maniac81
This DLC was enjoable. It feels like I play Fallout 3 again. The history is so cool. They who haven't bought this DLC, I can strongly recommend it. I'm looking forward to the next DLC Please put your impressions here on this DLC. Say what you like or dislike about Dead Money. AlejandroM
I liked it. I spent 18 hours on it from beginning to end, which justifies the price, IMO. The overall plot was cool and I especially liked the interactions with Christine; the sign language dynamic was interesting. The Villa itself was very atmospheric, although the Casino didn't feel the part (it was too small; I expected grander for a location that was supposed to impress every billionaire invited). Walking away with nearly 400,000 caps worth of gold and a fully-repaired, fully-modified BAR (my favorite WW2-era weapon IRL) was awesome as well. I'll be sure to decorate my apartment with them. The best thing? Not one freeze. It lagged from time to time, but in the 18 hours I spent with Dead Money, I NEVER had to reset my console.

You were either very lucky or this DLC really isn't as freeze-prone as the regular game. I'm curious to find out what'll happen to my playthrough... I just started and pretty much saved right after you get your "briefing", so I can't comment yet on the DLC's stability.

Pretty fucking hard as well. I died many times.
Joy707r
After hearing some bad things about Dead Money i was pleasently surprised, good story, 15+ hours of play, challenging & to top it off not a single crash. I`d rate it at 8/10 bring on the next Dlc
Vaco Deus
After reading all the negativity on the 360 Achievements board I didn't have much hope for it but I was pleasantly surprised. The bomb collars weren't as annoying as they made them out to be. Or the holograms, or anything really. I found the whole thing to be to be pretty enjoyable. Moreso than Anchorage Would'be been nice to have more unique weapons but it's not that big of a deal. Not because it was hard, but because of those bothersome speakers.

RGS-14
No freezing? I think you just convinced me to buy it. So there's hope for Bethesda yet!
I_Shoot_Stuff
Dead Money was great. Even though I was level 30, it kind of felt like I was starting over again. Probably because you're stripped of all your stuff when you wake up.
Ether999
It's alright. I hope the next DLC is something like Broken Steel or Point Lookout, though.
chinny10
Might need to get it seeing as though it seems stable Watched videos online of the gameplay and seems like a errie atmosphere which should be interesting.
micco12
I know, it's was very good. I loved the Sierra Madre Casino and whole atmosphere. It was also long enough, played it 12 hours.

simonp92
Very good, if compared to the DLC of Fallout 3. It's not as good as Point lookout and The Pitt, but much better than Mothership Zeta and Operation Anchorage. I really hope the next DLC will focus more on exploration, but still manages to be freeze-free like Dead money. PS. The assassin armor is sweet. Plus the Holo-rife packs a punch, still I used the bear trap glove for most of the DLC, because it's soo satisfying dismembering those ghost people with a beartrap strapped to your arm! Moving On
I'm almost done with the DLC (I'm in the casino, finally) and I have to admit, in terms of setting and story, this is pretty damn good. But the two things that do spoil it for me are the poison clouds and the beeping collar. I get so annoyed when you have to save every time you enter an area with either a cloud or an emitter, because you will need to go by trial and error before you figure out the right way to go... and you will die about half the time if you're not careful. I kinda hoped the casino would end all that nonsense, but nope, first thing I heard inside the Sierra Madre was the damn awful beeping! Without the poison and the beeping, this DLC would be awesome. With it, though, it gets annoying and frustrating. Not annoying and frustrating enough to make it a bad DLC, absolutely not, but it does hurt my gameplay experience. Yokel
no freezing / nice gameplay / lots of hours? Sounds like I have to buy the add-on. I played all add-ons for Fallout 3 too, paid an absurd amount of money on it, but the game kicks ass and is one of a kind for me, without the freezing. (and I just HAVE to get all my games to 100% in my trophy list offcourse) I also noticed that when I played regular New Vegas on Hardcore mode, it almost wouldn't freeze either. It's a mysterious game-engine

takbot
it was one of the best DLC's ever for me and, although i almost pee'd myself, i ran away from a ghost harvester and after 5 hours i finaly opened a door and, BAM it jump right at me. i forgot it was there lol. Mario91658
It was fun being a part of a casino heist hundreds of years in the waiting.
AsumaKun
It was alright. I found it to be kinda boring and I didn't like having to deal with the speakers. I also got glitched one time with the poisonous gas. Luckily, I had a previous save file.
Creoena
This is the first DLC I've played for New Vegas but I like it less than all of the Fallout 3 DLC's. Was very boring and seemed like it was artificially hard. I was also hoping for more out of Cherchez La Femme relations with Christine...(keeping this vague to avoid spoilers) after what happened when you dropped her off, I would have thought she'd be all gung ho about trusting you (not that it was hard to convince her..)
