ROADMAP

Difficulty: 3/10 (Platinum Difficulty Rating)

Estimated Platinum Time: 20 hours offline, 30 online (Estimated Time to Platinum)

Number of Trophies: 24 (B), 12 (S), 3 (G) & 1 (P) Total 40 Trophies.

Minimum Number of Playthroughs: 2

Missable Trophies: None

Glitched Trophies: None

Cheats: None

The best thing to do is get all of the Online trophies first, then start your Offline playthrough.

Once you get to 10% through the game you will get to choose RDA or Na'vi. I went for RDA first, but it doesn't really matter. Continue the game through as this side, doing 100% of the sector challenges as you go along. When you get near the end of the RDA playthrough you will get another choice, stick with RDA, then finish the game. The game creates a savepoint at 10% of the game, just before you choose your faction. Once you have completed it as one side, go back and load that save point and when you get to the decision, choose the other faction.

Towards the end of either playthrough make sure to do the "Turn the Tide" and "Jack of All Skills" trophies.

Finishing the game as the second faction should bring the Platinum trophy.

The Servers are now offline so the (P) is impossible to obtain.

TROPHY GUIDE

Online Trophies

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/33.jpg A God is Upon Us (S)

Get 10 kills in a row without dying.

No longer possible due to server closure.

Easiest way is to boost with a partner in a private game, can be done in conjunction with "The Enemy's Bane". Simply involves killing your opponent 10 times in a row without dying.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/33.jpg Bring On All Comers! (S)

Complete 150 Multiplayer games.

No longer possible due to server closure.

Leave this multiplayer trophy until last. Go to a Team Deathmatch icon, then press :square: to create a private match. Set it to "Open to Public" from the list and then just leave your PS3 running overnight. This ensures that you are the host of the game (so will never be disconnected) and because it's public the game will start automatically, you DO NOT need to respawn yourself in order for it to count. 150 games will take around 30 hours, so just leave it running overnight for a few nights and keep checking to see if the trophy has popped.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/35.jpg The Enemy's Bane (S)

Finish a Team Deathmatch with the most kills of either team.

No longer possible due to server closure.

Boost this in conjunction with "A God is Upon Us". Kill your opponent 10 times in a private game, then wait for time to run down, then let them kill you 10 times and let time run down, this will result in you both getting the trophies.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/36.jpg Flawless Victory (S)

Win 3-0 in 'Capture the Flag'.

No longer possible due to server closure.

This can't be boosted solo. Create a game and then set it to public. With any luck you'll beat the other person anyway, if not send them a quick message and ask if they'll boost with you, in return for you letting them win the next round.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/37.jpg Destructive Preservation (S)

As an RDA grunt, reach the end of the timer with 3 intact missiles.

Win 5 'Capture and Hold' matches.

No longer possible due to server closure.

This can't be boosted solo. It can be boosted in private games, however. Create a private game and take it in turns to win the rounds. Capturing one flag is enough for the win as long as your opponent doesn't capture any

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/40.jpg Central Focus (S)

Win 5 'King of the Hill' matches.

No longer possible due to server closure.

This can't be boosted solo. It can be boosted in private games, however. Create a private game and take it in turns to win the rounds. The easiest way is to capture the main base (with a mountain symbol on the map), this starts the opponents points decreasing. Then go round to capture the secondary bases as this speeds up the points decrease for the opponent, meaning you win faster.

Offline Trophies

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/07.jpg Digital Bookworm (S)

Unlock 20 Pandorapedia articles.

Very easy to unlock. Pandorapedia articles are unlocked by either pressing :triangle: when prompted next to something, or using :r2: to scan them. Any vehicle, person, animal or plant can be scanned.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/07.jpg Jack of All Skills (S)

Use every Rank 4 skill 20 times.

This only needs to be done on one side (RDA or Na'avi). When you unlock the Rank 4 skills, use each one 20 times. There are 7 of them and the re-load times vary. For the ones with a large re-load time I suggest using all 4 skills (even the short ones), then quitting the game and re-loading. Then use all 4 skills again. Do this 20 times, then change the skillset to include the other 3 skills, then repeat the process again.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/06.jpg Turn the Tide (S)

Claim 50% of all territories.

This isn't as hard as it first appears. The best strategy is to wait until the very end of the game (I did it on the RDA side) and then you will have the most credits available. Buy only soldiers as AMP suits and Scorpions aren't cost-effective. Build blocks of 20,000-30,000 soldiers, then move them out in one big wave, taking territories with only soldiers on. If you reach a territory that has viperwolves and banshees then just make sure that you have enough troops. 1 viperwolf = 200 soldiers, 1 banshee = 500 troops. 20,000-30,000 should be enough to defeat even the most fortified territory.

Don't bother building secondary bases either, just build new waves of soldiers at the main base and move them out. Na'vi rarely attacks, it tends to just build up its forces and defences. You should get up to 50% of territories in around 30-40 mins. If you make a big mistake and want to start again, just press the PS button and quit the game.....progress only gets saved when you exit out of the "Conquest" mode.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/07.jpg Weapon of Choice (S)

Kill 100 enemies using the dual wasps or the bow.

As an RDA or Na'vi use your  weapon and get 100 kills with it. This is easiest done in the first couple of levels, just make sure you only use that weapon for killing.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/299/05.jpg Clean Sweep of Pandora (G)

Complete every Sector Challenge in the game.

This is unlocked for completing 100% of the sector challenges on every level on both sides.

The main different types and strategies for achieving them as as follows:

Lift the Fog: The map begins shrouded in a fog. As you move around it you will be able to see the areas you have lifted the fog from by pressing :select: to see the map. Once you have explored most of the map you should get this challenge.

Install/Destroy A-Pods: As the RDA you will have to install A-Pods, these locations will be glowing orange. As the Na'vi you must destroy them. You will find an A-Pod WHEREVER there are soldiers, some are easier to find than others but if you just remember this then you'll find the necessary amount. If you do need help, a map guide can be found here: LINK (credit to SAS_Smithy_1986 for this).

Activate GMI/Tree of Vision: These are your teleport locations, they will be marked on the map as white circles when they aren't activated and as orange circles when they are.

Kill a number of enemies: There is often a challenge to kill a required number of a certain type of enemy, this is easily done throughout the level.

Cell Sample Collection: As the RDA these are yellow circles collected after killing certain enemies/plants, as the Na'vi they are blue circles from killing people or can be collected from any plant glowing green, just by pressing :triangle:.

Experience points: These are earned by killing, completing the level objectives and completing challenges. If you don't find yourself having met the required amount having completed all of the challenges, go around and hunt for things to kill and you should be there in no time.

Ikran Honoring/Artifact Collection: On the Na'vi side you will have to honor 14 dead banshees and discover 20 Na'vi artifacts, both will have small white balls floating near them, if you find these hard to find, just locate one near a Tree of Vision, collect it, then quit the game and re-load, you can collect the same one over and over again.

Amp Suit Collection: On Hanging Gardens as the RDA you will have to collect broken AMP Suit parts, these can be hard to find but if you quit and reload after getting one, it's still there. The easiest one is by the 'Paradise Lost' GMI, transport there and get it then quit the game and re-load; repeat this 10 times.

Note: Although you play through Blue Lagoon & Plains of Goliath twice, you only need to 100% once as either the RDA or the Na'vi to get this trophy.

I don't know if you or anyone else was experiencing this, but for all of the multiplayer trophies, the ones where you say you can solo, it was not working for me.

I tried capture the flag, protecting the crystals, and protecting the missiles. I was on the right faction for the last two, and it was a public game for all three. A couple instances I chose private and then "made it public", and then another couple of instances I just pressed x and was the only one in the room, so it was undoubtedly a public room, but still no trophy. It wasn't popping up until someone joined about 5 min in. I still ended up winning the match, and thats when it popped, but only because somebody else was in the room with me.Can anyone confirm this?

Either way, its a great guide, I ended up getting all of the online trophies in 1 sitting, starting to work on campaign, and I'll be able to leave my game on all night and morning for that stupid one.

I had the same issues. I think you can set a private match public or join a public match, as long as someone enters the game. If nobody enters the game, no trophy. At least that's been my experience. Good luck.

i think u should change that you can "solo boost" the online trophies. cuz i tried many different time but the trophies WILL NOT unlock unless you have at LEAST one other person in the room. otherwise at the end it says that both teams have a draw and no one has won or lost in that match.

but other then that its a great guide.

Flawless Victory

Win 3-0 in 'Capture the Flag'.

This can be boosted solo. Create a game and then set it to public. With any luck, no-one will join and you can just capture all flags and win.

Destructive Preservation

As an RDA grunt, reach the end of the timer with 3 intact missiles.

This can be boosted solo. Create a game and then set it to public. With any luck, no-one will join and you can just wait for time to run down.

Pandora's Protector

As a Na'vi warrior, reach the end of the timer with 3 intact crystals.

This can be boosted solo. Create a game and then set it to public. With any luck, no-one will join and you can just wait for time to run down.

This is false. You need one person to stay on the other team. I do this anda dosent work. Why you put CAN DO SOLO? First you say, you must to try to see if result, ok?
