200-250 Hours

By far, the longest part of this 100% is the online to the point that the single-player portion doesn't even compare (that portion likely taking around 6-10 hours depending on struggles with the few games that can't just be BSed with screenshots and how long you take figuring out the problems even on what can be BSed). Getting 1845-2000 wins in all three modes is a hell of a grind, albeit one that can thankfully be turboed if you have either a turbo controller that can turbo start or preferably, a CronusMax/Zen to have a controller alternate between start and cross (you will want the host controller to lose so you, the guest, can almost always win, meaning you will want the host to constantly be pausing and unpausing so it never answers anything; a Cronus is more reliable for setting this up than a turbo since you can set it to specifically alternate instead of setting turbo settings on both and hoping you timed it right).

Time Attack and Snatch Game are relatively straight-forward since the former will be over in about a day or so of grinding and the latter will take about 2 days. The real ballache is Card Game since you can expect matches to run into about 4 minutes on average with a turbo setup and even worse, this is the one where you are most likely to run into ties due to the much harsher penalty for wrong answers, meaning you will likely go a good bit beyond the 1845-2000 match minimum on ties that end in the host's favor (it can happen in the other two modes, but it's generally unlikely, especially in Snatch due to the question limit). Assuming a turbo setup, you will likely be looking at a week minimum of turboing for this one alone.
