PowerPyx
Campaign Challenges Modifier Guide (By KingBroly) Here's my Guide for Campaign Modifiers if anyone wants to give them a shot. Keep in mind that these are coming from the perspective of a Combat Challenge Expert, so more often than not the Negatives were taken in those because they did very, very little to impede my Progress. General Tips - Danger Zones are rarely ever a problem in Combat Challenges if you are aware enemies have them. - Scattered Weapons are like Danger Zones, but instead try and stay away from them in Combat. In Predators, they shouldn't be an issue if your strategies are good since you'll never come close to them. - Increased Aggression is not actually a deterrent in Combat Challenges since it almost always results in you getting more points. - Free Medal should always be used on a Predator Challenge that you feel most uncomfortable about - Protective Aura is probably the most annoying Modifier in the game since it's immune to everything - Decreased Health should be used on Maps with very low probabilities of being hit (For Predator Maps, 1 hit = death) Search and Destroy Meltdown Mayhem - None Blind Justice - Time Limit, Protective Aura Police Brutality - Replenishing Health Street Justice Rooftop Rumble - One Hand Tied Natural Selection - Decreased Health, Takedown Projectiles Survival of the Fittest - None Offensive Manuevers Funhouse Brawl - Danger Zones, Replenishing Health End of the Line - Free Medal Hell's Gate - Scattered Weapons City Invader Top of the World - None Prison Riot - Increased Aggression, Decreased Health, Gadget Malfunction Lost City - Super Powered Midnight Assault Natural Selection (Extreme) - Replenishing Health, Free Medal Hell's Gate (Extreme) - Increased Aggression, Scattered Weapons, Danger Zones Meltdown Mayhem (Extreme) - None Hostile Takeover Prison Riot (Extreme) - Time Limit, Decreased Health, Super Powered Police Brutality (Extreme) - None Funhouse Brawl (Extreme) - One Hand Tied, Protective Aura Double Jeopardy Lost City (Extreme) - Scattered Weapons Rooftop Rumble (Extreme) - Increased Aggression, Protective Aura, Gadget Malfunction End of the Line (Extreme) - Takedown Projectiles, Free Medal * - I use the Free Medal on End of the Line (Extreme) since restarting on Lost City doesn't cost a Retry since it's the first map Ruthless Vengeance Survival of the Fittest (Extreme) - Time Limit, Decreased Health, Gadget Malfunction Top of the World (Extreme) - Super Powered Blind Justice (Extreme) - One Hand Tied, Danger Zones Combat Expert Survival of the Fittest - Time Limit, Danger Zones Funhouse Brawl - Increased Aggression, Replenishing Health Prison Riot - None Predator Expert Meltdown Mayhem - Gadget Malfunction, Scattered Weapons Lost City - One Hand Tied Top of the World - Takedown Projectiles * - You don't need to do any Silent Takdowns for Lost City Combat Master Blind Justice (Extreme) - Decreased Health, Gadget Malfunction Rooftop Rumble (Extreme) - Scattered Weapons, Protective Aura, Super Powered Hell's Gate (Extreme) - One Hand Tied * - Protective Aura and Super Powered sort of cancel each other out in the sense that one's annoying while the other makes it a lot easier Predator Master Police Brutality - Time Limit, Scattered Weapons Natural Selection - Increased Aggression, Protective Aura End of the Line - Danger Zones, Free Medal * - Scattered Weapons actually helps out in Police Brutality. For End of the Line, go to the Sniper spot at the other end and camp. Edited October 26, 2011 by PowerPyx

PowerPyx
PowerPyx, can you please confirm, are there 'extreme' versions? From what I know, there are no extreme versions (or I haven't seen them yet ). There are Campaign Challenges and they kinda replace the extreme ones. This was fast! Good stuff PP... I'm sure it'll be a great addition to someone's guide (provided you allow it) Yea, got t last week already. Of course, whoever is writing a Trophy Guide can embedd the vids. I will keep adding more and more videos and strategies during the next days. There is a total of 12 Combat Challenges and 12 Predator Challenges so this will take some time to figure out good strategies (since there are absolutely no written Guides yet). TiNnYzEuS
So there are 12 challenges for each? Thats only 36 medals there must be loads in the game i assume? If so can they be re-played or do you have to get a good score right there before you progress?
Alex Fly
Thank you so much for posting. I'll keep an eye on them when I'll attempt them.

The Campaign Challenges include 3 of the ranked challenges in a row and you have 3 tries. If you fail more than 3 times, you have to start from scratch. Plus you have to use specific modifiers and have to use them all by the time you finish all of the campaign ones according to the ingame description anyways. Zombie Trophy
So there will be 12 normal combat challenges and 12 extreme combat challenges, 24 in total?
PowerPyx
Exactly 6 x normal combat 6 x extreme combat >difference: extreme requires to get more points and has an other set of enemies. Harder enemies of course! (e.g. electro shockers in early rounds) 6 x normal predator 6 x extreme predator >difference: in extreme you have to fulfill other (more challenging) tasks. The shear number of moves in the game might make it extremely tough to pull off without loosing the combo. The challenges might be tough, but it doesn't look like there is a shock and awe type of challenge and that was the only one that ever gave me a lot of trouble. It took me 2 frustrating hours to complete it, the others no more than 15 minutes each. If there's nothing like it, then those trophies shouldn't be too bad.
