Roadmap:

Introduction:

NeverDead is a third-person action game set in a fantasy and horror-influenced universe where supernatural battles between humans and extraordinary creatures blanket a vast city landscape. Gamers wield a butterfly design-inspired sword and an arsenal of guns to decimate waves of ungodly enemies in the not-too-distant future.

The game begins in the waking hours of peace and calm, when the world is under threat of being consumed by a demonic plague. Centuries have passed since the world succumbed to an unforeseen shadow of evil, and a hero was made an immortal by demons. These demons have risen once again in the present day causing unrelenting mayhem reinforced by destructible environments within the game. Now using his immortalic regenerative powers re-assembling his own body to evade death, the hero carries out the only salvation the world will know, for he is Never Dead.

Step 1: Singleplayer

You are going to want to start the game on Hardcore. While playing the game on Hardcore, you are going to want to stay in motion while fighting the demons you are going to face and the boss battles that await your arrival. While going about this playthrough you are going to want to use the collectible guide to get both the The Great Collector trophy and the Funky Dunker trophy.

There are no missable trophies in this game, since there is a chapter select and a chunk of it is story related. As you go trophy your first play through, you are going to want to worry about this trophies as they are tied to a specific level. Please see the trophy guide for more info on these trophies.

  1. Explosive Personality
  2. Antiquarian
  3. Mind the gap
  4. Let There be Light
  5. Don't Stop, Look or Listen
  6. Evacuation Plan
  7. Out of the Frying Pan
  8. Boulder Dodge
  9. Curiosity Killed the Cat

Note: Make sure you buy the XP abilities as you earn them.

Step 2: The online

This can be the easiest set of trophies you get, once you have 4 people. You don't need three people as all the trophies can be done with just two people. There are a total of 6 trophies and 5 of them are to just play the mode and beat the level. In order to earn those trophies is to meet the goals that they set. I would advise using the trophy boosting thread and set a time, that is good for you and the people that are going to help you get those trophies.

The sixth trophy is to earn all the badges (6 in total) in the online portion of the game. Please see the guide for more info on how to go about getting those.

Step 3: Clean up

This is the part where you are going to clean up your list and get the platinum. The trophy that you might be missing is the Abilities trophy. You are going to need a total of 3 million XP. This is also the perfect time to do the second playthrough, but instead of starting over you will just use the chapter select screen and choose the prologue. Make sure you have the XP++ ability on, so you can earn a lot more XP though that playthrough.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/022.jpgDe-Cyphered(B)

Take a trip down memory lane...

Story related, cannot be missed. See the Spoiler tag for more info.

This will be the first trophy you earn. Before you can earn this trophy you will need to defeat the demon, Sangria. Sangria jumps from pillar to pillar every once and a while. Once you have gotten a good set of shots on him the game will move in Slow motion giving you a extra chance to put more led into him. There is no health bar so just shot and wait until it is over, he will drop once he has taken enough shots.

Depends on what level you are playing on it, it should take little to no time to take him down.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/E0D.jpgA pain in the ass!(B)

Defeat the Sword Pig.

Story related, cannot be missed. See the spoiler tag for more info.

[spoiler=51]You will face the Sword Pig in the last part of the first chapter. This Sword Pig has 8 legs and you can take them out if you want, but the most important part of this pig is the butt or rear end, if you prefer that one. It’s the part where the tail is located and its shining yellow. Its best to use the Sword (switch by pressing :triangle: from your guns ). Use the right angle stick to swing. This can go as quick as you want it, as long as you aim at the rear end. You should also dodge as well; it does have an attack (kicks up the rear legs) that can dismember you with ease, leaving you bodiless. There are the little Grandbabies that will suck up you head if they catch you. Which can be a pain and a problem if you are playing on hardcore.

Once you have done enough damage to it, it will charge at you sending you to another room. Once you gain back control of your character, go to the Sword Pig’s rear end and slash at it. Once you have taken it’s life all the way down, a cutscene will come up and you meet a new character.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/51E.jpgFour-to-one Odds(B)

Defeat Quad Jaw.

Story related, cannot be missed.

You will come across this boss battle in the end of chapter 2. There are 2 parts to this battle, one where you will need to fight 3 heads and the second part is where you fight the body that flies and the last head.See spoiler tag for more info.

[spoiler=54654]Part 1: You will need to get each head stuck into a wall and then switch to you sword and swing at the yellowish part of the neck until it falls off. You will need to rinse and repeat 2 more times until you get to the second part of the boss battle.

The best way to get one of the heads stuck into a wall is to stick to the corners of the area that you are in. The head will get stuck for a few seconds, giving you enough time to switch to you sword and hack at it until it falls off and the next head starts to come at you. While there are some points in the battle where the boss will change up and swing its head and not jab forward with it. Just Roll and dodge until it starts to jab forward again.

Note: Stay away from the rear end of the monster that you are facing. The rear end admits a green odor that changes the controls of your character. Forward will have you go backwards and left will have you going right.

Once all the heads have been cut off it, time for part 2 of this epic battle.

Part 2: You will need to find the staircase to get to the second floor of this are. It’s located in the middle of the area.

Once you have reached the second floor, detach your arm ( hold :l2: or :r2:) when the monster starts sucking in air and other objects in the area. Once you have lined up the cursor with the mouth of the monster let go of the button you were holding on to, to detach the arm. Once the arm is inside the monster hold the :l1: or :r1: (Which arm is inside), to get the monster to reveal the yellowish area. Shoot that yellowish area until the health bar gone. Once you have defeated the monster, the chapter will end and the trophy will pop.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/17F.jpgServe and Protect(B)

Save Nikki.

Story related, cannot be missed. There is no real boss battle in this chapter, but I do have some helpful info inside the spoiler tag.

[spoiler=21s5f5d]This is pretty straight forward. Just make it to the end of the level and the trophy will be yours. You will encounter more waves of enemies in greater amounts. Nikki will be a pest some times, see is also getting herself into more trouble and deeper and deeper into an area she knows nothing about.

The last part of this chapter you will face a hippo. There is some info in the spoiler tag below.

  • From the gate that you just open for Arcadia and Nikki, there is a breakable wall. Break it and hide whenever the shield of the hippo is up. That breakable wall stretches and makes some decent cover when needed.

  • Once the shield of the hippo is down, use your strongest weapons on the yellowish parts under it’s below to bring its health down to defeat it.

  • Hide when the shield comes back up. Rinse and repeat.

This next section is for the puzzle to get your head to the next chapter. There are four levers and I will refer to them from right (closes to the water and gap) to left (closes to the wooden door) as A, B, C, D.

  1. Hit switch B with your Sword.
  2. Then Switch A.
  3. Then D again.
  4. Last will be Switch B.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/E5B.jpgTower'n Inferno(B)

Take down the water tower.

Story related, cannot be missed. You just need to complete the chapter. Once you have reached the end of the chapter and defeated all the enemies. You will see what happens when the demons don't like towers and being killed by an immortal demon.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/0EF.jpgSangria, on ice(B)

Defeat Sangria, Duke of Hell.

Story related, cannot be missed.

[spoiler=15165]Once you get to the church in chapter 6, you will meet back up with Sangria. At first you attacks and gun fire have no effect on him, but soon after a cutscene will come up and things will change. This battle is no different than the one you had at the beginning of the game with this guy. He does move a little faster, so you shots won’t make contact ever time. The sword won’t do much either unless you walk through the purple wall that Nikki has brought up in front of her. At certain points in the fight, he will stop moving giving you an opportunity to get some shots in or use the sword.

Once his life reaches a certain point he will flee and have other demons monster come in and fight you, so be aware of when he leaves and comes back.

I found the Assault Rifle and the shotgun to be the best weapons to use at a distance to use in a fight like this. Hopefully you saved up enough bullets for this fight. The sword with the purple glow will work great for when you are in close combat with Sangria.

Story related, cannot be missed. This is timed, you have about 5 minutes. The timer is located under Sullivan’s life bar.

[spoiler=sdfnsf4]Part 1: In order to defeat Sullivan you will need to destroy the shield that is around him. In order to do that you will need to blow up the yellowish balls that on the statues that are holding a Globe on its back, the yellowish ball is on the globe itself. Once both balls have been blown up find Sullivan and shoot at him under his life is gone and part 2 begins.

Part 2: You will need to destroy 3 Yellowish things that are located in the area. Once all three have been destroyed find Sullivan and take down his life again for the third and final part of this battle.

Part 3: You will need to find 4 of the yellowish things and then take Sullivan down. You should use the shotgun to take him as quickly as possible.

Defeat your nemesis.

Story related, Cannot be missed.

[spoiler=4jnj] Part 1: Shoot at him and when he is not moving use your sword to cut off his limbs. He is fast. Use Shot gun and Assault Rifle. When he has no more arms he will use his legs and try to kick you.

Part 2: He will use a move where he will stop for a moment and then teleport next to you and cut you into pieces. When he has no more arms he will use his legs and try to kick you.

Part 3: He has a new teleport move, where he will teleport above you and try to land on you with his knives.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/D12.jpgNever Dead(G)

Complete the game on hardcore difficulty.

This is the hardest difficulty in the game and it's available from the beginning, so you can start on this difficultly right away. As you play through the game on this difficulty, you're always going to want to stay in motion. Switch to you blade to cut through your demons as quickly as possible. Once you get the Shotgun use that weapon to you advantage as they will take down certain enemies with easy that you blade can't.

Use the environment to your advantage. All of the walls and rooms are breakable and will cause damage to the enemies that stand in your way, You will want to use them often as they will take out the Wombs (the nest that shoot out demons out of its mouth). They will also take out other smaller enemies quickly, use it when it's needed as it will always be needed. Purchase your abilities wisely as some are not need right away.

A list will be posted soon.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/52E.jpgExplosive Personality(B)

Blow up 35 enemies in the Asylum using barrels.

This will be the first level. You will see red canisters in certain parts of the level that can be shot and once there are shot and the bullets make contact they will blow up. Make sure to shoot them when there are enemies close by. Keep shooting the canisters until the Trophy pops, it’s also an easier way to conserve ammo.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/8A0.jpgAntiquarian(B)

Destroy less than 25% of the museum exhibits.

This can be a little difficult seeing how everything can be destroyed and well, the enemies move around a lot. Just stay away from the walls and just aim at the enemies. Move quickly and stay in hall ways and not in the main floor. If the enemies destroy the museum exhibits, it will still account against you and if to much is destroyed, you will not earn this trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/C4F.jpgMind the gap(B)

Lure Panda Bear in front of a train.

During chapter three you will come across a panda bear in the Police station. After you have brought the Panda Bears life down to the midpoint, he will bring you down to the train station. The best and easiest way to get the Panda Bear hit by a train is to shoot the part of the head that is on flames, while the Panda Bear is on the tracks. Once the bear is down and the core of the bear is showing let it sit until the train comes. There will be a special seen just for the train hitting the bear. The trophy will pop soon enough.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/04E.jpgLet There be Light(B)

Light all the sewer barrels.

There are a total of 30 barrels that need to be lit up before you complete the level. There are 13 barrels located in the section where you have to raise up the platform for Nikki and there are 17 more in the section where you have to rejoin Nikki and Arcadia. As long as you stay on fire and roam around each area before proceeding you should have no trouble. I will list how many barrels are in each area soon.

Once you have defeat all the enemies in the first area, Sullivan will let you know that you will have to walk through fire to get to the upper half of area to get to the switch.

The first room has four barrels that need to be lit up. Here is how you should go about getting those four barrels.

  • As soon as you are on fire and get to the first door in that hall way there will be a barrel to the right.
  • From the first barrel you will need to make a right and walk pass the stairs that is on your left to the next barrel that is on the left hand side as well.
  • From the second barrel you will need to make a left and the barrel will be at the end of that dark path to the top right.
  • Make a right and the last barrel will be right next to the door on the right of the gate.

The second room has 4 barrels that need to be lit. One of them is hided, so you will need to break the walls to find it.

  • Once you get encounter by the fire from the pipe, make a right and the barrel will be on you right hand side.
  • Next you will need to break the wall that is in front of you (unless the monster did it already). Once you get inside the barrel will be on your right hand side.
  • From that barrel make a left and the next barrel will be on you right hand side.
  • The last barrel is to the right, right before a set of stairs.

The third room has 5 barrels.

  • The first barrel will be at the top of the stairs to the left.
  • The second barrel will be on the opposite side of the gate to the left.
  • From the second barrel you will make a left and the barrel will be on you right hand side.
  • · From the third barrel you will make a right than a left and the barrel will be on your right hand side next to a fan.
  • From the third barrel, you will make a left and walk past a glass that refills your meter that brings your parts back together. From that glass you will make a right and the barrel will be on you left hand side.

This is the second section of the chapter; where you will have to meet up with both Nikki and Arcadia.

The first room has 4 barrels. Two barrels should be lit on fire already. One that is to the right of where you came from and the on the left, opposite of where the green water is coming from to the left.

  • From the barrel that is on the right, you will need to make a right and walk up the stairs. Once you reach the top of the stairs make another right and head up those stairs, the barrel will be on your right.
  • Once you have lit that barrel, turn around and go down the first flight of stairs. While on that platform make a left and walk straight to another set of stairs on the opposite side. Head up and the barrel will be on your left.

The Second room has 12.

  • Once you get past the door and the green water, the first barrel will be to the right of that door.
  • From that barrel, you will make a left and then a right. The barrel will be on you left hand side right before the green running water.
  • From that last barrel, there will be five more in this room. There are 3 on each side; you will need to cut the chain on the doors to stop the green water from running.

The upper half of that last area; plus the one behind the gate where Nikki and Arcadia is located.

  • Once you get to the stairs, there will be one on the right side.
  • From the first one on the stairs, you will make a left and another left to get higher up the stairs and there will be green water coming from the pipes. After the second pipe you walk pass, there barrel will be to your right.
  • From that barrel, you will make a left and the next barrel will be in the middle of that platform.
  • From the barrel that is in the middle, you will make a left and see the last barrel on your right hand side.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/C60.jpgDon't Stop, Look or Listen(B)

Dodge the traffic on the bridge.

This is one of the easiest trophies in this game to obtain. In the beginning of level 6 you will be on a bridge, but soon knock off on to a lower level by a panda bear. Once on the lower level you will be greeted by other smaller demons and some yellow taxi cabs. Just dodge, jump and get to the point (not to far from where you are) where you will need to get into one of the train carts. Once you are there the trophy will pop and you too, will say this trophy was easy.

Get all the civilians to the chopper.

After defeating Sullivan and getting to the roof, there will be Civilians there that will help you defeat the humans. You will need to keep them alive until all the demons are defeated. If anyone of the humans go down, you have a few seconds to revive them by going up to them and holding :square:. Once you have defeated the last demon, the helicopter will come and if all the humans are still alive, you should earn this trophy.

Sadly, this trophy is a given and cannot be missed. You will earn this trophy during the ending of chapter 7 (Agency HQ). This will come across after earning the Evacuation Plan trophy. You will earn both trophies during the scene where you have to destroy the demons and protect the police officers that are helping you fight the demons.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/A55.jpgOut of the Frying Pan(B)

Lure Panda Bear into lava.

In chapter eight you will be in the streets and you will need to protect some police officers. While protecting them you will come across 2 Panda Bears. You will need to lure one or both to the gate they came from and have them go down into the lava. Once one or both of them have gone down into the lava the trophy will pop.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/806.jpgBoulder Dodge(B)

Dodge the boulders.

You will come across the boulders in the last level of the game. The first time you will encounter them once you get inside the building. Each flight of stairs you come across will be a different set of boulders that come down. Make all the way to the top and this trophy will be yours. As long as you don’t get hit and make it to the top, the trophy will be yours.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/4E4.jpgCuriosity Killed the Cat(B)

Explore all of Arcadia's Apartment.

This will be during the beginning of level 6. You end up going to her apartment 3 times, so each time you will have to do this. You will need to interact with everything that is in her apartment. Here is a list of things that you need to interact with to get this trophy.

  • Washing Machine
  • Refrigerator
  • Bathtub/Shower
  • Toilet
  • Sink (bathroom)
  • Mirror next to Dresser Draw
  • Dresser Draw
  • On the bed and under the bed with Bryce’s Head
  • Behind the couch, where Arcadia and Nikki are sitting. Use Bryce’s Head.
  • Chair (opposite of where Arcadia and Nikki are sitting)
  • You will need to break the mirror that is above the fireplace and throw Bryce’s head inside.
  • There is a Vent next to the Washing Machine. There is Vent under a rug next to Arcadia's Bed. Shoot the rug and vent, then roll you head inside to get to the vent that is next to the washing machine. Thank You Yowzagabowza for the tip!
  • The Door

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/C8F.jpgShock and Awe(B)

Kill an enemy with Electricity.

This can be down on any level that has an electrical box that will electrify Bryce. Stand by the enemy and let the electricity catch the enemy(ies). This will take some time since the electricity doesn’t do much damage to the enemy. It’s best to do enough damage with your weapon and then find the electric box to electrify your enemies.

You can also buy the Electro Bullets ability. With that ability, you will be able to fire electrified bullets whenever you are electrified. You will know when you are electrified, when you see the sparks coming from Bryce's body. Remember it only last for a while, so make sure to shoot with strong weapons and shoot weaker demons that are around.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/0661.jpgBryceBQ(B)

Kill an enemy with Fire.

This can be done on any level. Just go to an area that has a tank that can be lit on fire or a fire that has already been lit and stand by it, have Bryce catch on fire and walk by any nearby enemy. That enemy will catch on fire and hopefully die very soon. As long as the enemy dies by fire and not by your weapon the trophy will pop.

You can also buy the Fire Bullets ability. With that ability, you will be able to shoot bullets that are on fire whenever you are on fire. You will know when you are on fire, because Bryce will keep say "burning". Remember it only last for a while, so make sure to shoot with strong weapons and shoot weaker demons that are around.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/CC0.jpgEndangered Species(S)

Kill 8 panda bears.

You will come across 4 panda bears through the duration of the single player. If you want to get it done in the single player this will take 2 playthroughs or you can play the multiplayer and get the trophy that way.

You can also load up chapter 8 and get to the part where there are two Panda Bears that come to fight you at once. Load the chapter up one more time and by time you kill the second panda bear for the 8th kill, the trophy should pop.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/03F.jpgSwiss Army Bryce(B)

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/066.jpgInsurance Fraud(B)

Destroy $100,000 worth of objects.

You should earn this trophy by the Museum chapter. As long as you have broken everything they you could break in the previous chapters. Please see Criminal Damages for more info.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/FCB.jpgCriminal Damages(S)

Destroy $1,000,000 worth of objects.

There is no way to find out how much damage you have done in each level. So, the best way to go about earning this trophy is to break everything that you find breakable. Walls, Chairs, Couches, Fans and ceilings in certain chapter are all breakable and will count towards getting a million dollars worth of damage.

As soon as you get the opportunity, purchase the Demolition Bullets, that ability should help get this trophy soon.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/533.jpgHop, Skip and Jump(B)

Hop, roll and jump...

Once your body has been dismembered you will need to do all of those moves with just your head, the head + torso and head + Torso + one leg. Once you have done it in that order the trophy will soon follow.

When you are at the asylum chapter, the first time Bryce losses a leg, you should make him hop once by moving Bryce towards the leg with the left analog stick , next you should press press :circle: to roll on it and get it reattached to you torso and lastly as soon as Bryce finishes rolling press :cross: to jump. Once you have done it in that order the trophy will pop.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/829.jpgYou and whose army?(S)

Shoot 50 enemies with dismembered limbs.

This can be a pain to do if you try to do it without your head being attached to your torso. Your arms have to be detached from your body and guns have to be in them. I advise using the SMG, Assault Rifle, and/or the Bowgun. Each one has rapid fire and gives you more of a chance to hit enemies. Make sure there are no Grand-babies in the room when you try this and also try to do it in small rooms with a lot of enemies. The early chapters have small rooms for you to do that and some of the area don't have greand-babies in them.

Kill 5 enemies with a single limb explosion.

You will first have to beat the second chapter in the game to unlock this ability for purchase. Once you have unlocked the ability, use you XP (100,000) to purchase it. Now when you are in a game and there are a lot of small demons around you hold :r2: or :l2: and throw the limb towards the enemies. Once the Limb is close to them press the :r2: or :l2: (Depends on which on you held before) to detonate it.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/7AE.jpgLevel Up(S)

Purchase 50% of the abilities.

You will need to purchase 35 of the 70 abilities that are available to purchase by the end of the game. Please see Big Spender for more info.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/86C.jpgBig Spender(G)

Purchase all abilities.

There are a total of 70 abilities. Not all of them can be purchase until after you have beaten the game. Once you have beaten the game and have earned about 3 million XP, you will be able to earn this trophy. This is where the chapter select will come in handy or you can start the whole game over and on easy and purchase them as you go. You are going to want to add XP, XP+ and XP++ as soon as possible, so you get the most amount of XP as possible. Starting the game over will also help get XP quick as the XP red shards will appear again in a completely new playthrough.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/5D3.jpgOnslaughter(B)

Complete an Arena Onslaught Challenge.

The arena onslaught challenges are when you are in a specific area in a certain chapter of the game online with 2 or more players. The goal here is to get and complete the last wave of one Arena Onslaught challenge. Certain waves have you go up to 5 and other are 6 waves, that is on normal difficulty. Once you are in the challenge, you will see at the bottom left hand side that there is numbers(10) with arms and legs sticking out of it. That is the total of limbs that you can regenerate by pressing :l3: when you Limbs are missing. I would advise looking for your limbs before using the :l3: button.

There is a timer and it last about 15 minutes. Make sure to use your sword and look for weapons that can do a lot of damage at once; The shotgun, the Assault Rifle and if you can find the Dragon Blade (yellow).

If you are doing this after you have complete the game once, make sure you add abilities to your character, so you can earn a lot of XP while playing online and kill enemies a lot quicker.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/BCE.jpgRunner(B)

Complete an Onslaught Challenge.

This is just like the arena Onslaught Challenge expect in this one you are not confined to just one area. In this Onslaught challenge you will need to move from area to area once each wave has been completed. With each wave completed a new area will be unlocked, you will just need to run and find the newly open area.

Use the same precautions and tips located under the Onslaught trophy.

Complete a Search and Rescue challenge.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/2D9.jpgFrail Friend(B)

Win a Fragile Alliance challenge.

This can be done with 2 people. The goal of the Fragile Alliance is to get to as many checkpoints as possible before the person you are playing against. With each Fragile alliance match, there is a set goal. That can either be 20 or 22 checkpoints. You will need to reach that goal amount before the timer is up. So, if you reached checkpoint 12 and the person you are playing against is at 10 and the clock ends, you will rewarded with the win, but not the trophy.. The best way to set this up is to go to Create Lobby > Max 2 players > Challenge 13.

In order to get pass each checkpoint, you will need to clear the area of enemies. Take them out as quickly as possible and go through the checkpoint. The checkpoints range in size of how the nearby enemies are detected.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/3B5.jpgEaster Bunny(B)

Win an Egg Hunt challenge.

This trophy can be down with just 2 people. You have 15 minutes to grab 10 eggs and bring them back to the safe point. You can only carry 3 eggs at a time and each egg is located in a different area. The best way to set this up is to go to Create Lobby > Max 2 players > Challenge 9. Invite the player you want to boost with and then go look for the eggs while the other does nothing. Once you have delivered all 10 eggs the game will end and the trophy will be yours. Rinse and repeat until all parties get the trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/7B6.jpgCompletist(G)

Unlock all Prestige Badges.

There are a total of 6 badges and you will need to complete a challenge a set amount of times before you are able to get the next badge. You will need to complete all the challenges from 1 to 13 in both normal and Hardcore difficulty.

  • Badge one (Purple) needs 3 wins
  • Badge two (Yellow) needs 3 wins
  • Badge three needs 4 wins
  • Badge four needs 4 wins
  • Badge five needs 5 wins
  • Badge six needs 7 wins.

This is subject to change.

Quick question, when your playing the game again for the 2nd time, will all the collectibles re appear?

No, the collectibles that you found on your previous playthrough will stay with you. The only collectibles that will show up are the ones that you missed and the XP collectibles.

Does this have a new game+ where you could play on easy first, get all upgrades then do hard with all upgrades?

No, there is no new game+. You can start on easy then move on to a harder difficultly, but the upgrades will get resetted and the XP collected will get refunded. You will have the XP, but will have to play through each chapter to unlock the abilities over.

Curiosity Killed the Cat - This trophy popped for me as soon as I grabbed the last EXP thingy in her appartment (on the third visit, I'm assuming you must grab all EXP each time). And naturally, the EXP is spawned by doing the interactions. I'm pretty sure you have all the Interactions listed.

If the trophy doesn't pop on the third visit, you missed an EXP somewhere during one of the visits.

Question Eternal_Spoon on your third visit did the fireplace and mirror exp stock spawn for you? I followed the list trophy didn't pop and the fireplace, mirror and under the bed exp stock didn't spawn on the third visit looks like i have to start a new campaign again. I've noticed that i grab firplace and mirror on first visit these do not appear on second and third visits and the one under the bed also doesn't spawn on third visit. Guess i have to wait until third visit to get all exp in one go.

Regarding the "Let There be Light" trophy: Are you sure you that all the barrels are listed? I could swear I double checked everything and followed the guide for the trophy step by step but the trophy still didn't pop for me.

Edit: Another question regarding starting a new game; Does somebody know if you need to gather all the collectibles anew when starting a new game? I ask because I started the game on Hardcore and didn't get some of the collectibles on the first few levels and I wanted to pick them up on Easy difficulty.

So is it possible to just collect the missing ones from the first chapters on Easy or would I have to collect everything again?

You need to get all the EXP on all three visits, you should be able to get it though replays, but you need to clear a whole level to get to the apartment since that can't be level selected.

Oh, and on the first visit, you need to throw your head on the couch between Arcadia and Nikki, apparently that causes another EXP to spawn right there. I forgot to mention that on my previous post.

Also, EXP won't spawn in every location every visit, but you should check them all anyway so you don't miss any.

Thanks Eternal_Spoon, I didn't about the first visit to throw the head on the couch it must be this one looks like I got to start a chapter over to see if I get the trophy. For Funky Dunker trophy 5 basketball nets Asylum, Police station/subway maintaince area lower level need to throw head on the shelving rack then throw head again to access area that has the bnet, Streets to church, Destroyed Streets before whirlwind face

whirlwind then look left make sure you don't walk to close to the whirlwind or else the cut scene will happen the final is in Demon's nest when entering the building stick to the right wall over the lava it's near the large red pole that can't be destroyed

Finally got the trophy for Arcadia's apartment. Just 5.6 million to go for purchase every ability. The last ability to purchase is expensive.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/616/FCB.jpgCriminal Damages(S)

Destroy $1,000,000 worth of objects.

There is no way to find out how much damage you have done in each level. So, the best way to go about earning this trophy is to break everything that you find breakable. Walls, Chairs, Couches, Fans and ceilings in certain chapter are all breakable and will count towards getting a million dollars worth of damage.

As soon as you get the opportunity, purchase the Demolition Bullets, that ability should help get this trophy soon

How is the damage youve caused calculated? Does the game only count the maximum damage youve caused per chapter? Or, if you replay chapters, does it count the damage you cause in each run and add it towards the 1,000,000 total? Also, is it only destroyed objects that count, or does it count walls and ceilings and stuff like that?
