What is Light and Dark invasion?

Bracer of the Officinale / Slightly heals Poison status by 1 turn

Bracer of the Tilia / Slightly decreases Light Invasion by 1 turn

Bracer of the Valerian / Slightly decreases Light Invasion by 2 turns

Bracer of the Salix / Slightly decreases Dark Invasion by 1 turn

Bracer of the Betula / Slightly decreases Dark Invasion by 2 turns

Bracer of the Humulus / Slightly restrains Corrosion by 1 turn

Bracer of the Magnolia / A fusion of magic and machine nulls Corrosion

Record Spirit Bracelet / Deals with a spirit of memory to break Confuse status

Brisky Bracelet / Shocks muscles to ease Paralyze status by 1 turn

Vigor Spirit Bracelet / Deals with a spirit of energy to break Paralyze status

Repulsion Bracelet / Resists gravity to ease Gravity status effect

Brilliance Bracelet / Creates a glow to ease Dark status by 1 turn

Not that it matters, but I guess I'll reply. I never paid attention to status ailments when I ran through the US version of the game, but when I replayed the JP version recently, I got hit by the status ailment 'Dark'. It basically acted like poison, dealing minor damage at the end of my turns. I noticed it because I got those armlet that reduced light and dark by 2 turns, and I assume it applies to that.

 

I never got hit by the matching light ailment though.
