noahc66
I originally started playing this game with normal edition (not the goty), and then a few weeks later i lost the disk. One of my friends is letting me borrow his copy, but it is the goty edition. So i was wondering, if i put it into my playstation, will it play as if it is the regular edition, meaning does it use the same game data as the regular edition that I originally installed, or will it download a separate game data thing and play as if it were a different game. I don't know if anyone will understand what i'm trying to ask, but I hope someone does.
UntotenKephalos
I'm fairly certain it'll retain your game data from when you first played it, regardless of what edition. I'm not 100% sure, though, but I'm really certain it should.
noahc66
Can anyone confirm that?
Terminator
The saves for the Normal and GOTY Editions are incompatible with each other so you will have to start over from scratch .
robo042
Yeah the saves aren't compatible it sucks.

Good job my game data was already totally wiped. The 6 extra challenge maps you get with the GOTY. There isn't any trophies for the extra DLC is there?
