Introduction: Blue Toad Murder Files: Mysteries of Little Riddle is an episodic puzzle game split into 6 episodes. While there is an episode selection at the main menu, it is better to consider every episode’s trophies as missable as missing any of them will require a replay of nearly the entire episode. And since there is no cutscene skip button, episode replays can get very tedious very quickly. The only trophy that cannot be missed is EP1: Made it to the end which will be awarded at the end of episode one regardless of your performance during the story. Everything else can be missed if you answer any of the puzzles incorrectly, answer any of the case review questions incorrectly, or pick the wrong culprit. If you do get something wrong though, you can press :start: and quit to the game’s main menu immediately upon being notified that you are wrong. You should be able to resume before the puzzle, case review, or whodunnit you got wrong and will be able to try again. The only trophies you can still miss this way are the Fastest Answer trophies, but these can easily be mopped up on every episode’s first puzzle once you know the answer.

All of the trophies must be unlocked during story mode. While there is a Puzzle Compendium you can access to replay puzzles after beating an episode’s story mode, doing so will not unlock any gold medal related trophies.

That’s really all there is to the game. All trophies must be unlocked in story mode, and if you miss any, you have to replay most, if not all, of that episode. The game is fairly simple and straightforward outside of those two stipulations.

Step 1: Play through all six episodes. Either use the Complete Episode Walkthrough straight away and get all the trophies in one go, or go without and play for fun but risk needing some replays.

Step 2: Mop up. If needed, replay any of the episodes you missed trophies in.
