kfree7
How many ppl help others finish a game to plat or 100% after they have already completed the game themselves?
Infinitez
Glad to say I have! Helped out with AC: Brotherhood and AC: Revelations players boost for some trophies for a couple weeks after my own platinum a while back.
dcollins22
Yeah I often help friends with games I've already completed. Id like to the think that they would do the same for me
Archavia
I've helped a few people with a few games I'd already finished. No major boosts, just quickish ones.
Ryukori
Yeah, but only in games I like. For example, I've helped a ton of people with the online trophies in Killzone 2. I like meeting and chatting with others that are also fans of series I like.
Noid
I'll help a friend with any game I have, as a general rule.
honda hoe
Yes I will.. Once I still have the game
vegetollo7
Yes I do. In fact this past Saturday I helped a group of guys from the site get the online DLC trophies for TLOU even though I already earned them for myself the night before. It feels kind of good helping others out.
Dipsy
As long as things go smoothly, I'll help others
Jerry Appleby
I don't usually for online games since I hate boosting, so I usually get all my MP trophies legit without cheating. However, if I do boost for a game, I will stay and help the people who helped me as thanks for helping me out! I also have a friend who lives near my university that is physically disabled and in a wheelchair, and he can't use his controller very well because of his disability. So every week I head to his house after I get out of class and I help him with his tough games, even if I've never played them before. In return he lets me borrow all his AAA titles, and I let him borrow all my crappy whoring games lol. My friend has trouble using the L2/R2 buttons on his controller because his hands can't reach those very well, so any game that involves mashing those buttons as fast as possible usually requires me to help him out. Rawanz
If people ask for help and its not something that takes hours to do, then I usually help them, even if i have already finished whatever game it is.
Mr. Marble
No. I rarely offer any service.
Xander45
I've helped a few people with a few games I'd already finished. No major boosts, just quickish ones. Ditto If I've still got the game then I won't mind helping someone out, but wouldn't really partake in any big boosts, hell I don't do big long boosts for myself anyway
mullinavat
I've helped a few people with a few games I'd already finished. No major boosts, just quickish ones. ^This I have helped people before but no with any massive boosts anyway
Gnyg
I don't usually do.
solstice
Seems like in the minority as I can't recall a single instance where I helped someone with boosting after I had already done it myself. Actually I think I might have done it a couple of times for WipEout HD, but that's it. If I had more time and/or motivation, I would probably help more. AshtimusPrime
I've helped get trophies that I already have, but I haven't gone all the way to get someone the platinum/100%. That's never really come up to be fair. Any trophy helped is a step in that direction though.
Deftorn
I will help my friends out. Usually it's a game I still enjoy so it's still fun to play it, even if it's to help them out as well. It can be a terrible grind sometimes, or just finding someone to help can be tough, so I like to help out when I can. What goes around comes around, and I know my friends would do the same (or people on this community).
Lysorian
Yeah, I don't mind helping others, but it has to be a game I enjoy and I have to make sure they're not using me. I don't like when people do that...
Mindblower
Yes, I have helped alot of friends playing the Journey game before and now still helping another more friends playing Reisdent Evil6. I will be willing to help more although I have only few multiplayer games. But whenever I can, and if there is a chance, I wont mind helping at all. BinkUncia
I'll help a friend with any game I have, as a general rule. Pretty much this ^. Although obviously this only applies if I still have the game, and if I actually enjoyed playing the game in the first place! Dinos
Definitely! That's what friends are for, right?
Capt_Beachhead
I will help them only if the game is something I like. I don't do boosting as it is a waste of time for me, so they would have to find someone else for that.
JayPBM
I use to help people in a game if I had already completed it (or not) until after helping someone finish their 100%, I asked if they could help me with a game they had finished (I only needed two trophies) and they said to find someone else and delete/block me. I could do the trophies solo but it's harder and I just thought it would have been more fun with another person but that was cold. Now, I have gaming trust issues lbs
Warbear
Kinda. Like I mean, I would help any of my friends out with anything if needed, but if it was a random then probably not. It depends on the situation though. If some random asked for my help via PSN or something, then I would probably say no. But if it was a friends friend and they needed help as a group, then yes.
