You've been warned. Escape from Butcher Bay Let me start by saying I HIGHLY recommend playing both campaigns on HARD your first time through. Yes, it's a pain in some places, but it's totally worth it to not have to play through multiple times. Don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT game, I loved every minute of it. It's just very, VERY long! Also, the difficulty trophies aren't as overtly stackable as other games, but if you've beat it on hard, you only have to play through the last chapter again on Normal to get the trophy. http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b10.png KILL RUST Find Rust and kill him. switchfreak83
Assault on Dark Athena http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b17.png ULAKS Find and equip yourself with a pair of Ulaks. Story progression trophy. Get it during Chapter 40: Cargo Bay. http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b12.png STEALTH MASTER Get through the Cargo Bay without being noticed. NOTE: R2 kills are actually stealthier on Drones, since you won't be standing when they're dead. During Chapter 40: Cargo Bay you'll come to a control room with a NANOMed Station and a ladder up to the roof. From here until the end of the chapter (2 sections) you must remain undetected by the patrolling drones. This includes letting Drones find dead bodies! If a Drone spots you or a dead body, they'll make a gurgling, growl sound if they are alerted. From the roof, turn and face the wall behind you. Go to the left side and climb the hangrail. Shimmy as far left as you can and drop down into the shadows. Wait for a Drone to come walking around the crates in front of you. When he gets behind the tall cylinder, take him down. Crouch behind the low crates in front of you and peek over. There will be 2 Drones in sight constantly, and 2 patrolling. When you're clear, climb onto the boxes and drop off the right edge into more shadow. Head toward the staircase, but stay in the shadow. When it's clear, move to the door and inside the room. Activate the bridge, then the crane and go down the ladder. Use the extended crane arm to reach the walkway on the right. Move forward and wait for the Drone to move past you. Head into the shadows on the right and wait for him to come back around. Take him down and move his body. Now turn your attention to the second Drone circling ahead. Wait, kill, move the body. Now head to the lighted area of containers ahead. Climb the one directly ahead of you, but don't pull yourself up yet. There's a patrolling Drone on a raised platform to your left, when he starts heading away from you climb up and drop off the backside of the conatiner. Turn left and on the right is a stack of crates. Get near them and wait again for the patrolling Drone to walk away. Climb up and head straight ahead to the far side of the platform. There's a crate on the right, climb it and head into the vent. Congrats! http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b15.png MELEE MASTER Find and Beat Iron Lord. Two-part trophy. First, when you kill Margo during Chapter 42: Crew Quarters be sure and get his Code off of the bed to the left of the door. (If you die and restart in Margo's room you have to grab the code again.) Then during Chapter 46: Data Pad, in the room where you pick up the Data Pad, on the right side of the shaft is a sign above a keypad that reads "Margo's Locker. Hands Off!" Feel free to disobey http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b17.png REBEL Start a Riot on the Athena. Story progression trophy. On Chapter 47: Maindecks, when you're controlling your 1st Drone, turn right and kill the two Drones in the hallway. Then shoot out the glass and the lock on the grate in front of the fan. Now march your Drone into the fan to jam it for Drone 2 to pass. With Drone 2 head under the fan, turn left, go down the hall and you'll see a small door on your right, DON'T use that door. Go a little further to the BIG door. Wedge yourself against the wall on the left side of the door and pick the guards off as they come out after you. After a certain amount of time, you'll automatically disengage the Drone. NOTE: If Drone 2 dies you'll have to select Restart Checkpoint and start again. http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b19.png CONTROL A MECH Find and control a Mech on the Dark Athena. Get it during Chapter 56: Bazaar. http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b27.png GABRIL Find and help Gabril. You'll 'meet' Gabril during Chapter 56: New Venice. Go out the door at the start of the chapter you'll be facing a building. Make your way around the right side, clear the guards and get inside the building. There's a video screen on the left, activate it and you'll meet Gabril. He wants you to destroy Signal Jammers for him. Signal Jammers look like a pair of bullseye's stacked on top of each other, they take one SCAR round to destroy: 1) Chapter 56: New Venice After talking to Gabril, blow through the two wooden doors on your right. As soon as you step outside look to the left on top of the mountain. 2) Chapter 56: New Venice Head back inside and go back through the door you came in, turn slightly to the right and you'll see it on top of a building across the way. 3) Chapter 55: Bazaar Head back to where you killed your first Alpha Drone. As soon as you crawl outside look up and a little to the right. 4) Chapter 54: Crash Site Now go back toward the area where you climbed the ladder out of the sewers. From that tower go towards the supply depot, when you reach that smoking pod thing, turn right and head to the end of that short alley and look up. 5) Chapter 54: Crash Site Head toward the Supply Depot. Go straight past where you killed the first Drone in the area, and into the shady corner at the cliff base. Turn left and you should see the Jammer up on the cliffs near the crane. Go talk to Gabril again. NOTE: Unfortunately the signal Jammers do NOT appear until AFTER you've talked to Gabril, so you WILL have to backtrack to get them all. http://www.blogcdn.com/playstation.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/riddick-b24.png SNIPER RIFLE Find and equip yourself with a sniper rifle. Does it still work if I beat the game on normal, then only do the last chapter on hard ? I'm about to start the Dark Athena story... I can't confirm or deny, but I'd say I'm almost positive it only works backwards with difficulty. You're welcome to try it though! I know I played all the way through Resistance 2 on the hardest difficulty, only to find out I could have played the last chapter and got the trophy just the same If you're going to play through Athena on Hard though, it's MUCH easier than Butcher Bay. xhair
if anyones having trouble completing the bell boy trophy, here are a few extra details that are'nt in the guide 1. The first blueskin you need to kill is not in tower 17 but in the lock up, after killing rust find a blueskin called blueboy who gives you a pack of cigs for killing rust, take them then kill him he is your first blueskin, then carry on athe guide 2.Another mission that is not on the guide is shiluk or shiruk glasses retrieval, he will ask you to get his glasses, i skipped doing this cos it was not on the list then just thought hell with it and did it for fun and ping up came the trophy, it is a side mission even though he is not in tower 17, hope this helps:)

The only story related trophy I've gotten to pop up is the Ulaks. Hmmm... I didn't have any problems out of the story trophies. I seem to remember there being a bit of a delay sometimes though. Maybe check the trophy list in the game's main menu and see if they've popped there. If you've got them in-game and not on your PSN trophies, you may have to try again. Steel739
Good guide switch but one mistake: The first blueskin gives yu smokes after killing Rust, not Molina Other than that, nice work
atat23
so with the MP trophies when there is a list of stuff like below for the TRIGGER HAPPY trophy: - Get a Minigun Non-Stop Fire Burst Killing Streak (Collect 1,000 rounds of ammo and fire it all off without stopping and get 5 kills while doing this) - 2 Simulatneous kills with the Minigun - Fire over 500 rounds with the Minigun in one life do you just have to do one of these or do you have to do them all? switchfreak83
No they don't You can do each segment for whatever MP trophy in seperate matches They all don't have to be done in ONE match My bad. I didn't go back to my own description before I answered. Only on the trophies it mentions ONE MATCH or ONE ROUND do they need to be accomplished thus. Otherwise, they can be done anytime. Also, Steel739, thanks for the tip on the Blueskin a few posts back. Somehow this thread didn't get marked for instant email notification, so I thought no one was posting. I updated the guide with Rust instead of Molina. THANKS! Edited July 3, 2009 by switchfreak83

sixxis
I can't get this trophy with the way stated in the guide. I have beat EFBB on Hard my first time. I have the trophy for beating it on hard. So i've loaded it up on CH36 "Take off Platform" and I chose "Normal". Once I beat the level...no trophy. Any ideas?
