Introduction:

White Knight Chronicles is a traditional style RPG with experience levelling and complete customization of the characters, with the ability to create your own Avatar to add to the group to enable you to become fully immersed in the game. The game was originally designed to have an MMORPG aspect on top of the single player storyline to allow your avatar to develop even further and take on the world in a slightly more literal sense. However with the servers shutting down on the 18th of June this year, it is unlikely that we will see any more online aspects to this game.

Walkthrough

Step 1: Play the game

You will want to play the game and focus only on that. There is no need to worry about anything else at the moment.

Step 2: Second playthrough

Play the game again, but this time focus on collecting items. You can get about 4 or 5 sets of armour at GR7 and GR8 level which you will find very useful later. This can be done in about 4 hours if you rush through the game skipping cutscenes and not exploring.

Step 3: Build Guild Rank (GR)

You will start off at Guild Rank 1 and not gain any ranks from completing the story. The story will only build your level, however this is needed to start working on Guild rank. At the start you will just want to complete quests that you can access. As you start progressing to GR4 or 5 begin to go back to the older quests and try to complete them with an S rank. S ranks are gotten by completing the mode as fast as you can, by killing lots of enemies, or by killing the hardest enemies there are available. Use neoseeker to find the specific quest and it will tell you how to S rank that quest. If you struggle on S Ranking a quest, move on and come back when you're a higher rank.

You want to get to GR12 as soon as possible but you need to focus on other trophies too. Best Served Cold 2 is best for exp although until GR10 you will struggle to solo this (although I'll give you tips later). But you want to focus on item quests just as equally. Pick bosses that have rare items you need and complete those quests too. You do not need S ranks on these quests although obviously completing each quest once with an S rank is needed so try to do that as best you can. If you struggle with one quest, don't worry.

For S ranks, remember that the blue (bonus) quests are harder than the yellow (standard) to s rank, even if they are the same guild rank. However a bonus quest at GR7 is usually easier than a standard quest at GR10. Focus some energy on S ranks but you won't get the trophy till much later.

Step 4: Gold Star

You will need to get the rebirth trophy at GR10. (Master all 8 skills). I suggest you use sprog cleaning 2 once you've rebirthed to get from level 35 to 50 in about 2 hours. You will also get a substantial amount of money for doing this. Make sure you plan to finish with the skills you will wish to use for the rest of the game.

Step 5: Gold Medal

To get this to work in the same way as it did when you were working towards GR10: Complete quests you need, along with quests you have found to be quick, in order to rank up. This is the best way to get guild rank, and as you need items it is probably easier to go for them now rather than after you reach GR12. Only bind what you need, such as armor. Don't spend your money yet as it'll make the Gold Coin Purse trophy much harder.

Step 6: Perfectionist's Badge

You probably won't get all 50 S-Ranks till you're at least GR12, depending on if you've played the game online much before the server shut down. This will be quite hard to do without a party behind you for support, however with enough practice, character building, and learning the missions, a lot of them are fairly easy to run through quickly.

Step 7: Item Maniac

Items/materials. You should have a lot of items now but any that you don't have but need for binding you'll have to go out and get. Check the checklists to see what you need to get (FAQ again or download the table) and go specifically for those items. As you don't need GR anymore you don't have to complete the quest unless the items you need are only from completing the quests or bosses. For example you can start the quest, get various flowers or ores found at the beginning and quit out. Other materials will need to be gotten by kills.

Step 8: Gold Coin Purse

Money. Only after doing all of this should you go for money. Try not to bind much before getting this trophy since it's hard enough as it is. To get money you want to complete BSC3 repetitively. You get about 25000 gilda a run, so repeat till you have about 6 million total. After you have this, make a second save to load from for binding and sell all your equipment. You should be over the 10 million mark. If not, reload the save file that has your equipment and keep going for however much you were off by.

Step 9: Phibianacci's Diamond

Binding. This should be the only set of trophies left now, or you may still have to collect Equipment Maniac (Don't worry if you do, it should come along the way). You need about 4 million gold to complete it so you should have plenty, plus the items you have. If you're missing items, you can buy them if you don't have enough or complete the quests where they are found, or skip the item if you really want to although it is advised you stick to the easy items as the harder ones get expensive fast. The only hard items you should have to bind are those you used previously.

A crown reserved for one who is perfect in every regard. Rumoured to have once been worn by an ancient king

Unlock all trophies.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/02.jpg Item Dabbler (B)

Collect 100 different items. A bronze ornament in the shape of a bag.

A simple trophy to get. You'll probably get this before the end of the story. The "items" are things which go into your item storage such as potions, herbs, ores and materials. Equipment (armour and weapons) do not count towards this trophy. See Item Maniac for more information.

Collect 300 different items. A silver ornament in the shape of a bag.

A fairly simple trophy to get. You'll probably get this by Guild Rank 7-8. The "items" are things which go into your item storage such as potions, herbs, ores and materials. Equipment (armour and weapons) do not count towards this trophy. See Item Maniac for more information.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/04.jpg Item Maniac (G)

Collect 600 different items. A gold ornament in the shape of a bag.

This trophy should come naturally while going for binds. You will need a lot of items in order to get that trophy and therefore this trophy will come alongside it. However 600 items is a lot and will take some considerable searching to find them all. To get items you need to search trees, rocks and many other objects around the world that sparkle, glow or have bugs flying around them. Remember that each item must be unique. You can guess approximately how many items you have by using the item storage page. As only unique items are shown (duplicates are represented by x # after the name) multiply the number of pages by 10 to approximately work out the number of items you have.

Use the following list of items to find any items you are in need of. Only go for ones you need to collect for binding and if you still don't have enough, then and only then search for other items that you may not have found before.

Collect 50 different types of weapons / armour. A bronze ornament in the shape of a sword.

A simple trophy to get. You'll probably get this before the end of the story. The "equipments" are things which go into your weapon storage such as armour, weapons and accessories. Basically anything you can wear. Items that sound like equipment (eg. Troll Armour Suit) do not count towards this trophy. See Equipment Maniac for more information.*

Collect 200 different types of weapons / armour. A silver ornament in the shape of a sword.

A simple trophy to get. You'll probably get this by Guild Rank 8. The "equipments" are things which go into your weapon storage such as armour, weapons and accessories. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/09.jpg Equipment Maniac (G)

Collect 500 different types of weapons / armour. A gold ornament in the shape of a sword.

This trophy will come alongside binding, however while you are expected to bind 450 different types of weapons and armour, this only means use 450 different recipes and chances are you will only create 300-350 unique pieces of equipment. Don't worry however. There are plenty of equipment pieces that you can purchase from shops. There are 4 types of shops, weapon, armour, accessory and binding. Purchase weapons, armour and accessories (especially accessories) that you haven't heard the name of before and you should get this trophy if you don't get it through binding. Accessories are the best way to boost this trophy as you won't be buying duplicates as the only accessories you can bind are capes and glasses. Rings and Earrings you will not have created, and there are lots of them for sale.

Be aware that you can only hold 250 pieces of equipment in your storage at once (minus inventory slots) so you will have to sell some of your equipment in order to get this trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/08.jpg Bronze Star (B)

Learn one entire set of Skills. Its bronze light shines from the soul of the wearer.

There are 8 skills to learn in White Knight Chronicles. You can master any of them. You need to master 1 of them to get this trophy. Mastering the skill means that you have unlocked every ability within that skill tree. While this is not the most effective way to learn for later development, it is needed for this trophy. Just pick the skill you're happiest with and aim to master that. You need to spend approximately 90 skill points on 1 skill to master it. You can only get this trophy with your Avatar.

Learn eight entire sets of Skills. Its gold light shines with the power of every technique.

There are 8 skills to learn in White Knight Chronicles. You can master any of them. You need to master all 8 of them to get this trophy. Mastering the skill means that you have unlocked every ability within that skill tree. While this is not the most effective way to learn for later development, it is needed for this trophy. Just pick the skill you're happiest with and aim to master that. You need to spend approximately 90 skill points on 1 skill to master it. *You can only get this trophy with your Avatar.

Of course, at no point in the game will you have enough skill points to master every skill at once. You will need to go through a process which is known as rebirthing. Once your avatar reaches level 50 you get a new quest. Select Van Haven Waste from the world map and pick Sinca Reincarnation Pilgrimage. Completing this quest puts you back to level 35 however gives you an extra 40 skill points as a bonus each time you do it (for 4 rebirths). This means you go from a maximum of 200 skill points without any rebirths to a maximum of 360 skill points after all 4. Of course you can continue rebirthing after your 4th rebirth but you won't get any extra skill points from it. A skill that has been completed is resembled with a star next to it. If you do not complete the skill before rebirthing then you will have to start from the beginning in order to master it.

This allows you to master more skills at a time and if you plan it properly you can master all the skills before your final rebirth to give you the best advantage when you rebirth a final time.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/10.jpg Bronze Horns (B)

Slay 100 monsters. A trophy in the shape of a monster's horn.

A very straightforward trophy. This should come easily during your first playthrough of the story.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/11.jpg Silver Horns (S)

Slay 3000 monsters. A trophy in the shape of a devil's horn.

This trophy should be fairly straightforward too. 3000 monsters may seem like a lot but this should come around Guild Rank 5 or 6. It won't take you long to get this trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/12.jpg Gold Horns (B)

Slay 10,000 monsters. A trophy in the shape of a dragon god's horn.

Again, you do not need to do anything in order to get this trophy. 10,000 is a lot of monsters but you will be killing a lot more than this in order to get your platinum. This should come naturally at about Guild Rank 9 or 10.

Complete 50 quests with an S rank. A badge presented by your clients.

You must complete 50 quests and get rewarded the "S" rank when completing them. The S rank comes from completing the game with minimal flaws. This will take a lot of time and will be tricky without a team (as the quests were designed to be completed with teams). The easiest way to do this trophy is to get up to a high guild rank and then go back and complete the lower level quests. The standard quests (yellow) are mostly easier to S rank than the additional quests (blue). You will however have to complete at least a few additional quests to S rank in order to get this trophy as only 49 of the standard quests are completable without a team. It has been confirmed that the patch with additional quests can be downloaded without having to play the game online first which makes this trophy easier.

Here is BrightBlade's guide for suggested quests to S rank Solo, with point margins and GR.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/16.jpg Toadstone (B)

Bind 50 different items. A stone fashioned by Don's underlings. ... It's rather moist.

Binding in this game means collecting items and upgrading weapons and putting them together to make a new weapon. It's quite expensive if you try to buy all the items so you'll want to scavenge/harvest (collect from sparkling, glowing or otherwise emphasised spots) as much as possible, as well as relying on drops. Later on when binding you will need rarer items and will instead have to focus on killing specific enemies, or harvesting certain spots to get items.

The Phibianacci's Diamond is the last trophy you should focus on as it's in direct conflict with Gold Coin Purse. You will want to focus only on the higher level items you need to to be effective in combat.

Bind 200 different items. A stone rumored to have been made by Anura herself.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/18.jpg Phibianacci's Diamond (G)

Bind 450 different items. A gem stone fashioned by Don Phibianacci himself. ...But why is it sticky?

Binding in this game means collecting items and upgrading weapons and putting them together to make a new weapon. It's quite expensive if you try to buy all the items so you'll want to scavenge/harvest (collect from sparkling, glowing or otherwise emphasised spots) as much as possible, as well as relying on drops. This is the last trophy you should focus on as it's in direct conflict with Gold Coin Purse. You will want to focus only on the higher level items you need to to be effective in combat.

450 is a massive number of items to bind so you will want to make this the last trophy you do, so you can spend the 10 million that you have earned up to that point (or at least the 6 million) with no fear of it impairing your progress. You will still have to go out of your way to collect items but it is by far less strenuous when you have the money to spend. Although you will only have access to low level shops, you'll find that buying things like upgrade pearls will help you a lot when you have to.

Below is a downloadable checklist which helps you to keep track of items you've bound previously, how many more you need to do, and suggests the "best" items for you to bind (the less extravagant, less expensive ones). Use it as best you can, and if you can't figure it out then it at least provides what equipment needs which items to make it.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/19.jpg Bronze Medal (B)

Raise Guild Rank to 4. A small prize from the Guild.

This is fairly straightforward. Just complete all the Guild Rank quests that are available at your level. At lower ranks there won't be much difficulty difference. You should be able to complete the quests quite easily alone.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/20.jpg Silver Medal (S)

Raise Guild Rank to 8. A respectful award from the Guild.

Similar to before. Guild Rank 8 will take you a fair while but not that long in comparison to 12. The quests will get more difficult as you go along however you shouldn't have too much trouble completing quests at your Guild Rank.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/21.jpg Gold Medal (G)

Raise Guild Rank to 12. A high honour from the Guild.

This is the one you will struggle with. You will need to get a total of 22 Million guild points to get this trophy. That is a lot and is what will take the most of your time. Once you reach Guild Rank 8 quests will start getting harder to complete. You will want to focus on quests such as Best Served Cold 2 (see tips and tricks for how to complete this solo at a lower level), Home of the Knave 2 and any other quests you find good. This will be very hard to do solo and will take you a long time (a good 400 to 500 hours to complete) but if you can persevere then you will have completed the longest trophy and will be in good standing for completing all the rest.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/22.jpg Bronze Coin Purse (B)

Earn 100,000 Guilder. A coin purse filled with hope...

This should come with playing at about Guild Rank 5. 100,000 is a lot of money to get over the course of the story but you'll find that once you start questing you'll get quite a bit of money without trying. Of course this is the easiest of the money trophies to obtain.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/23.jpg Silver Coin Purse (S)

Earn 1,000,000 Guilder. A coin purse filled with hopes and dreams.

This will come at about Guild Rank 10. 1 million guilder is a lot of money but shouldn't need any farming. It should come while you're going for Guild Rank 12. Just make sure you don't spend too much on binding and you should get this before Guild Rank 10.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/372/24.jpg Gold Coin Purse (G)

Earn 10,000,000 Guilder. A coin purse filled with...a ton of money!

You won't get this trophy naturally. 10 million Guilder is a lot of money, even among online players and if you use some of your money to bind items you will find it depleting very quickly. Best Served Cold 3 is the best way to gain money where you will get approximately 25,000 guilder per run when selling items. However you can't do this solo until at least Guild Rank 11 so you will find that this is one of the later trophies. There is a trick which you can use where you make a seperate, second save file and on that one you sell all your items. This may get you the trophy but leave you itemless, so you will have to load your first save file to get the items back. This will only work if you have been saving up items and have about 6 million already in your savings.

Extra Information

  • Big Red (Best Served Cold missions) can be soloed at low GR in comparison to the quest (ie best served cold 2 can be soloed at GR8) for quick GR points if needed. However you must have unlocked fates favour (divine) and be using a ranged weapon (elemental Mage or bow). At the start of the boss fight, run right as far as you can and big red will work his way around a pillar. When he does, run backwards and left pretty much back to the start but pressed up against the back "wall" so he can't hit you. From here you can range him. The only attack that will hit you is welter strike which you need fates favour to survive.

  • Only bind what you need before getting the Gold Coin Purse trophy. Binded items are worth a LOT less than the cost for binding and the items needed so you will have to work extra hard to get the money trophy.

  • Missions can be completed solo despite how hard they seem, but you will need to be a lot higher than the suggested GR to do it. If a mission is suggested GR6 usually you will need to be at least GR8 to solo it.

  • Use elemental weapons when you know they will be useful but don't go out of your way to upgrade them at lower ranks. After GR10 you will find that weapons start coming with elemental enhancements already on them. You should really start focussing on elemental enhancements at GR11 though. Don't bother with them on your armour, just weapons.

  • Mages are supporting classes so unless you have a strong meele class build as well I'd advise not using it except to master the skill.

  • Plan ahead. Make sure you know what weapons you want to bind, make sure you know what your next and final builds are going to be like. Make sure should know what items you need.

  • The binding posts keep track of your binds for you so don't worry about that. But try to keep track of the equipment you've used.

http://i61.tinypic.com/1rudyc.png

E = Elemental, This shows whether a weapon with a +10 Elemental upgrade is needed or not.

AC = Number of AC used to use all the moves in the combo shown

  • You can change the combos how you want. Above are the most effective builds for combos but you will only need to use ones appropriate to your class build.

  • You can shorten each combo if you wish to make it consume less AC each time.

  • It is advised that you use a +10 elemental weapon on each combo, or +10 non elemental if it's appropriate for the enemy.

  • Combos will only "Complete" at certain levels. As you upgrade your weapon, less AC will be needed to complete a combo. At +10 weapon upgrade, a 3AC combo can be "completed" assuming the weapon is fully repaired. Keep this in mind when selecting your combos.

This is not a very good or accurate for someone who is looking to solo from start to finish. Its the same info you can find on 10 different offline roadmaps. I have played this solo for about 150 hours so far and I played the 2nd playthrough and skipped all enemies and cut scenes and it still took over 4 hours. Also the perfectionists badge is now the most time consuming of the trophies since it is extremely unlikely that you can get it pre GR13. There is too much info here and needs to be more straight forward to stand out from the rest. You said you played online to get to GR11,well thats over half way to GR 12. doing it solo is MUCH different.

Anyways thats my opinion.

Personally, I think there's still a lot more that could be said. Not to mention it's been confirmed for a while now that you CAN get the blue quests still. 800 hours is a huge overstatement. I'd say no more than 450-650 hours, which I think is possible if you have a good enough guide/resources at your disposal.

I would suggest having a list of stuff to do at each GR rank, such as grinding quests, and what builds/equipment to consider binding and upgrading at that GR. A master list of "definitely soloable" quests would also be great.

I'm pretty sure that there's an update for WKC that adds all of the blue quests, making Perfectionist's Badge obtainable without going online.

I'd check on a back up account, but I don't have WKC anymore... Damn I miss it :pout: such a good game. Bring on WKCIII!

If this has been updated since I last played it then i'll happily add notes in appropriate places saying so, however when i last played it you had to access the online portion of the game in order to download the patch, It didn't download on the startup of the disk like most games. If it now does download on disk startup then please let me know as that means that everybody is able to get this platinum despite the servers being down.

There are barely any offline roadmaps, most sites still have the online TG/RM up (including this one, other than no alternative except my bare bones one i put up ages ago) so i don't see where you're getting your other information from. Yes this is mostly common sense if you've played solo yourself but aren't most TG/RM's for most games?

For the perfectionist's badge, that's exactly what i've said, i don't see why your point is different to mine.

I know playing online is different, but I did at least half of it solo. I have plenty of knowledge to understand how to solo it. Starting alone however may be overwhelming for most, which is why i've given lots of information. You only really need to read it once through, focus on your objective and keep at that. Yes it's a lot to take in at once but you're not supposed to take it in at once. You're meant to keep in mind what you're aiming for not everything.

It personally took me 800 hours to platinum the game including about 100 hours of idle time. That's what i based the time off of. About 300 of that was online (approximately half way) and 500 hours solo, with the 100 hours idle time spread evenly between the two. The game was a 4-500 hour plat to start with, if you could solo it in under that time i'm sure more people would have done it that way, so while i'll be happy to reduce the time if somebody gives me an exact time they solo'd the whole game in (not just guesswork) I won't be putting it under the 500 hour the previous TG/RM had.

If it now does download on disk startup then please let me know as that means that everybody is able to get this platinum despite the servers being down.

The patch was released just before the servers went down. I don't have it any more, but I remember someone saying that you still have access to them.

Great guide by the way

There really is no straight forward way to do this game solo, I'm not sure what you expect?

Quest items and more importantly (as you can create a huge amount of them) georama parts help in obtaining the Item Maniac trophy, I obtained the trophy creating close to 100 of those parts, but beware that even if you have to bind them, they do not count as bindings for the respective trophies, only bindings at binding post that are checkmarked count toward those.

I cannot stress enough on how useful is georama once you hit the 10 million mark and proper GR, it saves you a lot of time in farming rare materials for the binding trophies and allows you to bind uber equipment, equal or better than what you can obtain doing quests.

I think that the only doubt one can have on how to proceed is to wether do a varied range of quests or grind BR for GR points, I'd say do both alternating them, but the sooner you increase your GR the sooner you have access to harvestable materials or drops from breaking big monsters parts that may allow you to bind better equipment.

Time, patience and careful planning net you the platinum in this game eventually, even solo, it's by no means Vanquish or Ninja Gaiden.

so while i'll be happy to reduce the time if somebody gives me an exact time they solo'd the whole game in (not just guesswork) I won't be putting it under the 500 hour the previous TG/RM had.

Took me 638 hours cumulative, solo from start to finish. I say "cumulative" cause when I've hit the 10 millions mark and GR13 (around the 500 hours mark) I've split the game in two saves, in one I invested the 10 millions to obtain the 450 bindings trophy (took me around 70 hours) and on the second save I went to GR14 and invested the 10 and more millions into binding the best possible equipment I could afford, buying the most expensive georama items (took another 70 or so hours). Doing everything on just one savegame would have taken way more than that.

I'd say you can shave off between 50 and 100 hours from my completion time, cause I've worked on the binding trophies along the way, thus wasting money that could have speed up the reaching of 10 millions, but it helped keep my sanity, taking a break every now and then from the BR grind.

The thing that will break 9 people over 10 in soloing this game isn't the 50 S ranks or the 450 bindings, but the insane grind that begins around the GR10 mark.

All right. I can buy that, so let me ask a couple of questions. I actually have GR10 on my game, but I have no idea what's so special about it. What useful armor/skills do I get that makes things easier?

Also, I've read over and over that Sprog Cleaning 2 is best for leveling up your character again. I get wiped out. I get wiped out because my (apparently crappy) GR8 armor has level requirements, and I can't wear it when I re-incarnate. How should I set up my character?

EDIT: Actually, I'm not even sure that Sprog Cleaning 2 was open for my character. I still don't know how to get suited up to take on enemies.

It seems like this is a perfect endgame guide, but I can't get going in the beginning-to-midgame to get there. It seems like the guide was written for people who already know how everything works.

So, forget the rest. What is a simple way to, e.g., max out my stars? I even posted earlier on threads, but I NEVER got an answer to this, and I still don't see one here. All it says is, "Max out gold stars". I know how I want to max out stars. I know what I want my character to look like when he maxes out stars. Now, how do I do it?

A simple and the quickest way to max out all the skill sets is to grind Sprog Cleaning 2. For my avatar I made this set specifically for rebirthing and have it all +10. It's all level 30 gear with no GR level and is easy to max.

Innocents Tunic

Innocents Gloves

Innocents Slops

Innocents Shoes

Silver Shield

Castleguard Spear (at least +1 wind elemental)

At the start of rebirthing I run in and use Anima twice and then start spamming Sonic Javelin. You'll level up fast and at a certain point switch to your GR7/8/9 gear during the rebirth. It should only take 2 hours per rebirth with spear as the main weapon. You could make it easier for further rebirths and only max out 2 classes per rebirth and use other skill points on spear again so you can keep using it for every rebirth though it may or will take at least 1 extra rebirth doing that and in doing that will mean you won't have to worry about having to rebirth as a axe, staff or bow user as your weapon.

It also doesn't matter if you die at any point during a rebirth. The first 2 or so levels are where you'll most likely die the most.

This trophy guide and roadmap is a lifesaver for people like me who have yet to (P) it. I was hesitant to go back and (P) it, but if it is possible I will do it. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

This game is more then possible to solo offline and just requires sticking to it. While I got the EU plat online I started the Japanese version a few months ago. Just don't play Big Red over & over, go through and play all the quest you can at your current GR over and over instead.

Thanks for the info! Well I guess I have no excuse not (P) it now :p

I'm pretty sure that there's an update for WKC that adds all of the blue quests, making Perfectionist's Badge obtainable without going online.

If this has been updated since I last played it then i'll happily add notes in appropriate places saying so, however when i last played it you had to access the online portion of the game in order to download the patch, It didn't download on the startup of the disk like most games. I want to confirm that Blue Quest still unlock. I just checked this now on my 2nd PS3 & sub account which has no game data or saves from my main account that had accessed Geonet. While I have only unlocked Boot Camp 1&2 Blue Quest, it proves that the 1.01 update does in fact contain them. It's also the same for the Japanese version which is update 2.03

EDIT: Just going to confirm the same for WKC2. Even without the blue quest there's still enough guest from WKC1 to get 100 S ranks.

Now THAT'S what I want to see! Thanks much for the info. I'll try it out.
