1.) Quest: Help the Honey Buzzards - At Ancient Temple Ruins, destroy the orcs' cargo found at the harbor.

  • Art: Honey Buzzards, Eaters of Wasps
  • Area: Ancient Temple Ruins (Route A)
  • Prerequisites: After completing the first mission for the Adventurers Guild to become a member.

Walkthrough: Defeat two Orcs that are hidden behind the optional wooden door.

2.) Quest: Beastmaster - Kill 10 enemies while riding atop a dragonlisk or sabretooth

  • Art: The Dark Elf Beastmaster
  • Prerequisites: After retrieving the scepter from the Old Capital in the second mission.
  • Areas: Old Capital, Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress

Walkthrough: Upon entering the Old Capital you will encounter a large grey Sabretooth tiger. Beat him up until you receive the triangle prompt when standing on top of him, which will allow you to mount him. After mounting him you can attack enemies with square until they die. Repeat this ten times to complete the quest.

If you accidentally kill the Sabretooth you can find a Dragonlisk in the same level, roughly halfway through the stage. It looks like a grey raptor.

3.) Quest: Delicacy Delivery - Collect 10 spores from the myconids

  • Art: Fungi Researchers
  • Prerequisites: After retrieving Lucain’s Bones from Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth.
  • Area: Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth (Route A)

Walkthrough: Spores can be obtained from large glowing mushrooms in Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth. Make your way through the stage until you enter a room with a large wasps nest in the center. Just to the left and right of the nest are a pair of very large glowing mushrooms in the background. Walk up to them and hit them until they drop all of their spores. Repeat this step on every pair of mushrooms that you come across in the stage.

The amount of spores that the mushrooms drop seems to be random. If for whatever reason you don’t get all 10 in a single run you will have to come back a second time.

4.) Quest: Reclamation of Honor - At Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress, open the treasure chests without waking the sleeping orcs.

  • Art: Javleen the Hero
  • Prerequisites: Obtain the Sword of Javleen by completing the fourth stage, Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress.
  • Area: Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress (Route A)

Walkthrough: In the middle of the Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress stage is an area with multiple doors. Behind them are rooms where three orcs are sleeping on cots. In one of the rooms is a chest that is located on the right hand side of the room. To complete the quest you will have to click on the chest and open it without hitting any of the orcs. Once you do the quest will be completed and you can kill the orcs or leave without disturbing them.

Although the quest description says “chests” as in more than one in the stage, you only have to open one chest to complete it.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDavKx_j0fY&hd=1]Dragon's Crown - Quest: Reclamation of Honor (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

Note: If you are playing online co-op, people typically will attack the orcs the second they enter the room. It is best to play solo when trying to complete this quest.

5.) Quest: Morgan’s Web - Slay giant spiders and gather 5 strands of spider silk.

  • Art: Spider Silk Mantle
  • Prerequisites: After completing the fifth mission in the Castle of the Dead: Catacombs, that required you to look into and rescue the missing village girls.
  • Area: Various

Walkthrough: Giant Spiders spawn in multiple stages in the game and occasionally drop spider silk when they die. The silk looks like a tiny white ball. Here are some of their locations, in the order you will first encounter them and their number:

Ancient Temple Ruins (A Route) - 2

Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (A Route) - 6

6.) Quest: Ship Sleuthing - Search for clues aboard the famed Elliot at Ghost Ship Cove

  • Art: Elliot Pid, Explorer Extraordinaire
  • Prerequisites: After completing the sixth mission in the Ghost Ship Cove, which had you recover the stolen Royal Orb from the pirates in Ghost Ship Cove.
  • Area: Ghost Ship Cove (Route A)

Walkthrough: Once you enter the ship you will see a door at the back of the room, with two runes to the right of it. After entering the door you will be ambushed by a group of pirates. Dispatch them and then click on the black pirate flag to complete the quest.

7.) Quest: Must Love Hellhounds - Withstand 5 attacks from a hellhound.

  • Art: Hellhounds
  • Prerequisites: After completing the seventh mission in the Forgotten Sanctuary, where you had to activate the Golem with runes to cleanse the area of evil.
  • Area: Forgotten Sanctuary (Route A), Mage’s Tower (Route A)

Walkthrough: The first time you will encounter the hellhounds is in the Forgotten Sanctuary, but they appear in several other stages as well. Hellhounds have two attacks, but the only one that will count towards the quest is the fire breathing attack.

Since they don’t always breathe fire it can make being hit by it really difficult, if you or other players are attacking the hellhound and interrupting their firebreath. Because of this it is best to do the quest alone, without computer allies, or with another real player that is also working towards the quest.

8.) Quest: Henritta’s Automatic Doll - On the first floor of Mage’s Tower, deflect magic with a giant shield and look for a doll in the opened room.

  • Art: Henritta’s Dolls
  • Prerequisites: After completing the eighth mission in the Mage’s Tower, where you have to recover the black rune stones.
  • Area: Mage’s Tower

Walkthrough: Right as you enter the Mage’s Tower you will see two silver shields mounted on both sides of the wall. Knock one down and pick it up with triangle to wield it. Now that you’ve equipped it you must reflect one of the wizard enemies green floating orb attacks. After you do it correctly a small doorway will open up on the right wall. Walk into the doorway where the small doll is and click on it to complete the quest.

Note: It is best to do this quest completely alone—without NPC or PC allies—because they can interrupt the mage's and/or kill them. Since you can load up the stage and walk directly into the tower without having to fight, it is easy to do on any difficulty.

9.) Quest: Forest Clearing - At Lost Woods, destroy 30 wood golems.

  • Art: Tree Temult
  • Prerequisites: After completing the ninth mission in the Lost Woods, where you have to speak with the Hermit.
  • Area: Lost Woods (Both Routes)

Walkthrough: Wood Golems are the enemies that look like walking tree logs. There is an abundance of them in the Lost Woods and you will get 15-20 of them depending on the route you take. Clear the stage and then restart it to clean up however many are remaining.

  • Area: Canaan Temple

Walkthrough: Collect 30 sets of adventurer bones and take them to Canaan temple. Resurrect them to complete the quest. • Art: Harpy Chicks
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Ancient Temple Ruins (Route A)

Walkthrough: In the first stage, Ancient Temple Ruins, the Harpy boss has a giant nest sitting underneath it. You can either draw it away from the nest towards the left of the screen to ensure that it doesn’t take very much damage, or kill it in the air quickly. If you use a higher level character and allies (30+) on Normal mode you can easily dispatch it before the nest is destroyed.

13.) Quest: Steal Wyvern Eggs - At Old Capital, collect 12 eggs dropped by female wyverns.

  • Art: Dragonriders
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Old Capital (Route A)

Walkthrough: When the male Wyvern boss loses half of his health he will start to spawn additional Wyvern minions. When the minions die they drop three eggs golden wyvern eggs. Continue to kill the newly spawned wyverns while ignoring the boss, until you have all 12.

If you attempt to do this with very high level NPC's or other players they will frequently dispatch the boss before you can acquire enough eggs, so you may want to attempt this solo if you are concerned about failing.

14.) Quest: Doom Cocoons - At Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth, smash 5 doom beetle cocoons.

  • Art: Giant Worms
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth (Route A)

Walkthrough: The boss of Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth (A Route) is a gigantic black Doom Beetle. He will spawn a ton of little green caterpillars that wrap themselves in a cocoon, in an attempt to transform into a full grown Doom Beetle. Destroy five of them before they can transform to complete the quest.

It is best to do this quest with other players so they will help focus down the cocoons, or with a higher level character on Normal difficulty.

15.) Quest: Rescue the Children - Defeat the Minotour in 2 minutes or less.

  • Art: Children of the Labyrinth
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress (Route A)

Walkthrough: The minotaur wields a giant axe and occasionally charges at you. He also will summon Orc adds on higher difficulties. If you attempt him on Hard or Normal when you are max level he will die under the time limit with ease. If you wish to do it on Infernal you should bring a Wizard with Slow and/or a Sorceress with Gravity, in order to keep him from charging off screen and hold him still for maximum damage output.

16.) Quest: Save the Seamstress - At Castle of the Dead: Catacombs, save the girls and protect them from the vampires

  • Art: The Blood Countess
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (Route A)

Walkthrough: There are three girls being held captive inside of the castle. To save them you must go to each of the optional rooms and walk over to them to free them. After you have freed all three girls you need to clear your way to the final room which has a ton of vampires in it.

The vampires will occasionally latch onto the girls and do massive amounts of damage. In order to prevent that as much as possible try and stay grouped up on top of them at all times. Don't pursue the vampires across the room. Whenever a vampire grabs a girl, immediately knock it off. Continue to do this until all of the vampires are dead.

17.) Quest: Release the Genie - Summon the genie 3 times

  • Art: The Genie’s Harem
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Ghost Ship Cove (Route A)

Walkthrough: Shortly after the pirates ambush you at the end of the stage a pirate with a genie’s lamp will appear. Attack him to knock it out of his hand and then pick it up with triangle. Hold down square to summon the genie after you pick it up. Rather than just standing there with it summoned in your hand and letting it attack the pirates, press triangle instead to drop the lamp. Immediately pick it back up and summon the genie again. Do this one more time for a total of three summons.

If you let the genie continuously attack the pirates it will take a lot longer to complete the quest than necessary.

18.) Quest: Decipher Golem Runes - At Forgotten Sanctuary, destroy the enemy golem without activating the runes.

  • Art: Golem Master
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Forgotten Sanctuary (Route A)

Walkthrough: At the final stage of this stage you will come across a friendly golem with runes next to him, that are used to activate it. Ignore the runes and run to the end of the area. Eventually you'll encounter the enemy golem at the far end of the path.

To kill it without the assistance of a golem you should do the following things:

1.) Make nearby goblins drop their bombs, then pick them up and use them on the Golem.

2.) Equip + damage to Object equipment as well as to demons, since there are a lot of them nearby.

3.) Bring your own explosives and throw them at the Golem

It will take a while but eventually it will die.

19.) Quest: Peer into the Past - At Mage’s Tower, defeat the warlock leader of the underground organization alone. *Set other party slots to “Join Off” at the Inn

  • Art: The Corrupted Magician
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: The Mage’s Tower (Route A)

Walkthrough: Accept the quest and head over to Dragon’s Haven Inn. Select “Choose Allies” and then press triangle on all three slots, so that they read “Join off” in red letters. With your party closed off head over to the Mage’s Tower. Clear your way through the stage and select Route A. Now kill the Warlock at the end of the route to complete the quest.

20.) Quest: Soul Gazing - At Lost Woods, Equip the urn and defeat a gazer alone. *Set other party slots to “Join Off” at the Inn

  • Art: The Gazers’ Homeworld
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Lost Woods (Route A)

Walkthrough: After accepting the quest you will receive the Urn quest item. Equip it just like you would any other item or skill and then proceed to Dragon’s Haven Inn. Select “Choose Allies” and then press triangle on all three slots, so that they read “Join off” in red letters.

Now, with the Urn equipped and the join slots closed, head over to the Lost Woods. Take Route A and clear your way to the final boss which is none other than the Gazer. Defeat it by yourself to complete the quest.

21.) Quest: Crush Hydeland’s Enemies - Defeat 10 gladiators

22.) Quest: A Midsummer Day’s Request - Free 10 fairies trapped in cages in various locations

  • Art: Midsummer Night’s Dream
  • Prerequisites: Defeat the Ancient Dragon (final boss) on Normal difficulty to unlock this quest.
  • Area: Random

Walkthrough: From what I can discern these fairies spawn pretty randomly throughout every stage. The one consistent thing is that they appear more often in the optional and hidden rooms and B Routes than anywhere else.

The second you get the quest you should activate it and leave it on until it completes.

Here are just a few locations that I’ve found them in:

Forgotten Sanctuary (2 - Route B), Old Capital (1 - Route A) , Ghost Ship Cove (1 - Route B), Ancient Temple Ruines (1 - Route A, behind door), Lost Woods (1, VERY start of the stage)

23.) Quest: Rite of Passage - Wear the Amazons’ ritual armor and slay 50 orcs.

  • Art: Amazon Hunters
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Various, but I highly suggest Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress (Route B)

Walkthrough: When you accept the quest you will be given a suit of armor that you must equip like a regular item. Once you are wearing it all you have to do is kill a total of 50 orcs to complete the quest.

Orcs are the green hulking monsters that can be found just about anywhere. They are the largest non-boss enemy you will encounter and only the sabretooth is anywhere near their size.

Although you can find orcs in just about every stage, you won’t find a higher concentration of them anywhere than you will in Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress’, Route B. You will get roughly 15 kills on your way to the Gargoyle Gate and you can easily farm another 20-30 once you reach the gate. All you have to do is let them destroy the cannons and don’t destroy the gate quickly, which will cause more and more waves of orcs and goblins to spawn.

Load up the fortress again if you didn’t finish them in one run.

24.) Quest: Draconic History - Investigate the room behind the wall painting in the Ancient Temple Ruins.

  • Art: Deinonychus
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Ancient Temple Ruins (Route A)

Walkthrough: Roughly half way through the stage you will come to a room with a large green mural painting on the back wall. There are also two large pillars on both sides which makes the room very memorable. Click on the painting and then walk right up to it and attack it until it is destroyed. Enter the now open hole in the wall to complete the quest.

25.) Quest: Kill Killer Fish - Slay 10 killer fish.

  • Art: Sea God’s Envoy
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Lost Woods (Route A), Old Capital (Route A)

Walkthrough: The Lost Woods is the best location to kill a large number of fish, because you take a boat during it where a lot of fish try to attack you. It’s the only stage that you can get more than three or four in a single run.

When the fish jump out of the water you need to launch a medium-high attack before they land on the boat. If you time it wrong they will do damage to the boat and everyone in it.

There are also 8 fish in the Old Capital Route level 17 version, and 3 in the first version.

26.) Quest: Reacquire Research - In a lab of Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth, step on the floor switches in the proper order to open the chest.

  • Art: Mutation
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and complete "Delicacy Delivery".
  • Area: Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth (Route A)

Walkthrough: There is a hidden room that requires you to do a simple puzzle in order to unlock a chest. When you enter it you will see a bunch of multi-color switches scattered across the ground. The code is red, yellow, blue, purple. If you get it wrong simply step on the switch in the center to reset the puzzle and then try it again.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baDGZn4CIzo]Dragon's Crown - Quest: Reacquire Research (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

27.) Quest: Flying Fortress Blueprints - Find the treasure chest hidden in Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress that contains the blueprint.

  • Art: Death Zeppelin
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress (Route A)

Walkthrough: Bring an explosive with you when attempting this because you will need it to access the hidden room. It is possible to pick up a bomb that is laying around but sometimes there are none and it’s not worth risking it.

Right after choosing your route you will come across a wall with a damaged stone. Pick up a bomb off of the ground if you didn’t bring one, stand in front of the door, and then use square to drop it right in front of it. The bomb will explode and allow you to enter the room.

28.) Quest: Best of the Dead - Defeat 5 dark skeleton swordsman wights.

  • Art: Lord of the Undead Swordsman
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Various, but the best place is the Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (Route B)

Walkthrough: The dark skeleton sworsdmen wights are skeletons with glowing black bones and a sword. They are much stronger than the other skeletons and they appear in various stages at random. You will find quite a few of them in Wallace's Undergound Laboratory on Hard difficulty, as well as Castle of the Dead: Catacombs and in the Ancient Dragon fight.

29.) Quest: Open Sesame - Open the stone entrance somewhere in Ghost Ship Cove with rune magic.

  • Art: Slayer of 40 Thieves
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Ghost Ship Cove (Route A)

Walkthrough: You will eventually come across what looks like a mountain of rocks sticking out of the water. At the very center of it is a rocky door with an “O” rune engraved on it. Use the Open Sesame rune magic (Blue+Green) to open the hidden door.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqrIcbvsTCs]Dragon's Crown - Quest: Open Sesame (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

30.) Quest: Harpy Problems - Investigate Ancient Temple Ruins alone and defeat the harpy. *Set other party slots to “Join Off” at the Inn.

  • Art: The Harpy’s Charms
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Ancient Temple Ruins (Route A)

Walkthrough: After accepting the quest go to Dragon’s Haven Inn. Select “Choose Allies” and then press triangle on all three slots, so that they read “Join off” in red letters. Exit the Inn and proceed to the Ancient Temple Ruins. Choose Route A when you run into Roland, then clear to the end of the stage and defeat the Harpy to complete the quest.

The Harpy's weakness is lightning and his race is Demon, so it is best to bring +damage to demonic and lightning, as well as -damage from demonic. Like all of the solo quests, the easiest method of doing them is on Normal due to lower mob density and overall difficulty.

31.) Quest: Mysterious Whispers - Investigate the hidden room at Old Capital and obtain treasure.

  • Art: Banshee
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Old Capital (Route A)

Walkthrough: After the room with the fish you will come to a hallway with a large metal door. Walk to the right of it until you pass two pillars and see what looks like a blank rectangular outline on the wall. Click on it and then destroy it to reveal a hidden passage. Go in and open the chest to complete the quest.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TMUSB1nWKA]Dragon's Crown - Quest: Mysterious Whispers (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

Note: Because the room is located so close to the end of the stage it is best to do this quest solo. People often rush ahead to the next area without waiting for the wall to come down.

32.) Quest: Lima Ray’s Resurrection - Snuff the candles in the room with the magic circle at Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth and search the statue of the false god.

  • Art: Lima Ray the Witch
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Wallace’s Underground Labyrinth (Route B)

Walkthrough: You will come to a hidden room with a bunch of goblins wielding torches. In the middle is a pentagram with a bunch of red candles. Kill all of the goblins and use the slide attack on top of each candle to extinguish them. Once they are all out, click on the demon statue’s head that is located at the back of the room.

33.) Quest: Church Cover-Up - At Castle of the Dead: Catacombs, defeat all vampires within two minutes.

  • Art: Vampire Hunter
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (Route A)

Walkthrough: The vampires will initially spawn one at a time but will gradually increase in number, similar to the Pirate boss in A Route of Ghost Ship Cove.

Although they look like undead ghosts you should use +humanoid and lightning damage against them. Also be sure to bring at least one village girl with you in order to keep them focused on one target as much as possible. Stand near the village girl they are attacking and focus them down one by one. Don't chase them across the screen because they teleport a good deal and will always come back.

34.) Quest: Hunt for the Forbidden Text - At Mage’s Tower, search the bookcase of the official and knock to open the hidden library.

  • Art: Dragonkin
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game once and complete more quests; one of 28 randomly given.
  • Area: Mage’s Tower (Route A)

Walkthrough: There is a room with a ton of books and a note with a red arrow pointing to the right. The note reads “You can check out a maximum of two books from this shelf.” Click the bookshelf twice to make two books fall down, then destroy it to reveal the Official’s hidden room.

35.) Quest: Dead Master’s Party - At Castle of the Dead: Catacombs, turn three times clockwise in front of the ghosts and dance

  • Art: Dead Man’s Party
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game once and complete more quests; one of 28 randomly given.
  • Area: Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (Both Routes)

Walkthrough: Once you encounter some ghosts all you have to do is quickly rotate your left stick three times in a clockwise rotation. The second you do three spins the quest will complete.

36.) Quest: Crystal Collection - Obtain 20 amethysts from the crystal outcropping

  • Art: Dark Crystal
  • Prerequisites: Complete “Lima Ray’s Resurrection”.
  • Area: Lost Woods (Route A)

Walkthrough: Go to the Lost Woods and make your way through the stage until you come to an area with a bunch of large, purple crystal formations. Attack and destroy each of them to collect amethysts. Repeat the process until you have 20.

Note: If your boat sinks you will not make it to the crystal forest. Be sure to kill all of the attacking fish and avoid the whirlpools.

37.) Quest: Informer - At Forgotten Sanctuary in the room with the blue door, show “death” with the runes to obtain information.

  • Art: Hell Evangelists
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Forgotten Sanctuary (Route B)

Walkthrough: Half way through Route B you will come across a large, dark blue door (it looks purple in all honesty) with a giant K rune engraved on it. Use the Skeleton Key rune magic (Blue + Green) to open it and then enter the room. Once inside look for the rune that looks like an upside down triangle (apparently it’s an “I”). Activate it and use the D I E rune magic (Red + Yellow).

38.) Quest: A Monk’s Struggle - At Forgotten Sanctuary, destroy the false god.

  • Art: Sinful Succubi
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Forgotten Sanctuary (Route B)

Walkthrough: Just beyond the blue Skeleton Key door you will find a giant purple spell circle on the ground along with a statue to the right of it. Walk around the circle and destroy the statue.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sib7HRDRhk0]Dragon's Crown - Quest: A Monks Struggle (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

Note: I highly suggest you do this without other players (NPC's are fine) in the room. People often rush into the spell circle and make you miss the opportunity to kill the statue.

39.) Quest: Magic Carpet Secrets - At Mage’s Tower, look for a tool used in magic carpet construction.

  • Art: Arachne
  • Prerequisites: Complete “Open Sesame”
  • Area: Mage’s Tower (Route B)

Walkthrough: Ride the magic carpet up to the next room. Once you get off of it click on the wooden spinning wheel to complete the quest.

40.) Quest: Submerged Memories - At Lost Woods, steer a small boat into the vortex.

  • Art: Scylla in the Depths
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Lost Woods (Route A)

Walkthrough: At the very end of the stage you will start to ride a small boat. While riding it you are typically supposed to avoid the swirling vortexes and oncoming fish, but this time you want to drive directly into them and let the fish land in your boat. Once your boat sinks you will have completed the quest.

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZqeohEva1g]Dragon's Crown - Quest: Submerged Memories (Museum Owner Trophy Guide) - YouTube[/ame]

Note: Because you need to intentionally sink the boat it is best to do this solo, rather than in online co-op. People will stop the fish from jumping into the boat and forcibly steer you away from the vortexes. This will result in you having to repeat the stage for the quest.

41.) Quest: Living Fossil - Look for a young great sea serpent in shallow waters of Ghost Ship Cove.

  • Art: The Mythical Sea Serpent
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Ghost Ship Cove (Route B)

Walkthrough: When you encounter the Kraken you will have to intentionally lose the fight by letting him collapse the cave. You can kill his limbs and incoming enemies in order to reduce your damage intake, but don't kill the Kraken himself.

After the Kraken runs away you will be washed away and end up at the exit. Right on the beach you will see a small fish (the sea serpent). Click on it to complete the quest.

Note: This should absolutely be done solo, otherwise you will frustrate the other players that need to kill the Kraken. Not to mention you run the risk of having your party kill the Kraken in which case you'd need to do the stage again.

42.) Quest: Looks Can Kill - At Ancient Temple Ruins, challenge Medusa alone and defeat her.

  • Art: Gorgon Sisters
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Ancient Temple Ruins (Route B)

Walkthrough: Medusa is the lowest level B Route boss in the game but it can take an unusual amount of time and effort to kill her, due to her adds, petrification and awkward hit box. Equipping an item that makes you immune to petrify will help a great deal in this fight because it will allow for maximum damage up time and help you dodge her big attacks.

I suggest attempting her on Normal difficulty at max level because it only takes around 2 minutes to clear her at best. If you fight the boss on a higher difficulty you only have to worry about her laser eye attack that does a huge amount of damage. To avoid it always dodge away from the direction she's looking towards. So if she's on your left, dodge to the left since she will be looking to the right at you.

43.) Quest: Cyclops Problems - At Wallace's Underground Labyrinth, close the door to the cyclopes' prison alone. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Goddess of Fertility
  • Prerequisites: Beat the game and turn in any quest, or finish the Hermit quest chain in the Lost Woods for the second time.
  • Area: Wallace's Underground Labyrinth (Route B)

Walkthrough: In this fight you will have to dispatch two Cyclopes' while stopping additional ones from entering through the open gate. To accomplish this you should always prioritize the hand on the gate when it appears, otherwise you will have a brand new enemy enter the fight. Use +humanoid damage and lightning for maximum effectiveness.

It's also best to focus down a single cyclopse whenever a hand isn't on the gate rather than spreading the damage out between them. That way you only have one to to worry about when you are fighting the gate, rather than two enemies trying to stop you. The fight ends when both cyclopes' are dead and the gate is successfully shut.

44.) Quest: Breach Gargoyle Gate - Go to Gargoyle Gate at Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress alone and destroy it without anyone's help. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Goddess of Fertility
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Harpy Problems".
  • Area: Bilbaron Subterranean Fortress (Route B)

Walkthrough: Bring +object damage for the gate and wear +humanoid and +lightning damage if you can manage it, to help kill the goblins and orcs fighting near it. Do not use fire because it is resistant to it, as are the humanoids. Almost all of the damage done is physical from humanoids, but there is also a lot of fire and the occasional object damage from the gate itself, so use the necessary -damage items if you are struggling.

Be sure to prioritize using and protecting the cannon over all else. If you are a Wizard cast slow between the gate and the cannon once it appears.

45.) Quest: Family Matters - At Castle of the Dead: Catacombs, defeat the wraith within two minutes.

  • Art: Angel of Destiny
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Soul Gazing"
  • Area: Castle of the Dead: Catacombs (Route B)

Walkthrough: Bring +undead and +fire damage items. When you pick up the first torch don't just rush over and light the statue. Wait for the Wraith to walk into range and summon some undead, then use it. If you light it too early you will waste valuable time that it won't be debuffing the Wraith, but will be ticking down still.

46.) Quest: A Beast Most Foul - Without anyone else's assistance, defeat the Killer Rabbit at Lost Woods. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Ill-tempered Beast
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Soul Gazing"
  • Area: Lost Woods (Route B)

Walkthrough: Bring +natural and +fire damage items. Avoid the tornado and keep him in the corner as much as possible.

47.) Quest: Unnatural Life - At Mage's Tower, defeat a chimera alone. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Ill-Homonculus
  • Prerequisites: Complete "A Beast Most Foul"
  • Area: Mage's Tower (Route B)

Walkthrough: Position yourself between two of the heads so that you are always doing damage to more than one at a time. The least dangerous head is the lion's so try and stay near it as much as possible.

48.) Quest: Myth Busters - Go alone to Ghost Ship Cove and defeat the Kraken. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Anna Bonnie: Pirate, Legend
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Unnatural Life"
  • Area: Ghost Ship Cove (Route B)

Walkthrough: Use +fire and natural damage. You can only damage his body after you kill the three tentacles he sprouts up. When they die two dragon men come out and assist him. Dispatch the dragons and then immediately attack the Kraken.

He has 3 attacks you need to avoid:

Tidal Wave - water rushes underneath you, just jump over it.

Orb Poison - launches a wave of purple poison balls that poison the ground in a line; don't let it land on you and avoid it when it's on the ground.

Poison Breath - huge purple gas that you can back away from.

If you don't kill him within ~3 minutes he will collapse the cave and you will have to run the stage again to kill him.

49.) Quest: Contract Renegotiations - At Forgotten Sanctuary, defeat the Arch Demon alone. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Anna Bonnie: Fallen Angel
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Myth Busters"
  • Area: Forgotten Sanctuary (Route B)

Walkthrough: Use +demonic and ice damage for the boss adds. When his hands sparkle with electricity, get behind him immediately. Whenever he vanishes start dodging around to avoid getting crushed. You should try and clear out the additional demons whenever possible to avoid getting overwhelmed.

50.) Quest: Bear Witness - At Old Capital, challenge the red dragon alone and defeat it within the treasure room. *Set other party slots to "Join Off" at the inn.

  • Art: Anna Bonnie: Princess Meriad, the Martyr
  • Prerequisites: Complete "Contract Renegotiations"
  • Area: Old Capital (Route B)

Walkthrough: You must kill the red dragon without ever exiting the room he is sleeping in at the start of the battle. Use +draconic and ice damage along with as much -draconic damage and fire/physical resist that you can muster.

Before waking him up be sure to use every potion you have and use your largest attack. After he wakes up get him to run to the door with you or to the bottom left corner. If you stay near him when he is at either location he jumps around far less and is easier to predict.

At lvl 35 now and was wondering if I should finish the quests at the cap or beat the game?? And do them at a higher difficulty for the exp.

They give the same amount of experience on both difficulties. The reason being that you can only acquire a specific quest by making it to said difficulty. Which is why the second set of quests for beating the game on Normal are all worth substantially more than the first set you get, and so on.

About treasure art Nº 57: Beat the game on Infernal difficulty.

Do you have to beat the game on infernal with one character or you have to beat it with every character?

I read somewhere you have to beat it with every character on infernal difficult.

Pretty confident it's one character, the same as every other Treasure Art. It would almost triple the platinum time if that was the case.

What is the best thing to do : Doing all the side-quests and getting the gallery pics on the first playthrough or doing all side-quests and getting the gallery pics with your char your going to level 99 with ?

You will want the most skill points possible on your Infernal character in order to make things easier in the long run. If your first playthrough is also with the character you plan on doing Inferal with, definitely get a good chunk of them out of the way as soon as you can. There's no use saving them and every point you get will make things go smoother.

It's not possible to finish all of the quests in one playthrough, because you only unlock a total of 11 quests on Normal difficulty. Then another 11 open up when you beat the Ancient Dragon for a total of 22 for making to the second (Hard) difficulty. Once you make it through the Hermit chain for a second time you'll unlock yet another 11 more quests for a total of 33.

Basically for beating the game 1 1/2 times you will get 33 out of the 50 available quests.

The ones after that are unlocked for completing some the second tier (Hard) difficulty quests, but I'm not entirely sure how many of the remaining 17 come from doing that. I know at least 7 of them do. It's very possible, and logical, that the final 10 are all given to you when you reach Inferno.

Finish the game on normal and you'll unlock every sidequests and 50 artworks. You can finish them on hard, or switch to normal to rush them (you have to pray to change difficulties for O gold ^^). The bad news is, you don't have any more quests to level up till 99.

I can confirm this.

The last batch of quests (basically: go kill all B route bosses alone!) unlock after beating the game on normal. There is no needto do them on hard, so just revert back to normal and finish them.

Also, I've unlocked Infernal difficulty just yesterday and no new quests opened up. Might be common knowledge, but I thought I'd throw it out there.;)

You only unlock 22 quests for just beating the game on Normal. Four times now I've done it and all four I've only unlocked 22. The rest come from doing additional quests and/or clearing the game additional times.

Yes and no.

Yes, the quests do not unlock all at once, but only after you've completed other quests as prerequesites.

No, you do not have to beat the game multiple/additional times to unlock more quests. Beating the last boss once (per character) if fine to unlock all quests (for that character).

Or are you trying to say that beating the game renders the prerequesites obsolete and instantly unlocks all quests? That I wouldn't know.

If for example you've done 5 quests with amazon and select a different char do you have to play through them quests again or is it shared ?

Every character only tracks his/her quest log. So you have to do them with every character seperately.

Bit of a headache, but otherwise it would be quite... I don't know... nonsensical?... to start a lvl 1 character with 57 skill points already at his/her hand...;)

I completed all of the quests available to me on my first character during my first playthrough—11 in total—and no additional quests unlocked until I beat the Ancient Dragon. Once it died I immediately received an additional 11, but nothing else after. I was stuck at 22.

Instead of doing more quests I decided to power level a Wizard. The second I got my wiz through Lost woods my first character unlocked an additional 11 quests, all at the same time.

After that I started turning in more quests and each time I did an additional 2 quests would unlock.

So basically there's 2 ways to get all of the quests:

1.) Beat the game repeatedly and/or clear the hermit stage

2.) Beat the game and then do every single quest to continuously unlock more.

Either way you have to beat the game at least once and do some additional work to get the rest of the quests. There's wayyy more information that is to go with this guide but I haven't finished writing and editing it all, since I still have more quests to fine tune and upload video of.

Luckily the treasure art gallery is shared, so there is that :).

Ok, something seems terribly wrong here.

When I played my Fighter, I always received new quests whenever I had completed some others, so I always had a steady flow of stuff to do. The only exception were, of course, the quests you unlock by beating the game.

Maybe something else is going here? Could it be that, in order to unlock more quests, you have to beat more stages? For example, there are two exploration quests for the Forgotten Sanctuary B route. Maybe those quests only unlock after you have actually completed the B route of that stage? This would make it consistent with how quests are unlocked at the beginning of the game, where you first get the quest for a stage after you've beaten it.

Could anyone confirm my suspicion?
