Introduction:

Killer is Dead is a hack-and-slash action game from the (weird) mind of Suda51 which puts you in shoes of the Executioner Mondo Zappa. The game is similar to No More Heroes but has a more serious tone.

Game's trophies are pretty straightforward. Unfortunately the difficulty trophies don't stack, so be prepared to play it at least 3 times on separate difficulties. Aside from story and difficulty related trophies there are some collectibles and ranking related ones, as well as trophies that require quite a bit of grinding which will most likely take most of your time.

Step 1 - Complete the game once on Normal

You will get majority of trophies during this step. The difficulty related trophies don't stack in this game so do yourself a favor and start the game on Normal. On Hard, enemies deal more damage and you deal a lot less even if you upgrade everything which can be annoying.

Try to find Scarlett locations on episodes she's in to unlock challenges. There are 20 in total. Please check Gigolo Mastership for their locations.

Step 2 - Complete the Episodes on Hard and Very Hard

Very Hard difficulty unlocks when you finish the game once on any difficulty. Once unlocked, you can switch between all difficulties with :l2: or :r2: buttons on Mission Select Screen. For difficulty related trophies, you only need to complete 12 Episodes (or Story Missions if you want to call them). Everything carries over between difficulties which will make things easier. Episode completion order doesn’t matter either.

Please check Darksider of the Moon for some general tips if you are having trouble. You may also buy special costumes to make things a lot easier but they will greatly decrease your rewards (about 90%) and will prolong your money grinding later on. The money related trophy also is not cumulative so it’s up to you to decide.

Step 3 - Complete all missions (Episodes, Sub-Missions, Challenges) with AAA rank

After you are done with difficulty related trophies, you can focus on getting AAA rank (highest rank) on every mission available (DLC missions do not count).

You should get AAA ranks on a single difficulty, mixing them doesn’t count. You can’t get AAA rank in Episode 1 on Very Hard and get the rest on Easy, nor can you earn AAA rank in Episode 1 on each difficulty to make it count as 4.

Getting AAA ranks on every mission seems like a daunting task at first but it is generally easy unlike in other games e.g Metal Gear Rising, there are some tricky missions but it’s possible after a few tries.

There are Secret Bonuses in every mission to increase your rank and you must get them to achieve AAA rank in some missions. You can check Mass Murderer is Dead trophy for some examples based on my scores on Normal and see Secret Bonus conditions (which can also be seen if you press :l2: during Mission Info).

If you are still having troubles, consider buying special costumes, Ulti-Mondo or Dark Booster. Ulti-Mondo doubles your strength and defense, while Dark Booster grants you unlimited BLOOD. Both costumes decrease your rewards by 90% but have no effect on rankings.

Step 4 - Clean up

At this point you should have only a couple of trophies left, namely Cash Enough For Love and Happiest Man on Earth. Cash Enough For Love requires you to have $100 million cash on you at once and is not cumulative. The other one is for getting rewards from Mondo Girls and requires a bit of grinding. Please check the related trophies for more details.

If you have any other trophies left, simply replay any mission on any difficulty to earn them.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/A3F.jpg Bryan-Approved Sniper (B)

Killed 100 enemies using head shots.

There are two ways of doing this. The first is traditional shooter-style, just aim at their heads while pressing :l1: and shoot with :r1: to use the Musselback gun. Occasionally you will get a brief cutscene, which shows enemies' heads getting blown off in slow motion.

The other method, however, requires you to have the Counter Shot skill. When enemies attack using their ranged weapons, initiate a Dodge Burst and you will get a :square: prompt. You will get a brief cutscene as mentioned above, once you press the button. Enemies must be either on higher ground or obscured by an object for Counter Shot to activate though, otherwise Mondo will initiate a Katana combo instead.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/A23.jpg Brilliant Shoulder Throw (B)

Used "Just Guard" 100 times.

You will learn about blocking and dodging during your first enemy encounter in Episode 3: A Woman in Pain. Press and hold :circle: to guard. For a "Just Guard", you have to press :circle: button just before the enemy attack, which will be indicated by their red glow. If you succeed Mondo will grab the enemy and counter with a simple attack that depends on enemy’s attack direction. Do this 100 times to unlock the trophy.

You can farm it during that tutorial if you wish. There will be only two weakest enemies and they will attack in turns. Just Guard attack doesn't seem to do much damage so there won't be any danger of killing those two.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/3FA.jpg Float Like a Gadfly (B)

Used "Dodge Burst" 100 times.

You will learn about blocking and dodging during your first enemy encounter in Episode 3: A Woman in Pain. Press and hold :circle: to guard. For a "Dodge Burst", you have to hold :circle: button and tilt the left stick to any direction just before the enemy attack, which will be indicated by their red glow. If you succeed the camera angle will change and :square: prompt will appear at bottom. Do this 100 times to unlock the trophy.

Even though there's no need you can farm it during the above tutorial if you wish. There will be only two weakest enemies and they will attack in turns. Just don’t tap the :square: button or you might kill the enemies.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/982.jpg Suck Like a Leech (B)

Killed an enemy using the "Burst Rush."

As with the previous 2 trophies you can earn this trophy is Episode 3: A Woman in Pain. When you progress through the level, you will get to your first enemies and learn about blocking and dodging.

You will initiate a Burst Rush if you successfully Dodge Burst which will be activated if you dodge at exact moment when your enemy strikes, then pressing the :square: button. Simply tap :square: until you kill your enemy for the trophy. On Normal difficulty you should be able to kill the first enemies you encounter with a single Burst Rush.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/40B.jpg Feeling So High (B)

Sliced an enemy upward and finished it in the air.

To slice an enemy upward first you have to purchase the skill "Upper Slash" for 120 Moon Crystals, which is the game’s currency for ability purchases. Once you bought that ability use it on any enemy you see and once the enemy is in the air, simply start your basic combo. They will be suspended in the air until they die as long as you continue attacking them. Make sure there aren’t any other enemies so you don’t get distracted by them or be forced to stop your combo before you can kill the airborne enemy.

Go for weakest enemies for the trophy if you can as some later enemies will obviously be stronger or have armor on, which will decrease the damage you inflict and cause the enemy to fall to the ground before you can deal the finishing blow.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/69F.jpg Have You Got Clean Hands? (B)

Killed an enemy with an enemy attack.

Most enemy attacks inflict damage to their own kind if they are inside the attack radius but the easiest way of doing this is using floating spiky eyeball type enemies that first appear on Episode 4: The Man who Stole the Moon.

When you reach big open space, after using the portrait just opposite of the entrance, you will face some regular enemies along with a few eyeballs. First damage the regular enemies a bit to guarantee their deaths, then damage the eyeballs using your Katana or Guard Break attack (:triangle:) and they will start to shake where they are. At this point, either lure regular enemies towards the eyeball or punch the eyeball towards the enemies using :triangle:. When the eyeball explodes (after about 5-10 seconds) it will kill any enemies if they are in the blast radius.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/264.jpg Sexy Man Whose Blood is Dripping (B)

Increased BLOOD to maximum upgrade level.

Please check Ultimate Physical Beauty for details.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/2FC.jpg Ultimate Physical Beauty (B)

Increased HEALTH to maximum upgrade level.

Your HEALTH and BLOOD levels are upgraded via Health Gems and Blood Roses respectively from the Wire enemies that you defeat. You can find some in breakable objects like crates or vases as well. They will be upgraded automatically as you collect the Gems or Roses but the needed material amount to upgrade them will also increase periodically.

You can greatly increase their amount if you kill enemies, especially strong ones, with attacks that grant Cool Kill Bonuses e.g. Burst Rush, Head Shot or Adrenaline Rush. Try to use these whenever you have the chance and if you are not in need of BLOOD, since you can't fill your BLOOD meter or lose some of it in the cases of Head Shot and Adrenaline Rush if you perform any of these actions.

You may also choose to buy Health Gems or Blood Roses through the Gift Shop for $1,000,000 each, which will increase needed experience by 100 for both. This won't really be necessary though as you will most likely raise them to full capacity after going through the story on each difficulty, in addition to sub-missions and challenges.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/FAE.jpg Cash Enough For Love (S)

Have a total of $100 million in cash.

You need to have all $100,000,000 on you at once, it is not cumulative. Hold off on buying costumes and/or expensive gifts until you have this trophy. I also don't recommend wasting money on any Mika Tickets or stat enhancing items.

You will have about half of required amount after you've done everything else in the game, including finishing every episode on each difficulty and getting AAA ranks on every mission.

The best way of grinding money is repeating Episode 1 on Very Hard difficulty over and over. After each successful AAA rank run, you will earn between $519,000 and $533,000 per minute, excluding loading screens.

As an alternative method you can replay the Sub-Mission "Weight Limit". You can earn up to $1 million in about a minute and a half if you are able to finish it quickly and without getting hit once. Even if you get hit, you can earn more than $700,000 if you can finish it quick enough.

Here's a video showing the method, courtesy of hlrcelty:

Changed costume to Ulti-Mondo.

You can buy Ulti-Mondo costume for $10,000,000 after you completed all story missions on any difficulty. This costume will double your attack power and defense but will also lower the rewards you get after completing each mission by 90%. Fortunately it doesn't have any negative effect on rankings so you can use it to get AAA ranks more easily.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/210.jpg Mondo's Girls Collection (S)

Collected all female costumes.

You need to buy 4 costumes for this trophy. Glamorous Fantasy (Natalia) is unlocked after getting AAA rank on A Damsel in Distress. Scarlett the Witch (Scarlett) is unlocked after getting AAA rank on Weight Limit. Night Walker (Koharu) is unlocked after getting AAA rank on Time Cursed. Mika From Outer Space (Mika) is unlocked after getting AAA rank on Gift of the Moon. Mondo Girls costumes cost $25 million and Mika's costume costs $12.5 million.

Unlike the Ulti-Mondo costume which needs to be equipped from the Costumes screen for the trophy to pop, you don't have to change the costumes of girls. In fact you can just buy the costumes and quit to XMB, so the game won't be saved and you won't waste $87.5 million on them, unless you really want to.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/B7F.jpg Passionate Girl (S)

Made Natalia your prisoner in body and soul.

Please check Geisha Girl for details.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/6DF.jpg Geisha Girl (S)

Made Koharu your prisoner in body and soul.

After you complete Episode 3: A Woman in Pain and Episode 4: The Man who Stole the Moon, you will unlock Natalia and Koharu Mondo Girls missions respectively. To make a girl your prisoner in body and soul you have to successfully clear their respective missions a total of 3 times.

To clear these missions, first you have to fill your Guts gauge at left side of screen by looking at the body of beauty while she’s looking away. When your Guts gauge is over 1,000 you can give them a present which you can buy from the Office screen under "Gifts". These will increase the heart gauge at the bottom a certain amount depending on the present. You clear each mission when you fully fill the hearts at the bottom of the screen. You can keep increasing your Guts by keep looking at beauty's body if you still have the chance and don't have to stop after you reached 1,000. Don't waste the opportunity if there is a longer animation, like Natalie suggesting to have a drink.

Notes:

  • You can't start these missions if you don't have any presents.
  • You can't play a Mondo Girls mission after successfully completing it once. It will be locked, forcing you to visit the other girl. You have to alternate between the girls to progress. The lock will be lifted when you give a single gift to the other girl. It doesn't matter if you fail that mission at that point, both missions will remain unlocked until you complete one of them.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/726.jpg Lucky Girl (S)

Made Scarlett your prisoner in body and soul.

Unlike the other Mondo Girls missions, you can raise your Guts and romance with Scarlett only after completing Challenges.

Each challenge will give you a certain amount of Guts and once you have 1,000, you will be able to initiate Scarlett Challenge which will appear at the very bottom. Unlike other missions, Guts don't carry over so choose the Scarlett Challenge once you hit 1,000 or extra Guts will be wasted.

Please check Gigolo Mastership for Scarlett locations to unlock the Challenge Missions.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/C64.jpg Right-Hand Man (S)

Increased all Attack and Special skills.

You need Moon Crystals for skill upgrades which can be earned by defeating enemies, completing Mondo Girls missions (except Scarlett) after earning their respective trophies or buying from Gift Shop section in Office. I don't really recommend buying any though as you will have all upgrades after playing all episodes on each difficulty.

You can also press :square: while passing judgement on enemies, so they only drop moon crystals when killed. You can only pass judgement after you reach at least 35 hit combo though.

Attack Skills

Piercing Katana - 30 -> Power Stab - 100

Upper Slash - 120

Spin Slash - 120 -> Spiral Finish - 420

Counter Shot - 150

Counter Smash - 300

Special Skills

High Mobility Lvl 1 - 50 -> High Mobility Lvl 2 - 320

Guard Crush - 100

Healing Lvl 1 - 70 -> Healing Lvl 2 - 270 -> Healing Lvl 3 -

Auto Cure - 360

GEKKOU Neo - 200 -> GEKKOU Extreme - 400

Total: 3,010 (+ Healing 3)

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/3B6.jpg Left-Hand Man (S)

Increased all sub-weapons to maximum upgrade level.

As with Right-Hand Man you need Moon Crystals to upgrade your sub-weapons.

You will earn other sub-weapons by successfully completing Natalie and Koharu's Mondo Girls missions. You need to complete one of the missions for a second time to unlock the Charge Cannon.

Sub-Weapons

Bullet Shot Plus - 100 -> Bullet Shot Neo - 200 -> Bullet Shot Ultimate - 400

Gunner's Eye - 220 -> Sniper's Eye - 380

Freeze Shooter Plus - 240 -> Freeze Shooter Neo - 350 -> Freezer Shooter Ultimate - 460

Drill Plus - 320 -> Neo Drill - 440 -> Ultimate Drill - 560

Charge Cannon Plus - 400 -> Charge Cannon Neo - 800 -> Charge Cannon Ultimate - 1,200

You can still find Scarlett when you replay the episodes, so use it to your advantage to completely fill your BLOOD meter.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/1CC.jpg The Mass Murderer is Dead (G)

Ranked AAA executioner on 44 missions.

For the trophy you have to complete every mission (12 Episodes, 20 Challenges, 10 Sub-missions and 2 Mondo Girls missions) with an AAA rank which is the highest one. DLC missions do not count towards this trophy. To achieve an AAA rank you have to fulfill the bonus conditions in most cases.

All missions must be completed on same difficulty, you can't mix and match them. It also doesn't count if you complete the same mission with AAA rank on separate difficulties. You can, however, equip special costumes like Ulti-Mondo to make things easier. These costumes will decrease your monetary rewards significantly when used but they don't affect AAA ranks.

Here's a list of AAA examples, these are based on my own scores on Normal and could be a bit lower.

General Notes:

  • Work-Execution Time gives you a better bonus if it's lower.
  • Total Damage Bonus is higher if you get damaged less or not at all.
  • Total Cool Kills Bonus is higher if you kill enemies with Burst Rush, Head Shot or Adrenaline Rush.
  • If a Secret Bonus requires you to perform a task for a certain amount of times, always try to go for maximum amount.
  • AAA ranks on Mondo Girls missions are automatically earned after completing them 3+ times.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/B85.jpg Happiest Man on Earth (S)

Received 20 rewards from the beauties.

Once you make the beauties your prisoner in body and soul, you will be able to earn rewards from them each time you replay one of the missions and complete them. Make sure to press :circle: when you are asked if you would like to spend some time with the girl.

Even though you get $0 on Results Screen for Gift(s) from Girls, Moon Crystal Ores count as rewards so there is no need to wait until you raise your Moon Crystal amount to 9999. If you do, however, you will earn $515,151 as reward instead.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/8A8.jpg Killer at the Gate of Dawn (B)

Cleared all episodes on Normal Mode.

This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed. It will unlock after the credits during mission 12's Results Screen, that is if you started the game and completed all missions on Normal. The difficulty trophies don't stack so you must finish all episodes on Normal to get this one.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/40A.jpg Obscured by the Moonlight (S)

Cleared all episodes on Hard Mode.

Simply complete all episodes on Hard to unlock the trophy. You can change difficulties on the Mission Select Screen by pressing :l2: or :r2:. For the trophy you need to complete only the 12 Episodes, you can complete them in any order you wish (if you haven't started the game on Hard).

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/072.jpg Darksider of the Moon (S)

Cleared all episodes on Very Hard Mode.

You will unlock Very Hard after completing the game once, simply choose Very Hard on Mission Select Screen and complete all 12 Episodes for the trophy. As with other related trophies you don't need to complete any other missions.

Enemies deal a lot more damage and you deal much less on this difficulty. Enemies also flinch less and their attacks are not easily interrupted like in lower difficulties. Always hold :circle: button to block incoming attacks and use Dodge Burst if you see a purple glow coming from enemy attacks. Purple glowed attacks are unblockable attacks, forcing you to dodge.

Try to use Burst Rush whenever you can, not only you can deal a good amount of damage, but also increase your combo count by around 15. Every 7x combo will increase your GEKKOU style by 1 up to 5 and with each increase your attacks will become a lot stronger and faster, also enable you to draw more BLOOD from enemies with each hit.

Also save your BLOOD whenever you can and use Adrenaline Rush on annoying enemies to kill them in one hit. If there are stronger enemies around, that block your Adrenaline Rush attack, use your Charge Cannon on them. A single blast from this sub-weapon will put them in daze state with :r1: prompt over their head, then you can perform Adrenaline Rush to quickly dispose of them.

Alternatively you can save your BLOOD for Healing ability, especially on level 3, which you must buy immediately before anything else and you will get your health back in mere seconds.

If you are having problems with this difficulty, you can wait until you buy the special costumes to make things easier. Just remember that the Cash Enough For Love trophy is not cumulative.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/E52.jpg Perfect Job (B)

Cleared all missions.

This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed. It will be unlocked after the credits during mission 12's Results Screen.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/D75.jpg Reliable Friends (B)

Got revived by Mika 20 times.

Should you die you are given the option to be revived and pick up exactly where you were left off without restarting a checkpoint. Reviving will use up Mika Tickets, you are initially given 3 at the start of every mission and you can increase their amount by 1 for at least $100,000 from the Gift Shop located in the office but once you use that extra one it will revert back to 3.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1492/021.jpg Gift Collector (B)

Gave a present 50 times or more.

Money is mostly used to buy presents for your beauties to complete their missions. Note: Each time you buy a gift the price will go up. You will get this trophy when you are going for Happiest Man on Earth, you will need about 3-4 presents each time to complete one of the missions.

Most expensive presents are not always the best choice and it may be a lot better if you give cheaper, lower tiered presents of the same type. For example: Giving the Koharu a Lunar Bracelet may increase the heart count more than other presents but giving Blood Stained Earrings with a Single Flower and other cheaper stuff will be more cost efficient.

It's probably worth nothing that if you use Scarlett's X-Ray glasses during a Mondo girls mission, you'll know the best present to give the girl. I also heard you need max moon crystals to get them to bed, is this true?

I tried the Gigolo Glasses and gave shown presents but they don't increase the hearts any more than other, cheaper gifts. For example both girls like Incense Burner, which is the most expensive gift, but it increased the gauge only about 4.5 hearts. Fake Ruby Candy + Bouquet does about the same thing for Koharu 20 times less the price.

You don't need to increase your moon crystals to 9999 to get them to bed, or to recieve gifts. Getting them to bed is automatically done after completing the mission 3 times, a new segment of the full cutscene will be added after each successful completion.

The most boring trophy is the 100 million one..specially if you wasted the money on stuff,like me...

TIP: a Great alternative,only for skilled ones (XD) is playing "Weight Freight" on NORMAL..Most of the enemies won't block you and you can slash them mostly,specially the gun guy who can hit you and break your combo/won't let you get the "No hit" bonus,so you fill your blood meter faster the longer your sword/punch? combo goes...And if they block you?..."Use more gun"...i mean... Adrenaline Bursts them up!!!! (aka hold R1 then Square),that'll teach them not to block Mondo Zappa!

Do NOT give the enemies a FINISHER blow (aka slash them till you get the "Choose reward" buttons) nor give them a "Dodge attack then finish them without button reward"!!!,Finish them with Adrenaline Bursts or you won't get more money by doing Adrenaline Bursts!

You get,in my case,966,###$ every 1min11sec or 1min03sec ;D..No loading screens almost and no cutscenes to get skipped! :D

Have fun

EDIT: Here's my best run on the level. Sorry for the S3 720p quality..i'm lookin for a capture device like the ElGato or the Avermedia LGP and can't decide X____X...i'd need help on that,please ;__;

Now yes,HAPPY FARMING!

EDIT 2: Got the platinum,calculate between 60-70 hours depending if you wasted money for the 100 million dollar trophy to get EXP from the Gift Shop (like most of the people would do if they didn't know about that trophy in the beginning)

This AAA thing is starting to get on my nerves. I keep trying on easy to get AAA in mission 2 and nothing A at best. I keep doing the GUARD BREAK thing even more that just 30 and nothing, nothing better than A.

I have searched everywhere and nobody has a step-by-step guide on how to get AAA for each mission. Everyone keeps saying to read the REQUIREMENTS. but I fullfil them, and no AAA.

To get AAA you need to do 30 guard breaks. Get your combo to 35 with guard breaks. Then kill the first wave, think it's 2 or 3 mobs, with the special execution where you get to pick 1 of 4 executions from your 35 hit combo. It should build your blood meter at the same time. Try to get enough blood for 5-6 roses. After the first wave instant kill everything else with R1 then square. This should cap out your total cool kill points by killing everything in a special way. You need to do all this without getting hit at all and as fast as you can. That's how you get AAA on Episode 2.

I didn't even bother with guard break, I got a AAA with just head shots on all the Wire enemies in the level.

just out of curiosity: you can give 50 presents before you finish the girls mission right? I mean if I finish a girl mission I can keep replaying it to keep giving her gifts right?

You'll have to keep replaying their missions if you want to earn Happiest Man on Earth to get 20 rewards from them anyway, so yeah.

Around how much do you earn in a playthrough of very hard mode without costumes and a grade C performance? This 100 million just might be too un-fun for me to bother.

I can't give you a specific answer but I had $57+ million after everything I had done, beating sub-missions on normal, episodes on normal, hard and very hard, clearing challenges and replaying most missions for AAA rank. Well, according to my stats at the time, I had also spent around $5 million, so you could say $62+ million after everything.

Ohh, that's bleak. I have spent a bit of money on gifts already, but not costumes. Finished hard, almost done with normal, did everything once on easy for a few AAA's, and still have to do very hard. I wanted to use the costumes for very hard, but I think I'll just tough it out, now. It's going to be like grinding for bolts in R&C or 70% completion in JC2.

Nah, it doesn't come even a little bit close to that. Even though it was much more fun, I spent more than 50 hours on Mercenary Mode for that one. It takes 3 hours at most if you go with Very Hard Episode 1 AAA rank grinding.

Thanks for the tips.

some questions:

Will it help to get those AAA to have the Ultimondo custome equipped?

or the unlimited blood arm would be a better option? or simply going with nothing especial equipped?

which method makes it easier to get AAA?

also, headshots. what counts as a headshot? I mean sometimes I get an animation for the headshot,and sometimes the head of the enemy simply explotes and a river of blood comes out of where it head was. do both count as a headshot?

Both costumes help a lot. With Ulti-Mondo costume equipped Mondo deals a lot of damage, you can kill enemies in one Burst Rush, rather than 2 Burst Rush attacks normally. Dark Booster gives you unlimited blood, which means unlimited Adrenaline Rush attacks and one hit kills or sub-weapon attacks. Dark Booster is obviously better, but it costs $5 million more.

Both of those count as headshots.

Quick questions:

1- Say I ebat the game on Normal, i load up my save and just beat the main 12 missions on Hard and Very Hard, no need to start a new game right?

2- How much % of money is reduced when completing missions wearing the Ultimondo outfit? Based off the first post, the 1st mission on Very hard rewards you with 500,000 cash, how much do you gain instead if you have an outfit equipped?

yep, load your save, and just press L2/R2 on the level select screen to change difficulty. DO NOT start a new game or all your progress (money, cristals, etc) will be reset to 0. If you simply change difficulty the money, cristals, etc, will be added to what you already have in your save. :)

(and getting $100,000,000 does gets a lot of time)
