This walkthrough was written for sole use on PS3trophies.org, as such it may not be replicated elsewhere without express permission from the author; Puzzler

Introduction

Firstly, I’d like to offer my thanks to SoPoF, author of the Trophy Guide and Roadmap, which proved to be an invaluable resource during the production of this walkthrough.

This walkthrough takes you from the start of the game, right through to the end, stating every action you need to perform to progress the story and unlock the game’s 14 trophies. Be sure to follow the guide meticulously, missing certain instructions and speech commands can result in missed trophies.

For those who only wish to use this walkthrough with the sole aim of acquiring A Tribute to Sunny Blonde (S), I’ve highlighted orange the “Speak to” commands that must be performed in each chapter.

Important

  • For any “Speak to” instructions I state during the walkthrough, it’s imperative that you exhaust ALL dialogue options before progressing to the next step (unless I state otherwise). Doing this will ensure that you acquire items, progress the story and fulfil the criteria required for A Tribute to Sunny Blonde (S).

i followed this guide to the letter and somehow missed the sonny blonde trophy :(, i really hope it didn't glitch, either way i guess i have to do another playthrough

Good guide though, bit sketchy in a couple of places though

EDIT** reading through the walkthrough again i think i know which i missed, i think i was so busy trying to make sure i rescued the briscoe family in time, that i forgot to talk to briscoes wife beforehand, or at least it's the only character i don't remember if i did or didn't speak to, lucklily i backed up my save just at that point incase i didn't rescue them in time, so at least i don't have to replay the entire game

These are the differences I noticed during my playthrough. Although, I know I could have made mistakes following the guide.

Try the key on the chest at the Key Rack game if it won't let you play it.

Buy the net from Sancha to fish out the Sticky Clapper from the Wheelbarrow.

Check Door, ask Briscoe about key if Nell doesn't have the Key option when you are trying to rescue Briscoe's wife.

Use the “Small Key” with the “Fourth Drawer 1”, mine said Drawer 2.

Great guide though, it really helped.

Thanks for posting these; they were exactly the missing parts/corrections I needed.

Dude update your guide with the correct information!

To be blunt, I'm not convinced that there's anything wrong with the walkthrough, rather some people may have forgotten my 'important' note in the first post, or that they missed a step.

When I wrote this walkthrough, I verified everything by playing through the game again and didn't miss anything. Someone has posted in here that they also followed it from start to finish and didn't miss anything.

I followed your guide meticulously and there were several times when you did, in fact, miss a step or two. Other people in this thread have even stated the same or something similar so it's not just me here.

If I came across as aggressive than I do apologize, my wording should've been a bit different other than "Update your guide dude!".

However, you get much respect for this guide regardless because without it I would've NEVER had a clue how to solve half the stuff in this game.

I was a little irritated after reading your comment in here and the difficulty thread if I'm honest, but I accept your apology :)

Just want to be certain here, did you exhaust all the dialogue options when I stated speak to commands?

Either way, I'll buy the game again and do another playthrough to amend any errors.

1) Yeah, I can be a bit aggressive as one of our mods, Captain Sellers, has pointed out to me on a few occasions and I'm honestly trying to work on that. As for my comment in the difficulty thread: I deleted that statement. Sorry.

2) Yes, I exhausted all dialogue but there were times when you needed to click on something else in order to progress and it was never stated in the walkthrough. I should've taken notes so that I could point out every occasion where a step was missed. If you look at message #16 by Shoe478 he pointed out a few mistakes as well.

3) That's a bit much to ask of anyone to do. You've done enough to contribute. Rebuying a game to play it again to fix any errors? No, that's nuts bro, don't trouble yourself like that.

Thanks for the walkthrough, Puzzler! :D It was a great help! :) I liked this game a lot, although the controls were a little iffy for me... :o There were parts I don't think I could have figured out what to do if not for your walkthrough, so thanks again! I kinda wish So Blonde would've been ported to the PS3 as well now...
