Introduction:
Ben 10: Omniverse is a linear action game that is targeted to a younger audience. This game is similar in difficulty to many of the other games targeted to that demographic. Almost all of the trophies come from just playing the game on hard mode and switching between alien forms to get all the 50 kill trophies. The game should take an experienced player 6 hours or less to get the platinum if they play on hard from the start, use the collectible video by Duck360, and be sure to make use of all the various alien forms for kills. Most, if not all, of the cut scenes can be skipped with to shorten the time that it takes to complete the game. The game can be played in single player mode and supports drop in/out co-op for player 2. Player 1 controls Ben, and player 2 controls Rook.

Walkthrough:

Step 1:
Play through the game on hard mode and use the video by Duck360 to get the 30 collectibles needed. To reduce time to platinum it is suggested that you switch between Alien options to get all the 50 kills with a particular Alien form trophy. I would grind through 50 kills with a form then switch to another and start the process over. The 50 kills needed with the Ben characters will likely happen naturally when you are in the middle of fights and run out of alien energy. I would not suggest trying to grind it out first. Note that a few Alien forms are only playable on certain levels. Some are only for young Ben and some for Teen Ben. Even if a repository is not in the video, be sure to open it. It will help reduce any possible post game grinding. Likewise, if you see any boxes be sure to break them. On Level 5, look out for the one set of 8 boxes for the Focused Destruction trophy. The extra repositories and boxes also help reduce the time it takes to upgrade your alien forms.

Step 2:
Use level select to clean-up any trophies you missed on the first playthrough. Some of the individual trophies list good spots for getting that particular trophy if they were not completed on the first playthrough.

Omnitrix To The Max
Fully upgrade all of Ben's alien forms.

To upgrade the alien forms hit the button and select the option for upgrades. Each alien needs to be upgraded twice to get this trophy. If an alien has not been upgraded at all it will be listed as Level 1. If you have upgraded an alien form once, the alien will be listed as Level 2 beneath its name. If you have upgraded an alien twice, it will be listed as Maxed Out beneath its name. Each upgrade costs 2000 experience points. These are earned by killing enemies and sometimes by opening certain Tech Repositories and breaking boxes.

There are a couple of spots in the game where you have to do a task to get enemies to stop spawning. These spots are good for grinding out kills with a particular alien form as well as grinding out XP to complete this trophy. The first spot is in the second level of the game where you have to use Feed Back to transfer energy from one group of cores to another. I used this spot after I completed the game to farm XP to get this trophy.

Plumber Power
Fully upgrade all of Rook's Proto-Tool functions.

This happens over the course of the game naturally. You can not manually upgrade Rook's level like the alien forms. Just keep playing the game in single player or co-op and you will get this trophy. It popped on the last level of the game for me before reaching the final boss.

Open Season
Open 75 Tech Repositories over the course of the game. (1)

If you follow the collectible guide and get all 30 of those repositories then there is only another 45 needed. I did not reach that number on my initial playthrough. A good place to grind this out is in the second level. There is a save point in the chapter. After that there is a few robots that will spawn. Past them is a bit of a drop off you have to go over to move forward. There is a tech repository to the left after you go down to the next level. Open this repository then kill yourself by jumping off the cliff. You can even skip the enemies and just run down to the repository to speed up the process.

Focused Destruction
Destroy 8 crates in a single attack.

The only spot I saw for this was in level 5. There is an alcove where there are 8 boxes in almost a V pattern in a corner. Get close to the boxes with one of your stronger alien forms press to jump and then press to come crashing down. It should break all the boxes at once and cause this trophy to pop.

Mass Destruction
Destroy 150 crates in the game. (1)

Be diligent breaking boxes as you progress through the game. I was and I still did not have this one at the end of my playthrough. I started back up level 5 since there is a spot with the 8 boxes, but I did not even get that far in the level before it popped with a different box I broke.

15-Hitter
Perform a 15-hit combo.

See 35-Hitter.

25-Hitter
Perform a 25-hit combo.

See 35-Hitter.

35-Hitter
Perform a 35-hit combo.

This may sound like a tough trophy, but it is one of the first few you will likely get in the game. A combo is just repeated hits on any enemy in close succession. Early on in the game as Ben you are relatively weak and this will pop in the first fight if you keep punching an enemy over and over. You can spam the same button repeatedly to get this as long as you are hitting an enemy. There is a very small gap between hits before the count starts over.

Up In The Air
Defeat 30 enemies while they are in the air. (1)

There are a few aliens that work well for this trophy. Diamondhead and Gravattack are the 2 that I used in particular. For both characters, spamming of the button will launch an enemy into the air. Continue attacking the enemies while they are in the air and you will eventually get this trophy. The kills should count both toward this trophy and the 50 kills for a given character.

Human Power
Defeat 20 enemies as Young Ben or Teen Ben (not in alien form).

See Look, Grandpa--No Aliens!

Omni What?
Defeat 30 enemies as Young Ben or Teen Ben (not in alien form).

See Look, Grandpa--No Aliens!

Look, Grandpa--No Aliens!
Defeat 50 enemies as Young Ben or Teen Ben (not in alien form).

This should come naturally over the course of the game. When you run out of alien power you automatically return to Ben form. Just fight as Ben until you get your alien power back and you should get this without any grinding. If you somehow do not get this on your initial playthrough, just change the difficulty to easy and pick an early level and play just as Ben without using alien powers.

Feedback Frenzy
Defeat 50 enemies as Feedback.

See Just Chillin'.

Think Fast
Defeat 50 enemies as XLR8.

See Just Chillin'.

The Eyes Have It
Defeat 50 enemies as Eye Guy.

See Just Chillin'.

Shockingly Effective
Defeat 50 enemies as Shocksquatch.

See Just Chillin'.

Gravattacktics
Defeat 50 enemies as Gravattack.

See Just Chillin'.

Battle Bloxx
Defeat 50 enemies as Bloxx.

See Just Chillin'.

Four Times The Fun
Defeat 50 enemies as Four Arms.

See Just Chillin'.

Cannon Fodder
Defeat 50 enemies as Cannonbolt.

See Just Chillin'.

Diamond In The Rough
Defeat 50 enemies as Diamondhead.

See Just Chillin'.

Branching Out
Defeat 50 enemies as Wildvine.

See Just Chillin'.

Heated Exchange
Defeat 50 enemies as Heatblast.

See Just Chillin'.

Goin' Mutts
Defeat 50 enemies as Wild Mutt.

See Just Chillin'.

Just Chillin'
Defeat 50 enemies as Arctiguana.

Exactly as it sounds. All of these Defeat 50 enemies trophies just require you to switch to the specified alien form via when your alien power meter is full and then defeat enemies. To swap to a different alien that is not immediately available by hold down a particular direction to set that quick select via the select screen. You are not limited to just the 4 default aliens for a given level. Some aliens are only available to young Ben and others only to teen Ben.

Not A Scratch
Complete an entire level without being defeated and reset.

This sounds more difficult than it really is. As long as you are in alien form, running out of health means you transform back to Ben. If you run out of health as Ben, or fail at one of the platforming parts of the game, you will get a screen for restarting from checkpoint or quitting. As long as you play through a level and do not get that screen you will get this trophy. If you do not get this on your first playthrough, change the difficulty to easy and play through a level again.

It's Hero Time
Complete the entire game on Hero difficulty. (1)

Just select Hard as the difficulty level at the start of the game and complete the game. It will cause this trophy to pop.

The only slightly difficult part is the QTE at the final boss. The stick rotation QTEs are very picky and none of the events give you much time to complete them. Luckily, if you screw up you just have to hit the boss a few more times to get the chance to try the QTE again.
