mullinavat
What? Didn't find it impressive? Well it was more due to the fact that people were expecting a new Bioshock games only to find that it is an iOS port of the original
Terminator
I agree with mullinavat. if this had been announced for the PS4 then I would have been a lot happier because then it could truly shine but as a handheld port, I can't see it ever working properly. AshtimusPrime
Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaage!!! Who will buy this anyway? Console gamers who have already played the original? Why waste money on a downgrade. The Angry Birds playing train commuters? I highly doubt that. I don't know how you can sufficiently play an FPS on a touchscreen anyway. The_Spider-Fan
I'm in agreement with Mulli and Ash. So disappointing that this was a big fuss over an iOS game. As much as I adore BioShock (and I do I really do) this is just...well...meh. Not for me I'm afraid.

I wholeheartedly agree, but strangely enough many people are buying these type of games on phones. The reason might be that these people never had the opportunity to play games with proper controls. People who game on PC or consoles throughout their lives don't like these, but the younger generation don't know any better.
Sk9000
Phone games and Console/PC games are two very different things, and should be kept that way only. I always will play Doodle Jump and Temple Run on my phone, but Bioshock? Nope.

Gunner63095
You guys. The game only works on the newest versions of all apple devices. So you need iPhone 5/5S, Newest iPad (I believe 3)...BUT! This game does not work on any current iPods....

This game does not work on any current iPods.... Unfortunately that's how it has been with developers in recent history. iPods don't get the love the newer hardware gets mainly because of that fact. The new devices have the hardware capable of running these high-horsepower games. I can't really say it's anyone's loss to not play it on iOS. I'd much rather play it on PC (where I'm sure you can grab it off of Steam for less than $15) or on a console (where I'm sure you could get it used for less than $15)
Shanehi185
I like to keep a couple good games on my phone but I'm with the rest in this case, if I want to play Bioshock again it will be on my ps3.
RedHoodHunter
For an iphone port it's actually pretty decent. The control obviously feel wonky due to the platform but once you can get past that, you'll find the core game is identical.

Agreed. Something like Bioshock should be played on a console or PC anyway IMO.
Martain2
I don't understand who this is aimed at, BioShock is such an engrossing and atmospheric game that playing it on a mobile device in short bursts with touch screen just sounds wrong plus the fact (as far as I'm aware) the game only goes up to and including the Smugglers Hideout which misses out anything from Arcadia till the end (including the 'big moment') it isn't even the complete story. vegetollo7
I would love to see my co-workers try and play this game on their phones. They're always busy playing Candy Crush or some other stupid app game.
joeyc138
Don't have an Apple phone and that's alright because Bioshock on iOS doesn't interest me in the slightest. I'll stick with Bioshock on PS3
