Wax743
Of course. I lost it somewhere along the way but i have to admit that for me, Green Day are responsible for the punk vibe that got me when i was 10-11. 1. Basket Case 2. When I come around 3. Longview 4. Burnout 5. She Basket Case would absolutely be on a top 20 album of all time for me.

WalterWhite
Man, I'm getting old. Great album. I can't believe it's twenty years old. Guess that makes me thirty-four.

MHST_Guy
+1 to the "I feel old" club. I was 12 when it came out. It was the first CD I ever bought.
sum1_worsethan_u
Yeah...the first time that I heard Longview...I immediately went out and bought Dookie. This was one of the 1st CDs that I ever purchased...having grown up on Records and Cassettes and was just starting to convert to CDs. The strength of Dookie made me buy everything that Green Day did previously and ever since. They quickly became my favorite band and have been for nearly 2 decades. I actually don't dislike any song on this CD so it is about impossible for me to come up with a top 5.
Harley Quinn
Green Day's my favorite band so of course I love Dookie! 01. Welcome to Paradise 02. She 03. Having A Blast 04. Longview 05. When I Come Around Not easy to make a top 5 when I love every song on the album.
felly777
Honestly hard to believe that Dookie is now 20 years old (one year older than me), probably the best Green Day ever did, and it had a massive impact on a lot of the punk music I listen to nowadays

Like Nirvana, Bleach being the best but Nevermind becoming a milestone in their career.
SylarTheNinja
I love the album. My favourite songs on it are Chump or FOD
luffybuggy
Wow that's nuts. I can't believe it's been 20 years already. I was born the same year that album came out and I remember listening to it in junior high and high school. (Alongside American Idiot of course) Hell, I listen to it now. I feel like it's just one of those albums that all teens can relate to in some way. This was probably their best as I don't find Uno, Dos, or Tre as enjoyable as any of their earlier work. The whole album is golden, but my favorite songs gotta be: Longview, Pulling Teeth, and Burnout.
AshtimusPrime
Not a big fan of Green Day, but a good album nevertheless. Also shocked about it's age, as I am with any album now that celebrates 20 years. Like Nevermind and Blood Sugar Sex Magik a couple of years ago.
