the circles.
    4. If all else fails, get a second person and you each control just one Analog stick. Also flipping the controller when they come up backwards may help or changing the x and y axis in the controller setup menu. Adjusting the sensitivity of the controller analag sticks could help. Without proper practice, these adjustments won't make it any easier.

  • Invade and successfully hack 10 enemy Fixers in Online Hacking

This is an online trophy and requires you to hack other players. If you hit the (Touchpad) or on the PS3 and hit or , it will bring you to the online contracts menu or you can select online contracts from the phone directly by hitting . You will need to select Online Hacking for this, this is a 1 versus 1 event where you will need to seek out the other player and hack their phone. Once you start hacking you will see a progress bar showing you how long until your hack is complete. You are unable to harm your opponent at any time.

To successfully steal the data, you have to avoid being profiled by your victim. You will need to stay well hidden, however, that's easier said than done. On your victim's screen, there will be a purple circle showing your approximate location. At 25, 50 and 75%, the circle will become smaller until there's a very small search area for your opponent.

Winning Tip: Find your target but before initiating the hack, find a van/SUV and park it somewhere inconspicuous. Any vehicle will work, but the taller vehicles provide better protection from height and prevents him from quick sliding over the hood and spotting you. Now just try to keep your eyes open for the other player and crouch behind the vehicle. As he's running around, just keep crouched behind the vehicle and move around it keeping the vehicle between you and your target. You can even see his purple target icon through the van but he won't be able to see you unless he has actual line of sight.

In the video below I show you how easy it is to win by just hiding around the outside of a vehicle:

  • Invade and successfully observe 10 enemy Fixers in Online Tailing

From the Online Contracts App, select Online Tailing. This will put you into another players game and your only goal is to tail and observe him. The other player will not even know you are there unless you are profiled. Once in the game, just get close enough to profile him. You can use security cameras to get a closer look and the closer you are the quicker you're in and out of there. You will be successful once the observe percentage reaches 100%. Successfully complete one of these without being spotted and you will earn Stealth Cookie.

  • Complete 10 Public Online Races

This is an online race featuring 2-8 players. Select this from the Online Contracts App and then select "Join Public Session". The only thing you need to do is finish the race by racing through checkpoints. You do not have to win the race, just complete it. After the leader has crossed the finish line, you have just 20 seconds to finish the race or you will get a DNF (Did Not Finish) and it won't count as one of your 10 races.

  • Complete every ctOS Breach

ctOS Breaches are listed as collectibles in the progression wheel. There are 16 total and you need to complete each one. Once you reach icon on the map, hack the device and it will unveil four more boxes for you to hack. You will have a time limit to travel to each of their locations to initiate each of the hacks.

Some of the ctOS boxes will require you to blow something up that is blocking your path and others will require you to use one or more cameras to get to. None of the time limits are back breaking and it gives you tons of time assuming you wouldn't know where the ctOS boxes are, but you'll know where to go if you watch this video:

  • Complete an Online Tailing without being detected

    See Piggyback

  • Unlock every Skill in the Skills Tree

There are 52 skills that you need to purchase to unlock everything in the Skill tree. You do not need to unlock the online Notoriety Skills for this trophy. Many of the skills cost multiple skill points that you earn for levelling up and completing various events. The total number of skill points required to purchase everything is 137.

There are a few skills that have a prerequisite other than just needing the available number of skill points. Those are:

    Combat Branch

    • Quick Switch - Requires you to catch one criminal through crime detection, see Enforcer for info on those
    • Critical Focus - Complete 1 Criminal Convoy
    • Rapid Reload - Complete 5 Gang Hideouts
    • Maximized Focus - Complete 10 Chess Puzzles (watch this video of "End Game" if you need help - credit to CVG for the video).
    • Auto Weapons Expert - Reach Wave 5 in NVZN Mini Game

    Driving

    • Offensive Driver - Complete 5 Fixer Contracts. See End of Line for info on those.

In addition to those prerequisites, you will need to also get to level 50 (1 skill point per level until level 10 - 2 skills per level until level 44 - 3 per level up to level 50), complete each of the Gang Hideouts. That will put you at a total of 137 skills. Completing Online Hacking will level you up really quick. If successful, you gain 1000xp each time.

  • Unlock every ctOS Tower

There are 13 ctOS towers in the game shown with the big red icon. Unlocking them will show points of interests such as collectibles and investigations. Keep in mind that not all points of interest will be exposed on the map until after certain points in the story, therefore if you can't find one and haven't beaten the game then you need to keep playing the main story.

To unlock them you'll need to gain entry to the base of the tower and install a "backdoor". Each of these are basically a puzzle. There will always be at least one locked door that you need to find the unlock panel for.

    Here's a guide to unlocking all 13:

  • Get tailed 5 times

This requires you to get tailed 5 times by other players. Unfortunately you are at the mercy of Ubisoft servers for this and there's little you can do. You have to hope when another player as selected Online Tailing that they get put in your game. There is no notification as to when you are being tailed unless you profile the person who is tailing you. There is also no way to track how many times you've been tailed, unless you look at your players met list on your PlayStation system and spot a tailing that you didn't initiate yourself.

If you find yourself not being able to get able to receive any, there is a way to fix it (if you want to call it that). You have to turn off online invasions and reset your notoriety and go back to free roam and then go back in and turn it on again. The downside to this is that you will lose all your acquired skills and progress towards them. Once you get your trophy, build it back up and have fun online.

    1. In free roam, go into options and then online and disable "Online Invasions".
    2. Go back to the game so you see the white emblem on the left side of the screen notifying you that the game is saving.
    3. Go back to "Online Invasions" and switch it back on.
    4. Go back to free roam and do nothing for about 10-20 minutes and then check your recent players met to see if anyone has joined you. If you're good enough, you will be able to spot people coming into your game. If you spot someone suspicious, try pausing the game and if the background is moving on the pause screen, someone is in your game. Also, if someone is in your game, you will not be able to accept new missions or fast travel and will see the silver profile saving icon after a successful tail by another fixer.

I did the above method each time someone had tailed me. Do not have your phone out profiling anyone! Credit to G4MERZLIFE for confirming the Steps.

A couple quick points. If you look at your players met list and see someone did a tail on you, it doesn't mean they successfully tailed you. All it means is that they selected Online Tailing from the menu and entered your game. They could have quit out right away. Also, if you see a player within the past 10 minutes, don't do anything like turn off/on online invasions in the options menu or shut off the game. They could still be trying to tail you, give them time.

As long as the other player profiles you and starts the observe process, it doesn't matter if you spot him and kill him. Just as long as the observation process began.
