jackmoore Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 i had problems with the last set on a few of the hit the mitts. from what i can remember with those i had to do it a little faster than i had been doing the rest of the exercise. it was always around the fourth or fifth hit i would always miss one (from being too slow) and then it would miss the next hit as well. hope that helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
