Beat the Pro mode in 2hrs

Skip level: :left: :left: :left: :right:    :right:

All Skills, 1 million souls and all upgrades:   :left: :right:

First you have do to an easy playthrough (it takes 5min)

Start the game, input the skip level code and you should be in "Underground hall". Kill the boss and head to "Finale".

Don't forget to use the "All skills" code too, or you won't be able to beat him.

If you want, you can increase your souls to 50 millions with the code, and you can also try to beat the final boss without being hurt.

It damn easy if you have Form duration level 3, just buy a max rage at the start of the fight then use the light form and mash your magic on him.

At this point, you can earn the following trophies :

Now we can start the Pro run.

First, play the game until you are on the level named "the abandoned cost" and then use skip level code.

Once you are in "undergroud Hall", kill the boss but instead of going to "Finale", head to "Hall of Columns".

The point here is not to finish the level, but just to have enough souls to buy some rage and health (1 million is enough).

Once you are ok with the souls you have, just use the skip level code until you are transported to "Dark temple"

It's important to note that you will be teleported to "blade of death/evening" and "Deadly passage/evening" during this step.

This way, you can also earn "Can you ever touch me" quite easily.

After getting the light form in "Dark Temple", save the game and again use the skil level code to go to "Finale" where you just have to beat the boss to earn all the story related trophies.

Et voila, you just need to do a quick playthrough for the relics and farm around 7000 monsters to get your platinum.

You don't even need 12 hours to get the Platinum Trophy so cheats are not necessary.

Not to mention that I would not use them if the required time is more than 12 hours.

There are not necessary, but the whole point of this thread is to help people to get most of the trophies in 2 hours.

A quick run for all the artifacts take no more than 3 hours after that, and the farming can be done in "auto-mode".

It's a terrible game, one of the worst i've ever play (and i've play Alpha Protocol and Tomb Raider Underworld...), to be able to finish it quicker than 10 hours with no efforts was a relief for me.

Vyrastas : Yes, you still have to search for the artifacts and farm thousand of monsters after that.

Honestly? It's not worth doing this.

I got my platinum about... urm... a second ago. I used cheats for my easy run and I regretted it the moment I hit the last few stages and I discovered that none of the artifact trophies would unlock.

But for the pro mode, I considered doing the level skip and I did, but unless you have light magic unlocked, you can't beat the final boss... well you can... if you want to sit there for 3 hours and hope his attacks don't kill you.

Whilst you can rely on the level skip, it doesn't do it in order and you enter that 'dark' boss fight very under prepared. By the time you battle upto it you'll be at a point where you can just fly through the stages anyway, but the benefit of this is that you'll be killing monsters which is a lot more fun than farming that mission over and over again.

Also, if you enter the all magic/skills cheat, by default you need to do a full playthrough anyway for the collectibles, combine that with the 10k kills, it's just totally impractical to use cheats on this game, even though they do give you a huge advantage.... ..

well I lie... there is one good thing about the cheats, you can unlock magic woman in the tutorial stage quite easilly.

I have a problem with this. Since the game is not so great for me to force myself playing it on Pro all over again, this skipping level cheat is great. I've done all other trophies (besides finishing the game ones and slashing 10,000 monsters) and when skipped levels, I've got trophies for finishing the game, but not the ones for finishing the game with the good ending. Since I used ones for having all the skills, hence disabling the good endings trophy, started another Pro, just skipping, no souls and skills. But when I get to Dark Temple, I don't have anything to battle with the Lion. Only spells available to me are Ice Flower, Lightning, Fire Blades, Fire Blades, Fire Rage and Sparkling Sword. And since during level skipping, when game skipped to the first level, I've got left without stronger spells that I already have unlocked and bought, even binded. How the hell can the boss in the Dark Temple be beaten with those damn spells? People who did the level skipping for Pro, how did it worked for you, as it not working for me?

You should have the Fireball spell, either by buying it or getting it in one of the first level, "the abandoned cost".

With that and the charging shoot you get after the first skipped level, Dark Temple is cake even on Pro.

How do I get the light form in "Dark Temple"?

Do i need to beat the level?

Edit: I beat him and got the light form.

But I still dont have the ray of light spell. Dont I need that to beat the last boss? Fireballs do not take any of her health.

Aka, what charging shot?

I followed this guide 100% and cant damage the final boss at all.

Please help.

To those who still have questions about the "Light Form" spell, here is a more detailed answer from our sister site x360a:

2nd Playthrough (20-45 minutes):

Play on Pro and DO NOT TOUCH the unlock everything cheat. Play through the first level until you unlock fireball, then skip ahead. Keep skipping levels until you get to a level called the Two Towers where you see a yellow crystal in front. It is important to get that before you skip that level since it will get you enough souls to buy what you need later (you will need at least 450,000 souls, Entrance to the Castle also gives you a lot of souls). When you get to the level Dark Temple, kill the boss there and get the only story based achievement aside from beating the game and purchase Light Form, Light Blade and Ray of Light. Skip ahead to Finale and use the Lightform/Ray of Light method to kill the final boss and unlock the achievements for beating the game and the achievements for the good endings. Killing the Dark Temple boss is actually the hardest thing to do in this method, but fireball will help, as will wearing the regen suit.

Just a few modifications to the tips for a Pro Mode Speed Run (I did it in about 15-20 minutes):

1) Ruins - you must play until you get Fireball - this will be necessary to beat the boss that gives you Light Powers.

2) Skip to the Underground Hall (the first stop on the Level Skip Circuit) - despite not having 3rd Level shooting upgrade, the game will allow you to execute the move (and strangely enough, permanently learn the move) to kill the otherwise unkillable monster. Here's the really great part - break the pots that are in the chamber he occupied... which offer 100,000 souls each! You'll get 1,000,000 souls in seconds with NO RESISTANCE!

3) Skip to Dark Temple - you must kill this boss to earn light powers. If you Level Skip again, his death cutscene will play, but you will not earn light powers. Note that you must kill his attached minions (the ones attached to him with a trail of black smoke) before you can hurt him; he will have two waves of minions before becoming vulnerable. He's a little challenging (much tougher than the final boss), but just keep your distance and exclusively use fireball on him once he's open.

4) Buy Light Powers - this will cost about half of your 1,000,000 souls (for LightForm and Light Ray).

5) Skip to Finale - when fighting the boss, activate LightForm and spam Light Ray (make sure to target the boss). You will need approximately 4-6 full Rage bars to defeat him. You will probably have to heal 2-4 times, but since you haven't yet healed or activated later upgrades, it will cost very few souls. Given your remaining bank of 500,000, you should have no trouble destroying him.

Thanks, it was such a pain to play through this game once legitimately. The fact you can't even rely on the melee combat in a hack-n-slash game is ridiculous. As soon as I stopped trying to play the game as you would a good game in the genre... or even the mediocre ones, the easier it got. Even on Pro vs my easy.

Such a dreadful game. I'm glad I didn't have to play through the thing normally on Pro. Took ages to skip around to get where I needed, but it was way less tedious than playing the game normally.

Excellent guide, but here are some details:

  1. You can't skip levels forever. At some point you won't be able to do it anymore.
  2. If you are using the cheats for Pro, you CANNOT use the all skills+upgrades cheat. It will void your GOOD GIRL trophies, even if you have already beaten the boss that unlocks the the light and locks the darkness (step 3).

After doing 2 above, walk backwards and complete the previous room (if you walk forward, you will meet the final boss instead). This will give you 18M souls, so you can buy every Soul Form upgrade. After that you can continue skipping around. Alternatively, you can farm souls after Step 5 below. Just for reference, you will skip A LOT to get to the Dark Temple below. It takes a good chunk of time.

If you want to, you can back out from the boss fight and go farm souls 2 rooms prior. That way you can buy all soul upgrades and make this boss fight even easier. Just stay on the stairs where you start and keep shooting enemies with the light blades power active (activate again when it runs out, just makes it faster). When the big spider thing spawns, use light form and spam light ball (same strat for the final boss). After you are done, you should have about 18M and you can buy anything you want. You shouldn't be able to get the gun upgrades trophy or the trophy for all dark upgrades, but you should be able to unlock every other one. Probably.

Thanks to both you and the OP for the information, really good data.
