The player assumes the role of Daryl Dixon, who can either fight the walkers or stealthily sneak past them. The player will also meet other survivors along the way, who can either help or damage him.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v616/pdulski/The%20Walking%20Dead/STEP1_zpsc1a8918e.png

While playing through for the first time I would start looking to do the following trophies, just because it'll be done and over with the collectibles within two play throughs, since at some points of the game you can decide to go different directions. Also it'll help with the second play through even better. From this step you should be able to receive the following trophies.

(B) Two Heads Are Better Than One

(B) Oedipal Complex

(B) You're Just Not My Type

(B) Group Hug

(B) We Survive by Pulling Together

(B) Extreme Conditioning

(B) You Go Your Way, I'll Go Mine

(B) On The Road Again

(B) Sneak Attack

(B) Ooh, Shiny!

(B) BOOM! Who Needs a Headshot?

(B) Sorry Brother

(B) This Is How Hot Dogs Are Made

(B) They're People, Too!

(B) Mind if I Borrow This?

(B) Nobody Can Kill Merle but Merle

(B) You're Doing It Wrong

(B) Still Not Buying a Hybrid

(B) I Can Handle Myself

(B) I Used to Be a Human Like You

(B) Moving to the 'Blurbs

(B) Rosie the Rampager (depending on who's with you)

(B) Guys Night Out (depending on who's with you)

(B) Next Step: Bullet Belt

(B) Crash Course in Brain Surgery

(B) Need a Hand?

(B) Get Out of Dodge

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v616/pdulski/The%20Walking%20Dead/STEP2_zpsf507d7c7.png

Now you should be focusing on some that you missed or need to complete like all the survivors, posters, stuffed squirrels and etc. Doing this should help you get the following trophies.

(B) Have a Nice Trip!

(B) Down to My Last

(B) Porcupine

(B) Good Samaritan

(B) Stay Together, Stay Safe

(B) Zig-Zagging All Over the Road

(B) Guys Night Out

(G) No Stone Left Unturned

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v616/pdulski/The%20Walking%20Dead/STEP3_zpsd8260ee5.png

After this you should need the following trophies left for the Platinum.

(B) The Hunted Becomes the Hunter

(B) That's a Nice Swing You've Got

(B) Duct Tape Can Fix Anything

(B) It's Not Venison, but It'll Do

(B) True Dixon

(B) Say Hello to My Little Friend

(B) They Know Me at the Range

(B) Not a Scratch

(B) Need More Spots Up Front

(S) It's Gotta Be the Brain

Read these trophy’s below trophy descriptions if you need any more help or information about them.

Once all steps have been completed, congratulate yourself on your new (P) Platinum Trophy.

Kill a Walker That Is Falling Due to Dismemberment

Here's a video showing how, once again I got this trophy from the Final Destination on the Machine Gun. Also ZombieLover84 has pointed out, Same method. Since the zombies are technially attacking you, you will get Need a Hand almost at random at this last part if you aim at thier bodies. For Trip, just aim at some zombies legs that are approaching and you will get this just fine.

On the last mission, make sure you have a Bolt Action Rife. Now, just do the mission normally till you get on the turret. At that point, simply press select and drop everything, including bullets, except your crossbow, knife, and bolt action sniper. The trophy will unlock after you beat the game. Thanks ZombieLover84.

Survive 5 Breakdowns

Use the highway. If you get to a scavenge place instead, just go into it, then quit to main menu. This will put you back at the start of the run. Select highway again and try your luck. Also, when you do break down and complete it, if you don't reach your destination, you can quit and and then continue, and you will be back at the original start point of the map, so you can now feel free to try and get another breakdown.

For some reason it auto saves and records the fact you completed the breakdown, but when you quit and continue you have to start again from the end of the last mission.

This is also VERY helpful to get specific random survivors to appear, instead of just going from mission to mission hoping it happens. Thanks for the tip ZombieLover84.

Complete a Marked Destination Map only using the Crossbow.

This can be tricky as I've tried doing it many times, I got this from the Drive In Movie level. This one is hard just because you cannot get grabbed at all, even restarting the level doesn't seem to work. Just know the area well and figure out the best routine for you. But just use the crossbow no matter what. If you fail I would simply try restarting level or just Exit to Main Menu to try again.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1631/947.jpg Say Hello to My Little Friend

Complete a Marked Destination level using Only Firearms.

Just complete a marked destination level using just firearms. I got this from the next location after the Drive In Movie.

*List Is Gonna Be GETTING REDONE*

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1631/61F.jpg Not a Scratch

Complete a Marked Destination without getting Damaged

You read it right, just try to stay alive throughout the location. Once again I got this from the Drive In Movie since I got familiar with the location. ZombieLover84 also had this to say, Drive In mission is the best mission to get no damage. It's the one I got it on. Just go talk to the old lady, then head to her house. When a bunch of zombies break through that first wooden fence to open the path, either wait till they walk and spread out, or use one of the movie speakers to draw them away (flares and glass bottles also work).

Once you get the cat cage, I always go out the main front door, and shoot all zombies in the way. Act quickly, and you have an open path to sprint back to the main drive in part.

As far as getting to her, I always went the back way, and just shot the zombies and jumped over the silver gate. Once your over the gate, the zombies can't get in. I then gave her the cage, killed the zombies out front from behind the barricade with my guns then once clear made my way back to her house, making sure to stay wide of any lone zombies.

Also thanks to confirmation from Randall Flagg, If you fail to get it while playing any level. Restarting the level will in fact not work.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1631/ACC.jpg Need More Spots Up Front

Dismember 250 Limbs

When you beat the game, before you start a new one, select continue instead. This puts you on the last mission after the helicopter crashs. Now all you gotta do is run to your copter, clear the pad, and get on the turret. Now just aim at all the zombie bodies to blow off their arms. Note that it must be arms and legs, heads do not count, and I do not believe explosions do either. Thanks ZombieLover84.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1631/5F4.jpg It's Gotta Be the Brain

Dismember All Limbs of 25 Walkers

Yes dismember all limbs from 25 walkers thats both their feet and arms, once again I got this from the Final Destination during the Machine Gun.

Same method as above, and I am almost 100% sure you just need to remove both arms, as I almost never saw myself removing all four limbs. Thanks ZombieLover84 for the tip.

I would say that cause of some of the parts I encountered, remembering directions, survivors and weapons. But I did mess up a couple times, I'm also not the greatest gamer lol

And thanks much appreciated

Damn i don't like having to remember things either, I prefer to always go all guns blazing shoot first talk later so i were gonna just go round hacking everything up on my first couple of runs and see how i go lol, I didn't know if you gave it 7.5/10 because it was hard in the sense you were dying every minute and then struggle to get past places, But all is cool looking forward to this should have my copy in next few hours.

Now that I think its hard to since there's no mission select, so if you need a certain trophy that's close to the end... That starts to get frustrating, wouldn't you agree?

No mission select damn i was looking forward to smashing up zombies first then going back through chapters lol, Yeah will be frustrating but i heard that you can run through this game in under 2 hours though so it may not be so bad but still i hate games with no chapter select.

Um, I would highly suggest you change he difficulty to something around 3-4. This game is nowhere near that high.

Also here are some tips for some harder achievements, made easy by me:

Need More Spots Up Front:

When you beat the game, before you start a new one, select continue instead. This puts you on the last mission after the helicopter crashs. Now all you gotta do is run to your copter, clear the pad, and get on the turret. Now just aim at all the zombie bodies to blow off their arms. Note that it must be arms and legs, heads do not count, and I do not believe explosions do either.

It's Gotta Be The Brain

Same method as above, and I am almost 100% sure you just need to remove both arms, as I almost never saw myself removing all four limbs.

Need a Hand?

Have a Nice Trip!

Same method. Since the zombies are technially attacking you, you will get Need a Hand almost at random at this last part if you aim at thier bodies. For Trip, just aim at some zombies legs that are approaching and you will get this just fine.

Down to My Last

On the last mission, make sure you have a Bolt Action Rife. Now, just do the mission normally till you get on the turret. At that point, simply press select and drop everything, including bullets, except your crossbow, knife, and bolt action sniper. The trophy will unlock after you beat the game.

Also, I highly suggest the Minimum Playthroughs be changed to 2+ and add "Depending on Luck".

I'm on my 5th playthrough and I still haven't had 5 breakdowns yet, even when I am traveling on the highway with a high chance for it.

You do have to hit their legs off too for the trophy, I hit both arms off of a tonne of zombies but I only got the trophy after doing it to both arms and both legs on the same zombie. Strange about you breaking down, I have broken down twice and haven't finished my first playthrough yet.

I'm pretty sure survivors are random events, some aren't appearing for me.

Survivors are random events, someone I think posted a nice list from Activision. Let me grab the link:

Yea, and breaking down is random too. Kinda sucks

Hey! I just found my last damn survivor right after I typed that. It was a random event, woman on some train cars that I had to rescue from zombies. As soon as I killed the zombies and talked to her, the trophy popped. I didn't even get back to my car yet lol. So I think as long as you meet them and they agree to join you, it counts.

Now all I need is to break down 1 more time...and the Platinum is mine muahhahaha.

Is there any way to save everyone?

I just got to end of the first level (after the tutorial) and i've got one to many survivors, i was wondering if there is a chance to save them all and maybe i missed something in the level

No, there will be times you will not have enough room in your vechicle and have to dismiss someone.

Thanks for answering just one more question

Is there are noticeable differences between taking the highway and the back roads? I've just got the trophy for completing act one and it didn't see like anything happened when i took the long road though i did have to stop for fuel once, it mentions more opportunities for supplies but so far i've gained nothing

Back roads you waste more gas and you break down less and it will ask you to stop more often to search for supplies. I always took highways. You need to break down 5 times and I didn't get it till playthrough 2.5.
