KeiKurono
As the topic states, would a platinum be achievable with time for someone who is new to fighting games or completely terrible at them?
CompSci88
It depends on how much time you are willing to spend to learn the game.
theking123
if u r terrible at them then no. you have to learn to get good just like any game
SolitaryGenesis
No....lots of stuff for getting Platinum revolves skill, patience, and adaption that I don't think a novice of fighters would understand. It also requires besting online and have good reactions for, well, everything in Injustice =\ Edited April 20, 2013 by SolitaryGenesis
TheTwo1000
You should be able to get all the trophies except 2 or 3 of them plus the platinum. These will probably be the ones that stop you. You could end up getting them if you get good enough though. Ultimate Battler World's Finest
Brownchikano
Simple: No Some stuff require advanced combos.
Komentra
Simple: No Some stuff require advanced combos. You talking about the 10x with every character? Yeah, that can be done in training mode at the Batman Cave Lagoon elevator transition. So not much skill required. So for OP's question I say yes. You do have to grind though. Grind to lvl 100 and grind with someone on here for the 100 player wins (or do it alone and take forever). EDIT: My answer is no however if you only own one controller. Because a lot of the trophies can be attained in local versus. Edited April 20, 2013 by Komentra
Brownchikano
I havent done all the LABS or the beat all characters with 1 life bar, but im sure the 1 life bar would take some decent to above avg. skill to pull off.
Obie83
Well there is no combo challenges like mk vs dc or any streetfighter game etc. But it will require massive skill(or massive cheesing) to beat the entire cast on one healthbar. The online trophies are very easy in this game compared to Netherrealm's previous game mortal Kombat.  Getting 3 stars on all S.T.A.R lab missions is also pretty hard. But if you keep practicing it should be doable. The Elegant Gentleman
While it may not be my place to say this since I'm not all that great when it comes to fighting games either... although I haven't really given them a chance to be honest. Â I feel that just as someone above said it all comes to how long your willing to persevere and practice on the game, If your willing to learn all the combos and the moves required then you should be able to obtain the plat! Â All the best to you if you do decide to try the game! (I'm thinking about playing it myself at some-point.)
Blitz-tek
I dont think this is a platinum for noobs. I think this game comes to more of an intermediate level. Just have to stick it out and learn the game
GTsuperlicensed
It's a great feeling to succeed after numerous long and hard struggles inching closer to one's personal goal(s). Resigning, although tempting, becomes less likely with each challenge's success for a noob like me. The tougher the task, the more satisfying the win, the greater the drive to press forward. Â EDIT: Yes, I still consider myself a fighting noob and yes I earned the platinum. Edited May 10, 2016 by GTsuperlicensed
quackster100
Nah it's too hard. I find more enjoyment just getting most of the not-too-difficult achievable trophies and moving on.
deathisonitsway
the one thing blocking a plat here above all is the fact that the servers are basically dead, I spend at least 80% of my time online trying to actually get a match let alone playing them.
