poetic_justice_
Ubisoft made the tv-series-to-video-game adaptations for both shows CSI and NCIS. As people who have completed both games will testify, the platinums are easy, but the games themselves are horrible. While it makes as much sense as comparing Ford Pintos with AMC Gremlins, I was curious as to which other people thought was the worst: CSI: Fatal Conspiracy or NCIS: The Video Game. Personally, the nod for horrid gameplay controls has to go to CSI (NCIS's controls were an improvement over CSI's, but that isn't saying much). However, given the darker, more adult plotlines, I enjoyed CSI more and would actually give at least one thumb up for the plot material, which stuck to the meat-and-potatoes of the TV episodes. Crooked law enforcement, gruesome deaths, locating DNA on decomposing bodies, gruesome autopsies... the game's plot stayed pretty true to form. However, when it comes to the longest 5-hour platinum I have ever played, NCIS killed me. The sheer monotony of NCIS's point-and-click system was about as invigorating as wiping boogers on a signpost at a bus station, then standing there some more, waiting for my nose to grow more boogers so I could do it again. But what do you think? Edited July 17, 2013 by poetic_justice_
danc
Both were unbelievably bad but I felt NCIS was better purely because it was shorter so not as tedious.
Xander45
I think if I heard the phrase "to the Deduction board!" one more time I might have imploded. CSI may have been longer, but it actually was more varied and the story a bit more interesting imo.
Darth_Krid
Well I finished this today, starting CSI tomorrow. Hopeing it's better... I found "Deduction board!" to be funny as it was just the answer to everything

JMeeks
CSI had more to it and more to do, NCIS felt smoother and easier to play. Although I'd have to class them both as terribad, I'd rather burn both than play them again
4manaka
Both are awful. If it werent for the fact I just rented them I would feel dirty. In fact just remembering csi's lab (god I almost hated all those machines in the end) and the phrase "to the Deduction board" makes me feel like I need a shower. JonOnTheRox
Cheap stuff but i liked Fatal Conspiracy more. Not the worst games out there anyway. If you like these kinda games, The Raven is really good if you ask me ( just glitched trophies ) and Sherlock Holmes. Both are better than CSI or NCIS
Robaldinio
Can't believe these games are even being dignified with such discussion.
