Uaintnuhtin
I recently bought the GOTY edition and every time I try to start a coop game it freezes during the load screen. Has anyone else had this issue?
Terminator
Play whilst signed out of PSN, this is caused by the GameSpy shutdown: - Now the servers have actually closed you will lose virtually all control of your Joypad if you should choose the "Online Game" option on the main menu, to regain control you have to press the button then select the Quit Game option to exit back to the XMB. Once on the XMB you can reload the game and get back to playing normally. With GameSpy closing the way it has, it's caused Borderlands to react badly to being played whilst you're signed into PSN. The problems range from chronic lag to full on system freeze ups; to avoid these issues you should either disable your PS3's Internet connection, turn off your Router/Modem or don't sign into PSN. In addition to the above, you also must disable the auto PSN Sign-in for your account else you will still encounter problems.
