TITLES:-

Titles are basically like little achievements in the game. There's 62 in total; and it won't be any easy task.

GAME CLEARED (EASY)

All chapters cleared on EASY MODE.

A straightforward and simple task. Since this is one of the easiest modes, you should definitely not face any problems.

Game Cleared (NORMAL)

All chapters cleared on NORMAL MODE.

You should unlock this naturally, if you did not tweak the difficulty on your first playthrough.

Game Cleared (HARD)

All chapters cleared on HARD MODE.

Hard Mode is just a step-up from Normal. It can be difficult, but with the correct weapons and strategies, it'll feel no different.

Don't Give Up

Die 10 times in a row on Easy mode

Pretty easy, right? Simply pick a spot in any chapter in Easy Mode and die 10 times over.

Resident Evil Master

All chapters cleared on VERY HARD MODE.

This is the deal. You need to clear it on Very Hard Mode. You'll have to be a master of headshots and keeping enemy hits at bay. Bosses can defeat you in one hit most times if you're not careful. This'll be required anyway for the Professional trophy.

S.T.A.R.S. Mission

You have cleared the Secret Chapter.

As many may think, this Title isn't referring to the Tofu Secret Stage. It means the extra Krauser stages in Operation Javier, otherwise known as Chapter Six/Seven. Simply clearing them unlocks this Title.

Story Completed

You have cleared the game using all characters.

This Title asks you to clear all chapters with all characters. If you played as all the males in your first playthrough, you'll have to play as the females now. Best to clear this off when going for one of the difficulty-related Titles.

Thanks You for Playing

You have played for 50 hours.

This may or may not come naturally. It has to be 50 hours of full play time. This could be avoided by perhaps going into a level, pausing it, and leaving it over night. The game thinks you're still 'playing'. This might only knock off about 10 hours, depending on how long you sleep, but it's better than grinding for hours.

Character Collector

You have collected all character archives.

This Title asks only for Character Archives. These are attained as you collect Archive Files (locations earlier on in this thread) so should come naturally as you go for the 100%.

Enemy Collector

You have collected all enemy archives.

This Title asks only for Enemy Archives. These are attained as you collect Archive Files (locations earlier on in this thread) so should come naturally as you go for the 100%.

Item Collector

You have collected all item archives.

This Title asks only for Item Archives. These are attained as you collect Archive Files (locations earlier on in this thread) so should come naturally as you go for the 100%.

Document Collector

You have collected all document archives.

This Title asks only for Document Archives. These are attained as you collect Archive Files (locations earlier on in this thread) so should come naturally as you go for the 100%.

Movie Collector

You have collected all movie archives.

This Title asks only for Movie Archives. This should come naturally as you play through the game, and should unlock upon completing Operation Javier Chapter Six/Seven.

Sound Collector

You have collected all sound archives.

This Titles asks only for Sound Archives. These are attained as you collect Archive Files (locations earlier on in this thread) so should come naturally as you go for the 100%.

Extreme Collector

You have collected all archive items.

This will unlock after attaining all the archives mentioned above. It'll unlock along with whichever File Title you unlock last.

POTENTIAL GLITCH NOTE: Note that it has been reported by some that sometimes Extreme Collector will not unlock after earning all archive items. The cause is unknown and I have not experienced it personally however if this happens to you, do not panic. Simply go into any stage and complete it, the title and subsequently the trophy assuming you've fulfilled the requirements for both should unlock.

Zombie Shooter

You have killed 100 zombies.

Check Zombie Killer for more details.

Zombie Hunter

You have killed 500 zombies.

Check Zombie Killer for more details.

Zombie Killer

You have killed 1000 zombies.

This could turn to a bit of a grind, and you probably won't even earn it after all the difficulty-related Titles. I recommend farming kills in a level with a lot of zombies, preferrably the Memories of a Lost City chapter. If you need somewhere to start, try Memories of a Lost City Chapter One.

Hunter Killer

You have killed 100 Hunters.

This should come naturally. You encounter a fair amount of Hunters throughout the game, and should unlock during your grind for difficulty-related Titles.

Licker Killer

You have killed 50 Lickers.

This should come naturally. You encounter a fair amount of Lickers throughout the game, and should unlock during your grind for difficulty-related Titles.

Jabberwock Killer

You have killed 30 Jabberwock S3s.

This should come naturally. You encounter a fair amount of Jabberwock S3s throughout the game, and should unlock during your grind for difficulty-related Titles.

Indomitable Spirit

You have continued 5 times (in a row).

Check You Could be a Zombie for more details.

You Could be a Zombie

You have died 15 times (in a row)

Pretty simple, die 15 times in the same level and continue. For safety's sake, do this in the same area.

Well-Off

You have collected 50000 coins.

Check Ultra-Rich for more details.

Wealthy

You have collected 100000 coins.

Check Ultra-Rich for more details.

Ultra-Rich

You have collected 150000 coins.

No need to worry about this. You'll get this while going for Weapons Master, which is the Title you should be worrying about.

Weapon Master

You have fully customized all of your weapons.

Obtained from customising every weapon in your inventory to the max. This can be a boring grind. You should just work on this as a side-note while getting all other Titles. Upgrades can be costy, especially when nearing the final levels of customisation. It can be one hell of a grind. Exactly 1,833,000 coins are required to fully max everything. I farmed money in the last level of Operation Javier, as do others, so if you find this to be your final Title required, do as mentioned.

Take it Back

You have successfully countered 10 times.

Countering is, upon a zombie lunging for you, you shake the remote controller enough times for the character to one-hit kill the zombie, through a melee or weapon attack. Countering doesn't seem to be as frequent in Darkside as it is in Umbrella; I honestly didn't unlock this naturally, as I prefer using firearms. Nonetheless, it's an easy Title to achieve.

Head Shooter

You have pulled off 50 headshots.

Check Executioner for more details.

Head Hunter

You have pulled off 100 headshots.

Check Executioner for more details.

Executioner

You have pulled off 200 headshots.

Should come naturally. If you do as I recommended and get into a rhythm of aiming for the head primarily, you should have no problems in this Title.

Bomber

You have used 50 grenades.

Simply use a total of 50 grenades while in battle. Self-explanatory.

Mad Skillz

You have cleared all chapters with an S Rank.

This Title requires you to clear all chapters with an S rank on HARD Mode. Thankfully, there's an exploit you can use in the game where it will only record your best stats; for example, you play a Chapter and gain a S rank in Clear Time with Cs in Enemies Eliminated and Headshots. Then, in a second playthrough, you gain a B in Clear Time but a flawless S rank in Enemies Eliminated in Headshots. The game will record your stats for that Chapter as all S ranks. This makes any S ranking substantially easier, making this task much less daunting.

Speedster

You have cleared all chapters in under 5 hours.

This would be much easier with unlimited ammo, but oh well. You must be fast on your toes; take the fastest routes when given options of left or right, and kill enemies as fast as possible. Fully upgraded weapons help greatly. Only possible on HARD Mode.

Trigger Happy

You have fired more than 10,000 rounds.

Should definitely come naturally. No need for explanation, it's a pretty simple task, considering this is an on-rails shooter. :p

Vegetarian

You have used 50 herbs.

This may come naturally, more so in Hard Mode runs, where Green Herbs will be your saviour. No need to worry much about this.

Pinhead

You have cleared one chapter with only the Bowgun.

I recommend playing a game with few enemies. Operation Javier Chapter One is good, and switch the difficulty to Easy or even Very Easy to keep things simple. Primarily, I'd choose short levels.

Put Your Trust In Others

Your partner has killed 30 enemies.

This should come naturally. Although you have a partner, they chip in to help only at certain intervals, and never in boss fights. Near the beginning of Memories of a Lost City, Chapter Two, at the police station staircase, a group of three zombies will attack. With the second wave, the partner will chip in and kill at least two, if not all enemies, if you're too slow. You can use this as a grinding spot if necessary.

Partner You Can Count On

In 2P mode, you partner has helped you more than 5 times.

When playing two player mode, let a zombie lunge on Player 1. When the counter action appears, leave it be. A counter action will appear for Player 2. Activate the counter. This counts towards one for this Title. This is cumulative over all your gameplay.

Friendly Play

You have cleared all chapters in 2P mode.

Another tedious Title. Play through every chapter in 2 Player Mode. If you have no one to play with, simply have a second controller on in 2 Player Mode, but play through as Player 1 like normal. It'll just feel like another Single Player playthrough. Note that during boss battles there will be QTEs for both players.

[spoiler=Last Character Archive]Tried to get so called "T-Veronica" archive now when fighting Monster Steve in Game Of Oblivion: Chapter 7 but it didn't appear. I got it at the beginning of chapter, it's hiding under light candle when you go up the stairs it's above your head. And this archive is called "Alexia Ashford" not "T-Veronica", so it's character archive. And "Tentacles" archive is the one you get in fight with Monster Steve. Author who created this guide first must've mixed it, i just found out that error.

Can you confirm this for me? I'm pretty confident I got it in such order.

Thanks for posting, I'll be sure to use this when I play the game. :D

And no worries, good luck! ;)

File 1 - Phone Call from Sherry to Annette:

Note: Can only be attained in HARD Mode.

I can't find the location of this file. If someone could confirm this, that'd be great. Thanks.

You've forgotten to post that it's Memories of a Lost City Chapter Seven before this.

I can also confirm that the Phone Call from Sherry to Annette file is with all the science equipment on the table to the right as you first enter the same room which you create the G-Virus Vaccine. (Hard Mode)

Memories of a Lost City

Chapter Six:-

File 1 - Phone Call from Annette to Sherry 1

Note: Can only be attained on HARD Mode.

After losing Mr. X, shoot the lower circuit board to the right when in the elevator.

I can't find this one. I tried firing the Linear Launcher on Hard and Very Hard and it seems there's nothing to shoot in that elevator.

If i'm right this circuit board is behind two ivy plants, when you meet them in corridor. That circuit board is right behind them at the end of hallway, right before you turn to the left.

Pretty much. There was only one ivy, but close enough. Thank you.

I always get confused on the circuit board hallway Files. Did I write the files in the correct order?

That's what i told you about "T-Veronica" character file which doesn't exist in game at all. It's called "Alexia Ashford" and it can be find at the start of Chapter 7 (Game Of Oblivion). It's above first stairs you go up. In all other archive guides i read that place marked as "Tentacles" enemy archive guide. When i hunted this "Alexia Ashford" (T-Veronica like everyone wrote) in hallway when fighting Monster Steve i shot every freaking armor suit at every difficulties, even chose different characters and tried not to use Linear Launcher, same thing. Which means "Tentacles" enemy character archive i obtained while fighting Steve and "Alexia Ashford" character archive above staircase in the beginning of Chapter 7.

But you don't believe me and now i must create new savefile and beat game one more time just to confirm that.

I can confirm the file in the Steve room. I remember clearly getting that one both on the Wii two years or so ago and on this version. I confirm that. Here's a video, it's here too:

Skip to 6:45. You can clearly see the player pick it up.

And you don't need a new savefile just to confirm that.

Maybe i wasn't correct in my speech, or you didn't get what i mean right. I was talking about that file you get in Monster Steve battle isn't "T-Veronica" file (which btw doesn't exist with that name). It's "Tentacles" archive file.

In your guide it's stated that in Steve battle you get exactly "T-Veronica" file.

When i collected lost archives on HARD difficulty i already got archive in Steve battle. Your guide says it's "T-Veronica" file. I didn't find that file in my archives. But i find "Tentacles" file. In your guide it says you get it when you fight tentacles at the beginning, you need to shoot light (that's trues, there's an archiv, but it's not "Tentacles"). There's an archive but it's called "Alexia Ashford", not "Tentacles".

That's why to confirm that you need to rebeat game from zero. First to collect file while fightining tentacles and beat the chapter without getting any other archives and see how it's name is. Then rebeat chapter again and get file in Monster Steve battle and see what name of that archive is. And then you'll understand what i'm trying to prove here.

I guess I do understand what you're saying, but that seems like a pretty drastic action just to prove something. Surely you could just look up a different guide?

EDIT: I looked up two other Archive File guides, and they both say it's called T-Veronica:

The only file that i checked that is in right place as stated in guide is "T-Veronica" (my bad memory). But i was right in overall that guide isn't 100% right and on true facts.

The only thing i was wrong about is "T-Veronica" archive file. It's in right place and i even stated so in last video. But other two thing i found out and recorded on video support my words that information i told about is wrong (about "Alexia Ashford" archive file, yes yes).

MsFuruba, your doubts costed me 7 hours of playing from zero, recording, saving and uploading. I could've beat Very Hard and S rank some missions (if not all) in that time.
