Introduction

Welcome to Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus Arc Systems Work original "anime" fighter and the predecessor to their Blazblue Franchise and the more recent Persona 4 Arena. Guilty Gear has been regarded as one of the best fighting games of its time and still still highly regarded to ArcSys players to this date as the best especially compared to ArcSys's recent titles. While the system mechanics of Guilty Gear, Blazblue and Persona 4 Arena are identical Guilty Gear holds much more depth then either games will ever dream of.

Trophy-wise, ArcSys wants to put a lot of emphasize on how hard the game is by relating it to its trophies. One comparison is with Blazblue's training mode trophies making us practice an hour straight at most while Guilty Gear requires us to practice for a accumulative total of 10 hours. While Survival Mode, M.O.M and Mission mode may seem hard they are quite doable once you understand the game a bit more.

Guilty Gear holds mechanics similar to Blazblue and Persona, however some of those same mechanics could hold different effects or properties. Going over all of the mechanics of Guilty Gear, you want to check out this Tutorial Video created by hitconfirm as it lays everything out for you from basic movement to in depth advanced mechanics and how to use them.

Walkthrough

As most other fighters Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus is a game where you can go above the steps in whatever order you wish however it is recommended that you at least obtain the unlockable characters Justice and Kliff first, which can be unlocked by meeting the following criteria:

  • Justice: Complete 10 Missions or complete her story mode
  • Kliff: Complete 20 Mission or complete his story mode.

These characters are overpowered for competitive play so while they may not be huge concern for the competitive players to unlock right away, for others they are good characters to abuse for single player modes such as Survival, Mission and M.O.M. Upon starting the game you will unlock the following trophy:

(B)

Hello World!

Step 1: Story Mode

During this step you only have to view one ending in Story Mode, if you are following the steps of the roadmap then you should use this time to unlock Justice by completing her story for the steps later to come. After you have completed this task you will unlock the following trophy:

(B)

Our story has yet to come

Step 2: Arcade Mode

During this step you will be completing one run of arcade mode and defeating the secret boss Order-Sol. Before doing this step remember to go into "Help & Options" and set the game to the following settings:

  • Game Level: Beginner
  • Rounds: 1

Now keep in mind the criteria to unlock Order-Sol as the secret which is as follow:

  • No Continues (You can press :start: on a second controller to save yourself though)
  • Half of all your rounds must end with an Overdrive Finish (With the settings above that means you must end 5 matches with an overdrive)

After you have done this and defeated the two boss characters you will unlock the following trophies (for more information please refer to the trophy guide):

(B)

Arcade complete!

(B)
Flame Distortion

Step 3: Training Mode

For this mode you must build up an accumulative amount of 10 hours within training mode, you can be idle for this duration so if you want leave the game on in training mode during your breaks or if you want it right away do it overnight and wake up with the trophy. During this mode you will unlock the following trophy:

(B)

Trust us and play through

Step 4: Mission Mode

For this mode you must complete a total of 30 missions, these missions require you to defeat opponents under special conditions or restrictions each of which are listed on the mission screen before you start it. For more information in regards to Mission Mode please refer to the GGXXACP Mission Mode Thread. You will unlock the following trophies during this step:

(B)

That's some skill you have

(B)
You are quite skillful

(B)
Accident core!

Step 5: Survival Mode

Survival Mode is an endless swarm of opponents at you and your goal is to each the 999th level of Survival. You gain levels for each hit you get on your opponent, more if you get multiple hit counts on them through combos or multi hit specials or overdives. In this mode you can also obtain upgrades to make the course much easier as you progress. During this step you can unlock the following trophy:

(G)

Gold Order

Step 6: M.O.M Mode

M.O.M can be described as a survival mode of sorts; you fight against every character in the cast leading up to your final boss for this trophy I-NO. This mode can be difficult mainly because of the lack of restoration items. You can unlock the following trophy from this step:

(B)

Medal of Millionaire

Step 7: Network Mode

During this step you must win at least one match in both ranked and player matches as well as play 100 matches total in each respective type. All of these can be unlocked simply by putting the time into playing the game however if you wish to find someone to boost some of these with you can do so through the Trophy Boosting Thread. You can unlock the following trophies through this step:

(B)

Butterfly and Squall

(S)
Slash Star

(B)
The goddess of defeat is finicky

(S)
King of Battles

Conclusion to Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus

Guilty Gear makes up the foundation of what is "anime" fighters today and while newer games have come out since its prime, Guilty Gear is still regarded as the best and still holds much more depth then any of the newer titles Arc System Works or other titles have yet to release. The trophies are easily obtainable even if you are a new player in this difficult game.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/000.jpg Arcade complete! (B)

[Arcade] Complete with any character (any difficulty)

For this trophy you must complete Arcade Mode. After fighting through 9 stages you will fight I-NO as the final boss at the 10th stage. To make your troubles easier you can go into "Help & Options" and change it to the following settings:

  • Game Level: Beginner
  • Rounds: 1

This will make the matches much shorter helping you reach I-NO faster as well as make it only required to beat her during 1 round.

http://i.imgur.com/s0Hnpj6.png Fighting I-NO

I-NO in her boss mode has enhanced speed and damage output as well as unlimited tension making everything you do risky however if you have the difficulty set to easy you can easily go on a constant offensive before she can do anything.

Beside her regular normals you only have two notable things to worry about when fighting against Boss I-NO:

Megalomania:

Before she does this move she will show the path of the attack she is about to use in the form of Danger signs. During this animation she cannot get hurt and all your attacks will do absolutely nothing. If you get hit by the attack its almost an instant kill so you are better off crouching away from the path of the Danger Signs. If for some reason they touch you while you are blocking, you will take an incredible amount of chip damage so remember you can hold http://bit.ly/1BX6XGg+http://bit.ly/1x7JIn1 for faultless blocking to prevent as much chip damage.

Patterns

  • When the path slopes upward you must simply wait it out at the other end of the screen crouching.
  • When the path loops up and down you want to be in the middle however as the Megalomania launches you want to move up slowly as the slope moves closer to you if you stand in position.
  • When the path covers the entire screen you want to be right in front of I-NO and double jump before she launches the attack.

http://i.imgur.com/wbsAVNI.png

Ultimate Fortissimo

This overdrive surrounds I-NO, while it is easy to block I-NO is usually moving around a lot and could right above of you for a surprise cross up hitting you for incredible damage or she could just catch you pushing buttons. If you see the super flash for an overdrive attack then be sure to block it.

http://i.imgur.com/Lu9mw4c.png

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/001.jpg Flame Distortion (B)

[Arcade] Order Sol defeated.

For this trophy you must defeat secret boss Order Sol in arcade mode. Order Sol will appear after your arcade boss fight with I-NO if you meet the following criteria:

  • No continues before I-NO
  • Half of your rounds must have been Overdrive/Instant Kill Finishes.

If you lose in your match against Order Sol, it will not prompt you for a continue and proceed with the ending illustration for the character you used and the credits so if you find yourself on the verge of losing you can press :start: on a second controller to save yourself.

No Continues

For this you cannot lose a match and then press :start: to continue at the countdown screen. To avoid this you can use a second controller to save yourself if needed. Pressing :start: on it will trigger a "New Challenger" and give yourself another chance.

Overdrive/Instant Kill Finish

To perform an Overdrive you must have 50% Tension (there are a few characters who have Overdrives that spend 100%) and you can use an Instant Kill at anytime. Each character has different Overdrives and inputs along with them which you can view by pressing :start: and selecting command list however most characters overdrives are a http://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ such as Sol Badguys Tyrant Rave v.Beta or Ky Kiskes Ride the Lightning.

http://i.imgur.com/wtsPsky.png

So if you're playing with 1 round to win settings you only have to get 5 Overdrive/Instant Kill finishes and you have to get 10 with 2 round settings and etc, so ideally you want to have the following settings when doing for this trophy (switch these in the options menu of the main menu):

  • Game Level: Beginner
  • Rounds: 1

http://i.imgur.com/VRpBj5D.png Fighting Order Sol

Just like I-NO Order Sol will have boss like characteristics and a slightly higher difficulty then what your options are set to. His health will be doubled as well as his damage output. Fighting Order Sol is much more difficult than I-NO especially once he gets into his install. He'll use various overheads most of which are hard to react to for beginning players and cross ups all of which will lead to big damage due to his boss status.

http://i.imgur.com/ym1TKs5.png

Order Sol can be hit with an Instant Kill so if you have a second controller you can spam Instant Kill attempts until you finally hit him.

http://i.imgur.com/akGSQt1.png

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/002.jpg Medal of Millionaire (B)

[M.O.M] Completed.

M.O.M can be described as a survival mode of sorts, you fight against every character in the cast leading up to your final boss for this trophy I-NO. This mode can be difficult mainly because of the lack of restoration items. Restoration items are essential to surviving through all 20 stages of this mode however they aren't given to you until you have reached the Fever Penalty and your Medal Gauge resets where it'll now throw out some restoration items, it may not be a lot, but its enough to get you by.

http://i.imgur.com/2IXa8AP.png

When you reach I-NO at stage 20 she is basically identical to her boss form from Arcade Mode, refer to Arcade complete! for more information fighting I-NO. Once you have defeated her your trophy will unlock (if you accumulated enough points you should be redirected to a fight with Order-Sol however you are not required to win your fight against him)

M.O.M General Advice

  • You want to make sure you're occasionally on the offensive against the A.I and keeping the Medal Gauge at a high level.
  • Ending matches with an overdrive finish seems to increase the likeliness of getting restoration items, even if its just a little.
  • Later in the depths of M.O.M the A.I seem to be much smarter and catch you in simple combos/loops, save your burst for moments like this when you are caught in these, your health is important in this mode and you don't want to lose any of it against this.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/003.jpg Gold Order (G)

[survival] Attained lv. 999 and defeated Gold Order Sol.

For this trophy you must make it to the end of survival and defeat Gold Order Sol. This won't be an easy task and may even take multiple attempts. This mode is similar to Abyss Mode from Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend however there are no points where you can save and pick it up later. This mode must be done in one sitting.

Survival Mode Breakdown:

Survival Mode has 999 stages within it. Stages are increased depending on the amount of combo hits you get on your current opponent. The higher the hit count of one combo, the faster you'll proceed through the mode. Every 20 stages you'll encounter a special opponent and after you defeat that opponent you will be prompted with stat increases and you choose which one you want pick up with the buttons your normals are set to such as http://bit.ly/1BX6XGg/http://bit.ly/1x7JIn1/http://bit.ly/182e9F0/http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ/http://bit.ly/1CSjxbh.

During these matches any damage you take is carried over to the next match however you do get a slight health increase so be sure not to take too much damage, every time you go up against a special opponent your health will be automatically refilled for you.

http://i.imgur.com/s09ADdm.png Character Of Choice: Justice

Before attempting this mode it would be best to familiarize yourself with this character. Justice is one of the boss characters of GGXXACP and is banned from competitive play due to how overpowered she is. Lets go over her some of her key normals and good short chains anyone should be able to do.

Disclaimer: These tips are directed towards beginners, if you have an in depth understanding of another character it would be recommended that you use them instead.

http://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ

This is one of Justices longer normals, it'll pull the opponent toward you and let you follow up with her http://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ special move. If it hits it does good damage and if its blocked it pushed them back enough so you can't get punished (unless they have some form of projectile)

N.B. (Nitro Bomb)(http://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/182e9F0 or http://bit.ly/1x7JIn1)

Depending on which one you use Justice while through out a slow missile, http://bit.ly/182e9F0 goes forward and http://bit.ly/1x7JIn1 launches upward and slopes down. You can make it explode by pressing http://bit.ly/1BX6XGg. This is good after knocking back your opponent as they won't be able to just dash in so reckless now.

S.B.T. (Strike Back Tail) (http://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/1x7JIn1)

This is a reversal DP motion, most beginners may have trouble really learning the motion for this or getting used to it but its good to know. This is Justices reversal move or "Dragon Punch" Shoryuken-esque attack. Justice will flip back and swing her tail forward as a bolt of lighting drops down. This is especially good when you are locked down in the corner and need a way out.

Saperia Trancehttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1CSjxbh

This move is a Force Break and will require 25% tension to use however with it Justice will dash forward and cross the opponent up, this is another good tool to get out of the corner and make room for yourself however be wary about using against an A.I who seems to be swinging alot otherwise you'll get hit out of it.

Michael Blade http://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ

This is one of Justices Overdrives and will cost 50% Tension, its an instant fullscreen slash on hit it will fling your opponent in the air and drop them down slowly so that you can follow it up with something such as http://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ into http://bit.ly/1EtW2FPhttp://bit.ly/1BX8V9Chttp://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ

There's much more to Justice than this. Go into training mode and learn all her air normals and special moves to utilize them all for this mode given the situation.

Statistic Upgrades

After fighting these special opponents you will be prompt to choose a bonus each of which increase your statistics in some way, here is a list of the statistics it can increase:

  • Attack
  • Defense
  • Speed
  • Tension Rate
  • Tension Start
  • Additional Air Dash
  • Additional Jump

Between these 7 you only want to prioritize the top 5 choices. You should prioritize Attack and Defense above everything else. You can balance your Attack and Defense however it would be recommended to keep Defense up a bit more as the later enemies do pretty good damage and with health being a viable factor in a survival mode you want to make sure you can take a hit or two.

http://i.imgur.com/8jn67bJ.png

Special Upgrades

During your fights with the special opponents you might be prompted with a special upgrade, however early on a lot of them aren't that great. When you reach the higher depths of Survival you will start to run into all the better items against the GOLD Special opponents. Here is a list of some items you should look out for during your run:

Life Recovery

This is one of the earlier random drops, it puts your health in a constant heal state. This is one of the better equips to have especially since health holds a huge factor in survival modes.

Soul of Zepp

This item will be dropped by GOLD Potemkin on stage 720, this item increases your statistics by a certain percentage so if you're stats are already high you will get a nice increase from it. If you're focusing on your attack and defense as recommended then it will be a lot of help.

Vampire Form

This item will be dropped by GOLD Slayer on stage 880. Vampire Mode is by far the best equip to have, every time you do damage to your opponent you get your health healed by that amount and combined with Berserk Mode you'll be getting a full bar of health back with every hit.

Sheer Heart Attack

This item will be dropped by GOLD Sol on stage 960. After defeating a crazy GOLD Sol you can pick this up (and replace Berserk Mode). This equip puts your attack statistic to the absolute maximum so not only do you no longer have to take on the poison state constantly, you also have a much higher attack statistic. A win win decision.

http://i.imgur.com/OaoNemt.png About EX Black/GOLD Characters

EX and GOLD characters are opponents you will face every 20 stages (once you reach 500 levels you will face an EX Black opponent every time and GOLD opponents during the 20 stages intervals. These characters are essentially stronger versions of each character with special properties added to some of their moves (each of which differ between characters) as well as damage increases to their attacks. Do not take these opponents lightly.

[Training] Trained for over 10 hours.

For this trophy you must have an accumulative time of 10 hours spent in Training Mode. You can do this with an idle character. Unlike the Blazblue Training mode trophies you do not require any movement or activity with your character so simply put on training mode and do whatever you want as time passes by (leave it on overnight if you wish and wake up with the trophy). After 10 hours have passed within Training Mode the trophy will unlock.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you do this in multiple idle sessions, remember to press :start: and quit out of training mode from the menu to save your time spent this session. If you turn off the game in anyway before doing this your progress will not be saved.

If you plan on playing the game regularly here's a quick breakdown of what you want to learn in training mode:

  • First off know the games basic mechanics such as Dead Angle Attack, Psych Burst, Roman Cancel etc. You can't learn a character if you haven't learned the game yet.
  • Pick a character you want to learn and repeat their normals and special moves until it is embedded into your memory.
  • Learn their basic BnBs and repeat them until you have them down, remember some characters have special height requires so you may have to adjust your timing on certain characters.
  • Learn your characters Forced Roman Cancels, they easily the best possible thing to learn with any characters as it can lead to various setups to get that needed touch on your opponent.
  • Do those BnBs and Forced Roman Cancels everyday to make sure it is embedded into your system.

For more resources to better yourself in Guilty Gear please refer to the Dustloop GGXXACP wiki or even their Guilty Gear subforum to learn more about the game or the character you want to learn.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/005.jpg That's some skill you have (B)

[Mission] Completed 5 mission with any character.

Please refer to You are quite skillful for more information.

http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1757/006.jpg You are quite skillful (B)

[Mission] Completed all missions with any character.

There are a total of 30 missions in Mission Mode 5 of which are unlocked after completing the 25 missions prior to it. The missions aren't difficult at all especially for regular players, however newer players may find themselves a little lost at the Mission Mode screens. You can mix and match between characters for this.

Mission Mode Breakdown:

Mission Mode is a mode with matches where you must fulfill a certain criteria in order to complete it such as winning with certain hit combos, by time out and much more. Later missions have restricts as well as special criteria which you must put into consideration when completing these missions. When selecting a mission you will have the the requirement to completing the mission at the top left corner and your restrictions below. For those who can't understand the restrictions here is a quick breakdown for it:

  • Time: Time Limit (if any) for the mission
  • Clear: Conditions to complete the mission similar to the statement at the top left
  • Enemy: Your character opponent

http://i.imgur.com/uQA2HqI.png

Life:

This shows you the starting life you and your opponent will have during the match, keep in mind during certain missions any 3 of the following effects could be added:

  • Poison: slowly lose health
  • Heal: slowly gain life
  • Regain: quickly gain life

Guard Balance:

Guard Balance represents the Guard Gauge under the characters health, remember that if its filled up all your hits are counter-hit however if the gauge is in the negatives it will make your attacks weaker.

Tension:

Tension represents how much how much meter you start with in the mission and what state it has, 0-10,000 will represent the amount of meter you start with.

  • Normal: it'll increase the same way it would in a regular match
  • Hold: It'll stay at present meter at all times, if you have 10,000:HOLD that means you have full meter the entire mission
  • No: This means you don't get any meter at all during the mission

Psych Burst:

This represents the status of your BURST, if its blanked out "-" then you won't be able to use your BURST. Ok means it'll work the same way as a regular match and Infinity means you will always have BURST available to you.

Seal

Seal represents what sort of special restrictions you'll have in a match, if its blanked out then you have no restrictions however some mission may have the following:

  • Jump: You cannot jump in the mission
  • Special: You cannot use special moves
  • Guard: You cannot block

Combo Damage

Combo damage represents if there is a require hit count before you and your opponent takes damage. If its blanked out you both take damage normally however if it says "Over 5" then only combos or multi-hit attacks will only do damage once it goes pass 5 hits.

Instant Kill

Self explanatory, this lets you know if you can use an Instant Kill or not, the only mission that allows it however is Mission 1.

Damage:

Damage represents what moves can do damage to your opponent, if it says ok then anything you do will do damage as normal however some missions have special conditions such as:

  • Normal: Only normal attacks will work, special moves and overdrives will not
  • To Ground: Only hits done on the opponent while they are touching the ground will hurt them
  • Special: Only special moves will hurt the opponent
  • Overdrive: Only Overdrive moves will hurt the opponent
  • Dead Angle: Only a Dead Angle will hurt the opponent (this only appears in Mission 19)
  • To Air: Only hits done to any opponent while hurt when they are airborne

So as you can see most of these are pretty self explanatory once you understand what each section means. Ultilize any advantages you have to clear these missions.

[Player Match] 100 battles fought.

For this trophy you must simply play 100 player matches, win or lose. When boosting this you want to make sure you have the following settings set when the player match room is made:

  • Rounds To Win: 1
  • Timer: 30 Seconds

While boosting with a partner you can have either person perform an Instant Kill (http://bit.ly/1BX6XGghttp://bit.ly/1x7JIn1http://bit.ly/182e9F0http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ > http://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1BX8vQshttp://bit.ly/1BhkfwLhttp://bit.ly/1DZTUk3http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ) to the other player over and over again until you have both reached the number of player matches played. If both (or one player) has a controller with a turbo feature you can try the following method instead.

Turbo Boosting Method

Using this method if both players have a turbo controller, you want to have :cross: on turbo at all times however the worry if about getting your matches finishes, you won't be able to proceed if there are constant draws. Have one player map there :cross: to http://bit.ly/1C0MnWZ and select a character with a long reaching normal such as Potemkin or Ky Kiske for example. Having one character with long reach automatically hit the opponent and push each other away from each other will guarantee a win for one side so that the match may end and not loop with draws.

If only one player has a turbo controller they can just set it to turbo on :cross: while the boosting partner has to pay attention to what goes on on the screen. They can choose to make it go quick by performing Instant Kills or they can get the hit in and wait out the rest of the timer for the next match.

Even with a huge difference in health, you came from behind and won.

For this trophy you must have an low amount of health against your opponent with a significant lead and come back for the win. This trophy will unlock during Mission #11 while you are working on You are quite skillful.

This trophy will unlock when you start up Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus for the first time and enter the main menu.

Excellent guide, Setsuna!! And so fast, too! ^^

Just had a thorough read and must say it is incredibly detailed, and is tailored to both novice and veteran players, which is always very handy :) Will return when the new additions are added in to read what else you have in store for us! :D

Glad to know that when I pick up this game in late November, we'll have a comprehensive guide for Guilty Gear

That was quick Setsuna, at least you have it easy for the PS3 ver., while I have to do the sadistic one on the 360 ver. T_T

But at least it'll be coming up there whenever I can more detailed over there. ^_^

Also, I know this looks like this was done in a day, but here's some quick updates.

That's some skill should have the text in the bottom Refer to "You are quite skillful" (a typo?), then for the story one it should have said complete one "story" path, not arcade. :p

Yeah the PS3 version is so much easier in comparison, I was able to get a majority of the trophies in a day or so of like hour sessions each.

I was actually a bit sadden that the PS3 list was made so easy, I had a complete write up for Ultimate Double Edged Mode and other difficult achievements ready, I decided not to get ahead of myself knowing the list would be condensed ... glad I stopped where I did but it still sucks.

Good luck on your guide on x360a , if you need anything feel free to ask. (Screenshots/Banner/etc)

[EDIT] Made the edits and I'm pretty sure I know how they happened lol When I copy and pasted the trophy title I probably went down one too many and copy and pasted the wrong trophy name and for story it was just so linear I probably thought of it as an arcade run more so then a story path since I only had to do Justices.

Contemplating adding more to "Learning Guilty Gear" such as a text guide since theres no tutorial mode in the game but people complained about that with past guides so I'm iffy about it

Amazing guide! Thank you so much for posting this! :applause:

Thank you, its not finished yet and I still feel as if its too empty

Same here on my end over at 360a, but will have to include the Story paths, Missions (and how to get higher ranks like the dreaded GGXX ones), Survival (already a linked list, lol), and an entire Checklist for "Perfectionist" which is getting the gallery 100%. >_>

Mine already feels empty just from the fact it doesn't have a fraction of difficulty the 360 list has lol For my missions I just have to list out how to complete it ... its kind of boring :p

Hey Man.

You can use some of these vids in your guide if you like.

Using Justice to Beat M.O.M mode :

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vYLmybtbkc]Guilty Gear XX AC PLUS M.O.M Complete using Justice - YouTube[/ame]

Easiest way for M.O.M in my opinion using Kliff

How hard are M.O.M and Survival in this version of the game in comparison to older GGs?

I remember M.O.M in GGXX being pretty tough after some fights  but in the videos I notice it's dropping a lot of health.

I only played XXAC+ on my PSP and it was MUCH EASIER on it lol I got away with spamming grand viper with Sol in that one and making it to stage 600+ in Survival.

If youre a Guilty Gear Vet who can do near 50% combos per hit you should be fine however if you're not at advanced and you're going to try something like say the Justice recommendation posted it MIGHT be a bit difficult ... don't expect to go in mashing buttons and coming out a winner.

With M.O.M and Survival the biggest issue is health more so in M.O.M since it only heals from heal item drops however they seem to come out more if you end each round with an overdrive. Health always dropped fast in Guilty Gear, thats no different at all (the game has the same balances as it did years ago, R updated hasnt happened yet). With both the enemies get harder as you reach the higher levels of both modes, be patient in those fights ... there are additional tips within the guide after.
