Road To Glory Mode

You start off playing through a High School tournament. In this tournament you can get 3 trophies. It's important that you play every game so you can become a 5-star prospect. Then, when you're picking what team to sign with, pick a team offering you a starting spot. Some people say that they have simulated one of the games and the High School championship trophy didn't unlock for them. So play it safe and play every game - it's only 4 games. Then, there are 3 more trophies in Road to Glory mode. I recommend you start a new Road to Glory mode and follow the method under the trophy Greatness.

Recruiting

There are 7 trophies that you can get from recruiting. The hardest of the recruiting trophies is Program Changer. For the next trophy you need the #1 ranked recruiting class; I was able to simulate through the season with Oklahoma and I got the trophy on signing day during the offseason. The trophy for having a pipeline state in Florida, Texas, and California can be very easy if you just buy the extra pipeline state. It costs $2.00 on the PSN store. If you pick Notre Dame they already have 2 of them as pipeline states; they only need Texas. So pick Texas and you'll get the trophy with no work.

Now, for the other trophies I recommend using Alabama. First, you need to downplay pitches to a recruit. If you talk to a 1-star recruit and keep downplaying the same school, you should have more than 250 points easily. Then for the next trophy call a 1-star recruit on a 1 topic call (which is 10 minute call) and offer them a scholarship. You will know if they sign if you get 5000 points. If you don't keep offering scholarships to a 1-star recruit and you will eventually get one to sign with you.

The next trophy I got when I simulated through the season. You need to sign a person who has a soft commitment to another team. If you are the #2 team for that prospect just wait until he gets a soft commitment to the first team. Then downplay pitches against that school. He will be most likely to sign with you at that point. The last recruiting trophy you can get is asking someone who is 95 or more overall to stay. When the offseason starts the first thing it will tell you about are players leaving. Most likely if they are 95 or higher they are getting drafted into the NFL. So click on their name and have a 60 minute phone call with them. After that they will most likely stay.

Dynasty Mode

There are 11 Dynasty Mode trophies and they are very easy to get just by simulating. Go to Team Management and make everyone on Alabama 99 overall. Then simulate through the whole season and play the BCS Game. By the time the offseason starts you should get at least 10 of the trophies. If you don't, start a new season and focus on getting the trophies you didn't get. The only one you have to do a few extra things for is Burn That Shirt; look at the guide for the way to get that trophy.

Bowl Games

There are 33 Bowl Games and 1 BCS Game. When you get to Bowl season, stop simulating and go to ESPN and click scores/schedules. Then go into every game and just super sim to the end. I won every game but some people have said they lost games and still got the trophy. After the game it will say add "trophy to trophy case" - say yes.

In Game Trophies

There are 25 in-game trophies. There are only a few that might give you trouble. If so, start a new game and only focus on that one trophy. Also, remember that you can change your team's offense before the game starts so you can play as what ever team you would like.

Tips:

*All of the players stats can be edited.

*You can play on Freshman difficulty.

*You can play any quarter length.

*You can edit the in-game sliders so your team is all 100 and the other team is 0.

*You can turn off all penalties.

*Any in-game achievements will unlock through super sim.

*Once you have done what you need to do for a trophy, you can super sim to end of the game.

*You can use 2 controllers for most of the trophies.

*You can change any team's offense. (Credit goes to OldSnoova for this tip)

*Super sim means to "super simulate." That means you skip to the end of the game.

You need to pick a team that uses an Air Raid offense. You can be any team you like, just make sure you change their offense to Air Raid. Now that you know that, all you have to do is rush 100 yards. If you're having trouble, only focus on rushing and set the game to at least 5 minute quarters. Once you have rushed the 100 yards you can just super sim to the end.

You can be any team, just make sure you change their offense to Option. Play 5 minute quarters and only focus on passing the ball. Once you have thrown 300 yards you can super sim to the end.

Get to about the opposite 40 yard line and make a good run. If you go to Settings and put all the user sliders to 100 and the AI sliders to 0, you shouldn't have any problem doing this.

Press :start: while in a game, go to Formation Sub and sub one of your players. Then use that formation and score a touchdown with the person you subbed.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/16.jpg1st Option For 6http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngScore a touchdown handing off to the fullback on a triple option play (excludes co-op).

:l1: = fake pitch. You actually have to hold the hike button ( :cross: ) to give the ball to the FB. Choose the play: Option>Triple Option (or Tr Option Star) to get the fullback to run the ball in. Most teams don't have the "FB Triple Option" play. But if you did select that play and use :l1: after hiking, all the QB will do is Fake Pitch. The trophy pops after the touchdown.

By "QB Choice" they mean it has to be an option play where the QB has a choice to hand it off or run the ball. You have to choose an option play for this. Choose "Option Run" offense type after selecting your team. Don't choose a team with option offense type, because most wont have this play. Be sure to scroll through all of the teams until you can select generic "Offense Run" as your offense type. Once you are in game, on offense, and at the play selection screen - press :r1: to choose by Play Type>select Option>then go 5 plays to the left to find "Read Option" play. Instead of holding the :cross: button like you would for 1st option for 6 trophy, just tap :cross: to hike then run it in the end zone with the QB. The trophy pops after the touchdown.

Keep the game tied, then when it’s the last quarter get close to a touchdown. Hold the ball until there is only 1 second left. Call a timeout and then score a touchdown.

This doesn't have to be done with one player, you can use as many people as you need. So pass the 200 yards with your QB and rush 200 yards with whatever HB you would like.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/22.jpgRed Zone Perfectionhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngComplete a Play Now or Dynasty Mode game with a Red Zone

Efficiency rating of 100% (excludes co-op).

While you are in the red zone don’t turn the ball over, and any time you’re in there make sure to score a touchdown. The red zone is from the 20 yard line to your end zone.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/23.jpgRed Zone Shutouthttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngComplete a Play Now or Dynasty Mode game without allowing a TD from the Red Zone (excludes co-op).

I would recommend only letting them get in the red zone once during the game. Once they are in there, hold them to a 4th down and force them to kick for a field goal. Their red zone is the opposite 20 yard line to their end zone.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/24.jpgLock It Uphttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngWith Player Lock on, return an interception for a TD (excludes co-op).

To player lock someone, press :l3:. Cover someone and hope the QB throws to them. Then when the ball gets thrown to that receiver, press :triangle: when the thrown ball is near you.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/25.jpgIn Your Crosshairshttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngSpotlight a receiver and get an interception on him in a Play Now or

Dynasty game (excludes co-op).

Press :l2: and chose the person you want to spotlight. Cover that guy. Then when the QB throws the ball, press :triangle: when the thrown ball is near you.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/26.jpgVeteranhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngWin a game by 35+ points on Heisman difficulty (excludes co-op).

Pick a A+ team and face a D- team. Set the quarters to 10 minutes. Then just super sim to the end of the game. You should be winning by more than 35.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/27.jpgBest Class Everhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngHave the #1 ranked recruiting class in a season in single team Dynasty Mode.

I have noticed that Oklahoma gets #1. The first time I used them I simulated through Recruiting and after signing day, I got the trophy. Make sure you save before Recruiting just in case you don't get #1.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/28.jpgPoint Some Fingershttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a single phone call, take 250 points away from one school by downplaying pitches.

"Play as a school that has A or better ratings in every category, or create one with A+ ratings using team builder. Once your season starts, go to the recruiting board and find a One star prospect that has lower rated schools as his top schools. These schools should have C or worse ratings in most categories, making it very easy to downplay them." (Credit to Major-Dutch-_ for finding this method)

"While I was going for Program Changer, some of the 5-star peeps I was targeting signed with other teams early, which left me with some time for extra recruiting. I picked the next guy on the list (a 4-star recruit which had my school as his first choice) and started comparing my school to the very last one on his list: number 10, which was Tulane. After comparing, for 6 questions, my school to Tulane's, I got the trophy since I docked them by over 300 points." (Credit to Old Snoova for this method)

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/29.jpgOne Hit Wonderhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngGet an instant commit from a prospect by offering a scholarship on a one topic call.

"Recruit a commit to where you have the green bar filled to the end for you without offering a scholarship. Then call the recruit and do a one topic, (10 minute call) and offer a scholarship. If you have 5,000 points from it you know they committed and will get the trophy." (Credit to Major-Dutch-_ for finding this method)

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/30.jpgSwitcheroohttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngSecure a commitment from a prospect that was a soft commit elsewhere.

If a prospect has a soft commitment, you need them to have a hard commitment for you. It's easy if you use a 1-star prospect because you can just offer him a scholarship and he will sign with you most of the time. Or, if you already offered him a scholarship, just downplay the school that they are soft committed to.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/32.jpgProgram Changerhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngSign a 5-star QB or HB with a 2-star prestige school in a single team Dynasty (no ATH).

Step 1 - Go to team management and select team builder. Search for the school named PS3T. Save it to your console. It has A+ pitches and 2 star prestige.

Step 2 - Import the team to a dynasty and replace Alabama. Also, move around other big name teams, such as Ohio State, Florida, Oklahoma, and LSU to horrible conferences such as the WAC, MAC, or Sun Belt.

Step 3 - Create 10 5-star prospects and make them from the town your college is in (West Fargo, North Dakota). Put them all on your prospect watch list. This is the step that takes the longest and is the most tedious.

Step 4 - Create a powerhouse schedule, playing as many high ranked teams as possible.

Step 5 - Save the dynasty right now so if you don't get a prospect, you don't have to redo Steps 1-4.

Step 6 - The first week of the season, offer all the prospects a scholarship and promise them 3 things.

Step 7 - Every week, use 60 minute calls and try to downplay other competing schools. If you can't downplay the other schools, that is also fine. Just pitch to the prospects how awesome your school is. Somewhere around week 9-10, there should be a prospect that has you as a top 1 or 2 school.

Optional Step - This could be necessary depending on how well the recruits are liking you. If the prospects are liking other schools a lot more than you, just go to the leading school's games and make them lose.

Eventually there should be a recruit that likes your school #1. It only took me 9 weeks into my 1st try to get someone to join me, but since the game seems to arbitrarily decide which schools the prospects will like, it could take a couple tries to get one to join you.

Even though it might take a couple tries, you should be able to simulate all games and easily win, which makes this a very quick solution. It only took me about 20 minutes to get a prospect to join my team.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/33.jpgSetup Shop In the Big 3http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a single team Dynasty, develop new pipelines in Texas, California, and Florida.

Pick a team that is not from Texas, California, or Florida. I picked Notre Dame as they already have California and Florida as pipeline states. You can spend $2.00 on the PSN store and buy a new pipeline team. That way you just pick Texas and the trophy will unlock without much work. If you don't want to do that, then focus on signing recruits from Texas.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/34.jpgBurn That Shirthttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngRemove the redshirt from a player in a game, and earn player of the game status with that player.

Pick a team with a good QB or RB as a junior or senior (80+ skill) who have never been redshirted and start the season with them as a redshirt. During preseason it will allow you to redshirt a player. Then after that, simulate to the regular season. Start a game, go to Depth Chart and sub that player in. It will say "do you want to remove the redshirt" - say yes. Do good with him during the game. You then should get player of the game status.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/35.jpgCrash the Partyhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a single team Dynasty, earn an invite to a BCS game with a team from a non-BCS conference.

I would suggest choosing Notre Dame because they are a good non-BCS team. Before you start a Dynasty with them, you need to edit everyone's stats on the team to 99. Once you do that, start your Dynasty season. You should win every game of the season.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/36.jpgPicking Up Yardshttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a solo Dynasty or Road to Glory, have a player with an avg. 6+ yards per carry (min 100 attempts).

It doesn’t really matter what team you pick. Just make sure your running back's stats are all 99. Then at the end of the season you should get the trophy. If you get to the last game of the season and his average is 5.5 yards or more but not 6, play the last game and make sure he makes lots of carries with lots of yards.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/37.jpgMr. Efficiencyhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a solo Dynasty or Road to Glory season, have a QB with a completion % of 65+ (min. 100 attempts).

Pick any good team and edit the quarterback stats all the way to 99. Then just simulate and you should get it at the end of the season. If you are having trouble, I would recommend editing the wide receivers stats to 99 as well.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/40.jpgSurvivorhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngBe the last remaining undefeated team in a single team Dynasty.

If you do what the “Untouchable” trophy says you should get this after the BCS Championship. This will unlock earlier if the team you face in the Championship is not undefeated.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/43.jpgUntouchablehttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn a single team Dynasty, win all games in a season by 21+. (Must play the BCS title game)

I would recommend using Alabama. Edit the quarterback, running back, and wide receiver stats all the way to 99. Simulate one game at a time and save after every game you win by 21.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/45.jpgHigh School Champhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngPlay and win the High School Championship Game in any state.

You have to play this game; you can’t just simulate and win. The game should be easy enough, though. No matter what you will win, unless you’re the quarterback and you make a lot of bad passes. People have been saying this trophy only unlocks if you play all the other games in the high school tournament, but I haven't confirmed that.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/46.jpgBlue Chiphttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngBecome a 5-star prospect in Road to Glory Mode.

How well you do during the High School tournament depends on what type of star prospect you are. If you play every game, after you win the High School championship you should be a 5-star prospect.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/47.jpgEarned Your PThttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngBecome a starter in Road to Glory Mode.

If you do well during the High School tournament, you will get a starting spot. A good team, say like the Florida Gators, will offer you a third line spot, but Army might offer you a starting spot. Take the Army spot. The Gators might be the better team, but they're not offering you a starting spot.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/48.jpgStrike the Posehttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngWin the Heisman Memorial Trophy in single team Dynasty Mode or Road to Glory Mode.

The trophy is practically the MVP trophy. So what you have to do is have an outstanding season. I.e. if you’re a quarterback, throw a lot of touchdowns.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/49.jpgCampus Legendhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_bronze.pngIn Road to Glory Mode, earn a spot on your team's All-Time leaderboard.

Follow the same method used in "Aggressive Spread No Huddle". Then when you're about to hike, call an audible and score a touchdown. To audible press :square: and press :square: again after that.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/31.jpgDon't Call It a Comebackhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_silver.pngConvince a player with an overall rating of 95 or higher to stay.

Right when the offseason starts it will say players are leaving. If you have someone with a overall of 95 or higher, they will most likely get drafted by the Pros. Unless they are graduating, you can call them. Call and talk for 60 minutes. After that he will say "alright I will stay" or he will say "I won't go to the Pros."

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/38.jpg20/20 Clubhttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_silver.pngIn a solo Dynasty or Road to Glory season, get 20+ passing and 20+ rushing TD's with one player.

It doesn't matter who you use to get this. I created a quarterback and I made every single stat of his 99. It took around 5 games simulating to get 20 passing touchdowns. Then I changed him to a halfback in the depth chart. I simulated to the Bowl season. I had around 15 rushing touchdowns at that point. So I played the last game and made sure to rush with my HB/QB to get the 5 touchdowns. You can then super sim to the end of the game. You can make the game as long as you need.

Go to the Recruit board and find 5 people that have an interest of at least 5 in your team. Ask them to visit one of your games. You need to get 5 people to visit one single game. I would recommend actually playing the game so you can blow out the other team. If you win by a lot, the recruits will all give you A- or better visit grades.

This trophy requires that you win all regular season games and playoffs. You have to play a Conference Championship game if you have one. After that, you should get an invite to the BCS Championship. I suggest choosing Alabama. Save after every game you win. The trophy should unlock when you start the offseason.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/512/42.jpgPerfect From the Starthttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_silver.pngIn a single team Dynasty, maintain a #1 ranking for the entire season.

You should use Alabama because they are already #1, that way you can get this in one Dynasty season. You have to win every game to stay #1. Save after every game. Try to check the top 25 polls every week too. If a team is getting close to you, go to scores and schedules. Play their game and make sure they lose. After that they shouldn't be a bother. If it says you're #2, you need to reload your save and make sure whomever is behind you loses their next game.

When you get to Bowl Week, stop simulating. Go to ESPN and click scores/schedules, then play all the bowl games. It doesn’t matter what team you choose, it just matters that you win each game. You can super sim the whole game. The trophy will unlock when you have all the trophies and you open up the trophy case.

"Make a Defensive End (RE). Then turn offside off in house rules. You'll become a 5-star recruit after you win the High school Championship. Then you need to get 52 career sacks to get this trophy, "Head and Shoulders Above", and "Campus Legend". It should only take 3 to 4 games after High School. I average anywhere between 12-18 sacks a game depending on how often the other team passes the ball." (Credit to OlympiakosNYC for this method)

Tips:

All of the players stats can get edited.

You can play on freshman difficulty.

You can play any amount of minute quarters.

You can edit the in game sliders so your teams is all 100 and the other team is 0.

You can turn off all penalties.

Any in game achievements will unlock through super sim.

Once you have did what you need to do for the trophy, you can super sim to end of the game.

You can use 2 controllers for most of the trophys.

You can change any teams offense.(Credit goes to OldSnoova for this tip)

I'm sure both the difficulty and the time to platinum will be much smaller than you have. This game seems easier than last year and you can also sim a lot of these trophies. I plan on picking this game up soon. Anyway good luck on the guide and getting the platinum!

Everything will probally lower from what I have it.

Can't stress this enough. RTG mode is super easy and super fast. Make a Defensive End with offside off in house rules. stay next to the QB and keep sacking him. You'll become a 5 star after u win the High school Championship. Than u need to get 52 career sacks to get the other 3 trophies which you'll will get in 3/4 games after High School. I average anywhere between 12-18 sacks a game depending on how often the other team passes the ball.

One Hit WonderGet an instant commit from a prospect by offering a scholarship on a one topic call.

Recruit a commit to where you have the green bar filled to the end for you without offering a scholarship.

Then call the recruit and do a one topic, (10 minute call) and offer a scholarship. If you have 5,000 points from it you know they commited and will get the trophy.

--------------------------

Point Some FingersIn a single phone call, take 250 points away from one school by downplaying pitches.

Play as a school that has A or better ratings in every category, or create one with A+ ratings using teambuilder.

Once your season starts, go to the recruting board and find a One star prospect that has lower rated schools as his top schools. These schools should have C or worse ratings in most categories.

Making it very easy to downplay them.

This guide is lacking a key piece of information....

The majority of the trophies can be done with 2 controllers.

I dont have 2 controllers so I didnt know that but I will add that to my tips section.

You shouldn't need to use 2 controllers on anything except Locked Down and In Your Crosshairs. Just adds an unnecessary step to a lot of easy trophies.

I agree. This is one of favorite sports games and really the rest are do able in single player. But if you want to quick plat, then sure use two controllers.

Ha, ha... every trophy I need help on has that ominous "Info coming later" line on it. :D

How do you get this one?

Spread No Huddlehttp://www.ps3trophies.org/images/site/icons/trophy_silver.png

Score 2 touchdowns in a game after calling audibles using a Spread offense (excludes co-op).

Sounds easy enough, but I must have ran in 10 touchdowns in two games from Audible plays and no trophy. What gives? (and yes, I was using a Spread offense)

Nah, I was just teasing. I'm going to use your tips when I get around to Road To Glory... I usually play as just a running back in that mode. An EPIC running back. :D

Also, one thing you might want to mention in your guide: you don't actually have to pick a different team for those trophies that want you to play as a "Run & Shoot" team or an "Air Raid" team. Just stay with your favorite team, pick Play Now for your game option and the second screen you come to will allow you to pick another Offensive playbook. You can use another actual team's playbook, but they also have standard "Spread," "One Back," etc. etc. playbooks to choose from. You can get the trophies that way as well (that's how I'm getting mine: nothing but University of Tennessee all the way, baby!! LOL!)

I got the No Huddle one earlier. What I did was run the same play over and over again against Army's defense: Goal Line formation, Power O (to the right). I'd run 10 yards and flop to the ground. Run 10 yards -> flop. Rinse and repeat. You have to hold Triangle as you are tackled (or diving) and pick another play. But don't be too hasty: allow a few seconds for the other team's defense to go back across the line of scrimmage. If they bump one of your guys, they'll get an offside penalty and screw up your No Huddle drive. You get this trophy during the PAT attempt after the touchdown.

But yeah, if anyone else can help with Spread No Huddle, please let us know.
