The Stray
Update Status: The guide although is somewhat complete but as of now, it's going through corrections and additions to make it better. It will be locked until further notice due to scheduling conflicts and other things that needed to be done first, but will be back for this sooner or later. Copyright: This guide is written for the sole use of PS3T; if you wish to use this information please ask first. Overview: Estimated trophy difficulty: 2/10 Trophy breakdown: 12 7-, 4-, 1- Offline: 10 (5-, 4-, 1-) Online: 2 (2-) Approximate amount of time to 100%: 30 Min - 2 hours Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 or 2 (Skill Dependant) Number of missable trophies: 1 (Never Saw it Coming) Glitched trophies: None Do cheat codes disable trophies? No (There are none) Does difficulty affect trophies? No Extra Equipment Needed: Second Controller ---------------------------------------------------- Intro: Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure HD is based upon the Manga/Anime of the same name by Hirohiko Araki, although this game is based on the 3rd storyline “Stardust Crusaders” where Jotaro Kujo and company must save Holly from the brink of death due to her own stand taking away her life force due to the return of Dio Brando. Pretty much it’s made as a fighter from Capcom (and also the last CPS-3 game as well.) General Trophy Note: Most of the trophies are easy and simple enough since changing the options and playing local versus doesn’t affect anything and you’ll still earn them, Just set the Super Gauge to Max, Damage Level at 4, Versus Handicaps at Max, and it’ll be quick. How to Play: Although this is a typical Capcom fighter, expect it to play the game a bit different than SF, since it uses a 4-button layout (kinda like Blazblue, KOF, AH, P4A, and so on.) -Attack 1/Weak, -Attack 2/Normal, -Attack 3/Strong, -Stand Here’s a video for beginners on how JJBA’s functions work. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-o7SLn6aoQ]Jojo's Bizarre Adventure System Guide - YouTube[/ame] Part 1: Earning the easy Trophies! Most of the Trophies in the game are surprisingly easy if you’re a vet on fighting games, but for those new to the game, it’s simple enough because they’re pretty basic on the descriptions, in this, you’ll earn… Show and Tell Out of the Cage Strong and Attractive The Kid Gloves are Off Crash and Burn This is Where You Fall Down Mad with Power Patty Cake, Patty Cake Stardust Crusaders Standing the Test of Time Part 2: The somewhat difficult Trophies! The last 2 can be somewhat difficult; hence the title, since 1 of them requires you not to get hit by N’dool’s water attacks in the bonus stage and defeat him (Unless you’re playing as Jotaro/Joseph/Avdol/Kakyoin/Pollarneff/Iggi), and the other requiring to perform a time stop when your opponent does it first during the super move. (Although this requires playing either you/your opponent as Jotaro or Dio/S.Dio for it to work.) in this, you’ll earn… Never Saw it Coming The World is Your Oyster ---------------------------------------------------- http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/307.jpg Show and Tell - Upload replay data. Either Win/Lose an Online Match, then go to local replays to Battle Log and press to upload the replay. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/AD1.jpgOut of the Cage - Win one Ranked Match online. Simply go into Ranked Match with a boosting partner, then custom search and set the matches to 1, pick anyone, and then win. If anyone has an issue getting this, I suppose you can go to the trading thread to ask for help (Due to most online communities being a ghost town). http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/015.jpgStrong and Attractive - Raise Mahrahia's magnetic power to maximum level. Mahrahia’s stand is mostly a magnet (not to confuse with Magneto), in which case, pressing the Stand button (and in any direction) will show it and if it hits the opponent (not blocked), her stand power will be leveled up, hit it about 7-8 more times to Max it out. This can be easily earned in Training Mode. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/629.jpg The Kid Gloves are Off - Down an opponent while in child form. Although this doesn’t mention the character, this is suited towards Alessy, in which his stand has the power to make the characters into children (except Joseph), pressing QCB and any attack will make them small, his supers (either QC B/F [Quarter Circle Back/Foward] and 2ATK) also has the same effect, you must KO Alessy while they’re in this form. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/197.jpg Crash and Burn - Down an opponent while they are Stand Crashed. Stands have their own bar, which is kind of like a guard crush gauge, once depleted, you will be open to an attack, simply put, once you opponent is low on life, Stand Crash and then KO them. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/F8C.jpg This is Where You Fall Down - Down an opponent without using a Super Combo or Tandem Attack. Pretty simple really, as this will be a gimme trophy to all, just KO the opponent using either regular or special moves. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/FDB.jpg Mad with Power - Down an opponent with a Super Combo. Another simple one, but once your opponent’s life is low, perform a Super Combo mostly done with QCF+2ATK buttons. (All characters have more than 1 super, check the command list for details.) http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/EFA.jpg Never Saw it Coming - K.O. N'Dool via Perfect in bonus stage. Now this is one of the difficult trophies I mentioned, although this can be only done by playing the “Story Mode” with either Jotaro/Joseph/Avdol/Kakyoin/Pollarneff/Iggi, as you race against the clock to beat N’Dool without getting hit from his water stand from start to finish, although the patterns of his attacks are mostly the same, sometimes they’ll go in different directions/paths and you might get sidetracked, other than that, with a bit of practice, this will be easier enough, here’s a video with Jotaro & group best suited to make it quicker, note that some dexterity is required and results may vary. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BlIbvpgoApE]JJBA/[/ame] http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/EC5.jpg The World is Your Oyster - Counter a time-freeze. Time Freeze is one of Jotaro‘s and Dio’s/S.Dio’s super moves which require 3+bars (2 for S.Dio) of the super gauge to pull it off, of course though, your opponent has to activate it first then at any time during the Time Freeze super, you can counter it with your own, by pressing the necessary inputs down below but not all at once. You can also get this more easier in Training if you record the 2nd player input, then play it and you pull the same super move. Jotaro: , , , , Dio: , , , , S.Dio: , , , , http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/4EA.jpg Patty Cake, Patty Cake - Activate a Blazing Fists match. A Blazing Fists match is kinda like clashing, but it requires the use of both you and your opponents’ stands and certain special/super movers for it to trigger, easier way is both you and your opponent to be Pollarneff, Activate their stands, be about halfways across the screen, then tap A1 for a special move, this may take some tries to pull it off right. This too can also be earned in Training with the 2nd player record/play feature. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/6EC.jpg Stardust Crusaders - Win a fight with 22 different characters. Simple enough, just play all the 22 Characters listed here and win a match with each of them in Local 2P versus within 1 round settings, max handicap, and max super gauges too to pull of quick powerful supers. 1. Jotaro 2. Joseph 3. Avdol 4. Kakyoin 5. Pollarneff 6. Iggi 7. D’bo 8. Alessy 9. Chaca 10. Midler 11. Mahraiah 12. Hol Horse 13. Hol Horse W/Voing 14. Black Pollarneff 15. New Kakyoin 16. Robber Soul 17. Kan 18. Pet Shop 19. Iced 20. Jojo 21. Dio 22. Shadow Dio http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1642/15A.jpg Standing the Test of Time - Complete Story Mode or Challenge Mode for any character on any difficulty without using continues. Kinda simple enough though, just change the difficulty to the easiest setting, and play Story Mode with anyone and have the Super gauge at Max, and the Damage level at 4, perform your favorite characters powerful super (check command list for details, and there you go). Conclusion: Coming soon... Edited September 16, 2018 by Terminator Tidyup.

Tizoc
Actually Alessi/Alessy's Stand turns certain characters into children/younger selves, whereas with others he turns them into something completely different. [spoiler=Off topic...sorta]EDIT: ...and why...is the art/image for the JoJo fighter using a close-up of Jotaro from the upcoming JoJo game by Bamco? [spoiler=Off topic...sorta]EDIT: ...and why...is the art/image for the JoJo fighter using a close-up of Jotaro from the upcoming JoJo game by Bamco? Yeah, I know, but I'm trying to be more simple, other than that, I'll be updating the guide to standards, and 2. IDK, I just hope the All-Star Battle game is more better to see. JOJO
An easy way to get The World is Your Oyster is in training mode. Just record the time stop move on the dummy character and counter with your own. Its the best way to do it for those of us that dont have another person to help out. Ah, thanks, didn't know you can pull it off in training, I'm also guessing the "Blazing Fists" trophy would work the same way too.
D_E
youre guide didnt help me alot, the youtube video was more helpfull also in the story mode, even if u put to easy some enemies can buff up suddenly, best way to play story mode, picking jojo (young jotaro) he has only 6 battles , keep spamming his (down-forward attack) special move (triangle button better) there are other characters that has 6 battles (not sure who are they but i read shadow dio & pet shop)
OmegaDenmad
For doing Story Mode cheaply I think the best bet is Kakyoin, max level, and just spam Emerald Splash. New Kakyoin is good for the same reason. If you are having trouble with Vanilla Ice try to use moves that stand crash him or force his stand to disappear and then go to town... Kakyon's Hierophant Field or Wrap Snake are good for the same reason. Cream's patterns are easily avoidable if you jump or roll correctly, but if you want cheap there it is.
