Default Call of Duty: Black Ops Trophy Guide & Road Map

Another guide has been chosen as the preferred guide for this game.
This thread has been closed and is not maintained and as a result may contain outdated or incorrect information. Please follow the link below for the preferred guide.

Estimated Difficulty: 7/10
Estimated Time to Platinum: 20-30 hours
Offline Trophies: 46 (30 , 14 , 1 , 1 )
Online Trophies: 5 (5 )
Minimum Number of Playthroughs Required: 1 (but most likely 2)
Do Cheats Affect Trophies?: Yes. Do not use '3ARC INTEL' or you will not get the Closer Analysis trophy.
Do Difficulty Trophies Stack?: Yes.

Road Map

Step 1: Complete the game on Recruit and get most of the non-difficulty related trophies

This step is just to familiarize yourself with the environment and sequences. If you are good at FPS's, then feel free to combine this step with step 2. In this step, you will be looking out for Intel, with the help of the video or not, getting the non-Veteran mission trophies, and the other mission specific trophies in Single Player.

Step 2: Complete the game on Veteran

Veteran difficulty isn't as difficult in Black Ops as it was in World at War. Grenade spamming is also not as prevalent now but there are still occasionally infinite spawn points that you must get past to progress. Remember to take your time and get to cover. You can be killed rather quickly by times, so I'd suggest you not run through the game acting like you're not going to get shot. When you have finished Veteran, (along with step 1), you will have the majority of the trophies for the game.

Step 3: Zombies and Multiplayer

Once you've beaten the campaign, you should unlock a Zombie level called "FIVE". The trophy that can be done now is Hands Off the Merchandise. You should do this with other people (in multiplayer), as it will be much easier. This is also the time when you should try to do The Collector. See the guide below for a helpful video.

During this step, you should also get the other two zombie trophies Sacrificial Lamb, See Me, Stab Me, Heal Me, and the multiplayer trophies.Date Night, In The Money, and Ready For Deployment.

Note: You can also type into the terminal '3ARC UNLOCK' to get all the zombie maps if you want. But, make sure you have all the Intel before you do this.

If you accidentally do the above, just delete all the save data you have and replay the game. This should clear your Intel count, so that you can have to get them all over again.

Step 4: Standalone Trophies

These trophies can be done whenever you'd like. All you have to do is to work your way through the list. Most of the trophies can be attempted directly from the Main Menu, so they should be easy enough to access.

NOTE: If you find anything wrong in this guide, please PM me and let me know. Especially if there are updates that change certain things (like the glitches). Thanks!

BLACK OPS MASTER
Complete the campaign on Hardened or Veteran difficulty.

This trophy is much easier to get than World at War's was. There are occasional infinite spawning, but the grenade spam is really kept to a minimum (however when they do it, they do it to an extreme).

A few simple steps to get through this:

1. Patience. Take it slow, seriously. Unless there's a timer there's really no need to try and rush anything. I know I got a little heated at times when I kept dying at certain points.

2. Cover. Cover is your friend. It will save your life. Be sure to always hit cover whenever you're in a hot zone.

3. Prone. Going prone will save your life as much as cover will. When you go prone, you'll be able to avoid enemy fire for the most part. However, they may then shower you (on the rare occasion) with grenades.

4. Smoke & Grenades. Smoke can get you through corridors very nicely. Occasionally you will get lit up because that's just how AI works at times. Grenades are you friend to flush enemies out. You can either cook or not cook a grenade to kill them or make them run out.

5. Keep moving. If you're at one of those infinite spawn points, you need to keep moving forward. If you're not at one of those points, staying and waiting to kill everyone is the better option.

NOTE: The Veteran trophies are glitched. You may or may not get them when you play through. Currently, I don't believe there is any knowledge on why this is so. Just be cautioned on it, that it may happen to you.

Here are also some other tips for you guys at two specific points in the game that were challenging for me:

Executive Order

In 'Executive Order' there will be a point where you come to a scientific room with a guy that flips over the table and you have to fight your way into the room. If you don't move into the room, the guys will continuously spawn. What I did was go into the room and go to the right behind a tall block of science equipment. You'll know what I'm talking about because if you don't go in, a guy will always go there and stand behind it. While there, just kill whoever and soon you'll have no more enemies spawning for that part. But there will be no more checkpoint.

As soon as you're ready, make your way to the next hallway and have a smoke grenade in hand. Once you reach the mouth of the hallway from the room you're in, chuck it and make a dash for cover. The smoke is to help you not get hit by the dudes far away. While there, make your way up to the part where there is the semi-circle room. A guy will be in there shooting you, shoot him, cook a grenade and run into the room and throw it to the other end. You'll kill a few guys but not all and make your way the long way around to the other door, don't cut through. Once there, you should get a checkpoint soon so don't die.

S.O.G.

In 'S.O.G.' where you need to make your way down the hill. From the start I always went to the left cover and killed the guys to the far right inside a bunker. Once you have a clearing, go to the 2nd level tier (you start on the 1st). Woods will be there, so go prone and start shimmying your way down to the 3rd tier. You will need to kill people but once you're there, Woods will come down and kick over a napalm barrel.

After he's kicked it over, you need to kick the one over that's to the right of the bunker you're at. Stay prone and keep a watchful eye to the bunker to your right. Two guys will constantly come up and shoot you. As you get to the barrel and kick it over, make sure you go prone immediately and don't stand up to try to run away. When you kick it over and are prone, back all the way back to the bunker you were at while shooting people that are trying to kill you. When you reach the bunker, you should get a checkpoint and then you need to go kick the third barrel over. The third barrel is at the bunker you kept a watchful eye on while you did the second barrel. Go over there and do the exact same prone manoeuvre that you did for the second barrel.

Mission Related

Closer Analysis
Find all the hidden intel.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

At any point if you miss any of the Intel, just remember where it was and continue on your game. You don't want to take the chance of your game getting glitched. You can go back to the level via Mission Select after you've beaten the game to get the Intel that you've missed.

You can type in '3ARC INTEL' into the terminal, but you will NOT get the trophy if you do. Make sure you have all the Intel before you do this (if you want to even do it at all).

If you accidentally do the above, just delete all the save data you have and replay the game. This should make it so there is no more Intel that you own and will have to get it all over again.

Death to Dictators
Take down Castro with a headshot.

In the mission 'Operation 40', wait for the reticle to get smaller and then shoot him in the head.

Thanks to jaycee_88 for the video.

Slingshot Kid
Destroy all slingshot targets in 3 attempts.

In the mission 'Vorkuta', here's the video thanks to PowerPyx.

Vehicular Salughter
Destroy all enemies on vehicles during the prison break.

In the mission 'Vorkuta', you will have a chance to start shooting motorcycles and trucks during the escape sequence. Remember that the aim is essentially auto-aim if you are looking in the general direction. There is some debate here. Some say this starts when you get the mini-gun, some say it's when you're doing the escape sequence on the truck. My suggestion? Destroy all vehicles that you can throughout the entire level. Before the mini-gun, when you have the mini-gun, when you're on the motorcycle (some trucks here aren't destroyable), and when you're on the truck with the machine gun. Remember not to jump off the truck if you don't get the trophy.

According to Aidan, the only parts you need to worry about are once you get on the motorcycle and just after ward. He said he destroyed none of the things beforehand.

Thanks to jaycee_88 for the video.

Essentially since this trophy is difficult (even I'm having trouble with it, no idea why) I am giving you all PowerPyx's video as well.

Tough Economy
Use no more than 6 TOW guided missiles to destroy the tanks in the defense of Khe Sanh.

In the mission 'S.O.G.', You might want to add a tip to fire the T.O.W. missiles a bit higher than the tanks as they tend to dip in flight (FARAZ_1994). If you fail at this, simply Save and Quit the game, and then Resume want to go back to it.

Here's
a video from PowerPyx:

The Dragon Within
Kill 10 NVA with Dragon's Breath rounds.

In the mission 'The Defector', the SPAS-12 that Woods throws to you in the beginning (it is even called Dragon's Breath) holds incendiary rounds. Just kill 10 NVA's.

Raining Pain
Rack up a body count of 20 NVA using air support in Hue City.

In the mission 'The Defector', you will get a chance to call in air support to take out buildings and tanks. Use this chance to take out enemies around the areas. You must use the to use the radio and call in the air support. Use it very openly if you wish, there's not a set amount of times you can use it.

Heavy Hand
Use the Grim Reaper to destroy the MG emplacement.

In the mission 'Victor Charlie', take the Grim Reaper with you when you start to clear out the north of the village. When you come to the MG emplacement, proceed to destroy it with the Grim Reaper.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

Up close and personal
Silently take out 3 VC.

In the mission 'Victor Charlie', you'll get to a point where you're only carrying a knife. You'll be following Woods and when you come to the sleeping enemy, kill him along with the eating one right after (NOTE: there is an Intel nearby). You should get the trophy after this if you've done what the game has told you to do.

Here is a video from PowerPyx:

Double Trouble
Use only dual wield weapons to escape Kowloon.

In the mission 'Numbers', the dual wield weapons will be your default weapons. Later in the level you can change to a different pair of dual wielded weapons. I'd suggest doing this on Recruit considering Veteran is very difficult with all the dudes being so far away.

Lord Nelson
Destroy all targets and structures while making your way up the river.

In the mission 'Crash Site', just destroy all the structures. This is very similar to World at War's Iron Fist trophy. Play this on Recruit.

Buildings have different stages of destroyed. Please make sure, for your sake, that you destroy them as much as possible. Spam at least 10-15 missiles at each building (I usually did 20-25), maybe more if you're feeling like it should blow up more. (Thanks to Dwelve for informing people need to know!)

The buildings you need to destroy are as follows (also note that you must destroy all the buildings fully, some will be blown up easily and others not so much):

01. The stone building and the wooden building on your left.
02. 5 buildings on your right and 1 tower.
03. 10 buildings on the cliff where you have to blow up the 3 trucks.
04. 2 buildings and 2 towers on the island right after the wall gets blown up.
05. 3 buildings right across from the one above.
06. 2 buildings essentially on the same area.
07. 1 building across and above previous location.
08. Around 10 more buildings and 2 towers.
09. 1 building right across from the above.
10. 4 buildings when you get the next "target" which will be on the left. (2 are on the river).
11. 3 buildings after you blow up the wooden bridge. 1 of which is atop the hill.
12. 6 buildings when you get to the next target (a truck). 2 are on top of the hill and kinda behind shrubbery.
13. When you get to the part where someone goes "What the fuck is that thing?!", destroy that building, the one on the river and then there's 2 buildings behind you up the hill. They're kinda hard to see.
14. There's also a building to your left before you get to the destroyed bridge.
15. I'm pretty sure you don't have to destroy the buildings at the end, considering you have to use them for cover. If you want though, destroy the buildings.

You can go back at any time and check if you have any buildings left as long as it's before the final battle against the boat.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

Pathfinder
Guide the squad through the Soviet outpost without them getting killed.

In the mission 'WMD', you will lead your squad in an over-the-top view. Remember to use to go prone if you need to. You should only have to kill 2 enemies while in this view. This is a very easy trophy. This should pop once you reach the point where you're laying in the snow with a Crossbow.

According to Vo1cl (thanks for the tip!), the trophy cannot be unlocked if you have died in the house. You must do it in one go. If you die, just restart the level.

Here's a video thanks to jaycee_88:

Mr. Black OP
Enter the Soviet relay station undetected.

In the mission 'WMD', you will need to first take out the first two enemies with your AUG. After that, use your crossbow on the lone enemy right in front of the 2 enemies next to the truck, then proceed to kill those 2 guys with the AUG. Use your crossbow to kill a guy that's on the truck (your ally will take care of the other guy) and then another guy that's on top of a building. Use the AUG to take out 2 more guys shovelling next to a building. Crossbow the guy patrolling outside and then the guy that's messing with the pipe. The last guy is at the bottom of the stairs, do whatever you'd like with him. Make sure that if you mess up at any time with any of these, grenade yourself before you get a checkpoint, which will happen after you kill the last guy.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

With extreme prejudice
Get to the POW compound in the Hind using only rockets.

In the mission 'Payback', remember to use only rockets while in the helicopter. It's a simple enough trophy, just do it on Recruit.

Here's a video thanks to jaycee_88.

Russian bar-b-q
Incinerate 10 enemies with the flamethrower attachment in the POW compound.

In the mission 'Payback', you'll come to the mouth of a cave and there will be a guy shooting flames at you. Woods tells you to pick it up, but you don't have to. However, if you want this trophy, be sure to get it and then use it on 10 people. I'd also suggest to do this on Recruit because it's hard to get close enough to enough enemies with the flamethrower.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

Light Foot
Escape the ship with 2:15 left on the timer in Veteran.

In the mission 'Project Nova', plant the bomb after you've cleared out all the enemies. Checkpoints make this easy.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video!

Essentially, you'll be attacked by the British. Be sure to clear out both rooms before you set the bomb. Then what you need to do next is shoot a pipe, which will be highlighted with yellow, and then just keep running. The only people you really need to kill at all are the two dudes right at the end of the door when you reach outside. Other than that, you can just run to the end (you'll die a few times if you do this though) and you'll definitely get it. Mine was a close call.

I hate monkeys
Kill 7 monkeys in under 10 seconds in the Rebirth labs.

In the mission 'Rebirth', use grenades/grenade launcher/your gun to kill 7 monkeys. There's a good spot for this right before the big room with the NOVA 6 chamber with the Intel in it.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

No Leaks
Make it through the NOVA 6 gas without dying on Rebirth Island.

In the mission 'Rebirth', this trophy will pop up once you've taken off your mask. Play on Recruit to make it easier on your life. You will want to take it slow, everywhere. Be sure to go around corners with your scope up so you can see any enemies.

Double Whammy
Destroy both helicopters with one Valkyrie rocket from the deck of the ship.

In the mission 'Redemption', when you finally land on the boat, you'll come to a point where you'll need to destroy 2 helicopters. Grab the Valkyrie rocket and head to some cover. Wait until the helicopters are close enough, easy to find out if you look at your HUD, and shoot with and then guide it in between them. Detonate the rocket at the moment it is in between both helicopters.

If you're doing this on Veteran, where I went to cover for this trophy was in the box and just waited.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video.

Unconventional Warfare
Use the explosive bolts to kill 30 enemies in the campaign.

In the missions 'Executive Order' and 'WMD', explosive bolts are at your disposal. Just kill 30 people with them.

Standalone Trophies

Frag Master
Kill 5 enemies with a single frag grenade in the campaign.

In the mission 'The Defector', if there aren't 5 guys together by the car, or you fail to kill them all: kill yourself and try again. You will get it before too long.

This can also be done in 'Operation 40'. Thanks to PowerPyx for his video!

Sally Likes Blood
Demonstrate killer economic sensibilities by taking down 3 enemies with a single bullet.

This may happen to you randomly. It did for me. But if not:

Apparently this trophy is glitched and will pop in Dead Ops Arcade if you kill 3 zombies with a single bullet. Thanks to XJF for informing me.

It can also be done in Zombies if you line them up and shoot them. Thanks to PaNDaSNiP3R for informing me!

In the mission 'Victor Charlie', thanks to PowerPyx for the video (according to him it works 100% of the time):

In the mission, 'Numbers', thanks to jaycee_88 for the video:

Easy Rhino
In Dead Ops Arcade, use a Speed Boost to blast through 20 or more enemies at one time.

You can do this in the first round. Be sure to get a large bunch of enemies together first. Then, when you decide you are ready to do the Speed Boost, it's to do it. (Thanks to FARAZ_1994)

Thanks to PowerPyx for this video!

Just ask me nicely
Break free from the torture chair.

Repeatedly press and at the Main Menu. You will break free from the chair and be able to walk around the interrogation chamber.

Insert Coin
Access the terminal and battle the forces of the Cosmic Silverback in Dead Ops Arcade.

After you've freed yourself for the 'Just ask me nicely' trophy, go to the terminal in the room. When at the terminal, type in 'DOA' to play Dead Ops Arcade.

Eaten by a Grue
Play Zork on the terminal.

After you've freed yourself for the 'Just ask me nicely' trophy, go to the terminal in the room. At the terminal, type in 'Zork' to play the text based story game.

Multiplayer Trophies

Date Night
Watch a film or clip with a friend.

After you're done playing any multiplayer game, simply quit and go to the Theater in the multiplayer options on the main screen. You need to select the game that you were playing and choose the "Place in My File Share". Go to "My File Share" and select the file you chose before and do "Select for Playback". You'll download the file and when it's done invite a friend via and then choose one. When you've chosen one, they'll come into your party and be there to watch it with you!

In The Money
Finish 5 Wager Matches 'in the money'.

Being 'in the money' basically means that by the end of the wager match, you should be in the top 3, as only the top 3 are awarded with money as their reward. The 5 wager matches don't need to be consecutive (this was from FARAZ_1994, thanks!).

I would say the easiest wager match is called Gun Game. Essentially you have 20 guns to go through by killing your opponents. Every time you kill an opponent, you get a new weapon. The weapons get harder as you go up. Just continuously play Ante Up matches (only 10 points), and then keep playing until you get it. Luckily you're only playing against 5 other players so it's not like it's a full game.

Ready For Deployment
Reach rank 10 in Combat Training.

This is done in multiplayer. On the mulitplayer menu, choose Combat Training, go to Edit Game Options and then change the score to to the highest it will go and the time limit to Unlimited. You will want all the AI to be against you so you can continuously kill them. As soon as you hit rank 10, you'll get the trophy.

Zombie Trophies

The Collector
Buy every weapon off the walls in a single Zombies game.

I've been asked this question numerous times: "Can the whole team be cumulative with the weapons or do I have to buy them all?" Answer: YOU MUST BUY ALL THE WEAPONS YOURSELF.

Below is the strategy I used in 'Kino der Toten' before I hit round 15:

Start out knifing zombies. You can start using your pistol at round 3 or 4. Once you get to about 3000 or so, head up the stairs to the right door. Open it, along with the next door and go down to get the MP40. The MP40 will sustain you until you get a better weapon. When you get 1000 more, get the Stakeout. The Stakeout is for the first round of dogs.

Once you get to the dogs and maybe a round afterward, go to the theater. Once in the theater DO NOT turn on the power (the power is the switch to the right of the curtains and has a huge lightning bolt pointing at it). That will just add more problems (it'll also add a new zombie into the mix, a crawler who kinda looks like Gollum and when killed explodes and puts some NOVA 6 gas around). Make sure before you even think about opening the curtain (turning on the power). You have, I believe it's 2500, for Jugger-Nog, along with a little extra money for the first mystery box.

Before you turn on the power and open the curtain, you'll want to make it so that the zombies aren't coming at you from all directions. Be sure to run around the walls that are in the middle of the floor to keep the zombies chasing you. When they're chasing you, be sure to shoot them occasionally. Do not back yourself up into a wall.

When you finally turn on the power, run all the way down the walkway and get the Jugger-Nog (this will make it so it doesn't take 2 hits to kill you, more like 5). Then, if you can, try the mystery box. Be sure to get a good automatic weapon with some good fire-power and lots of ammo. I got lucky and got a Galil. It sustained me until I got my trophy.

To make it so they're not coming all around you, run around in a giant circle. You know the way I told you to go to the theater? Just keep doing that. A giant circle... By this I mean to run all the way back to where you started the game and then go all the way around to the theater (the way I told you to go from the start) and just keep doing a giant circle. Don't run too fast or they'll cut you off. Go at a nice pace to keep them behind you. Now you need to link up the teleportation pieces. Before you do, make sure you kill a bunch of the zombies and save one. When you have one, link the teleportation device. Make sure you have 5250 before you use the teleportation device to teleport. When you do have 5250, teleport and turn around and put your main weapon (mine was the Galil) into the Pack-a-Punch device (this is what the 5000 is for). This will make it much stronger and give you more ammo. While you're in this room, be sure to pick up the Frag Grenade for 250 (this is the other 250). You'll teleport either once or no more times and then be back in the main room you started in.

Now, when you have your Pack-a-Punch weapon, just keep doing the giant circle until you have lots of money. When you have lots of money, do one last circle and kill all but one (or two, just as long as they don't gang up on you). Now it's time to go get the guns. If I recall correctly, you need about 13150 or so for all the weapons. Luckily, you've already spend 2250, so you only need about 10900, plus the other doors that you haven't opened which is about another 2000-3000 (at this point, there should only be about 2 doors you haven't opened, possibly 3 if you want them all opened).

Then, once you've gotten all the weapons, you're good to go! Congrats on getting the trophy. Took me about 3-4 hours of consistently doing this.

The Gun List:
Olympia Shotgun - 500
M14 Rifle - 500
PM63 SMG - 1000
Stakeout - 1500
MP40 SMG - 1000
MP5K SMG - 1000
M16 Rifle - 2000
Claymores - 1000
Bowie Knife - 3000
AK74U rifle - 1200
MPL - 1000
Frag Grenades - 250

Total Cost - 13,150

Below is a video showing you exactly where each gun is, thanks to PowerPyx:

According to some, the World at War maps are easier to do this trophy on. Currently, only the people with the Hardened/Prestige editions can do this. Hopefully Treyarch will let us download them and then we can play them. If anyone has any big tips on how to do this map, let me know!

Hands Off the Merchandise
Kill the Pentagon thief before it can steal your load-out.

For the first few rounds, knife zombies. Round 1 it should only be about 1 hit and they'll die with every extra round adds an extra hit. Do this for a few rounds to make it so you're not wasting pistol ammo and just racking up money instead. Be sure to repair the windows so you can get some extra money and some extra time to survive.

Be sure to buy a Quick Revive, because then you won't die right away and will be able to get away from a zombie that had gotten you downed. It will cost you about 500.

Remember, before you start going down the elevator and doing the DEFCON levels, always leave 1 zombie alive so you can go about your business easier.

Once you've done that, make sure you buy a M14 rifle, which is 500 and use that and not your pistol (unless you need to) for awhile. You will want to keep your pistol throughout this trophy attempt. Then you can open the door on the right wall for 750. Don't clear the debris to the elevator just yet, make sure you get more money. When you do get more money, at least 10000, clear the debris for 1000 and go down the elevator for another 250.

When you get to the next level, clear the debris for 1000, then make your way to the next elevator and clear the debris for another 1000 and go down the elevator for 250. Once down, run to the far end and into a room to turn the power on. Return to the elevator and go back up it for 250.

Once you're back in the DEFCON room, turn on all the DEFCON levels in order so you're at DEFCON 5. When you're at DEFCON 5, go through the teleporter and get the Pack-a-Punch pistol for 5000. This will make it so you're dual wielding pistols and all the shots will blow up (incendiary rounds).

Now, just survive until the Thief gets there. He comes at around round 7 or 8 (if he comes before you have the Pack-a-Punch pistols, throw grenades at your feet with the Quick Revive and then just start shooting at him with all your might). He'll come through the teleporter that you came through so be sure to have your eyes on that. When you hear that he's coming (the voice will say breach detected), start shooting him. It shouldn't take more than a few hits to kill him.

OR

When you reach round 6-7 and you don't have enough money, you can open all the doors and get to DEFCON level 5. You can also kill yourself by cooking a grenade and holding it. When the Thief spawns (make sure you have the Quick Revive before this). When you die, you automatically get the Pack-a-Punch pistols and can shoot him with it and kill him. With this method you need 4500 for the doors and elevators. Plus the 1000 you need for 1 Quick Revive and the M14. So a total of 5500 for everything up to waiting for the Thief.

NOTE: The Thief will come at different times. His rounds usually range from between round 5 to round 8.

If the thief doesn't steal anyone's loadout, you will all get the trophy. If he steals any one person's loadout, no one gets the trophy. I suggest doing this solo. I really do.

Thanks to PowerPyx for the video!.

Sacrificial Lamb
Shoot at or be shot by an ally with a Pack-a-Punch crossbow and kill six zombies with the explosion.

You need two people for this. What you need is the crossbow from the mystery box and then you need to use the Pack-a-Punch machine which will cost you 5000. You need to have the person with the crossbow shoot the other person, and then the other person run into a group of zombies and explode, hopefully killing 6 of them. Once you do that, the trophy will pop. The trophy may take a bit longer for the person who gets shot to pop, but rest assured, you will get it (I was worried when mine took longer than the person who shot me, but then it popped).

NOTE: YOU NEED TO BE FAR ENOUGH AWAY FOR THE CROSSBOW TO SHOOT. DO NOT BE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER.

For getting to later rounds, see The Collector.

Here's a video thanks to PowerPyx.

See Me, Stab Me, Heal Me
Fire a Pack-a-Punched Ballistic Knife at a downed ally to revive them from a distance.

You need two people for this. What you need is to get the ballistic knife from the mystery box and then you need to use the Pack-a-Punch machine which will cost you 5000. You need to have someone die (the person without the ballistic knife) and then go and revive them while they are downed by shooting them with the knife. Only the person with the Pack-a-Punched Ballistic Knife will get this trophy. So if you're doing it with someone else that needs it too, you must do it a second time.

Be sure you can actually get to the person who dies, otherwise you may miss with the Ballistic Knife (I did) and then when you die because of it, it's really depressing.

For getting to later rounds, see The Collector.

there is absolutely NO info in this guide, you can't post an trophy guide untill you have AT LEAST 50% done!
since you have the roadmap you can post that one, but not the trophy guide...
but I gotta say the roadmap is a bit poor imo... needs work at least!

EDIT: Ah! lol, was writing this while you were uploading your guide:P
well good luck with filling in the blanks, I'll check back later on

Haha, it's cool. Yeah, well, a lot of the trophies are kinda straight forward. Videos, in my opinion are much more fulfilling that words.

I would like people to make our own videos though. Kinda had to yank these from X360A since the guy there made a bunch of really good and helpful videos.

Thanks for the guide, going to follow it now. Can I ask, can you use mission select to get any of the story related trophies you might miss?
