hunterelf
I played my Mass Effect 2 on a different PS3, so i dont have to save, will bioware have the backwards compatible comics again this time ?
Terminator
It's highly unlikely they'll do that again so you'd better get yourself another copy of ME 2 and start a new game.

Jyrakos
ME2 for the 360 has a default set of options that it used for people not importing a game from the original. In addition to the default options, you are given a few questions you have to answer at the start. These help shape some of the events and allow you to make those choices even if you didn't play ME1/don't have your save anymore. I can only assume they'll do this or something very similar for ME3
darkrequiem7
From what I saw in my googling, there will be a couple "previously on" movies for those who don't have save files. No comic to speak of.  I don't know how they will deal with those decisions made from 1 and/or 2. Probably haven't revealed that yet. Maybe we'll get semi-vague character-driven questions like "Do you like insects?" "Would you kill a friend if necessary?" "Would you rather hook up with a human or a hot blue alien?" "If you can only pick one, would you rather save a man or a woman from death?" "If you were in control of a huge, dead, powerful spaceship, would you give it up or keep it for yourself?" "Before embarking on a suicide mission, would you take the time to resolve the issues of your friends, or tell them to buck up and leave on the mission as soon as possible?" Zallera
I doubt there will be another interactive choice comic, the comic in 2 was pretty much to let PS3 players make the major choices from the first game, so they wouldn't feel left out as well as catching them up with the ongoing story.
