solstice
Played the game from 0% to 100% without taking any breaks, and got everything done within 4 hours.
nyannyanexpress
I had to do an extra run because Don't Need No Hints didn't pop the first time, so it took about 6-7 hours for me to 100%. If you don't have to do a full second run and just use chapter select to collect the hats, the 4-5 hour range sounds pretty accurate.
guylian
It took me around 7 hours to 100%. I had nearly all of the trophies on my first play through. I searched for all the hats on my second play through and found all but 1 of them Fish hat
SandeProElite
Took me 4 hours to 100%. Got the no hints trophy first playthrough so could use chapter select for hat clean up speeding the 100% time.
Theophobos
Played in 4 sessions over the course of 3 days, using the trophy guide for the hat locations. 4 to 5 hours tops.
GaF
4~5 hours with single run + chapter select.
stpatty
I think if you can manage to not have the no hint trophy glitch it's possible with one run and chapter select to do it in five hours or less but if you don't... well, more than that. 4manaka
As I'm not good with puzzle games I used without remorse the hint boxes the first run, so I did a second run where I got the mad hatterer and the no hint boxes trophies. Around 7-8h I'd say.
TheRealClayman
No more than 5 hours. As long as you get the hint trophy on play 1, the hats take maybe 30 minutes with chapter select.
Easty
Took me about 5 hours with 1 playthrough and clean up.
piotrr
I did a normal playthrough first (taking my time and solving puzzles by myself) and then a quick run for hats and no hints. Took about 6h i think.
Slamma
I voted 6-10. Did a blind playthrough the first time then had to replay it because I got locked out of the no hints trophy. Could certainly be done under 5 hours.
Naps
I would say about 12 hours through normal playing... would be definitely less and possibly half the time if going for a dedicated and uninterrupted run. A great game nonetheless, used it to educate my kids who were pre-schoolers at the time (2012) about the dangers of alcoholism... and thank god for that conversation which led to them growing up as teens who sees alcohol as poison. Which now brings me into saying that Papo & Yo (which I now realise translate to Dad & I) is a bona fide educational game... Edited September 11, 2023 by Naps ... they no longer make games like they used to in 2022...
