Indoor Sports World is a PSN title which allows the player to participate in 4 different indoor activities: Air Hockey, Darts, Snooker and Pool. It features a small selection of locations, equipment customization, stat tracking, Exhibition Mode, Arcade Mode, Season Mode and multiplayer.

Step One: Becoming Pro

To start off, it would be best to get acquainted to the game’s mechanics. You’ll be playing Exhibition Mode, tackling all of the Pro Trophies and racking up some wins along the way. During this step, you will earn:

  • Air Hockey Pro
  • Darts Pro
  • Snooker Pro
  • Pool Pro

Step Two: Arcade Time

This is where the fun starts. You’ll be taking down Arcade Mode and getting a feel for how challenging the AI will be during the course of Season Mode later on. You’ll also add some more wins under your belt as well as start unlocking customization items. During this step, you will unlock:

  • Arcade Starter
  • Arcade Champion
  • Custom Gent

Step Three: Clearing Season Mode

Prepare yourself as Season Mode will be the place you’ll spend most of your time towards the 100%. Since most of your games will be played here, you’ll most likely get your 100 wins and maybe the 150 games played. During this step, you will unlock:

  • Endurance (Glitched - see trophy guide below.)
  • Season Starter
  • Super Icon Hero
  • The King

Step Four: Snooker, Snooker, Snooker...

Now will be the time for you to shoot for the most challenging trophy in the game, a break streak of 50. During this step, you’ll unlock:

  • High Break Hero

12 trophies ( 7  )

  • Win five air hockey games

Go to Exhibition Mode > Single Match > Game Type - Air Hockey. The location doesn’t matter. Set the CPU difficulty to “Rookie” and the match length to any amount of games. The games do not have to be consecutive nor won in the same match.

It takes 7 goals in order to win a round. The Rookie AI is pretty terrible so as long as you stay defending your goal and attacking when you’re comfortable, you’ll have no issues winning.

After you’ve won 5 games, the game will present an in-game award screen for “Air Hockey Pro” for winning 5 Air Hockey games and the trophy will then unlock. You can check the amount of Air Hockey games you’ve won in Profile > View Stats. Use the on-screen arrows to navigate to the Air Hockey tab.

  • Win five darts games

Go to Exhibition Mode > Single Match > Game Type - Darts. The location doesn’t matter. Set the CPU difficulty to “Rookie”, the match length to any amount of sets, one leg and the rules to “Darts 301”. The games do not have to be consecutive nor won in the same match.

In Darts, you must whittle your score down as close as possible to 0 and then you must hit 0 by hitting a double points area of whatever number you need. (Ex: 14 points left = Double points area for 7). The dart has a tendency to hit the area slightly below the tip of the dart so swipe up carefully and slowly when throwing. It will allow you to aim better.

After you’ve won 5 sets, the game will present an in-game award screen for “Darts Pro” for winning 5 Darts games and the trophy will then unlock. You can check the amount of Darts games you’ve won in Profile > View Stats. Use the on-screen arrows to navigate to the Darts tab.

  • Win five snooker games

Go to Exhibition Mode > Single Match > Game Type - Snooker. The location doesn’t matter. Set the CPU difficulty to “Rookie”, the match length to any amount of frames and the rules to “6 Ball Snooker”. The games do not have to be consecutive nor won in the same match.

Snooker is a variant of billiards where you must knock red balls (worth 1 point) and various other coloured (worth more than 1 point) in a sequence. The objective of the game is to score more points than the opponent.

After you’ve won 5 frames, the game will present an in-game award screen for “Snooker Pro” for winning 5 Snooker games and the trophy will then unlock. You can check the amount of Snooker games you’ve won in Profile > View Stats. Use the on-screen arrows to navigate to the Snooker tab.

  • Win five pool games

Go to Exhibition Mode > Single Match > Game Type - Pool. The location doesn’t matter. Set the CPU difficulty to “Rookie”, the match length to any amount of games and the rules to “US 8 Ball Pool”. The games do not have to be consecutive nor won in the same match.

In US 8 Ball Pool, you or the AI must break before being assigned solids (full-colour ball) or stripes (coloured stripe around the ball). Your ball assignment is based on the type of ball put inside a pocket first by a player. If you pocket a solid as the first ball, you are solids. If the AI pockets a solid as the first ball, you are stripes and vice versa. All of your balls must be pocketed first before pocketing the 8 Ball. When going for the 8 Ball, you must call the pocket it will go in before taking the shot. Pocketing the 8 Ball before getting in all of your balls results in a loss. Pocketing the cue ball after all of your balls are done results in a loss. Also, use the for more precise aiming and the camera can be switched by tapping the Camera icon in the top-left corner.

After you’ve won 5 games, the game will present an in-game award screen for “Pool Pro” for winning 5 Pool racks and the trophy will then unlock. You can check the amount of Pool games you’ve won in Profile > View Stats. Use the on-screen arrows to navigate to the Pool tab.

  • Play 150 games

    [GLITCHED]

You may unlock this naturally by playing through Arcade and Season Mode, along with the extra Exhibition games you’ve played for the Pro trophies. If not, simply go to Exhibition > Game Type - Air Hockey. The settings do not matter but to make life easier, set the difficulty to “Rookie” so that you can work towards The King . The trophy will unlock after you’ve won played 150 cumulative games across all game types and modes.

You can check the amount of games you’ve played in Profile > View Stats.

This trophy may not unlock for you once you’ve reached 150 games. If this does happen, you must start a new profile and replay 150 games.

  • Win first match in Arcade mode

The easiest match to play would be a match of Air Hockey, whichever one is at the lowest difficulty for you. It’s best 3 out of 5 games. It should not pose much of a problem.

After winning, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “Arcade Starter” and the trophy will pop shortly after.

  • Win first tournament in Season mode

Simply make it to the finals and win during any tournament in the Season Mode.

After you’ve won your first tournament, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “Season Starter” and the trophy will unlock shortly after.

  • Complete Arcade Mode

You will begin with only 4 matches available and as you progress, more will open up. There are 8 matches to play in Arcade Mode: 2 matches of Pool, 2 matches of Snooker, 2 matches of Air Hockey and 2 matches of Darts. All with have different rules and different levels of difficulty. Pool and Darts will give you the hardest times since no matter the difficulty, the AI have nearly perfect aim so the key to winning is to make sure that you get as many as points or pockets as you can and keep their turn from coming as much as possible.

After winning all 8 matches, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “Arcade Champion” and the trophy will pop shortly after.

  • Complete Season mode

There are 12 tournaments within Season Mode. In order to earn this trophy, you must win every tournament. If you are losing a match, quit to the main menu to void it and try again. If you lose and can’t access the tournament again, you must play the full cycle until it loops back around again in the next season. You can also concede games in a tournament you’ve already won to proceed as well.

After winning all tournaments, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “Super Icon Hero” and the trophy will pop shortly after.

  • Score a 50 or more break in Snooker

In order to unlock this trophy, you must have a current break of 50 during a match of Snooker. To achieve a break streak, you must continuously hit the balls in the pocket without missing in one turn. That means if you miss one in your combo, you’ll lose it and have to start over. Doing this requires an extreme amount of skill and patience because the aim assist can be inaccurate at times and your positioning won’t always be perfect.

You’ll want to go to Exhibition > Game Type - Snooker > Rules - 15 Ball Snooker for this and set the AI to “Rookie”. You can also do this in a local multiplayer match as well if that’s easier for you. 12 Ball Snooker adds more balls to the table so there are more chances for you to hit something. Here’s is a point value list for all of the coloured balls:

    • Red - 1 point
    • Yellow - 2 points
    • Green - 3 points
    • Brown - 4 points
    • Blue - 5 points
    • Pink - 6 points
    • Black - 7 points

After the match is finished, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “High Break Hero” and the trophy will pop shortly after.

  • Win 100 games

The 100 wins you must earn is across all game types and rules. You’ll most likely unlock this naturally playing through the Arcade and Season modes. If not, go to Exhibition > Game Type - Air Hockey. Playing against Rookie AI would be best for quick and easy wins.

Once you reach 100 wins, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “The King” and the trophy will unlock shortly after. You can check the amount of games you’ve won in Profile > View Stats.

  • Earn you first customization unlock

After winning your first Arcade match, you will unlock a few items, including a customization item.

After gaining the item, you will be presented with an in-game award screen for “Custom Gent” and the trophy will unlock shortly after.
