Introduction

Little Deviants was made to launch along side the Vita and show off all of the different capabilities of the hardware. It does that with flying colors. You use the Vita in ways that I have yet to see in other games. While showing off the input devices of the Vita is nice and all, the actual game in my opinion is rather lacking.

In the Road Map and Tropy Guide to follow, I have broken things down to the fastest route to obtain all of the trophies. I have also separated the trophies into two main categories. The first are the trophies that you will have to "go out of your way" to get while playing. This doesn't mean they are hard as some might be gotten without even trying, but you will have to put some conscious effort into getting them. The second category are the trophies that will come from just playing the game, which you will not need to worry about.

Step One: Play through all 30 levels whilst collecting the Moggers

You will unlock other levels as you play through the game. My advice is to do the best that you can on your first try. If you don't get gold or even silver, do not worry about it for now. I found the game got easier and less frustrating as I played it more. So in this step get at least a bronze on all the maps and collect as many Moggers as possible.

Step Two: Get gold on all the levels.

This will be the most time consuming part of this game. You will also get almost every single trophy out of the way while doing this. When you've finished with this step, there should be minimal trophies to "clean up" going into Step 3. Tips for obtaining all of the trophies here can be found in the guide below.

Step Three: Clean Up/Online Trophies

Why save this for last? Because it is so much easier to get the bronze trophies out of the way than it is to go for the golds. I saved this for last because while doing the above two steps you will most likely get the majority of the level specific trophies as you play along. You might have even already acquired all of the Mogger collectibles since they are pretty easy to get. So whatever trophies you may have left at this point, mop these up now. Lastly, you'll need to send/receive a challenge through PSN and the Platinum trophy will be yours.

Trophy Guide

Trophies You Must "Try" For

These are the only trophies that could be missed whilst aiming for golds on all of the levels.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/04.jpg Cat-alouged (S)

All Moggers collected.

Not all that difficult. When I first started playing, I was writing down the locations to make a guide. I soon realized that I was spending more time writing and describing the location then playing. They are very easy to find in all of the levels. There are a total of 30, one for each level. It is possible to miss them but you will need to replay the levels anyway, so you can always go for them again when you do so.

If you're having trouble finding one, then watch out for these ones as I found them to be the hardest to locate.

Street Speeder - Found straight ahead when you get to the first fork. Just keep going towards the buildings.

Neuron Nudger - On the last stage, you can get this towards the end. In a corner, there will be nine of the blocks that lower when a beam touches them. Direct your beam at it and they will lower revealing the mogger, just give him a touch.

Aqua Speeder - Stick to the right side and you will be able to spot him as you go along.

All of the others can be found by just playing the game. When they appear, just touch them or roll over/hit/fly into/shoot/etc them and they are yours.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/26.jpg Full Controller (B)

Complete Rolling Pastures with full health at the end of the game.

Much easier than it sounds. You can get hit throughout the whole level up until the end. A sure fire way to obtain this trophy would be to keep your health above 75% going into the final level. Make sure that you also keep an EMP handy because it will make life easier. Once in the last stage, collect all the keys and leave the health pick up (which is on the left side) alone. Now while you are going for the exit, grab the health pick up, use your EMP, and get to the exit. Easy as that.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/27.jpg Kyle says, “Don’t touch…” (B)

Score 35,000 points in Shack Shover without hitting a Whoman or a Deviant.

I got this while playing naturally. You will most likely get this because hitting either of these casues you to lose time. The less time you have, the less points you can get which means the less chance you have of getting a Gold. You should get this when you're aiming for the gold. If somehow you don't, then play through it again and take your time. Make sure that you only hit the robots and clocks. Once your score reaches 35,000, the trophy will unlock.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/28.jpg No-Electro Hero (B)

Complete Corridor Caper without using any EMP pickups.

This can be a little difficult, so you should go for this separately and not while going for gold. As you progress through the stage, more enemies will be patrolling the halls. You have to avoid them and get all of the clocks to move to the next stage. Remember that getting hit will reset you to a different location, but this doesn't necessarily mean game over. Don't worry about stars because they don't count towards moving to the next level. Avoid all of the enemies, collect the clocks, and finish without using your EMP powerup and this trophy will be yours.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/29.jpg The Mighty Boost (B)

Boost through all the rings in any single stage of Cloud Rush.

When the tutorial comes up teaching you about boosting using :vitar:, it is pretty much a straight shot through all of the rings to finish this stage. After it taught me how to boost, I boosted through all of the rings, finished the stage and got the trophy. If you miss it, then the earlier stages will be much easier to obtain this since the rings are not all over the place.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/30.jpg Day None Patch (B)

Complete Hot Air Hero without patching the balloon once.

This does not mean that if a bird pokes a hole in your balloon you are finished. I can verify that you can finish with holes in your balloon and still get the trophy. So with that being said, get as far as you can without getting any holes in your balloon. If you are close to the end DO NOT REPAIR. Just keep swatting the birds away and fly to the finish. I actually had one hole in my balloon at the end and the trophy unlocked.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/31.jpg Dead ‘Un Masher (B)

Splat 6 or more Dead ‘Uns with one shot in Rotten Rumble.

I got this without trying for it. As you progress in the stages, more and more zombies will jump in the ring at once. What you need to do is bounce off the side walls so that you can keep rolling back and forth multiple times before coming to a stop. You will probably get this while going for the gold because getting multiple kills in one roll gives you a bonus in points that you need for the gold.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/32.jpg Bomb ‘Em, Man (B)

Destroy 2 or more Dead ‘Uns with one fire attack in Corridor Calamity.

Once you collect the fire power up, save it for the later stages. Once you get far enough there will be three zombies on the screen at one time. Wait for the perfect opportunity and use this to blast them. Stay close to them and wait till they get close to each other and it shouldn't be hard to get more than one at once.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/33.jpg They mostly come at night, mostly (B)

Play Rolling Horror between 00:00 and 01:00.

You will have to stay up past your bed time to get this trophy. Alternatively, you can go into the settings of your Vita, manually set the time, start the game, and play this level to get the trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/34.jpgStay on target! (B)

Boost 5 times in a row without crashing in Death Speeder.

I got this without trying while I was still fresh to the game. Using :vitar: you will get this no doubt while going for the gold because crashing slows you down and ruins your rhythm. You can get it very early on in the level by boosting from one power up to the next. If you do crash then don't worry because you will have plenty of other opportunities to get five boosts in a row as you progress through the level. Please note that the boosts don't have to be one right after another - as long as you execute five boosts without hitting something, then you'll be fine. You might have to restart a few times, but it shouldn't be too frustrating.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/35.jpg Sharpshooter (B)

Destroy 10 Botz without missing a shot in a game of Botz Invasion.

Not as difficult as it seems. What you need to do is take your time, aim slowly, and fire with :vitar:. While you are chasing the Botz down, they will be chasing down the deviants. Don't worry if a deviant gets grabbed as you will still have plenty of time to shoot him. If he gets too far away, then let him go. As you progress, you will get an EMP power up which you can use to freeze the Botz in one place. This can prove to be a great help, so consider using this if you need to.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/36.jpg Timeless (B)

Score at least 28,000 points in Chalet Shover without using any Clock pickups.

No problem as long as you don't hit anything that is not an enemy or of course the clocks. You have a good amount of time to get this if you don't make any mistakes. When the windows open containing the clocks, just let them be and focus on taking out the robots. This is one that you will have to go for at the end because you need the clocks to get the gold.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/37.jpgBlink and you’ll miss it (B)

Pick up the Star from the secret chamber in Risky Rambler.

It isn't the best quality video, but you get the idea:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=as8vbqa_uuc&noredirect=1]Little Deviants - Puoi perderla in un batter d'occhio / Blink and you'll miss it - Guida Trofeo - YouTube[/ame]

On the second stage when you roll down under the tunnel area, there will be a black door on the wall. Go inside and get the star in the middle of all of the clocks.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/38.jpg Storm Chaser (B)

Hit at least 10 different wind vortices in Depth Dive and still complete the game.

This is one you will need to go for after getting the gold. The reason for that is that your points are based off of how many stars you collect and the time remaining at the end of a stage. The vortices tend to slow you down a bit and that ruins your score. When you are going for this, focus only on going through the level and hitting the vortices. I didn't keep count so I hit every one of them until I finished and the trophy popped. If you are short on time, then keep track and once you hit 10 just focus on finishing the remaining stages.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/39.jpg Smooth Mover (B)

Complete Depth Charge without hitting any walls.

You will know you need to restart when you hit a wall and your deviant shakes around and looks like he is screaming in his ship. This is a lot easier than it seems. You just need to take your time and relax. The "alarm" that time is running off goes off too early in my opinion. Even with that going off, you still have plenty of time to get through the levels. The only hard part is in the later stages where the ice rocks fall from the ceiling. When you get to this part stop, wait for them to drop, then speed through. You might have to restart a few times but it shouldn't be too frustrating.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/40.jpg I didn’t wipe (B)

Complete Botz Blast without wiping any green goo from the screen.

This isn't all that hard. The best way would be to kill the tall skinny robots using some of your power ups before they spray your screen with the green slime. I had about 60% of my screen covered halfway through but I just kept playing. You can still see the arrows pointing to where the enemies are so follow them and spam your gun. Save a power up for the last stage to make it easier and this shouldn't prove to be too difficult. Just don't wipe the screen!

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/41.jpg Cave Brave (B)

Collect at least 120 pickups in a single game of Risky Trails.

You will most likely get this while going for the gold. If not, then make sure that you are checking all of the areas. There are a lot of pickups which are located away from the main path. Make sure you collect them all as you go along and you will get this well before the end. If you miss one or two don't worry because there are more than 120 in total so it isn't a big problem.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/42.jpg Star Barred (B)

Complete Aqua Speeder without picking up more than 20 Stars.

The easiest way to go for this is to go through the areas that only have the speed pick up and avoid all of the stars. I only had to retry twice to get this. Make sure you avoid the stars, take your time, and go for the boosts instead of the stars when you can.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/43.jpg Crate Breaker (B)

Break open a crate in under half a second in Rolling Shores.

This is one that you will get without even trying. You will need to break open the crates to get the stars out of them in order to get the gold. They appear from the first stage, so just spam away with your finger to break it open and get this trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/44.jpg Jump Around (B)

Jump on one platform 5 times in Bouncer Trouncer.

You won't get this unless you go for it. Luckily you can get it right at the start. As soon as you bounce off the first platform, go all the way up and hit another platform then bounce up and down on it five times and the trophy is yours. You have plenty of time so it shouldn't be a problem.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/45.jpg Just made it! (B)

Finish Stage 4 of Depth Avenger with at least 10 seconds remaining.

The only frustrating thing about this is that if you mess up, you have to replay the first 3 stages to get another shot at it. I finished with 13 seconds remaining, so you do have a lot of room for error here. Obviously avoid the wind traps, don't hit walls, and do not go for stars. Just blaze through the stage and head for the exit. After a couple of tries, you should have the level memorized and it shouldn't be difficult to obtain this. There isn't really any particular area in this level that is overly difficult. The hardest thing here is getting a perfect run.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/46.jpg Laaaaaaaaaaaaaa! (B)

Hold a note in Smashing Tune for at least 5 seconds.

Do you know how to whistle? Take a deep breath and whistle holding the tone for 5 seconds. I was trying to use a keyboard and pitch instrument on my phone but when I tried this, it was simple and easy and I got it on my first try.

I do recommend a keyboard app for going for the gold though.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/47.jpg Perfect 12 (B)

In City Shover hit all 12 Number-Botz in sequence.

This is the final appearance of the numbered botz towards the end of this level. I got this without knowing that it was a trophy. The numbers 1-12 will be written on the bots in the windows. Hit them in numerical order and the trophy is yours.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/48.jpg Watch the Birdy (B)

Collect 3 bird pickups in a single game of Tower of Boing.

This shouldn't cause you too many problems. This isn't a timed level and the bird pickups fly across the screen multiple times. When you see them, fly across the screen, bounce your deviant at it to break it, and get the points. You will have this if you went for the gold trophy first because they are required to get the gold on this level.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/49.jpg A Head for Heights (B)

Complete Stage 1 of Risky Inclination with at least 30 seconds remaining.

You will need to roll from the start towards the goal at a pretty decent pace. You need to pick up all the clocks along the way to build up your timer to get above 30 seconds. When you get to the elevator, ignore it and speed across the bridge collecting all the clocks that are in the shape of an arrow. Take the turn and shoot for the goal. If you take this path you should reach the exit with a few extra seconds on the clock.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/50.jpg Deviant Storm (B)

Boost over the finishing line in Street Speeder.

Save at least one boost at all times and when you get to the end of the level and spot the finish line, simply boost over it. That's all there is to it.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/51.jpg Stream Saver (B)

Complete Neutron Nudger without any Botz damaging the energy sphere.

Take your time! This is an extremelly frustrating level in the game but it isn't timed and it isn't all that difficult. Just slowly direct the beams to unlock the cages. Kill any robots you see as soon as you see them. If you hear them starting to drain the energy beam, stop what you are doing and go kill them immediately. It isn't all that hard and when you are going for the gold, you will most likely get it since them interrupting your stream interferes with the ability to set the beams up correctly.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/52.jpgThe right way is the wrong way(B)

Complete Manic Melter by only twisting the platform clockwise.

You will have to go for this separately because it is impossible to get the gold without going counter clockwise. So avoid the stars and take your time spinning the gear only clockwise. There isn't really a time limit so don't panic. Just melt the robot, spin to the next and repeat. Kill any of the enemies that appear and the trophy is yours. Do note though that if you go for a spin which isn't complete and it resets back into position, this will count against you because the gear technically turns counter-clockwise to correct itself.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/53.jpg Cold As Ice (B)

Smash 5 frozen Botz or more in a game of Corridor Complications.

Once you roll over this power up, it will go off so you will want to make sure that the enemies are in a good position for you to roll over them and break them. You could probably get this whilst naturally going for the gold though. If you can't, just do as I said and sit by the power up until some enemies are near you, roll over it, then go and smash them.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/54.jpg Heavy Metal (B)

Destroy 20 Botz in Destructor Constructor.

In this level, you will not have a gun but a magnet instead. I got this naturally through playing but I was also trying to kill every bot I found. I would use the magnet to suck in one of the slow bots then throw him into another one. If you use this method you will have this trophy well before the end of the level.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/55.jpg Teacher’s Pet (B)

Input 3 consecutive codes correctly in Cannon Codes.

You will get this while going for gold because you need the bonus from entering the code correctly. It is pretty simple and for me I would just repeat the numbers out loud as I collected them, then when the time came to input them, I didn't have trouble recalling them.

*The following two trophies are glitched. There is no solid answer to how you can get and complete challenges from friends. When a guaranteed workaround is found I will post it.*

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/22.jpg Throwdown (B)

Challenge a PlayStation Network friend.

At the main screen, you will see a list of your friends on the bottom. You can click on a name and send a challenge to them. It is as simple as that. Once the challenge is sent, you will receive the trophy.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/23.jpgHonor Upheld(B)

Defeat a challenge from a PlayStation Network friend.

You will first have to have a challenge sent to you. Once you do, simply beat the challenge and you will get this trophy. If you are having trouble, you can look for someone who has this game in the Boosting Thread.

Trophies That Will Come Naturally

All of these trophies will be unlocked as you are playing through to get the Gold Spaceship on each of the levels. I wanted to separate these because it shows that that there really isn't so much that you need to worry about. These all come naturally and should not even be thought about while playing. I want to say that it is impossible to miss any of the following trophies and have a gold space ship on every level. I have provided some short descriptions under each of them in case you are a little deviant master of disaster and somehow don't have these going into Step 3.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/01.jpg Trophyumphant (P)

Unlock all other trophies.

You know the drill with this.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/02.jpg Devilish Deviant (G)

Win a gold spaceship on all games.

This will no doubt be the hardest trophy in the game to get. The gold trophies are very easy on some while very difficult on others.

My first piece of advice is to never rush when there isn't a time limit. You may think that this is common sense, but you'd be surprised at how often you may find yourself trying to speed through a level. This could result in you dying and ultimately having to restart the level, only adding to your frustration.

Stars and other bonus points at the end of the round will be the only way to get gold on a majority of the levels. Luckily, there is nothing random about it so you will just need to memorize the layout of each level in order to know the best route to finish it. It is important to know that you will not be getting gold on your first/second/third/etc try for some of these levels. Some of them require you to memorize exactly where things are and when to turn to get the gold.

I would say go through and finish the ones that you are comfortable with and saving the more frustrating ones for last.

Neuron Nudger - Videos can be found online for this level should you need it. I don't want to fill this page with four videos showing just one level.

Racing Levels - You will want to boost using :vitar: to make sure that you stay ahead of the monster chasing you. However, you'll have plenty of time. You only really need to boost if you make a mistake. Focus on getting every boost and star token on the stage. Each of them provide points that are crucial to having enough to get the gold at the end.

Botz Invasion - This is a little bit more difficult but not that terrible. You don't want to spam like a wild man because the accuracy bonus gives you a lot of points at the end. Take your time, make sure to kill all the Botz without missing, collect the stars by shooting at them, and keep the deviants safe. Use the power ups often because they appear rather frequently and it would be a waste to not use them.

Rolling Race Levels - The path is laid out for you very easily. Follow the clock/star path and collect all of the stars to get the full star bonus. Don't worry about the clocks too much. If you miss a clock stopping and turning around will cost you more points than it is worth.

Rolling levels using the rear touch pad - There is NO time limit here. Just roll slowly, collect all of the stars, and finish the level. It seems simple but people will rush because they want to finish and end up dying then they will have to start over.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/03.jpg Competent Deviant (S)

Win at least a silver spaceship on all games.

See Devilish Deviant

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/05.jpg Exhibitionist (S)

All gallery items unlocked.

Gallery Items come naturally from getting a silver on each level and collecting the Moggers. There is nothing missable. After you have at least a silver on all of the levels as well as all of the Moggers, than you will unlock this trophy. No need to worry about what unlocks from where. Just get a silver on every level and get the Moggers and its done.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/06.jpg Terminated (S)

Destroy 2,500 Botz.

Any level that has Botz counts towards this. That means shooting them, pushing them out of windows, etc. This should come before you get Gold on all the levels. If it doesn't somehow (i.e. you are amazing at the game,) then replay the shover levels because you can rack up a lot kills in those.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1094/07.jpg Grave Digger (S)

Destroy 500 Dead ‘Uns.

These are the least common type of enemy. You will need to play the levels with the zombie characters in them to get these kills. 500 isn't all that many and you can farm it at the end if you don't have this, the best level being Rotten Rumbler. This level is based on you simply wiping out the Dead 'Uns so it is the fastest and easiest way to get this.

Roll 500,000m.

Like jumping and flying, you will be doing this on many different levels. If you someone don't have this when you're finished with everything else, then chose the first level and roll back and forth until the trophy unlocks. However, I highly doubt that you will need to resort to this.

Fly 1,000,000m.

I got mine while doing the free fall through the rings level. Your character isn't technically flying here, but it still counted towards this so this will come naturally.

Holy cow someone finally wrote a trophy guide! I have had this Vita game since

launch but have been so afraid to put it in and play in fear that I'd never get the Platinum because I hear it's hard. (I have 100% Vita trophies and I'd like to keep it that way)

I mean, I'm up for a challenge, but is this somewhat reasonably do-able?

I had 100% completion for Vita games (9/9 games complete) until I played this game, which I will sadly never platinum. I mean the gold levels are really really hard, but the online trophies are glitched for a lot of people so it might not be possible for you to get 100%.

The guide should state that the online trophies are glitchy and that the trophy difficulity is 9-10/10.

Yes the online trophies are glitched, I make some tests with other people with the same problem, the first thing apparently is the game support only the 6~8 first friends that have the same game, and the game get random classification to put in the "challenge" of the friends...

The great problem is, if these first friends don't have a classification better than your, and these random possibility don't put this classification in the menu... you NEVER be able to get challenge, cause one time a friend appears in one "game challenge menu", noone will appear in the same game...

The second problem is, you can't get too high classification cause if you do this... you'll never be able to get challenge, cause your friend need to have a higher pontuation than your to challenge you... so many people make the gold trophy first... then cause the game is not easy, they won't find a friend that beat the pontuation to after challenge you...

The third is, your first 6~8 PSN "friends" maybe are not so friendly, and don't care about you challenge them, cause the only key here, is challenge the others, cause your classification is better, and wait they beat your challenge, if they are ABLE to do this, or if they have compassion to help another trophy hunter, and challenge you back after beat it...

I'm a casual gamer but I love to get 100% of all games that I buy, or rent, but I never thought I was trolled by a stupid glitch...

So from what I am seeing their is trouble with the online trophies? I will check it tonight to see what this is like. I was able to challenge a friend very easily. If others can chime in about how this is glitched then I will include it in the guide:) Thank You everyone

Thanks for this awesome guide! :)

Yes, the online trophies are glitched. I can't see any players who got a higher score than me eventhough I spotted some, same with lower scores (I got gold on all except Destructor Constructor which I left for Honor Upheld) they don't even show up on some games but I can see them on leaderboards. This is my first time to experience a glitch ever. :(

Minimox, the Honor Upheld is definitely glitched. I can't see anyone with a higher score than me, even when I know they have one, and nobody can send me a challenge. If you know a secret, please add me (PSN: Xepherys) and send me a challenge. Please? :)

Does anybody know if you delete your sava data, that will reset your scores, making getting the honor upheld trophy a bit easier? I have completed 24/30 games mostly with gold or silver and have no friends who can challenege me. Also, if by some chance anyone reads this who played the game before 2013.....please add me: danteff7. I would owe you one! Apparently they're the only people who appear to be challangeable.
