Ryukori
It took me about 1-2 hours. It could easily be done in less, but setting up for some of the trophies was a bit tricky, so I had to retry a few times.
GaF
1~3 hours, you just need some luck and to be used to controls.
pennysticks
My personal experience was about 5 hours, at least half of which was spent trying to understand the controls and find a suitable map. That was my first two nights of attempts. Once I found the Moon map with all the tiny little Princes on the third day of trying, I left the game on for hours while I did other things (dinner, put the kids to bed, etc.) because it really seems like if you luck out on the right map, you better get everything from it before you lose it. Luck being what it was I could see some people experiencing a 100% in less than an hour, while others it may take over six to ten hours until you find The Prince or enough inhabitants to eat or ride, etc.
stpatty
Less than 5? Probably. Most of the trophies you can do right away, there's not much in the way of gameplay you need to do to get them.
Richie313
Should not take anymore than 3 hours as long as you try and find the prince on the moon.
East1999Eternal
It took me less than 2 hours, which was partially based on getting lucky with certain spawns that were needed for some trophies (the prince, numerous items to eat, big enough planet to stretch out, etc). Slamma
Definitely shouldn't take longer than 5 hours.
Snake Doctor337
It was about 2 hours 20 minutes for me. The controls take a little getting used to, the camera stinks and you need to use the moon stages (had I realized that last point sooner it likely wouldn't have taken as long).
