Road Map

Introduction:

Supremacy MMA is a fighting game that combines many varieties of martial arts into one place, The game takes the shape of a Tekken game. 2 fighters competing in an arena with a health bar, the first fighter to deplete their opponent’s health bar wins. This game could be seen as a button-masher, the graphics are average and the controls don't flow as perfectly as other games, my opinion is, if you like martial arts and you have the money then give it a go (It's getting quite cheap now anyway!) One last thing, using 2 controllers doesn't work for any of the trophies.

Walkthrough:

1. Supremacy Stories

There are 10 fighter’s stories to complete here (Think of it as career mode). Each career mode lasts 7 or 8 matches. Doing this will give you the "Every Fighter Has A Story" trophy, as well as other XP ones probably.

Here it is best finding a boosting partner as there aren’t many people playing online, me and my boosting partner found each other and nobody else throughout the whole time. After this section you will have the following trophies: "Rookie", "Contender", "Future Champ", "Rematch!", "Run It Back","Double or Nothing", "I Let You Win", "Last Laugh" and "Sandbagger".

My Boosting Tips:

The best way to boost it would be for Player A to win matches 1 and 3 and Player B to win match 2. After 10 sets, swap so that Player A wins match 2 and Player B wins matches 1 and 3.

3. Clean-up/Grinding XP

At this stage you will be playing as all of the different fighters and completing their challenges. There are 12 fighters here, each has 10 challenges to complete. However, there are 2 martial arts disciplines that have 2 fighters in them, Boxing and Kickboxing, you can only complete these challenges once, meaning that there are 100 challenges to be completed so you have to complete them all for the trophies. Some of them are extremely hard to complete so either persevere or find a boosting partner in the link above. After completing all of these challenges you should have earned enough XP for all fighters to be at level 10, if not then just keep playing. Now you will have: "Getting The Hang Of This", "Master", "Diversity", "Multitalented", "Apply Yourself", "Keep 'em Coming", "In The Zone", "Relentless", "Adrenaline Rush", "Unstoppable", "Rampage", "Domination", "Blood. Sweat. Fear", ""Legend" and then your Platinum "Supremacy".

Obtain all Trophies.

Unlock all other 24 trophies to obtain this hard fought Platinum!

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/02.jpgEvery Fighter Has a Storyhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_gold.png

Complete all fighter stories.

There are 10 fighters to complete fighter stories with, these are:

  • Malaipet (Muay Thai)
  • St John Ackland (Submission Wrestling)
  • Demian Reis (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
  • Yuki Hashimoto (Karate)
  • Tomo Hashimoto (Judo)
  • Ilya Klimenko (Wrestling)
  • Jens Pulver (Boxing)
  • Dante Algeary (Kickboxing)
  • Jack Saxon (MMA)
  • Jerome Le Banner (Kickboxing)

I'll breakdown the easiest ways to win with each fighter:

(Muay Thai, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing): Use a clinch (Press :cross:) and knock your opponent down with 3 strikes. Then press :cross: to get on top of them, Press  to get into full mount (Sitting on their chest) and then mash away with :square:/:triangle:.

(Submission Wrestling, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, MMA): Hold :l1: and press :cross: with the left analogue stick towards your opponent to initiate a takedown or a throw (Depending on the discipline) from there, press :cross: and this will start a submission, wiggle the left stick to increase your submission bar, when it fills, you will injure your opponent. Rinse and repeat until you win.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/04.jpgMasterhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_gold.png

Attain Level 15 with any fighter.

You get XP for winning matches, the quicker you beat them and the less damage you take, the more XP you will obtain.

Also, if you win with a Highlight KO/Submission/Throw then you will get an extra XP boost. To initiate these, you need to damage a body part of the opponent until it is red and then when their health is low, press L2 and R2 together to start your adrenaline (The bar under your health, this means that your attacks will do more damage) then attack the red body part again before your adrenaline runs out and their will be a slow-motion cutscene of the opponent falling/breaking a body part and then you will get the extra XP.

Win 10 ranked matches.

After you have found a boosting partner here: http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/supremacy-mma/125657-trophy-boosting-thread-read-first-post.html

This will come whilst going for the other online trophies. You can get wins in any of the fights: First, Revenge or final fight and it will count for this trophy. After the first win you will get "Rookie", after your 5th you will get "Contender" and after the 10th, you will get "Future Champ".

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/20.jpgRematchhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.png

Win 1 Revenge match.

See "Double or Nothing"

Win 5 Revenge matches.

See "Double or Nothing"

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/22.jpgDouble or Nothinghttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_gold.png

Win 10 Revenge matches.

For these trophies you need to win a revenge match. If and ONLY if you lost the first match you get the opportunity to request one of these. Simply take it in turns to win these revenge matches. 1 will net you the "Rematch!" trophy, 5 the "Run It Back" trophy and finally after the 10th "Double or Nothing".

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/23.jpgI Let You Winhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.png

Win 1 Final Fight match.

See "Sandbagger"

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/24.jpgLast Laughhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_silver.png

Win 5 Final Fight matches.

See "Sandbagger"

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/597/25.jpgSandbaggerhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_gold.png

Win 10 Final Fight matches.

To get these trophies you must win 20 Final Fight matches. For the opportunity of these, after 2 matches, the score must be tied at 1-1. If one of the fighters won both of the matches, this won’t be possible in that set of fights.

The best way to boost it would be for Player A to win matches 1 and 3 and Player B to win match 2. After 10 sets, swap so that Player A wins match 2 and Player B wins matches 1 and 3.

I don't get it how to showcase the mastery challenge for each character, what should i do with each of them to unlock their showcase challenges?

It is different for each style mate, there's a guide on xbox360acheivements but didn't include it because its not mine :)

Not too sure if I can post a link to the guide but if you go on there and go into Supremacy MMA, it's there because I used it

Do you know if there is a game manual or something, or if there is a boosting thread for vita, i looked everywhere and didnt find it.

Not sure how this guide got accepted with no challenge information whatsoever.

As DJ, I am lost on the terminology on some challenges as well. I guess the solution is go to the xbox site.

The majority of the challenges are self expalnatory and if you need terminology, its an issue with you not understanding MMA so go and look it up. Its not my job to teach you about MMA.

C-IRVINE-94 how do u interupt attacks again and how do you do Feints ?

Sorry for the delay Dj, to feint you hold in R1 and shift the left analog stick. Heres a link to the controls for the game: Supremacy MMA - Controls - allgame

Thanks for responding back...On the vita the controls are different but I will see if that link has both versions. I kinda forgot about the game but the message back might get me motivated to get the Vita Plat now. I was boosting with somebody a while a ago so hopefully I can see if he still wants to get some challenges done since it is always easier to do the challenges online against somebody.
