But some of us have managed to deal with that. But hey this is what Japanese pay for games. Americans and Europeans are spoiled with their $60 and whatever most price games in Europe usually go for. Japanese have it tough over there with the yen being too weak, and thus pay a lot more for games than we do. Importing websites like Play-Asia, YesAsia, CDJapan, and so on just sell the game at an approximate value of what that game will cost when using the U.S. or Euro exchange rate or whatever country you're from. dezkly
Its a shame that most of the known import sites dont lower prices much and always stay around msrp.. even though most Japanese shops/online will sell its for 8% less then msrp to start with.. I have found a few copies on Yahoo Auction JP to end around $25 used and $40 new. Some on amazon jp was also cheap.. Just have to use a service to get them... Yup... In Japan, most games are released at a price point of 6800 Yen which is $81.54 USD at the current exchange rate. NCSX, Play-Asia, and other importers also have to take into account international shipping fees and ideally make a small profit on the transaction too, which results in the $90+ that we pay. Shizuka5
You only pay a lot if you WANT to pay a lot. It's U$60 on AmiAmi.
Shuffle
You only pay a lot if you WANT to pay a lot. It's U$60 on AmiAmi. The only problem with AmiAmi is that their stock is usually kind of low.
Shizuka5
The only problem with AmiAmi is that their stock is usually kind of low. But there aren't a lot of people buying this game to start with, and that's the reason why the game is so cheap there. I bought it from them in January, and it was already cheaper than the rest, but now it's VERY CHEAP.
MainComptonese
With my store credit & $5 Coupon ... i did manage to get this for $77. And, as an ebay seller ; ebay spiked their seller fees on 15% video games .
