This will allow you to see the whole story. During the game you should create save files regularly, with a different one for each of the main points in the game (before the 4 main boss fights - Rajani, Dapper Old Gent, Jeyne and Reborn God); also before the end of Gunderic Manor and one before you reach level 20. During this playthrough you can also turn on Mulitplayer, this will allow others to join your game and hopefully you can get some of the online trophies. After you have finished this playthrough you should have the majority of the single player trophies, but don't worry if you haven't got any of the for specific actions during the boss fights, that what the saves are for. You should be doing all the side missions as well to help level your character up to level 30 for View From the Top. This should allow you to also get Perfectionist on this playthrough. Also concentrate on either Maximum Charisma or Circle of Friends this time, and then do the other on the second playthrough. This will optimize your chances of getting Maximum Charisma. There is a glitch to allow you to get both the influence trophies easy, see the notes on Maximum Charisma. If you go for the Loremaster trophy on this run, then Sandworm has created a great guide for all the lore in the game and where to find it. See the trophy for the link. Step: 2 Start your second playthrough and this time select Hardcore from the start. For this, you need to go slowly, pull small groups of enemies to you and use a Run-and-Gun style of play so you don't get overwhelmed and wiped out quickly. Also, I highly recommend having Multiplayer switched on as the more players you can get in your game, the easier this will become. Once you defeat the Reborn God on this run, you should also have Worthy of Legend. Step: 3 Now that you have completed Hardcore, you should go online and find games to try and get the rest of the online trophies that you didn't manage to get during your previous runs. For help, or if you can't find any games that meet your needs, please check the Boosting Thread. You should also be aiming to mop up any of the trophies you didn't get earlier for the main boss fights. The bonus of the co-op is the drop-in / drop-out feature, allowing you to join a game at any point that someone is at, get the trophies required and leave. For the Level 20 trophies, just find a game online where the host is around level 18+ and isn't using the character you need the trophy for and join their game. * Note * This is where your saves come in from Step 1. You can get some of the other character trophies and the 2 player co-op trophies by utilising a second controller and loading up the save before the final boss. All you need to do then is either level up or defeat the God to get the respective trophies for each character. This is why only 2 playthroughs are required. The trophy will pop during the epilogue. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/13.jpgWorthy of Legend You have completed Dungeon Siege III at the highest difficulty level You need to complete the game on the Hardcore setting, just select one of your 4 playthroughs and start on Hardcore and complete the game, it should appear after beating the Reborn God. Your best bet for this playthrough is to take things slowly and pull small groups of enemies to you as they hit a lot harder than in Normal or Casual. If you become overwhelmed, then run away; the enemies will only follow you for a short distance, this will allow you to run and gun until they're dead. This can also be done by joining a game that is on Hardcore and in the midst of defeating the Reborn God. The trophy will pop during the epilogue. For help please check the Boosting Thread. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/14.jpgWe Are Legion You have gathered a full party of Legion descendants Cannot be missed, story related. This includes the amulet and ring items. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/16.jpgPerfectionist You completed your quest, plus all secondary quests in the game Missable. sansamb
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/17.jpgMaximum Charisma You achieved the highest possible influence with one of your companions Missable. For this you should concentrate on one companion only and not change to the others. You should work on this on another playthrough if you want to get Circle of Friends as well. As soon as I got Circle of Friends, I stuck to one companion and was just short of reaching this. To view how far along you are, press and progress appears next to your companion as a yellow bar marked as 'Influence'. This is also best attempted in offline mode as you could be working on one character and someone else could come into your game and start using a different character. Save regularly and reload at most of the conversations to try different options, this will allow you to see which ones will add influence and which won't. If you have made all the correct conversation choices, this should appear by the time you reach the Spire. See Circle of Friends for easy way to get this trophy. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/18.jpgCircle of Friends You achieved at least one level of influence with all three of your companions This will come naturally over the course of the game, just don’t stick to any one companion. You can tell when you have at least some influence with a companion by checking the Deeds section, this will show who you have already got influence with. Once you have received a deed for that companion, select another and work on them. The bar should be around halfway between the start and the letter 'I' in Influence on the select screen. **** Also for Maximum Charisma, just after the last fight with Jeyne, you have to come out from the Legion Chapterhouse, where there is some fire at your back and a save point on the left. Take note from here.... there are 2 doors in front of you, when you open the 1st door, your companion will praise you with some words. Immediately after that you will receive some influence from them. Make a save, reload the save, then open the 1st door again (spam if the door is open). You will receive influence again, redo it until you get the trophy. If you go out into the forest to level grind, return back before you save; you can open the door again as well. Thank you to Frogcat for the spot on this. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/19.jpgView From the Top You have achieved the maximum level Missable. You need to reach level 30. A good area to do this is in is the Forest of Mournweald just before the final battle. When you reach the end, just make the trip back to the chapterhouse and kill everything; the archons will bring you more than 200 exp each. You should be around level 27/28 by the time you reach this area, so not much grinding required. If you decided to fight the final boss before this make sure you are at least over halfway through level 29 and this should pop after killing it. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/20.jpgMerchant of Ehb You sold over 100,000 coins worth of items Glitchy. This is an easy trophy, just collect everything that drops from creature kills and destroyed objects and sell them at a merchant. To get this trophy quicker, use Lucas as he has an ability (Trade Master) that will increase the sale value of all items by 4% each rank (5 ranks total). You can confirm you have gotten over the 100,000 mark by checking your deeds. For me, I got the deed long before getting the trophy, just keep going and it will come eventually. An easy way to receive this, is to sell all your items and then re-purchase them and sell again. Keep doing this until you get the trophy. Thanks to XNebula for the spot and LMessi10 for confirming this works. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/21.jpgRajani's Rival You bested Rajani without needing to heal yourself Missable. Ranjani is found at the end of Upper Ravens Rill. Your best bet for this fight is to make sure that you have items equipped with the Vampire ability as this will allow you to heal without using a heal ability. The fight with Ranjani is in 2 phases, first she is in Human form and uses normal attacks along with firing a bolt and a pillar of flames. The last 2 are easy to avoid by dodging. The second phase has her in Fire form, the battle field will be almost cut in half in the shape of a cross. For this section, Ranjani will teleport to one of the four corners and send out multiple bolts and pillars of flame. If you are aggressive and go straight up to her and attack, most - if not all - of the attacks will miss. Just continue to follow her around and attack. Anajli is probably best for this fight as her Aura of Immolation will damage Ranjani and if you boost this ability with Cauterize, then it will also heal you and any companions in it. This with the items you equip with Vampire, should mean your health never drops below ¾. Tip by Lukey52 - when fighting Rajani, just attack her, as when you die your companion will revive you and this doesn't count towards being healed. This will also work for I Could Do This Blindfolded. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/22.jpgArchambaud's Anathema During your fight against the Dapper Old Gent, you destroy 50 of his Automatons Missable. The Dapper Old Gent is found in Stonebridge City. After the town is on fire and you speak to the council, save the game before walking through the causeway. That way if you fail to destroy the 50 automatons, you can reload before the fight. This is fairly easy, just keep avoiding the attacks, heal and kill the automatons only, they will continue to spawn. The trophy will pop after you have defeated the Gent. Tip: The Automatons will spawn in groups from teleporters, if you destroy 3 and leave the last one, they will come out one at a time. This is best done at the beginning as only 4 will be around at one time. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/23.jpgMoment of Solace Force Jeyne to flee before defeating her handmaids Missable. You will come across Jeyne multiple times before the end, all within the last part of the Spire. This trophy relates to the fight with Jeyne and 2 of her Archons in the Sanctum of Fire, just make sure that you only attack Jeyne and not the 2 supporting enemies. She will eventually flee the fight, allowing you to defeat the Archons. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/24.jpgFlawless Victory You defeated the reborn god without needing to be revived by a companion Missable. This is best attempted on Easy. First focus on his hand while it is down. Once you deplete its health by 1/2, you will then need to focus on the head. The god will spawn various enemies that you can either kill or avoid, as after awhile the god will suck them up and either drop his head or arm depending on what stage of the fight, so you can focus on that. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/25.jpgI Could Do This Blindfolded You defeated a major opponent using only your default equipment Missable. You need to beat one of the main bosses (Rajani, Dapper Old Gent, Jeyne or the Reborn God) in your default equipment. Don’t worry as you cannot sell these items and they will always be in your inventory. Just before the boss fight, make sure you equip all the defaults and also remove the ring and amulet just in case, then kill the boss. It will pop just after killing them. These are the items that you start the game with and cannot be sold, they won't show up on the items screen - only on the equip screen. All these items will have a value of 0. Remember to unequip all rings and amulets. [spoiler=sansamb00010] Lucas: Greatsword Ailettes Couters Hauberk Tassets Short Sword Buckler Anajli: Staff Helmet Bracer Breastplate Boots Ember Glimmer Katarina: Rifle Clasp Gloves Blouse Stockings Shotgun Pistol Reinhart: Cynosure Headband Vest Pants Shoes Gauntlet Belt http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/26.jpgEnduring Champion Over you career, you have sustained at least 100,000 points of damage Glitchy. This will come over the course of the game and you will easily accumulate damage. You can confirm you have got over the 100,000 mark by checking your Deeds. For me, I got the deed long before getting the trophy, just keep going and it will come eventually. This is really easy with a second controller, even playing on your own, as after a short while P2 will automatically move with you and fight on its own. There is a save point in the East Forest, so you can save your game there and then get a party of 4 together for the last section and the boss. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/30.jpgJinx You were part of a conversation wherein four players were all in agreement as to what to say For this you need a complete party of 4 players. When you get to some dialogue with an NPC, make sure that everybody selects the same option. If you are the host, you should wait until everyone has selected, because as soon as you select, the conversation continues. Each person needs to press on the option rather than just highlighting it, otherwise it won’t work. Once P1 makes the final selection the trophy should pop. This can be done with 2 people and 2 controllers each (but online only, as you can't use 4 offline). http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/31.jpgMilitary Intelligence You were part of a conversation wherein four players were all in disagreement as to what to say For this you need a complete party of 4 players. When you get to some dialogue with an NPC, there need to be 4 dialogue choices - make sure that everybody selects a different option. If you are the host, you should wait until everyone has selected, because as soon as you select, the conversation continues. Each person needs to press on the option rather than just highlighting it, otherwise it won’t work. Once P1 makes the final selection the trophy should pop. To get an empowered ability, they need to be used over and over again until you have mastered it. For the defensive abilities, these take longer to master as to charge them you need to be hit by enemies. As you will be playing someone’s companion, it is best to start early on and stick with them. I would advise going for the ‘Nerds Hate Sunlight’ at the same time. As doing a game in the later stages will take longer and more chance of deaths. The AI is useless at continuously using their defensive abilities; the enemy AI only really attacks them when you are dead or stuck and can’t reach you. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/33.jpgFellowship of the Ding You took part in a level-up while in a four player game If you start the game as a 4 player team, and stay together without someone dropping out or in, this will pop when you have finished speaking to Odo in the Legion Chapterhouse and everyone has leveled up and selected their options. This is the best option as the quickest route to level up, with no need to save the game. Therefore, if you are worried about how someone will level up your companions, they have very few options and it won’t affect you play style. This will also help get We Are Legion straight away as well. This can be done with 2 people and 2 controllers each (but online only, as you can't use 4 offline). http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/34.jpgNerds Hate Sunlight You and a friend have played three hours in one session As the description states, this needs to be done in one session with the same co-op partner. If you can find someone to play for 3 hours then this trophy will come easily. Another way is to set up offline co-op and go to an area of the map that is confined with no enemies - the Legion chapterhouse is a good place - then just set up both controllers to move your characters left or right and lock that in, then on one of the controllers lock the camera into a turn. This will mean both characters will run in a circle and the game thinks that both players are there, if you just leave it alone without this the game registers the player as taking a break and becomes computer controlled until the controller is then used again. For help please check the Boosting Thread. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/584/35.jpgMaximum Bro Fist Playing co-op as Lucas and Reinhart, you defeated a boss This can be got on any of the main bosses (Ranjani, Dapper Old Gent, Jeyne and the Reborn Old god). You can do these 2 quests in any order so you might get it in Stonebridge if you have done Glitterdelve first. There are more than 60 lore entries, though, so don’t worry if haven't gotten it by then and just keep looking. There are 2 deeds in the game associated with lore entries, you will get the first at 30 and the second at 60, this will somewhat help you to at a quick glance see how far you are. This is really easy with a second controller, even playing on your own, as after a short while P2 will automatically move with you and fight on its own. When you start a new game, just press on controller 2 and then play through. You can then get this trophy and 'Of One Mind' by the time you reach Raven's Rill. You copied pasted both trophies descriptions! Edited June 14, 2011 by Skullz_69

XNebula
Doesn't look too bad, I'm relieved that you can get most of the online trophies pretty easily. Although getting the coordination of 3 other people might be difficult depending how popular the game is.
nimrod
I wonder if you have to play online co-op or if it can be done in offline co-op ...
sansamb
I wonder if you have to play online co-op or if it can be done in offline co-op ... Some can be done offline, but the 4 player trophies have to be done online, as can only use 2 contollers yourself. If you can get together some people with mics then not to much of an issue, but agree, coordination can be a headache with randoms dropping in. You can get away with 2 others and use a spare controller as the AI will take over if its left idle.

Or in other words, can 4 people playing on 2 PS3 do a 4 player co-op game?
QuantumMercury
You may also want to develop a road map for your guide. It looks good and I would hate to see it locked cause it didn't have a roadmap to go along with it.
Cookieflux
Literally just passed up on the chance to buy this game. Did I make a mistake? It looks awesome and there seem to be some fun trophies to get. I think I'll be picking it up after work tomorrow. Nice guide by the way!
Dhiraj1
Can we have a roadmap for this...i find it hard to follow trophy guides when they are listed in original order, as trophies are earned at diff places. So its best to have an indication what trophies to expect where while a playthrough is going on.

Dhiraj1
Also how does the collectibles work if u play with a friend or boost partner right from start? Reading around, it seems this is a game best enjoyed with people like Borderlands. So if i play with someone from start to finish, how do collectibles work between us? Do we both get it even if 1 collects it? Same question for misc trophies and story stuff? Edited June 19, 2011 by Dhiraj1
neosnake101
Show Off trophy didn't unlock for me when i had green equipment on 2 different slots. I changed them with blue ones i found later on and then it popped. So green is not enough.
NalaCin
Hi Do you get influence with a character always controlled by my coop partner ? Example : My gf is katarina and Im Lucas, And I'm the game starter my account and controller 1. Will I gain influence with katarina ? Or do you only get it when the partner is ai controlled ? Well, ofc you can. You can tell you're GF what she should do and what skills she should take. At least it seems that way from playing the demo. (still waiting for my copy to arrive)
sansamb
Im not 100% sure, but from what i have played of co-op yes you do get influence for your partner, depending on your (P1) conversation choices.
