it didnt work , ps move is needed , unless i must unregister the controller

i did 2 workoutsin (choose workout - workout {purple selection} ) 1st without back kicks or uppercuts got 97% then the next with both got 95% overal & still level 95

clearly i must improve the back kicks as uppercuts i started to glitch it just for it to read me which is wearing a long sleve shirt with moving my hand slowly & twisting my hip
back kick i think i understand it now, before i use d to get up to 90 & above when it was 4counts to six, but now 8, which i loose my balance there it rates my exercise low

so here is what happened after 4 workouts, & figuring out how to perfect back kicks & uppercut:
97%-95%-97%-95% (the last 2 i got 95%on back kicks & above 90% uppercut) ( the last 1 i got 2 silver in jab & knees {dont ask})

all these 4 while choosing from the main menu (choose workout) (purple color square)then (workout) , while i have always noticed i level up when i choose (workout) from the main menu which is TODAYS workout set from youre program that u choose (red colored square) , so its either tomorrow i get it or ... who knows, unfortunately in my main workout COMBAT still didnt came yet, so till it comes if i didnt get it tomorow we will see

for back kicks when i kick backward i keep my face in toward the screen & throwing both arms BACK with my leg

by the way i got ABS OF STEEL , i was expecting it next weak, remember its LONG ARM CRUNCHES, for the puush up or press ups must be on toes , am expecting this at the end of april , but i could get it 2 days from now IF it means doing ANY PRESS UP on TOES not the defualt 1 (long arm press) cause this should come near end of april

this sux, i did 4 combats in a row in choose workouts, 2 30min 2 15min, couldnt get all gold, because of stupid jabs and knee (it worked with my blue shirts while on red shirts didnt, calibration sux)

9?%-95%-95%-96%

i started to think maybe i have 1 exercise in combat i didnt increased its level, like back kicks, cause i get to do it only 8 counts while the other kicks are higher, or maybe another 1 but i dont recall a thing, i need to wait now for it to come in (todays workout, re square from main menu) then i shall see for sure, but ill still be doing it every day as ill be doing with it what workout i have in my schedual (my cardio level is 75%, ill see to increase it , ill start tomorow to)

COMBAT 100%

GOLD TROPHY IN THE BAG ^^

i did twice combat today: 1st 96% 1 silver 89% but no back kicks or uppercuts , 2nd with both got 1 silver in jab & side punches 88% or 89% with both back kicks & uppercut golds and overall 95%

got this while choosing (choose workout - purple square from main menu)

now only 3 bronze trophies left, advance cardio-pumptone 20 session & K-press up

soooo haapppyyyy ^^ (now i can rest my arms as my left elbow is injured phew)

notice: i have never increased BACK KICKS level to a harder level , maybe thats why i didnt get level 100 before now

getting level 100 is faster if youre doing the workout & improving youre fitness in (todays workout - red square from main menu)

i just wish the PSN comes back so i can sync the trophies

this wont stop me, ill keep doing it for as long to keep my health & fitness intact , my wieght 73KG

(cant wait to sync my trophies)

this is definitely my proudest platinum

you all sound at a much higher fitness level then me, i tried my first 15 min workout and i looked like someone who had just been swimming... fully clothed, my legs were like jelly, and the sweat was pouring off me.... i'm sad to say it's taken me nearly 3 or 4 months to get back to doing another i wish i was more physically minded then i am
