1.0: GIL FARMING

Unlike previous Final Fantasy titles, monsters in FFXIII don't drop Gil. Therefore the only way to really turn a profit is to sell off premium materials. The following three locations are the best for farming Gil, and the latter two are also great for farming certain catalysts.

1.1: Cie'th Stone Mission 24 Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: COM/COM/COM, RAV/RAV/RAV, COM/RAV/RAV
  • Recommended Items: Sprint Shoes
  • Drops: Moonblossom Seed (6,000 Gil)
  • Approximate Gil/hour: 240,000 - 540,000 Gil

This is the earliest Gil farming location that is actually viable. You'll be able to do this as soon as you complete Taejin's Tower in Chapter 11. You actually have to complete this Cie'th Stone Mission in order to progress through Taejin's Tower, so you won't have to worry about being too weak to beat the enemies, as you would have done it previously. In order to reach the location of this Cie'th Stone, head to Taejin's Tower and take the central elevator to 4th Tier. From there, take the sub-elevator to 5th Tier, and you should see the statue nearby.

Once you start this mission, the mark will be a short few steps away, so you don't have to travel far (which is why it's such a good place to farm Gil). Feel free to attempt a Pre-emptive Strike on these enemies, but it isn't necessary. The battle will consist of a Mushussu and two Yakshinis. You'll want to focus on the Mushussu first, then the Yakshinis afterwards. Use the Ravager paradigms to stagger Mushussu quickly, then change to COM/COM/COM to kill him swiftly, as he is very susceptible to physical damage. With Mushussu down, simply take down the Yakshinis.

Completing this mission will reward you with a Moonblossom Seed that sells for 6,000 Gil. On top of that, you'll also receive 6,000CP, making it a good method for farming CP too. The battles should take anywhere between 10 and 60 seconds, depending on whether you're farming this in Chapter 11 or in post-game when you're stronger. Once you complete the mission, you can simply restart it and farm it for as long as necessary.

Below is a video demonstrating this method, courtesy of ZennExile.

1.2: Chapter 13 Sacrifice Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: COM/RAV/SAB, COM/COM/SAB, COM/SAB/SAB
  • Recommended Items: Sprint Shoes, Collector's Catalog, Growth Egg
  • Drops: Common - Perfume (12,500 Gil), Rare - Scarletite (7,000 Gil, catalyst)
  • Approximate Gil/hour: 840,000 - 1,250,000+ Gil

This is easily the fastest method for farming Gil in the game, the one major downside is that it is only available during Chapter 13 - once you complete the game, you can return to the location, but it will no longer be efficient (this will be explained momentarily).

At the beginning of Chapter 13, in Orphan's Cradle, you'll come across a save point nearby two packs of Sacrifices - a pack of 4 and a pack of 3 - which will be your basis for farming. On either side of this platform are walkways that will allow you to almost instantly respawn the Sacrifices, meaning you can get a lot of kills per hour. In post-game, these walkways are blocked off, so you can't easily respawn the Sacrifices, which makes the farming incredibly inefficient. When you're running along these walkways to make the Sacrifices respawn, pay attention to the mini-map - you'll see the red dots appear on the map when they have respawned.

You'll only want to farm one of the two packs, as killing both packs before respawning them is ever so slightly less efficient. I used the pack of 3 for my entire farming period, but if you're able to kill the pack of 4 quickly, then it would be preferential (as there is an extra Sacrifice for potential item drops, as well as CP). Once you decide on which you want to repeatedly farm, you'll want to learn how to get a Pre-emptive Strike every attempt. Getting a Pre-emptive Strike will make these battles much faster, thus making your gains a lot greater. You'll quickly learn how to efficiently pre-emptive them, but to put it simply you want to strike the lone Sacrifice on the side of each pack when they turn around. This will be very easy to pull off every time after you learn their movement patterns.

For the battles themselves, you'll want to focus on using the COM/RAV/SAB or COM/SAB/SAB paradigms, depending on whether you have two Saboteurs or not. The best party for this is Fang/Lightning/Vanille, due to their natural abilities in these paradigms. Lightning and Vanille will immediately debuff and stagger the pack, allowing you (as Fang) to spam Ruinga in the centre of the pack to defeat them all easily. With Imperil and Deprotect, the Sacrifices will go down incredibly quickly, with a 20 second battle being very doable once you know what you're doing and have gained some levels in the Crystarium. Do be aware that the Sacrifices can use Death, so you may rarely find yourself with a dead member. With Vanille on Saboteur though, chances are she'll use Fog on them before they get a chance to stick you with Death.

Each Sacrifice can drop one item, with the possible drops being Perfume (12,500 Gil) and Scarletite (7,000 Gil). The Perfume is actually the common drop, so it is recommended you equip a Collector's Catalog and not a Connoisseur Catalog, as otherwise you'll find yourself getting more Scarletites than Perfumes, hindering your net gain. Using this farming method, you can easily gain over 1 million Gil per hour, along with a hefty bonus in CP. On top of that, you need a minimum of 11 Scarletites to upgrade certain items, so you can easily obtain them here instead of having to pay 100,000 Gil a piece. This farming location easily covers all three areas (Gil, CP, catalyst), so it is definitely the best place to farm.

Below is a video by Tsybil, demonstrating this method on the pack of 4 Sacrifices. Tsybil's characters are quite heavily upgraded and with Tier 3 weaponry, hence why he is able to pull off 15-second battles, but the general gist will remain the same (your battles will just take a bit longer, 30-60 seconds on average).

1.3: Adamantoise Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: There are two methods for this, Summon/Death method and Straight Kill method:
    • Summon/Death method: SAB/SAB/SYN
    • Straight Kill method: SAB/SYN/SYN, RAV/RAV/RAV, COM/COM/COM, MED/MED/MED, SEN/SEN/SEN

[*]Recommended Items: Gaian Rings, Sprint Shoes, Collector's Catalog, Connoisseur Catalog, Growth Egg, Malboro Wand (if using Summon/Death method), Genji Glove (if using Straight Kill method)

[*]Drops: Common - Platinum Ingot (150,000 Gil), Rare - Trapezohedron (catalyst)

[*]Approximate Gil/hour: 200,000 - 1,000,000+ Gil, depending on luck and method

This is a fan favourite method for farming, due to the fact that it's simple, grants decent Gil and is the only reliable drop for the Trapezohedron. I personally don't recommend this method however, as Sacrifice farming offers more Gil/hour and all the required Trapezohedrons can earned through easier means, as detailed in my Treasure Hunter Guide. Regardless, I'll detail it for those of you who want to farm this way.

There are two primary methods for farming Adamantoises: the Summon/Death method and the straight kill method. The former can be done at low levels, but can be a little tedious and also requires you to farm TP between kills. The former is a lot more efficient, however requires you to be powerful in order to defeat the Adamantoises quickly and efficiently. The best location for the Summon/Death method is in Eden, whereas the best location for the Straight Kill method is in Archylte Steppe. In Eden, there's a lone Adamantoise next to a save point for easy access, plus it is surrounded by weak soldiers who can farmed for TP if you're using the Summon/Death method. In Archylte Steppe, you'll find four or so Adamantoises (as well as Adamantortoises) wandering around.

For the Summon/Death method, you'll want to use a party of Vanille, Fang and Lightning. Vanille is key here, as her Death skill (learnt in Crystarium Stage 9, Saboteur) is the entire foundation of the method. Make sure she's equipped with Sprint Shoes and Malboro Wand, as well as any Magic Marks, as this will help with using Death.

Enter the battle with full TP and immediately use Vanille's summon, Hecatoncheir. This will knock the Adamantoise off its feet, rendering it useless for 90 seconds. Stick him with Deprotect and Deshell while your Summon does his thing, then start spamming Death. With Sprint Shoes equipped, you should get about 15 casts of Death before the Adamantoise stands back up. Generally speaking, 15 casts will be enough for one to stick and kill him. If he does stand back up, other keep casting until you die or simply retry the battle. After the battle, save if you receive a Platinum Ingot or Trapezohedron, or reload if you get nothing. You'll need to farm the nearby soldiers for TP between battles in order to use your summon. This method allows early farming on Adamantoises, however it is especially luck-based, not to mention tedious.

Below is a video demonstrating the Summon/Death method, courtesy of SonKitty. He enters Gestalt Mode after summoning Hecatoncheir, but this isn't necessary. The Adamantoise will collapse regardless.

[ame]

[/ame]

The Straight Kill method is the way to go if you seriously intend to farm Adamantoises with noticeable profits. You'll need to be relatively powerful to be able to take on an Adamantoise, having at least your three primary roles for each character maxed is recommended. For your party, use Fang, Lightning and Vanille. Equip everyone with Sprint Shoes, and if you have them, Gaian Rings. The Gaian Rings will mitigate a substantial portion of Adamantoise's attacks, allowing you to survive easier. You should also equip everyone with Genji Gloves if you have them, but if you don't have three then just Fang. This will allow you to take out the legs a lot faster, as well as deal considerably more damage on the Adamantoise itself each stagger.

When you engage the Adamantoise, stick the Adamantoise with Slow before debuffing one of his legs while your allies buff you all, healing when necessary. Use RAV/RAV/RAV to stagger the leg quickly, then change to COM/COM/COM and immediately use Fang's Highwind. If Fang has a Genji Glove equipped, this will immediately defeat the leg. Repeat this process on the other leg until it is destroyed and the Adamantoise collapses. Once collapsed, debuff him while your allies buff you, then go COM/COM/COM and pummel away. If the stagger bar is about to empty, use Highwind to deal massive damage. One stagger should be enough to kill it.

Below is a video demonstrating the Straight Kill method, courtesy of phoenx97.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qpv9-roLxs4]Final Fantasy XIII HD Gil/CP Farming (Adamantoise/Adamantortoise) - YouTube[/ame]

The main purpose for farming Adamantoises is to obtain Trapezohedrons, though their Platinum Ingot drops are great sources for Gil. If you're strong enough, you can farm roughly 1 million Gil per hour (assuming you get lucky with drops), plus you may get very lucky and get a Trapezohedron too. On top of this, each kill is worth 40,000CP (80,000CP with Growth Egg), so it's also a great for CP if you need it.

2.0: CP FARMING

Crystarium Points, or CP, are FFXIII's version of levelling. You'll need millions upon millions of CP to max out all six roles for every character, and these three locations are the best places to farm it.

2.1: Cie'th Stone Mission 24 Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: COM/COM/COM, RAV/RAV/RAV, COM/RAV/RAV
  • Recommended Items: Sprint Shoes
  • CP/battle: 6,000CP (12,000CP with Growth Egg)
  • Approximate CP/hour: 240,000 - 1,080,000CP

This is identical to what is listed in 1.1: Cie'th Stone Mission 24 Farming, so I won't repeat how to locate it or how to farm the mission. Given it grants moderate CP (6,000CP), this is a good place to farm early on. It isn't as fast as the King Behemoth/Megistothorian CP farming, but it does grant moderate Gil at the same time. If you've obtained the Growth Egg, you can get 12,000CP per battle.

2.2: Adamantoise Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: There are two methods for this, Summon/Death method and Straight Kill method:
    • Summon/Death method: SAB/SAB/SYN
    • Straight Kill method: SAB/SYN/SYN, RAV/RAV/RAV, COM/COM/COM, MED/MED/MED, SEN/SEN/SEN

[*]Recommended Items: Gaian Rings, Sprint Shoes, Collector's Catalog, Connoisseur Catalog, Growth Egg, Malboro Wand (if using Summon/Death method), Genji Glove (if using Straight Kill method)

[*]Drops: Common - Platinum Ingot (150,000 Gil), Rare - Trapezohedron (catalyst)

[*]Approximate Gil/hour: 200,000 - 1,000,000+ Gil, depending on luck and method

This is identical to what is listed in 1.3: Adamantoise Farming, so I won't repeat how to locate or how to farm the Adamantoises. Each Adamantoise kill grants 40,000CP, which is 80,000CP with a Growth Egg. Given each kill should only take a few minutes, this is a pretty substantial CP gain considering you'll be making a profit through Platinum Ingots at the same time, as well as potentially scoring some Trapezohedrons. For pure CP, this isn't as fast as farming the King Behemoth/Megitothorian, but if you intend to farm all of your Trapezohedrons then this is likely the best place to obtain all of your CP.

2.3: King Behemoth/Megistothorian Farming

  • Recommended Paradigms: COM/COM/RAV
  • Recommended Items: Sprint Shoes, Growth Egg
  • CP/battle: 6,600CP (13,200CP with Growth Egg)
  • Approximate CP/hour: 1,000,000 - 2,000,000CP+ (depending on how quickly you can kill them)

The best pure CP farming location is against the King Behemoth and Megisothorian that fight in the Northern Highplains of the Archylte Steppe. At lower levels, you can defeat these guys in about 1-2 minutes, and they'll yield 6,600 CP. In the end-game when you're properly levelled, you can kill them in as little as 6 seconds, and with a Growth Egg equipped, you'll be earning 13,200 CP per battle.

When decently levelled (post-game), going in with a paradigm of COM/COM/RAV you can defeat the King Behemoth before he manages to transform, then take out the Megistothorian. As mentioned above, this can be done in as little as 6 seconds, with as much as 13,200CP per battle. You can force these enemies to respawn by walking back up towards the save station, and head just past it. Once you reach the Chocobo, turn around and they'll be there again. There really isn't anything to this, just tedious repetition and hefty CP gains.

Below is a video by bumbleblym demonstrating this farming strategy at lower levels.

3.0: CATALYST FARMING

Catalysts are the core of the crafting system, and are paramount in earning Treasure Hunter. Some of these catalysts are extremely expensive to purchase, so you're better off farming them. This will list where and how to farm them.

3.1: Shaolong Gui Farming (Dark Matters)

  • Recommended Paradigms: SEN/SEN/SEN, SAB/MED/MED, SAB/SAB/SAB, SAB/SYN/SYN, SAB/RAV/RAV, COM/COM/COM
  • Recommended Items: Gaian Rings, Genji Gloves, Connoisseur Catalog, Aegisol, Fortisol
  • Drops: Common - Gold Nugget (60,000 Gil), Rare - Dark Matter (catalyst)

The Shaolong Gui is the main source for the Dark Matter catalyst, and is unfortunately the most formidable foe in the game. However you only need 5 Dark Matters, so you should be able to get them relatively quickly once you're strong enough to defeat them. In order to face Shaolong Guis, you must first complete Cie'th Stone Missions 56-62, at which point all the Adamanchelids in Archylte Steppe will be replaced with Shaolong Guis.

You'll want to use a party of Fang, Lightning and Hope. Having Fang as leader is key for this particular strategy, as it takes advantage of the Shaolong Gui's susceptibility to Daze. Your party should all be highly levelled for this, with at least the three primary roles being maxed and the three secondary roles levelled considerably. With a maxed party, you can defeat a Shaolong Gui in a single stagger. Use Aegisol and Fortisol before you encounter a Shaolong Gui for a good buff. Start out in SEN/SEN/SEN to take the brunt of his immediate attack, then change to SAB/MED/MED to heal. Immediately cast Slow on Shaolong Gui, then start spamming Daze. Once healed, change to SAB/SAB/SAB and let your allies debuff him, all the while maintaining his Daze with Fang. Once debuffed, change to SAB/SYN/SYN to allow Lightning and Hope to buff you all with Enfire, Bravera and Faithra, making sure to keep up with Daze. Then change to SAB/RAV/RAV and aim to stagger him as quickly as possible, maintaining Daze with Fang and healing if necessary. Once staggered, drive up his stagger bar to 999.99%, then change to COM/COM/COM to pummel him. Shaolong Gui will finally break Daze at this point and be able to get an attack or two out, but just pummel on him as much as possible. If the stagger bar is about to empty, use Fang's Highwind to inflict massive damage. If you feel you're going to die while inflicting all this damage, don't hesitate to change to SAB/MED/MED to heal or to use Renew, as survival is more important - as long as you can deplete at least 50% of his HP per stagger, then you should be fine.

You don't necessarily have to use Fang as a Saboteur in every Paradigm, I just found it be easiest this way. Feel free to use her as another role if you think it will be easier.

If you can't defeat the Shaolong Gui in a single stagger, simply repeat this process again until you defeat it. If you're lucky, you'll receive a Dark Matter. If you do, go ahead and save before reloading to respawn the Shaolong Gui. If you don't receive a Dark Matter however, then you should reload without saving to get your Aegisol and Fortisol back. I did this when I about halfway through my secondary roles and with maxed Tier 2 weapons, and found I could beat the Shaolong Gui every second or third attempt. It shouldn't take too long to obtain 6 Dark Matters.

3.2: Sacrifice Farming (Scarletites)

  • Recommended Paradigms: COM/RAV/SAB, COM/COM/SAB, COM/SAB/SAB
  • Recommended Items: Sprint Shoes, Connoisseur Catalog, Growth Egg
  • Drops: Common - Perfume (12,500 Gil), Rare - Scarletite (7,000 Gil, catalyst)

This is identical to what is listed in 1.2: Chapter 13 Sacrifice Farming, so I won't repeat how to locate or how to farm the Sacrifices. One of the two possible drops from Sacrifices is Scarletite, a catalyst item that normally costs 100,000 Gil. You'll need 11 of these for all necessary upgrades towards Treasure Hunter, so it is highly recommended you farm them for these Scarletites. If you decide to farm them during Chapter 13 for Gil, you'll obtain many more than 11 Scarletites, so just ensure you keep at least 11 when you finish. If you didn't farm them for Gil, you can return at any stage in post-game to farm them for Scarletites, except you won't be able to respawn them quickly. This isn't an issue though, as it won't take very long to farm 11 Scarletites. Equip a Connoisseur Catalog to increase your chance of receiving Scarletites from the Sacrifices.

3.3: Adamantoise Farming (Trapezohedrons)

  • Recommended Paradigms: There are two methods for this, Summon/Death method and Straight Kill method:
    • Summon/Death method: SAB/SAB/SYN
    • Straight Kill method: SAB/SYN/SYN, RAV/RAV/RAV, COM/COM/COM, MED/MED/MED, SEN/SEN/SEN

[*]Recommended Items: Gaian Rings, Sprint Shoes, Collector's Catalog, Connoisseur Catalog, Growth Egg, Malboro Wand (if using Summon/Death method), Genji Glove (if using Straight Kill method)

[*]Drops: Common - Platinum Ingot (150,000 Gil), Rare - Trapezohedron (catalyst)

This is identical to what is listed in 1.3: Adamantoise Farming, so I won't repeat how to locate or how to farm the Adamantoises. If you intend to farm for your Trapezohedrons, then obviously this is the way to go. Chances of Adamantoises dropping a Trapezohedron is very low however, so it can be quite tedious to farm them. Given you'll receive plenty of CP and Platinum Ingots during this process though, it can be worthwhile if you require those too. Despite this though, I recommend you check the Treasure Hunter Guide on how to obtain all Trapezohedrons without farming Adamantoises, so you can avoid this hefty grind altogether.

hey i need some help. I've been trying to farm Trapezohedron and Platinum Ingot from Adamantoises in Archylte Steppe, and so far after playing at least 5 hours every night for a week I've only received 4 Platinum Ingot and 2 Trapezohedron!!! I have a party of Vanille / Fang / Lightning, level 5 in all roles and i have Vanille equipped with Malboro Wand and connoisseur catalog. Am i missing something or am i really just that unlucky!!?

I dont have both collector and connoisseur catalogs equipped, only the one, and im doing the kill method. Its sooooooo annoying. Does anyone have any advice?

That's pretty decent compared to what my luck turned out to be. One time I farmed for 6 hours straight without getting a single Trapezohedron.

Since you're maxed out in all the roles, then I suggest that you go for a straight kill, instead of using Vanille's Death spell. Even if you use a summon, preferably Fang's or Sazh's, then just equip an Energy Sash and grind TP after each battle. The Energy Sash helps gain TP faster. I used this method, and each cycle took me about 8 minutes.

In archylte steppe the save reload hint works great with the long gui and shaolong farming...you get at least 2 trapezohedrons per hour. Yesterday i got 4 in an hour. There are 3 long gui, 6 shaolong and about 1 adamantortoise. They respawn at will but the respawning slows the farming efficiency. I hope i'll have enough trapezohedrons soon...Connoisseur catalog for every team member and 5 star ranking battle.

The thing is though, and the whole idea of this farming guide, is that you shouldn't need to farm for Trapz at all. You get a couple from the Cie'th Stone missions, so you use them to make Nirvana and another character's Tier 3 weapon (think it's Kain's Lance), which dismantle into 3 Trapz each, therefore giving you all 6 you'll need to get 1 Tier 3 weapon for each character.

just wanted to say thanks for the guide and also i did the sacrifice farming post game, respawned them by warping to eden and back, minimum was about 450,000 gil in an hour. i was watching Bones on huluplus so extra distracted. my weapons werent leveled and i realized after awhile i still had the Connoisseur Catalog equipped, resulting in less perfumes i guess. im sure if i had everything perfect i could probably gotten more gil per hour. just wanted to share because i think its still a great farm spot post game and doesnt take much focus and you can still watch tv or something to make the time go by.

Yeah it's definitely still viable in post-game, just no way near as effective as during Chapter 13.

Great guide Raven. Took me about 11 hours to farm the sacrifices. I decided to go to 7 million gil to be safe since I wanted to have some gil for deceptisol for the cie'th stone mission.

I think the 3 pack is better since I found that I ended up getting more gil per hour with them. The 4 pack sometime never dropped anything so I just didn't bother with them.

I spent 4 hours farming the king behemonth cp grinding spot to get full level which got me about 1.3 gil per hour.

The Sha Long guis were a bit of a pain since the odd time they would cast ultima right at the end of the stagger meaning I could't kill them in one. Other than that they were easy

Great guide and I am sure it saved me tons of time. I could only imagine how long it would have been without it

Yes but you can still make the respawn quite fast, by saving immediately after finishing them off (the save point is right there in the middle of the 2 Sacrifices groups) and then quit and reload immediately.

By doing this, I farmed about 850.000 GIL per hour (of course it depends on luck, but it's an average), which to me seems still the most productive way, post-game.

I had all level 5 chars, with 2 Omega weapons not starred, and 2 Collector's catalogs equipped.

  • 1 year later...

I didn't check the dates, so this may be reviving an old thread, but...

Everyone seems to prefer the jellies/cryohedrons in Mah'habara Subterra as being on-par with the King Behemoth/Megistotherium fight for CP farming, but I found a place in the cave that no one seems to bother with that seems to actually provides better farming per respawn. In the stretch between the main path through and the Cie'th Stone for mission 29, there's eight cryohedron and eight hoplites in groups of 2 cryos, 3 cryos and 2 hoplites, 3 cryos, then 5 hoplites. With the growth egg, in one down-and-back stretch, I get 44k CP. To get them to respawn, run out of the stretch and hang a right. Run as far as where the group of 4 hoplites spawn, which I usually kill the first time through so I don't accidentally get caught up in a fight with them during the actual farming since they won't respawn from running this stretch.

You can practically afk this run with a Tri-Disaster (RAV/RAV/RAV) team using fire or flamestrike on the cryohedrons and thunder/sparkstrike on the hoplites. I prefer Fang/Light/Hope, since Hope will cast Firaga and Light will join him in casting Thundaga on a Preemptive Strike, immediately staggering and effectively wiping the floor with everything within ten seconds of starting. Without a preemptive, the fights are still over in an average of 15 seconds with the 5 hoplites taking the longest at 30-45 seconds. 5-star guaranteed on PS and on the cryos by themselves. Without a PS, the hoplites usually 4-star unless you can find a way to take more of them out more quickly than I've been able to.

I didn't actually time the run, but I watch YouTube videos while I run from fight to fight. In about 13 minutes of videos, I can get about 140k CP. With a collector's and connoisseur's catalog, the bomb cores and solenoid drops are ridiculosly frequent at 85ish bomb core and 60ish solenoids per hour with good drop luck. These make for pretty decent upgrade fodder or sell for a couple hundred (I think 450ish for the solenoids and 600ish for the cores) gil apiece. I used 88 cores at once with a x3 multiplier on Fang's Venus Gospel and got about 140k xp. All in all, I think it's a very overlooked spawn run.

Also, sorry for the double post, but in having problems with the turtle hunting method you described. I get the turtle down, no problem there. I have deprotect/deshell applied at a minimum, bravery/haste on Fang. Her strength is at about 2400, but even with a maxed chain gauge, a maxed tier 2 Venus Gospel and a genji glove, I max out at about half to a third of the turtle's health remaining before he gets back up. I tried it with an eidolon breaking the legs for me, same result. I can't get the kill before it stands up again no matter what happens. Any tips I might be missing?

I was thinking about getting some of the grinding done early via killing Adamantoises via the Death strategy and was wondering if anyone knew a quick way to get back TP for summoning.

If you are doing it in Eden i just enabled some of my Charaters with Extra TP after fight accessories to speed things up.

I'm using the Sacrifice Perfume grind in Chapter 13 and the way I do it is use Tri-Disaster on the group of three (easy 5 star with no paradigm shift) then use Haste and Fog while doing the group of four (Vanille applies Fog while Hope deals with Haste and SENTINEL Snow takes hits from Sacrifices). Using these strategies can easily get 5 stars. Then save, quit and load. The two groups will be back.
