Some trophies were added and some trophies were dropped. I will begin by telling you guys that it doesn't matter how you go after each trophy. Below I will explain in detail how you should get this . STEPS Step One: Complete Story Mode You can either start story mode first to get it out the way or you can begin unlocking miscellaneous trophies. I will suggest finishing story mode since it's about 2-3 hours of your time. Make sure to NOT skip any cut-scenes during your play-through since there is a trophy for it. If you're new to the game, then this will help you get familiar with the game so you'll be ready to tackle the hard trophies. Below are the list of trophies you'll receive upon finishing story mode. The Curtain Rises Ninja Battle ...And Then THIS Happened! Insomniac Step Two: Complete 100 Matches in Touch Play New content added to enhance first person style fighting with a little gravure twist. You want to play this at least 100 times in order to get several trophies. Hopefully, during this step you'll get the OMG trophy that can take a long time to achieve, but this will save you time and knock out a few trophies. Below are the list of trophies you'll get if you fully complete this step. Fighting Entertainment Can't Touch This OMG Fledgling Fighter The Fight Never Ends Step Three: Miscellaneous Trophies + Training During this step, you should be familiar with the game by now, so go and clear all tutorials. It's time for training and completing challenges. Before you train, you can go after those random and quick trophies. There is enough to get you around 30% of the trophies quickly. After that is done, you should try to complete command training with all characters. It's not hard at all and it should take you a few hours to finish them. Once you finish with command training, go to combo challenges. This is tough for beginners. If you played Street Fighter IV then expect about the same difficulty with these challenges as well. Below are the list of trophies you'll unlock after finishing everything in this step. Training Hard Gesundheit! This is the hardest part of the game. Each mode consists of eight courses to complete. Ask a friend for help since there are not many players available for this game. Post for help in the Trophy Boosting Thread. Below are the trophies you'll unlock after completing this step. **NOTE** You can boost these trophies all by yourself except for Keep Your Enemies Close trophy. DEVILRYUUJIN
http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1834/E6F.jpg Gesundheit! Trigger the Special Danger Zone in The Show. See Tango Kilo November http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1834/390.jpg Tango Kilo November Trigger the Special Danger Zone in Hot Zone. Nearly every stage has a special danger zone. For this particular one, you will need to be in the Hot Zone level. This is where you're locked in a barricade, and in order to get this trophy, you must stay in this first barricade. Perform a power blow, and you'll see a helicopter. Lock on it during the power blow (it lights up yellow), and you'll trigger this special danger zone. The trophy unlocks right after helicopter crashes. For Gesundheit! you need to perform a power blow while fighting in the Show stage. You have to aim dead at the bullseye on the wall. If you see video below, they will pin point each locations for both trophies. You don't need to worry about this trophy. You'll eventually get this after 10-20 hours of gaming since you'll be unlocking all sorts of titles from story mode and tutorials. http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1834/73E.jpg Arcade Cleared Clear 1 course in Arcade mode. See Arcade Master http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1834/128.jpg Arcade Master Clear all courses in Arcade mode. Not that hard to achieve. Depends on skill for the most part, but if you're not good at fighting games then you can use Lei Fang (P+K) attack, or Ryu Hayabusa (P+K) attack. Sometimes you can get the enemy in a rhythm and loop them with this. See video below. Rookie - very easy... See Survival Master http://www.ps3trophies.org/images/trophies/1834/6F3.jpg Survival Master Clear all courses in Survival mode. This is no doubt the toughest trophy in the game. Practice and patience is what's needed here. I suggest you use whoever you're great with to get through this. So far there are a few methods to beat this. Alpha 152 and Lisa/La Mariposa combos are very effective, but beware as you the higher the difficulty, the more counters you'll have to endure. Another tip is to keep your health above 50% at all cost. You'll receive 50% of health after you win against an enemy. Also, be very careful against the number 9's. For example, 09, 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, 69, 79, 89 and 99 will be the toughest opponents. The larger enemies such as Bass and Bayman can't be juggled for too long so be aware of that. The characters I listed below have at least a 5-6 rating in the challenges. It's best to finish these guys first, but it doesn't matter how you tackle this. Galaga43
With a 10/10 rating can anyone tell me if this platinum is even possible for a fighting game noob like me? I am really interested in playing this game and I certainly don't mind long or "grindy" games and I'll stick with it to the very end, but I have never played a fighting game before and I just don't want to start this game if there is no way in hell that I would be able to platinum it. cris3f
I know this is old but it's plainly ridiculous when the trophy guide advises that the best way to get the 500 online games trophy is by creating a lobby, when there's no lobbies in the Vita version only on the PS3 one. The problem of people copying and pasting info from PS3 guides on Vita ones never ends...
