billygolden78
did anyone feel that Desperate Escape was a bit too similar to Left 4 Dead?? This was definitely the case for me, especially the timer at the end while waiting for the helicopter to arrive. Lost in Nightmares was more akin to traditional RE titles since rather than throwing 1000 zombies at you, they concentrated on making a creepy and tense environment. Loved them both though!!! remanz
Totally agree. I discarded RE5 for almost a year, due to some of the reviews complaining about the controls, also due to heavily playing Gears of War 2 back then. What a mistake! 2 DLC added nicely to the main storyline. Only I wish there were more of both in the main story campaign. More horror with creepy environment, more intense action. Seishuun
Yeah, heres hoping RE6 will go back to survival horror, rather than a generic third person shooter. I remember jumping out of my seat when those dogs jumped through the windows in the first one. This one didnt have any scary or memorable parts which made the RE series so successful unfortunately.
