Walkthrough

The main goal of this road map is to provide the quickest way to the final trophies "Game Over, Yeah!", "Super Challenge" & "Ignition" Here are the cars and how to unlock them.

  • Step 1: (Championship) Icelandic Racer: You need to win the Championship with all the 6 main cars. Win the first one using manual transmission and you will get "Game Gears" & "Lakeside Memory"and unlock the Lakeside Course

  • Step 2: (Classic race) Toyota Celica ST205 & Lancia Super Delta HF Integrale: Win the classic race with both cars, repeat this step 3 more times for "Conditioned Reflex"& the Desert '95 Course

  • Step 3: (Time Attack) McRae Enduro & Andorra Racer: Go to Time attack, you need to beat every track with all of the 6 main cars. Choose 1 different car for each track. You will earn: "Over Jump"

  • Step 4: (Quick Race) Bowler Nemesis: This Step is the hardest but is not that hard. Set the difficulty to arcade, beat each track with your favorite car. Remember to hit every AI car in one race. You will unlock "Finish!!" , "3, 2, 1, GO!!" & "Reckless Running"

  • Step 5: (Online) Baja Dune Buggy: Go online and win your first race, then 4 more times to earn "Go, Go Sega Rally !"

  • Final Step: (Cleaning) Don't forget to win a race with every car and some quick races until you get "Long medium left ... maybe"

Trophy Guide

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/01.jpg3, 2, 1, GO!! (B)

Complete your first Quick Race.

This is easy. Go to the Main Menu, select Quick Race and win. See Reckless Running for a video Guide to this trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/02.jpgGame Gears (B)

Complete Championship with manual transmission.

Before starting a race you can choose what your transmission, select "MT." In race use :square: to gear down and :circle: to gear up. 90% of the time you can stay in the last Gear, it's not difficult at all.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/03.jpgLong medium left ... maybe (B)

Play fifty games in any mode.

This will probably be your last trophy. You don't need to win, just finish the race and be sure that the game saves your progress.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/04.jpgConditioned Reflex (B)

Win a Classic race five times.

Select Classic Race and win 5 times in the desert track with your favourite classic car.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/05.jpgOver Jump (B)

Beat all five default ghost cars in Time Attack.

Select your track, hit :r1:, beat the Ghost time on each track. The Ghost times are large. Beating all the times is not hard.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/06.jpgGo, Go, Sega Rally! (B)

Win five online races.

You can boost it with a friend or do it on your own. If you want a boosting partner find one here: Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!) - PlaystationTrophies.org

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/07.jpgSuper Challenge (B)

Unlock all courses.

There are 2 courses to unlock: Lakeside and Desert 95. Win the Championship for Lakeside and win the classic race with both cars to unlock Desert '95.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/08.jpgReckless Running (S)

Touch all five AI cars before winning a Quick Race.

This is and easy one. At the beginning of the race, hit all the A.I cars then win the race. See here for a video showing how to get this trophy (credit to samdaman118):

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/09.jpgIgnition (S)

Win a race with every car in the game.

See "Game Over, yeah !!"

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/10.jpgLakeside Memory (S)

Finish 1st on Lakeside in Championship.

Select championship, manage to be first at the end of the 3 stages.

Then you will face a kind of "boss" in a duel . At the beginning of the race he will take the lead. Stay focused behind him, don't touch walls and never hit brakes, you will beat him without any problems.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/11.jpgFinish!! (S)

Place 1st on all tracks in Quick Race on Arcade difficulty.

Hardest trophy in the game, after unlocking Lakeside course change the difficulty to arcade and then select quick Race. You need to win on Tropical, Canyon, Alpine and Lakeside.

The best advice is never use brakes !! just take your fingers off of the accelerator before hard turns and accelerate into it. I found that the Subaru was the best car but I'm not sure if there are many differences between cars.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/904/12.jpgGame Over, Yeah! (G)

Unlock all cars and courses.

If you followed the Roadmap, you know what to do to. If not here is the list:

Cars

  • Icelandic Racer: Finish the championship with all main cars.
  • Baja Dune Buggy: Win one online race.
  • Toyota Celica ST205: Win the classic race with the Toyota.
  • Lancia Super Delta HF Integrale: Win the classic race with the Lancia
  • McRae Enduro: Beat the ghost time of the 5 Time attack courses.
  • Andorra Racer: Beat the ghost time with all six main cars.
  • Bowler Nemesis: Win on all 4 quick race courses on Arcade Difficulty

Courses:

  • Lakeside: Win the championship.
  • Desert '95: Win the classic race with both cars

Great guide!, is very usefull, i already beat game and got 100%, but if i´m not wrong there are some mistakes with your guide:

1- well the trophies "Reckless Running", "Ignition", "Lakeside Memory" and "Finish!!" have a bronze trophy icon and not silver also the trophy "Game Over, Yeah!" has a bronze icon and must be a gold one (maybe this is not important but i really want to tell you).

2- If my idea (or logic) isn´t wrong, technically there are 3 online trophies, asides of the trophy "Go Go Sega Rally!", the trophies "Finish!!" and "Game Over, Yeah!" you need online for unlock them (the car Baja Dune Buggy only can be unlocked by winning an online race).

Everything changed ! Thank you

also, you will unlock the Bowler Nemesis playing on Casual difficulty.

Yes but, it's better to do it on arcade as you need to beat for the trophy

Thanks for the guide.

-Estimated difficulty: 3/10

The 17 current votes averages to exactly 6.0/10 - can you adjust this in the guide?

EDIT: A common misconception about unlocking the Icelandic Racer is that it has something to do with beating Lakeside. I had lost on Lakeside with two cars, got the other four cars to complete (but lose) the Championship, and the car unlocked. I'm going to try using the Andorra Racer to get the Lakeside Memory trophy.

Sorry but when i do the match i found 3,2  I don't take the 10/10 votes because this is bullshit lol

You unlocked the icelandic racer after completing the championship ? or after winning in lakeside . because you just need to complete the championship with all cars (lose or win don't matter)
