Memories can now be digitized, bought, sold and traded. You play as Nilin, a former Elite Memory Hunter with the ability to break into people's minds, steal, or even alter their memories. With your memory wiped clean, you must set out to rediscover your identity. Trophy wise the list is very creative with the straightforward platforming and combat that's fun and simple, making this game very engaging. Whether you decide to rent or buy this, if you liked games such as Batman: Arkham City and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West with a little bit of an Uncharted feel, then this game is a great new IP to play. http://i.imgur.com/DnRdeau.png Note: If you died on any collectibles or during combat progression, you'll have to recollect that collectible again and reach another checkpoint for it to save. This applies to combat related trophies as well too. Additionally: An important thing to note is that there is a New Game+ feature. Everything you’ve earned such as collectibles found, remix interactions, kill count etc. carry over. Not only that, you'll also get to keep all your Pressen Combos, Health and Focus Boosts that you've obtained by finding all the collectibles. This will all carry over to Load Episode (chapter select) on the same save file. Those that started the game on Easy or Normal will easily be able to breeze through on Hard with all their Pressens Combos already at their disposal. Your S-Pressens special attacks are unlocked through the story though. Step 1) Complete the game on Memory Hunter Mode + Getting All Collectibles You might as well play on Hard since the game isn’t really all that difficult. The difficulty trophies are stacked, so if you begin on Hard, you'll earn all three of the Difficulty Related trophies. During this playthrough you'll get all story related trophies, also you should unlock almost half of the combat related trophies naturally. Don't completely worry about all the combat related trophies as you can go back for them later by using the chapter select feature (Load Episode). If you're interested in knowing the best Episodes to get certain combat trophies beforehand, then CTRL + F the name of the combat trophies that you wish to knockout during your Hard playthrough. It's wise to try and obtain the boss related trophies, since most of the boss battles take place at the end of an episode. This will prevent you from replaying an entire episode just for that one trophy. However, do remember that these trophies are a lot easier on easy mode when doing a clean up run. There are a total of 3 boss related trophies which happen at the end of an episode: Float like a butterfly The wheat and the chaff Leader of the packIt's also highly recommended that you collect all collectible trophies to not only lessen your clean up step in step 2, but finding collectibles will also increase your Health, Focus and PMP to unlock more Combo Essens. There are a total of 4 different types of collectibles which are the following: Pest Control - Find all Scaramechs Gotta Patch Them All! - Find all SAT Patches You Focus - Find all Focus Boosts It's All in the Details - Find all Mnesist Memories If you're following our Text and Video Collectible Guide, you should unlock all the above collectible trophies. Another thing to keep in mind is the Memory Remix trophies. These all happen at the end of an episode, so it's wise to try and obtain all of them as soon as possible, since this will prevent you from replaying an entire episode. Memory Remixes involve watching a cinematic scene play an event of what actually happened. Then you'll need to change the result of the scene by rewinding the scene back. While doing these you'll need to look for memory glitches to change the outcomes of the desired results. Last of all, every Memory Remix has what is called a Memory Bug, which will kill the target if found. It's highly recommended that you look for the Memory Bugs first at the start of every Remix in order to unlock a trophy related to discover all Memory Bugs. There's also a trophy for interacting with every object in the memory remixes. There are a total of 4 different Memory Remixes which are all related towards the following trophies unlocking: Medical malpractice You talkin' to me? Crime of passion Trigger unhappy Birthday crash Happy birthday Biter bit Power off Unbelievable truth God is a DJFor more information on remixes, please refer to the trophy guide section. Step 2) Clean up If there are any trophies or collectibles you haven't unlocked by now, load up any desired Episode. Set it to Script Kiddie mode to make things a lot easier. As for the warning you get when loading an episode, this is related to the difficulty (trophies). Don't lower the difficulty if you're playing on Hard (or normal) if you haven't finished the story yet. This trophy will unlock for completing Episode 8. At the end of this Episode, you'll have to fight a boss. See the spoiler tag on how to beat this boss. [spoiler=Destroyh30]You'll have to fight H3O, also known as Edge. This fight consists of 3 stages. There are no Quick Time Events this time. Stage 1 A black cube will spawn close to you. Attacking it with combos won't harm iy. Leapers will shortly spawn afterwards. Use them to built up Focus. Once you have enough Focus, activate Sensen Fury and attack the cube. Once the cube is destroyed, a second one will spawn. Do the exact same as with the first cube. Once both are destroyed, you'll need to use your Spammer to attack the weak point. Be careful when you're attacking it, if you see H3O putting his hands together, bombs will start to fall from the sky. Dodge them and attack the weak point afterwards. Once you destroy the weak point a cutscene will start, after which Lilin will automatically activate Sensen Fury. Use the Fury to attack the core. After attacking it for a while, the 2nd stage will start. Stage 2 In this stage, a cube will spawn again, but this time in the air. In the meantime, Enforcers and a Seraphim will spawn. This time H3O will also use a shout attack where multiple waves will appear on the floor. There isn't much you can do other than to keep dodging. Use Rust in Pieces on the Seraphim on the right for it to attack and destroy the cube. Once the first cube is destroyed, a second one will spawn on the left in the air shortly afterwards. Use Rust in Pieces on the Seraphim again to destroy the second cube. Once that one is down, you'll have to use your Spammer on the weak point again. Bombs will also fall from the sky again. Once the weak point has been destroyed a short cutscene will start and Lilin will use Sensen Fury again. Use the Fury to attack the core. The 3rd stage will start afterwards. Stage 3 In this stage, the cubes are hidden. To reveal the cubes, you'll have to use Sensen DOS. Use Sensen Fury to destroy the cubes. In the meantime, Leapers and Stranglers will spawn. H3O will also use his shout attack again. Either keep dodging them, or stand in the upper left corner where he won't be able to hit you. Once both cubes are destroyed, attack the weak point. This time, not only will bombs start to fall down, the Leapers won't respawn. Once it's destroyed a cutscene will start and Lilin will use Sensen Fury once more. Attack the yellow core and you're done. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/43F.jpgScript Kiddie Finish the game in Script Kiddie Mode See "MemHunter Elite" for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/D0E.jpgErrorist Agent Finish the game in Errorist Agent Mode See "MemHunter Elite" for more information. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/0B8.jpgMemHunter Elite Finish the game in Memory Hunter Mode Memory Hunter Mode is the hardest difficulty. While it's the hardest, it's still pretty easy. The only difference is that enemies hit harder and robots in particular are faster with their attacks. Some general tips to finish Memory Hunter Mode. Pick up all the collectibles you come across. These can increase your Health, Focus slots and your PMP with which you unlock new Pressens. If you've missed some collectibles and need some more health for example, you can go back to any previous episode and pick up the collectibles. Do NOT however, switch to a lower difficulty! If you see a white box with an orange cross on a wall, that's a SAT HATCH. Walk up to it and press if you need health. If you're stuck and don't know where to go, use AUG eye by pressing . This will point you towards where you have to go. It will also give you hints when mixing memories. While you can mix and match your Essens in combos, its better to make some general combos with only 1 kind of Pressens. Such as a Power only or Regen only combo. Use your Chain Pressens wisely. Look at the combo stats to see where the Chain Pressen are the most valuable. Use Power combos on Enforcers and Skinner Leapers. By using (more) Power Pressens, you can trigger an Overload on them. By activating Overload, they will die immediately. This is faster than just using combos to kill them. Use S-Pressens as much as possible. If you need more Focus, hit enemies, get hit, or overload enemies for a Focus bonus. When there's an edge, stay close to it and you can kick enemies of off it. If you're up against a group, if you don't have any S-Pressens, focus on 1 target at the time. When you see a '!' above someone's head, use Dodge to get out of any attack. If you hop over someone, you can continue your combo. If you're up against a strong enemy or multiple at once, you can also go in, hit them once or twice and quickly dodge out again. If you keep dodging, you should be able to pretty much dodge anything and not get hit. By doing this, you will take longer to take out all the enemies of course. If you see a Red Triangle above someone, quickly dodge as fast and far away as possible. These are heavy attacks which you want to dodge at all costs. Vuule
http://i.imgur.com/zhSBhQE.png http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/907.jpgI know kung fu Equip 17 Pressens at least once in your Combos For this trophy you must have 17 Pressens equipped simultaneously across all your combos (3-Hit, 5-Hit, 6-Hit, and 8-Hit Combos) in the Combo Lab menu. You unlock Pressens by accumulating enough Procedural Mastering Points (PMP). You can earn PMP in three different ways, which are the following: By defeating enemies, which can earn you between 100 to 1000 PMP for every enemy defeated in combat. By performing 6-Hit, 7-Hit, or 8-Hit Combos which grants extra PMP if performed successfully. By destroying the 55 Scaramechs that are scatter throughout Episodes 3 to 8, with each granting 200 PMP. Now depending on how you're playing the earliest you can unlock this trophy on is during Episode 6, as long as you been collecting every Scaramech up to that point as well as performing a lot of 6-Hit, 7-Hit, or 8-Hit Combos across your playthrough. If not, then don't worry because on average the 17th Pressen might unlock for you during Episode 7. There are a total of 22 Pressens in the game. To unlock the remain Pressens another playthrough is required or you can use Load Episode to farm other trophies during your clean up to unlock them. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/CE7.jpgMix'em all Land 10 Combos that combine the four different Pressen types Recommended Episode: Episode 3 and higher There are four different types of Pressens of the total 22 Pressens that can be unlocked: Power Pressen: Deals heavy damage and triggers finish moves. Regen Pressen: Regenerates health with each hit. Deals low damage. Cooldown Pressen: Reduces all S-Pressen cooldowns with each hit. Deals low damage. Chain Pressen: Duplicates the previous Pressen in the chain and doubles its effect. Longer Power Pressen chains increase the multiplier. The fourth Pressen type is unlocked during the fight on the rooftops in Episode 3. Once you unlock Chain Pressen, assign at least one of each type of Pressen into a single combo and then perform that combo at least 10 times successfully. This trophy's progress can be tracking in the "Trophy" section within the "Extras" menu. You do not need to perform the combos all in the same episode. You can perform them in different episodes as they'll carry over. An Example Combo: 5-Hit Combo | K, P, K, P, K | 105 Damage | 11 Regen | 50 Cooldown http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/686.jpg8-hit wonder Perform 40 8-hit Combos Unlocked: Episode 4 - during the memory loop battle. The 8-Hit Combo is unlocked during Episode 4. Pretty self explanatory as all you have to do is assign seven Pressen types into the combo and then successfully execute the combo in combat. I do suggest not using too many Power Pressens and avoid placing Chain Pressens too far into the combo. These things might kill your enemy on the 6-Hit or 7-Hit Combo without getting the chance to land the actual 8-Hit Combo. Other than that, perform 40 8-Hit Combos over the course of your playthroughs to unlock the trophy. This trophy's progress can be tracking in the "Trophy" section within the "Extras" menu. You do not need to perform the combos all in the same episode. You can perform them in different episodes as they'll carry over. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/ADC.jpgFury lover Reach x14 with the Sensen Fury Unlocked: Episode 2 - at the start of the second battle in the courtyard. Recommended Boss: Kid X-Mas - Episode 2 Sensen Fury allows Nilin to free flow from enemy to enemy with each hit getting stronger. Sensen Fury attacks don't follow the combo patterns of the Pressen Combos because you're free to continuously tap the punch [] or kick [] button in any pattern you wish. Once active, continue attacking to inflict as much damage as possible. This is a move that is useful against all enemies except Robots and Elite Enforcers. Additionally, Nilin is not invincible during Sensen Fury. For this trophy you must perform a x14 or higher Sensen Fury combo during a battle. This is much easier to perform in boss fights due to their durability, or even in large groups of enemies. Your first chance to obtain a x14 Sensen Fury combo is during the fight against Kid X-Mas in Episode 2. Also note that multiple hits with each kick will build a multiplier combo much faster than the punches would. There are other episodes where you'll have the opportunity to obtain this trophy as well, which are: Episode 6 - Mourner Leapers Episode 7 - Mourner Leapers Episode 8 - H30 http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/932.jpgDropping L-Bombs Trigger two Logic Bombs in less than 15 seconds Unlocked: Episode 4 - during the battle in the gymnasium room Before you're able to do this, you'll need to unlock an extra Focus slot. To unlock an extra Focus slot, you'll have to find 5 Focus Boosts. These are hidden in all the episodes and aren't that hard to find if you explore a little. If you need help however, see the You focus trophy. You'll also want to unlock the 8-Hit Combo, which you'll unlock in Episode 4. Create an 8-Hit Combo with as many Cooldown Pressens as possible. Also throw in as many Chain Pressens as possible. Place them wisely. You want to aim for a cooldown of at least 180 or very close to it. That's because the cooldown of Logic Bomb is 180. With 4 Cooldown Pressens and 3 Chain pressens you should easily go over 180. Now gain at least 2 focus boosts and find a strong enemy, preferably an Enforcer who's alone, anywhere in the game in or after episode 4. Place the Logic Bomb on the enemy. Quickly dodge out of the blast area and quickly return back to the enemy. Wait for him to get up and use your 8-hit combo. Make sure you don't fail the combo! If done correctly, the cooldown on the Logic Bomb should be gone. Quickly activate it again. These enemies will always spawn with human enemies. If you're going to use it on the Nephilims (the robots that sit on the ground), the robot's shield will attract all the human enemies and explode. The Seraphim (the constant flying enemies) will use long range attacks to defeat the humans. After attacking the human enemies, the robot will explode and instantly die. You won't come across many robot enemies, but enough to get the required kills. If you need to farm this, start up Episode 7. Right at the start you'll fight against multiple waves of human and robot enemies. Once all of them are dead, activate the elevator and reload the entire Episode. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/118.jpgFuzzy logic Hit 5 enemies at once with a Logic Bomb while they are stunned by the Sensen DOS Unlocked: (Logic Bombs) Episode 4 - during the battle in the gymnasium room. (Sensen DOS) Episode 3. Before you're able to do this, you'll need to unlock an extra Focus slot. To unlock an extra Focus slot, you'll have to find 5 Focus Boosts. These are hidden in all the episodes and aren't that hard to find if you explore a little. If you need help however, see the You focus trophy. Now gain at least 2 Focus boosts and find a group of enemies of at least 5 enemies. (Preferably Enforcer or Prowler/Strangler leapers. Do not try this with other enemies, the Sensen DOS will not work on them.) Circle around your enemies to get them close to each other. Once they're all close, go stand in the middle and use the Sensen DOS attack to stun your enemies. When they're stunned, find the enemy that's in the center and activate the Logic Bomb on him. You only have to hit 5 enemies at once, you don't have to defeat them, which makes this very easy. The only robots enemies you'll encounter are Zorns, Seraphims and Nephilims. Don't worry though, you can't skip on any enemy. This will unlock during Episode 7. Please note that you can't farm it at one spot by getting yourself killed or by reloading a checkpoint. It won't save the enemies that you've defeated. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/D2B.jpgLord of the ring Beat 15 enemies by making them fall off a platform Recommended Episode: Episode 3 (3 fights) For this trophy you must knock enemies off the a platform. There are only a few fights throughout the game where you'll have the opportunity to knock enemies off a platform. Once you're at one of the locations to do this, simply stand near an edge and wait for an enemy to get close to you, then jump over them with and proceed with a basic 3-hit combo to knock them off the platform. The following are the enemies that you can ring out: Prowler Leapers Enforcers There are other episodes where you'll have the opportunity to obtain this trophy as well, which are: Episode 2 (1 fight) Episode 5 (1 fight) http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/6BD.jpgThe fallen Make 50 Leapers fall off walls Recommended Episode: Episode 3 (40+ Leapers) For this trophy you must make 50+ Leapers fall off from walls by either shooting them with the Spammer or using the Sensen DOS S-Pressen. Shoot Prowlers who are hanging on walls with the Spammer by holding to target them, then press to shoot them off the walls. This trophy's progress can be tracking in the "Trophy" section within the "Extras" menu. Do note that you can farm this all on one chapter. For example, Episode 3 is enough to get well over 50+ falls just by using the Spammer which is considered the fastest way versus the Sensen DOS S-Pressen ability which cost 1 focus gauge just to use. Other episodes where you'll have the opportunity to knock Leapers off walls are: Episode 4 Episode 5 Episode 7 http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/CEF.jpgFiat lux! Beat 15 Stranglers without using the Sensen DOS Recommended Episodes: Episode 3 & 4 Stranglers are very similar to the Prowler Leapers, but they have an ability that can turn themselves invisible and attack you from behind. You'll encounter Strangler Leapers for the first time during Episode 3. Whenever there are Stranglers, there is almost always a light source around the environment. They are very sensitive to the light and lose their ability to turn invisible as soon as lights are shining on them. If there are no light source present, then the Sensen DOS S-Pressen can be used to disable their abilities. For the trophy, you must simply defeat over 15 Stranglers with out using the Sensen DOS S-Pressen special attack. This can easily be done by always keeping the light shining as you're fighting the Stranglers. Whenever you encounter Stranglers, there is almost always a light source around the environment. Quickly shoot the floodlights or light switches with the Spammer [ + ], then quickly unleash a combo or Sensen Fury special attack against them. All Stranglers are weak and easily killed when they're exposed to light. Good places to make progress with this trophy is during both 3 and 4 as long as you continue without using the Sensen DOS S-Pressen special attack. Other episodes where you'll have the opportunity to defeat Stranglers without using the Sensen DOS are: Episode 5 Episode 6 http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/66D.jpgYou missed me Dodge a Skinner's charge five times in a row Recommended Episode: Episode 1 (1 Skinner) This can only be done against an enemy known as a Skinner Leaper. Skinners are the strongest type of Leapers as they use nothing but brute force to get rid of their enemies. While in the presence of other Leapers, Skinners go "berserk" and become invincible. You'll know when a Skinner is in their berserk state when they're glowing red. In order to get the trophy you must dodge a Skinner's charge attack 5 times in a row. This can easily be done during Episode 1 when Nilin makes her first encounter with a Skinner Leaper. Instead of fighting it as prompted, simply run around him while keeping a safe distance. When he's about to rush at you, dodge out of the way without getting hit. Do this five more times in a row without defeating him. There are other episodes where you'll have the opportunity to obtain this trophy as well, which are: Episode 3 (2 Skinners) Episode 5 (2 Skinners) Episode 6 (2 Skinners) Episode 7 (5 Skinners) Remember the trophy is much easier when their is only one Skinner present. Plus it's recommended that you eliminate the other Prowler Leapers in the area while keeping an eye on any Skinners rush attacks. Players playing on the hardest difficulty (Memory Hunter) should be aware that Skinners are much faster with an increased attack frequency based on the number of Prowler Leapers present. After obtaining the Spammer weapon by defeating Kid X-Mas (Episode 2) you'll have the ability to fire a Spammer shot at a Skinner to provoke it into charging, then dodge the attack. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/6ED.jpgThe shield is down! Destroy 20 Heavy Enforcer shields Recommended Episode: Episode 7 Heavy Prison Enforcers, Elite Heavy Enforcers and Heavy Enforcers use shields to protect themselves from your attacks. To destroy their shield, either use the Logic Bomb to destroy the shields from all the Enforcers, or use the Junk Bolt Spammer attack ( + ) on their shields. This will only target one of them at the time. This can be done throughout the game, but if you need to farm this, start up Episode 7. Right at the start you'll fight against multiple waves of Enforcers, including Heavy Enforcers using shields. Once all of them are dead, activate the elevator and reload the entire Episode. Vuule
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/F06.jpgLeader of the pack Beat a Mourner without beating its supporting sidekicks Recommended Episode: Episode 6 or 7 You'll only face Mourners 2 times in the story. One mourner at the end of Episode 6 and 2 Mourners at the same time in Episode 7. Mourners are heavily evolved Leapers which can teleport. Each Mourner will also spawn Leapers to help them out. These are his supporting sidekicks. You may hit them, but you can't kill them for this trophy. You know you've killed one when the Mourner gives the remaining Leapers a red glow which makes them temporarily stronger. You can damage Mourners by either using Sensen DOS to stun them, or when they use a heavy attack (you'll see the red triangle appear above their head). With the heavy attack, you only have a brief moment to attack, so it's not advised since it will take a long time and it's risky. In Episode 6 you'll go up against 1 Mourner and 5 Leapers. There's a higher chance to kill a Leaper in this episode if you use the method below. In Episode 7, there are 8 leapers, but there are also 2 Mourners, which can be tricky if you want to focus on one of them. The 2 Leapers in episode 7 wear a blue and yellow jacket. Use this to keep them apart. Activate DOS at any time and the Mourner will get stunned. Quickly go up to him and use your strongest combo. It's best to use either a 3-hit or 5-hit power combo only, possible with Chain essens. You can also use your spammer when he's at a distance, or combine it with your combos. Be careful though, you won't be able to stun all the sidekicks with your Sensen DOS, so when attacking the Mourner, make sure you won't get killed by them, or that you kill them. You have a few seconds to do as much damage as possible. For the cooldown, you can either wait it out or spread out some of your combo cooldown attacks on the Leapers. You can hit them, but make sure not to kill one of them. If you do, hit start and reload the last checkpoint. You can also use a cooldown combo on the Mourners instead of the power pressens. While it's somewhat safer, it will take more time to kill them. With the following method, you can kill a Mourner pretty fast, but it's pretty risky: First, build up Focus. Once you've built up at least 1 Focus, activate DOS and use your spammer on one of the Mourners. Once the spammer is almost empty, walk up to the Mourner and use a 3-hit power combo as much as you can. When the Mourner goes back to his normal state, use the Leapers to built up 2 Focus and use a 2/3-hit combo with cooldown Essens to reset your cooldown. If needed, use a 2/3-hit combo with Health essens to get most of your health back. Once you've built up 2 Focus and got rid of the cooldown try to lure the Mourner you attacked previously away from the Leapers. Once he's at a distance, quickly activate Sensen DOS followed by Sensen Fury. Run up to the Mourner and quickly attack him. With only a few hits you should be able to take him out. Be careful with Leapers when they get close, they will die by just getting hit 1 or 2 times when using Fury. At the end of Episode 3, you'll have to go through a minefield after which you'll face the Zorn. At the beginning of Episode 7, once you defeat the waves of enemies and activate the elevator, the Zorn will spawn. You can only fight him by using your spammer and you'll have to do it in 2 minutes. You can use Sensen DOS to stun the Zorn, but that's only wasted time, so it's advised not to use it. If you take too long or mess up, hit and reload the last checkpoint. The fight consists of 3 stages: Stage 1 - Left Arm Right after he spawns, he will grab one of the crates on the ground and throw it at you. Get some distance and once he throws the crate, press to dodge it. Use your spammer's normal attack ( + ) to attack his left arm. He will try to attack you. Once he does, a red triangle will appear. You can simply dodge these. Once he gets stuck with his arm in the ground, quickly attack it so that he will rip it off when trying to get lose. Stage 2 - Right Arm This stage is the exact same as the first stage, only this time he will use an extra attack where he will smash the ground. If the force field of that attack hits you, you'll won't be able to attack for a few seconds, trying to regain your balance. You can dodge this attack with a simply roll. Stage 3 - Chest Once both his arms are gone, he will charge up an orange energy ball between his legs. Once he releases this attack, an orange force field will unleash around him. Dodge this immediately. If you did dodge it in time, he will stand idle for a moment and reveal a structural weakness. Quickly aim with your spammer and use the Junk Bolt attack (+). Go up to him and press to initiate a quick time event which will destroy it. Finish 15 Enforcers off with the Spammer Unlocked: Episode 2 - at the very end of Episode 2. Recommended Episode: Episode 7 This can be done on any Enforcer, but it's best not to target Elite Enforcers (white electric armor), since you'll hurt yourself pretty bad by shooting at them. Simply target any Enforcer and use your Spammer primary attack (+) or the Junk Bolt attack (+). You don't have to kill an Enforcer with only the Spammer. You can weaken them with combos first and finish them off with the Spammer. Doing this will also speed up the progress, since killing an Enforcer entirely with a Spammer can take quite a while. This can be done throughout the game, but if you need to farm this, start up Episode 7. Right at the start you'll fight against multiple waves of Enforcers. Once all of them are dead, activate the elevator and reload the entire Episode. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/C70.jpgCan't touch this Defeat 5 Elite Enforcers without using Combos or Spammer attacks Recommended Episode: Episode 7 Elite Enforcers wear white electric armor. When you hit them, you'll not only damage them, but also yourself. For this trophy you'll need to defeat 5 of them without the use of full combos or the spammer, which leaves you with a few options. You can, for example, use 4 Essens in an 8-hit combo chain and kill them that way. Since the combo isn't complete, it doesn't count as using a combo. Using Regen/Chain Essens, you'll end up receiving more health than damage. Thanks to Mitsuru Kirijo for this method. By using Sensen Camo. You'll become invisible for 30 seconds if you don't engage an attack. If you stay invisible and walk up behind an Enforcer, you can hit to instantly kill them, which will also cancel the Camo. With a Logic Bomb, you can damage them and multiple others, but you'll end up using 2-3 of them before they go down. By using Sensen Fury, you'll be able to quickly kill them, but be careful with your health, you'll also damage yourself. This can be done throughout the game, but if you need to farm this, start up Episode 7. Right at the start you'll fight against multiple waves of Enforcers, including quite a few Elites. Once all of them are dead, activate the elevator and reload the entire Episode. Edited June 15, 2013 by Dark_Raven666 Editorial Sweep
Vuule
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1671/E04.jpgFloat like a butterfly Beat Kid X-Mas in under 5 minutes without dying You'll fight Kid X-Mas at the end of Episode 2. For this fight, you have to beat Kid X-Mas in 5 minutes and can't die. You also can't reload the last checkpoint if you screw up. The fight consists of 3 stages. While you can try this as soon as you meet Kid the first time, it's a lot easier if you just wait until you have unlocked a 2nd Focus Slot and when you have unlocked 2 Cooldown Essens. The earliest you can obtain an extra Focus Slot is in Episode 4, or just beat the game first. Before starting the fight, make sure you have built up 2 Focus and set 2 Cooldown Essens on the 3-hit combo. Now enter the fight and immediately use Sensen Fury. Just keep spamming on Kid. His first health bar should be down within a few hits. When the 2nd stage starts, dodge his spammer attacks first. Then quickly attack him with your cooldown combo. Even though he will block all your hits, you will get rid of the cooldown. Once the cooldown is gone, activate Fury again and you should be able to get take down the 2nd health bar very easily. When the 3rd stage starts, do exactly the same. You should be able to take his last health bar with 1 Fury attack if you keep attacking. If he still has some health left, quickly do another few combos and activate Fury 1 last time. After his 3rd health bar, a Quick Time Event will follow. Follow the button prompts and make sure you don't screw up. After the QTE, he will be on the ground. Quickly walk up to him and press . Don't wait too long with this, since this is still part of the fight. If you want to try this as soon as possible, do the following: Stage 1 - First Health Bar Kid will block pretty much all your attacks. He will either try to hit you up-close, or charge at you. When he charges you, after the charge he his defense will be down for a moment. This is when you quickly want to attack him. Alternatively, you can activate Sensen Fury and you can go right through his defense and take his first health bar within a few hits. Once his first health bar is gone, a cutscene will start followed by stage 2. Stage 2 - Second Health Bar After the cutscene, Kid has obtained the Spammer. Immediately take distance and dodge his spammer attacks. Be ready to dodge at least 4 of them. Afterwards he will use the same methods as in Stage 1. He will keep using the spammer in between. Once his second health bar is gone, a cutscene will start followed by stage 3. Stage 3 - Third Health Bar After the cutscene, Kid will use landmines which drop from the air. You can see where they're going to land, indicated by a few circles. Once they're on the ground, a red circle will appear. If you step inside the circles, the mine will detonate shortly afterwards. To get Kid's defense down, lure him to a mine, activate it by standing in the circle, and quickly dodge out of it. Make sure Kid is standing in the red circle. Once his 3rd health bar is down, a Quick Time Event starts. Follow the button prompt to finish the fight. After the QTE, Kid will be on the ground. Quickly walk up to him and press to kill him. Madame's fight consists of 2 stages. The fight consists of 2 stages. She will use her clones on the second stage. Make sure to use Combos with power and/or Cooldown essens. Stage 1 - First Health Bar Madame will float in the air. Use your spammer to take her down to the ground. When she's on the ground, quickly attack her with your Power Combo. Do not use Sensen Fury at this moment, since it won't do as much damage as normal. When she gets back up, she will start to teleport all over the place. If you don't have a Focus, build one up by attacking the Enforcers. When you've got one, use Sensen DOS to take her down to the ground and attack her again. Repeat this until she gets to half her health on the second health bar. A cutscene will start after which she will start to drop bombs on the ground. If you can, use Sensen DOS to take her down to the ground and attack her again. If you have 2 Focus built up, now would also be a great time to use Sensen Fury, unlike before the cutscene, you should be able to take her remaining health. If you can't use Sensen DOS, evade the attacks and wait for the Enforcers to spawn and build up some Focus. Be careful though, you've only got 30 seconds or so before she starts dropping bombs again. Repeat this until her first health bar is down. A cutscene will start followed by stage 2, where she will use her clones. Stage 2 - Second Health Bar (Clones) Go to your Combo Lab and create a combo with as many S-Pressen cooldown pressens. This will heavily shorten the fight and reduces the risk of dying. If you die, you start back at the beginning of the second stage, so don't worry about having to repeat the entire fight. Madame will start off floating in the air. Use your spammer primary attack ( + ) to destroy the blocks around her. Once all of them are destroyed, she will drop down to the ground. You can't attack her though. She will disappear for a moment and return back on the field with clones. She will stand idle and so will her clones. To pick out Madame from the clones, you can do one of the following: Use the Sensen DOS S-Pressen to spot the real Madame right away. Shoot the Seraphim Robot with the Rust In Pieces S-Pressen and it'll shoot the real Madame. Hold to open the S-Pressen Wheel and study the clones carefully. The clones will all stand with their right hand on their hips, while the real Madame has her right arm by her side. The S-Pressen Wheel will pause the screen for you to spot her much easier. This also helps if you don't have the proper moves cooldown yet. Once you've found the real Madame, quickly attack her with the best power combo you've got. You might also want to throw in a few health or Cooldown Pressens. Be careful though, after a few hits she will charge up an attack (you'll see the red triangle). Dodge it by rolling away (). If her health is somewhere at the middle, you can also use Sensen Fury to quickly kill her. She will disappear for a moment and a few enemies will spawn. After a moment she will return at the same location where she was in the air. Before attacking her with your Spammer again, use the combo you made earlier on the enemies to get rid of the cooldown on the S-Pressens if they're active. Once the cooldown is gone, repeat the steps above. When she's down to zero health, she will kneel down. Walk up to her and press to terminate her. A quick time event will follow. Follow the button prompts and the trophy will unlock shortly afterwards. The Leaking Brain is the bar where you've previously been and met Tommy. Once you're at the bar, a cutscene will start after which the assault will start which consists of 3 stages. Before moving on, it's highly recommended that you make sure you don't have any Power or Regen (Health) Essens equipped in your combos. Either clear all your combos, or only use Cooldown Essens. You can also use your Spammer or S-Pressen special attack such Sensen Fury. Stage 1 - 2 Leapers Kill the 2 Leapers whom are at the bar after the cutscene. Take them down with your normal attacks or a cooldown combo. Your spammer also works great. Stage 2 - Fend of the Leapers Stay close to the edge. When the Leapers climb up the edge, kick them down by attacking them with the attack. If they're up on the platform, get them positioned between you and the edge. Keep kicking them until they fall down. You can also use your Cooldown combo to attack them or to kick them down. You may also use your S-Pressens to defeat your enemies. Either use Essens Fury to kill them quickly, or Essens DOS to stun them and kick them down the ledge. You can also use your Spammer. After all Leapers have been taken care of, a cut-scene will start followed by stage 3. Stage 3 - Seal the Leapers' tunnel quickly After the cutscene you'll receive the Junk Bolt for your Spammer. Use it on the structural weakness in the middle like instructed. After doing so you'll have to destroy a structural weakness on the left and right to bring down the cables. You get 45 seconds to do so and in the meantime, Leapers will attack you. Wait for the Spammer to fully charge and shoot down one of the weaknesses. Now wait for the Spammer to recharge again and shoot the remaining weakness. Just ignore the Leapers by walking away from them. You should be able to take both the weaknesses down in about 15 seconds. Now simply kill the remaining Leapers by using the same methods as described at stage 2. With each trophy we've given the location or a possible good location to obtain them. We've also mentioned in the roadmap that quite some stuff is at the end of an episode. But reading yours I do see some mistakes I made, and places to improve. Maybe I'll try again someday, it's not often I get games on release day and can power through them so fast. But it was fun, and I learned a little about the process.
