Combatting
I've just downloaded the 1.06 patch but can't find any info on it, has anyone got an idea as to what it does? Might be building towards episode II?
Terminator
True, it could be the technical hooks needed to make it work and it's only approx 36mb .

Terminator
What glitch was this? It's this one : http://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/clash-clouds/221237-easy-glitched-way-get-blue-ribbon-champ.html
Sponger760
It's this one : http://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/clash-clouds/221237-easy-glitched-way-get-blue-ribbon-champ.html Ah thanks. I havent gotten into the DLC yet as I am currently halfway through my 1999 run. I will abuse this when I get to this DLC for sure.  An another note, this game is pretty goofy with its trophies. The "Used all 8 vigors trophy" popped for me when I had only acquired 5 of them. The "Acquired shock jock trophy" didn't pop for me until my second playthrough also. Also the "5 headshots on a sky line" was buggy. I did eventually get it, but the counter randomly reset on me twice.
Terminator
There is a trophy bug with this game related to getting disconnected from PSN: Note on trophies not unlocking: There seems to be a serious issue where none of the trophies in the game will unlock despite the requirements being fulfilled. This issue seems to occur when you sign out of PSN (either physically or due to a connection issue) after being signed in. If this happens, no trophies will unlock. To combat this issue, either sign in before you load the game and stay signed in, or sign out/don't sign in to PSN before starting the game and stay offline. This personally happened to me on my 1999 Mode run, where near the end I disconnected from PSN and upon completing the game did not receive any difficulty trophies. I restarted my PS3, signed in to PSN, reloaded the game from the last checkpoint and completed the game again. Luckily, I received the trophies. If the same thing happens to you regarding a story-related trophy, reload the last checkpoint before it should have unlocked and try again, and if it's a trophy related to a cumulative number of actions, try performing the action once more. Terminator
If we don't get anything with the 1.07 update then unfortunately this bug will never be fixed as the developers are closing down once BaS: EP 2 ships .

Terminator
I hope so to, I got hit by this bug and had to redo a large chunk of the game to get my missing trophies to pop . There are other glitches and issues that need sorting as well so hopefully they'll make 1.07 a big one (or at least bigger than the other 6). idloveacupoft
I will be starting this game in the next while. Is it advisable to not update to latest version and play offline. It is the digi version from ps plus. Edited February 20, 2014 by idloveacupoft
Terminator
Without the patches you can't use any of the DLCs and the early patches do fix some issues with the pre-order bonuses that you also get with the Season Pass.
idloveacupoft
Ah ok. I will not be using any DLC, but if it fixes bugs and glitches then I'd better just update it Thanks
CrankyMan
If I started the game signed in, do I always need to be signed in for the rest of the game? For example, I got a connection error early on and quit the game. If I load it up and stay offline, will trophies still pop?
Terminator
Yes you do. If you start a new game whilst signed into PSN, then you must remain signed in for the duration of your (or 100% if you're in a DLC).
CrankyMan
Okay follow up: If I get signed out mid-game, but immediately sign back in will I still earn trophies? I just need to know if I should restart offline or just try to stay online and continue. What a terrible glitch. I like that they never fixed it, either. Terminator
No, you have to back completely out of the game by going: => Quit Game then reload the game and load your last save, it's fiddly but is only way to avoid a trophy meltdown. Martain2
Just wanted to make sure, if I sign into PSN before starting the game and then sign out manually again before starting the game will this glitch any trophies? Terminator
No, you have be completely signed out before you even stick the disc in the drive if you want to avoid any issues. It doesn't matter if you manually sign out in-game or get forcibly disconnected, your trophies will still glitch regardless . Edited March 1, 2014 by Terminator Rephrased. I always play my first playthrough of a story offline anyway but often check to see if I have any messages before starting a game each session. Terminator
You can sign in and out as much you want, just not whilst in this game.
Tiberius
I'll need to download that once my online returns, hope it's for the next DLC due out soon.
